Yesterday I enjoyed amazing customer service. Went inside to pick up an online order and the young lady that I encountered was simply amazing. I have rarely encountered such a friendly, happy fast food worker with an engaging smile and customer oriented attitude. Amazing!!! Not to mention that Arby’s always has amazing food and the potato cakes are back!!!!

There was a very kind a good worker that worked April 10th 2023 at the drivethru (on transit) he was so friendly and pleasant..made me want to go there for my sandwiches alot. I hope you appreciate your employees. They are great! You're lucky to have them especially that guy.

Great food but when I ask for no tomato on my fish sandwich and no ice in my drink, I kind of expect to get neither of these things, not both. Not cool. If I were allergic to tomatoes, simply picking it off would not be sufficient. I simply hate tomatoes.

Stopped in today for lunch, really enjoyed trying something new! My daughter and I had our first but not last, roast beef gyro. The meat was sliced thin and piled high and it was flavored perfectly.

Very nice young man took my order, made suggestions, saw that my order was filled promptly and cashed me out. The drive-through was VERY BUSY. I was inside. My food was freshly made and very 😋 tasty. 2 crispy fish sandwiches (for $6), mozzarella sticks and an apple turnover. My only disappointment - no onion rings.

I loved it and will DEFINATELY return there..they took your order and never made you feel rush..they let me go over the menu as I pulled up to up their drive thru. my food was delicious and Made to your request and you didn't have to wait . I would recommend Arby's on Broadway next would Walgreen off Transit to Everyone. They were very pleasant too!

I love Arby's rost beef sandwiches. I have to say the one I purchased today had meat that was a little mushy. I do have to say that when I got home I gave my wife the crispy fish sandwich I picked up for her and she said even cold it was excellent. It makes me wish I had purchased 2 fish sandwiches. Lol Service is excellent.

Pretty much like any other Arby's I have eaten at. Tasty sandwiches and they always have some kind of deal and promotion going on. I prefer Arby's the traditional fast food Burger places. Didn't go inside but the drive-thru moves quickly.

Arby's is a fastfood restaurant known for their roast beef. It's ok. Nothing special. Their roast beef is of the processed type and is definitely not even close to a representation of Buffalo roast beef but it's an option if you need something fast and aren't in the mood for McDonald's or Burger King. The girl running this location is a great employee. Very friendly and on her game with customer service.

service not too bad....need to he a little friendlier... new brisket and pulled pork sandwich were overpriced and tasteless....real let down....too much hype on commercials....bring back the wagyu burger....its much better taste and price

The food is overpriced paid 11 to 12 bucks on a burger that was terrible and not worth the price I used to love Arby's food

Manager just handed me my mobile order through drive through, didnt ask if I wanted any sauces, (which i wouldve gotten horsey/Arby's sauce) and just walked away. Was absolutely miserable too.

Arby’s Review: When Did Fast Food Get This Expensive? I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years, but decided to give it another try today. I usually stick with places like McDonald’s or Burger King, but figured I’d switch it up. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the price. I ordered two meals with shakes, and the total was nearly $50. That’s not a typo—fifty dollars for fast food. Just the other day, my wife and I went to Applebee’s. We had an appetizer, two drinks, and two solid meals—all for around the same price. So naturally, I asked myself: why am I paying sit-down restaurant prices for drive-thru food? I get that prices are rising everywhere, but fast food used to be a budget-friendly option. Now, it feels like I’m better off enjoying a full-service meal at a diner or casual restaurant for the same cost. If I’m going to spend that kind of money, I’d rather sit down, relax, and get more value for it. If I had to choose a fast food place, I’d probably stick with McDonald’s—it’s at least a bit cheaper and offers more value deals. But Arby’s? Not anymore. These prices are just unreasonable. I could grab a roast beef sandwich at Wegman’s down the road for a fraction of the cost. Bottom line: Arby’s lost me today, and I don’t think I’ll be back.

The online only deal of 2 meals for $9.99 - last night 10pm-ish they gave crusty reheated sandwiches and cold curly fries - we were too hungry to complain, and it has never been that bad - SO ALWAYS EAT A FEW FRIES BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. Today tho, I went at dinnertime around 6pm-ish and sandwiches were warm and tasty with warm fries. Plz closing crew - don't make us suffer for eating late - and no reheating. Ughh

I love Arby's but man is it expensive. Me and my husband went there the other day and it was 33$ for me and my husband to get 1 meal each and for him to get a slider, we ordered medium meals and it was still expensive. I recommend the chicken bacon swiss sandwich. It was very good, other than the high price it's pretty good.

My guy and myself usually don’t do take-out and got to use coupons that Arby’s offer. The cashier was very nice no doubt but when we got home 3 minutes away, bit into our roast beef and the roll tasted like they gave us old sandwiches. Old and stale! The fries looked like they hit the deep fryer 2-3xs(old). WTH! Was it because we had coupons?? Sadly disappointed! SMH

Ordered 5 of the New good burgers, curly fries, New strawberry shake. My Son was eating one of his burgers and came to show me the burger that is really disgusting how this burger was not done, the cook should have made sure it was done. Total order was almost $60.00. I was not happy at all.

Ordered a turkey bacon & ranch wrap & small curly fries for $9. What I got was a mini chicken wrap. They didn't tell me until after I ordered that they don't have the "big" wraps anymore. Funny because when they did full size wraps it was the same price as whatever this meal is suppose to be. The fries were cold too. Last time I go to an Arby's. If I did want chicken wraps you could get 2 and fries for the same price at Mcdonalds. Wish I had used my card so I could dispute. Lesson learned.

I didn't notice the curb they have under the takeout window because of all the snow. It totally ruined the outside of my wheel as I drove forward. It looks terrible now and it I'll probably buy a replacement. Went for classic Arby's food, left with my wheel looking ugly. 🫤 Thanks for ruining my stuff.

It's roughly 6:30pm on a Sunday. I pull up to the drive through. The guy asks if I would be interested in a meal. I reply that's a good question. I say I want to get two regular roast beef sandwiches, some potato cakes and a shake, can that be made into a combo or should I just order them separately? He replies ok two regular roast beef sandwiches, anything else?.... I'm dumbfounded. Yes, I'd like 4 potato cakes and a jamocha shake. He tells me the total, I drive around, process the credit card, it's all good. A couple minutes pass, he comes to the window, hands me the bag and starts to close the window. Uh, can I maybe get some Arby's sauce? Oh, yeah.. so he hands me some. I start to drive away, check the bag, I only see two potato cakes. I check the receipt, got charged for four. So I throw it in reverse. A girl comes to the window, I explain the discrepancy. She apologizes and said she'll take care of it right away. While I'm waiting I check out the bag again. One potato cake is STILL PARTIALLY RAW! So when she comes back to the window with the missing food, I tell her about this new problem. She's mortified. She says she'll get me four freshly made potato cakes. Thanks, I appreciate that. In the five minutes it takes to make them (I worked at Arby's 30 years ago so I know they take some time to cook), I look in the bag again and there's no straw for the shake. What the hell is going on here? These kids are making $15-17 per hour and nearly every aspect of the order/experience was messed up. They should be utterly ashamed of their personal performance. At least that one guy. The other girl seemed to have her act together.
