Excellent. I've been going to this Popeyes for a couple of years. Employees are very polite and helpful. I'm a stickler for service so just be aware that you can expect to be treated well at this facility. Service was good as usual and we were helped immediately. Only complaint was that it was a 94 degree day outside and it felt cooler outside than in, lol. But with the excellent food and variety, it was small trade off. Piping hot fried chicken and all the sides. Seriously, this is as close to a sit down home cooked meal as you can get. I love fried chicken and this is one of my favorite places for such food. This order was on Sunday so i wanted to feel like i was at home enjoying a homemade meal. Ordered the three piece and two sides (beans n rice and macaroni), which also came with a biscuit. Crunchy, yet moist, and well seasoned chicken. Very filling too, I'll get photos the next rime I'm there.

I'll give this place 5 stars, with a big but. They are very busy. Everytime I've been there it's been a wait. I asked for extra sauce for my spicy chicken sandwich, and it was not there. Forgiven due to the insane amount of cars and walk-ins. I am grateful to have a Popeye's in my neighborhood.
One of the best Popeyes in the area that I have ate at. Food is hot and fresh every time and the pieces are regular size chicken. I ate at a Popeyes on Indian hill & the chicken was so small definitely wasn't worth the price. This place is worth it. I did have to ask for extra honey and hot sauce their kind of stingy with that, but they gave me extra with no problems.
This had been REPEATEDLY the SLOWEST Popeyes I had ever been to. Went by last week, service was quick and food was good. The only complaints I have I that they didn’t have cole slaw or mac n cheese and they forgot the utensils.
I walk in to the store and it was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly especially the cashier Emily that help us order. Food was hot and great

This location is either a hit or a miss with the speed of the drive thru. I've waited over 10 mins 1 time a couple months ago for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Either 2 the cars in front of me order alot or they are just so and food are made to order? I was in no rush, had no where to go. Couple days ago, wait time was average, the cashier dude was nice and professional. Food is always hot and fresh tho. Will be coming back. It's better than a few others I've gone to for sure.

Let me start by saying the new blueberry lemonade is really good!!!! I tried the wraps they are better than Macdonald’s!!! Denice the manger was very nice and fast service. Loby is small so it’s better to take to go!
Drive through bs always Okay wait at the sign I will tell you when to pull forward I think the problem is most places are understaffed for the service of fast food and that leads to multiple cars waiting for people to bring out the order and a lag and allowing people to pull forward because of the timer
What a nightmare I was going to pick up 2 delivery. Orders was waiting in the long drive through line because the store was closed after 10 and I noticed all the other drivers were pulling app and walking app to the window and making the cars wait when I finally got to the window. I told him I have 2 pick up orders and they said you need to call them and tell them. We're out of chicken strips and chicken sandwiches. I was like. What else do you have ridiculous? Don't go here
I highly recommend this restaurant. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The food quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Thank you for serving me and my family. This place is kept very clean, and smelling fresh.

Very small location, that used to be in the side strip mall now just come building over same plaza. They have order machines or you can order in person with cashier's. The service is quick and efficient and the food comes out pretty fast. The 🐔 🍗 sandwiches are not bad, very crisp but kind of dry, but not oily at all like the chicken pieces.
Popeyes has amazing fried chicken, but that's not my reason for going there. My reason for going to Popeyes is the Cajun fries. Every time I get out of school I would walk down to my nearest Popeyes and buy myself large Cajun fries. They also have the hottest deals as well on certain days And I would have to say when there's a deal in Popeyes you better go cause it's worth every penny.
Going to a small shop like this, I didn't expect much other than hot fried chicken. It's really just a small kitchen with tiny ordering/waiting area. Orders are packed quickly, sauces cost extra, and there is a drive-through. Parking is reasonable. Be sure to catch the Tuesday special.
Got to make sure that what you order is in the bag . Twice they forgot my coleslaw. It's ok it happens or maybe ask if it's all there. Other then that the service is good food is great if you like fry chicken.
I arrived around peak hours and had to wait 30 min. before I got my food. The chicken itself was greasier than normal, however the staff is friendly. For that, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.
I haven't been to a Popeye's in some time. So I decided to give it a try. This was a Wendy's location and like them offers little in the way of seating. The food though is pretty good and the service was okay. Their spicy variety of chicken is the best choice in my opinion. All in all I'd recommended it if your picking up to take home.
The food was pretty good for being Popeyes. They messed up our order and gave us regular instead of spicy chicken. Although, the customer service could've been better. When I drove though the window, an employee was just standing there talking.
This place only has two small tables. It's hot inside. I don't know if they don't have air conditioning or they didn't turn it on. Better take your food to go
I've been to this location a few times already. It's a small place and if you're planning to go through the drive thru, be prepared to wait. The times I've gone it's been a 15-20 min wait. The food is great and the workers seem nice. I've never been given ketchup with my orders and I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive the condiments that I asked for, even after I verified when I paid. I will definitely go back to this location I just hope they staff more workers during the busy hours and provide slightly better service.
Very small, it's better to go through the drive-thru. There were only two tables inside, five chairs. Not recommended for dining in, unless you are dining alone or with one other person. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Staff was barely friendly and not very helpful, there was one staff member that didn't have an attitude. The food on the other hand was exceptional. I had the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with fries and it was delicious. This particular location I only recommend the food, but I do recommend the drive-thru.
I visited this location today because it is closer to my workplace. My girlfriend and I went for lunch and ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy one. A 4 piece chicken, and a 5 piece tenders. The sandwiches were extremely dry and hardly edible. The bone in chicken was fine, but the tenders tasted unpleasantly bitter, as if the frying oil was not fresh enough. Sadly disappointed and hope they step up their game, it's a hit or miss at this location. Maybe because they don't get as busy as other ones.

My daughter ordered out on the app when we left her work. 25 minutes later we get in the drive through to pick it up. We only had 1 car ahead but waited 10 more minutes. When we got to the window they couldn't locate the order because it wasn't even made yet. The employee verified her name 3 times, each time they asked her if it was a different name. Finally 45 minutes later she got her meal but we waited to verify everything she ordered was in the bag. They forgot 2 biscuits so we parked and she walked in but the door was locked because the lady, manager, was on break. She then came out, gave my daughter a dirty look and asked if they ate the biscuits from the drive through to the parking place 30 feet away where we parked. She said no and then the manager requested the receipt. My daughter showed her receipt from the app. She then got the 2 biscuits.
(Make sure to check your orders) Ordered online and expected it to be ready by the time I got there. I took about 20 min to get there and I still waited another 10 min when I was there. The place didn't look busy at all. While I was waiting 2 people came back in from the drive thru because part of their order was missing. Finally got my order and while in the car I decided to check and part of my order was missing as well (Fries). Ordered a 6 piece bone-in wings. Received a 5 piece and a chicken strip.
Second time here, I would pass on this popeyes location. Spicy chicken doesnt have much flavor even though you can see the red oil under the fried chicken skin.The tenders were abysmal. The chicken meat was extreamly thin and small, it was basically fried breading. They also messed up my order. There was pickles in my chicken sandwich labled "no pickles" (it's not that big of a deal, i know i can take them out myself). Also forgot my 1 sauce for the tenders) I went during the covid pandemic. This location doesnt have a dining area (1 table with maybe 2 chairs but closed off due to covid). Redeeming quality was my phone order was ready relatively fast
Food quality is acceptable Popeye's fare....... if you receive it. There always seems to be something missing from the order. Last time was a large mac 'n' cheese; the delivery company refunded the price of that item. This time, I ordered from the Popeye's app - it arrived, minus two sides and a large drink. The app only offered to add some reward points to my account as compensation, which seemed less-than-adequate. Lesson learned - no more delivery orders, at least from this location.
This was definitely the worst experience ever like ever and I eat at McDonald’s and even that better . Honestly cx service was good but when it came down to giving me my order it was the worst no biscuits in the bag my drink Had a mesquite In it also I order a bana cake also was no in the bag the cashier was Sonia orde #673 2:13 pm my hole order was wrong honestly for 32$ I expect a better service also she gave me both of my orders in one bag the bag broke in my car I asked for another one iam a manger as well and I honestly hope you guys hire a new manger team leader who ever is doing it is not training the team correctly I will never come here again ever and I don’t recommend it. Very rude customer service. For door dash, Uber eats, and many other delivery services. Had to wait such a long time just to get my order. One of the employees ( a girl ) was very rude and told me to get out because there could only be 2 people in the lobby. I understand social distancing but she could’ve said it nicer and been more respectful. She had a rude attitude and basically told me to get out and wait. Many other people were complaining as well that they had been waiting an extremely long amount of time. Never going back. Other people said they hated this fast food place because they’ve been having a bad reputation of making their customers wait a long time and being disrespectful.
Disappointed with service! I purchased a platter and literally requested only 2 sauces. I was charged for 2!! It was only $.25 each but that's not the point. I should be allotted free sauces based on my order. Also, the platter I purchased had a "special" counterpart which I didn't notice until after I had ordered. They have the constantly changing screens so I didn't notice it. However, it was the manager who took my order and he didn't even mention it to me. Kinda rude.
I was so disappointed I ordered my food and half of the items that I ordered they didn't have and they substituted to there satisfaction but I feel like I got robbed of my money. Definitely will not be going to this location ever again
My family and I go to this Popeye’s because it is the closest to our house but in all the times we’ve been, they have never ONCE gotten our order correct. Either the person at the register isn’t properly listening to what we are ordering or the person putting the order together does the wrong order. Then when we ask them to fix it, they have an attitude as if me asking them to do their job correctly is an inconvenience. For example today, they took my order wrong and then didn’t give my brother everything in his order, missing the side orders we paid for. When we asked them to please fix it, they looked peeved that we asked them to give us what we ordered. The food still tastes good and I love Popeye’s chains but this particular location’s service just has never been good in my experience.
Went there to get dinner for my family at 7pm didn't get my food in tell 30 min later. My order was not complete. Had to ask many time for the rest of my food. They boys working there just standing around not attending to customers. One of the boys gave me a additude when I told him my drinks are missing and some of my order. The boy doing the register didn't know what he was doing. As I was waiting two more customers came in mad saying thier orders were wrong. Drive through was packed.
Worst popeyes ive ever been to. Messed up my order and took 23 minutes to make it (only bought 1 sandwhich) with 1 car in front of me. Never come to this location
Last time I'm ordering from this Popeyes. The only reason I liked coming here was because of how close of a drive it was but lately every order I I make it's always missing something or poorly made. For my drink they didn't have coca cola. So they took it upon themselves to give me I think Sprite. It tastes like straight up alcohol. This drink was for my siblings! The staff always look like they didn't don't wanna be there and have a terrible attitude.
This was the worst popeyes that I tried. I only ordered 4 pc chicken and one sandwich combo, and I waited 15 mins more. They had at least 4 employees, but only one is working, and so many customers are waiting on the driver-thru. When I not finished my order, their cut my voice, and I had to repeat my order again and again when I went to the window. When I got my food, they all cold, and my coke was not bubbling. It was like coke syrup add with water, and not sweet enough.

Went in and had to wait 15 minutes prior to ordering because they have no clue what they were doing. There was 4 employees and none of them at the cashier, just walking back and forth looking lost. I waited another 20 minutes for two chicken sandwich combos and 4 biscuits. Received my order and left to go pick up my lady, all to find out I got half cups of soda, and missing biscuits. All that time I waited patiently even though I was visibly frustrated because they were so unorganized. Never going back to this location. Two managers were on duty and they still can’t do things right. They need to clean house and get some better staff.
Absolutely the worst Popeyes experience. I ordered a family Meal 12 pieces 2 sides.. The lady gave me all dark meat, no beast or wings, 6 drumstick. The meal cost me over $50...she does this all day. She knew what she was doing. Problem was they didn't cook enough chicken to give the order correctly. The the chicken was fried improperly. It tasted double fried. It was disgusting. Won't be going back to this one. Will avoid popeyes for a while, it gave me a bad taste in my mouth.
Waiting 15 minutes with no one to take an order as the literal only car and customer at 8pm is hilarious. I can't imagine why they'd hire 5 people to be unable to give any form of service.
This place is frequently out of key products. Then when I order an alternative product, chicken strips, they say it will take 8 minutes, which I agreed to. When I finally get to the window after the other cars leave, they say their cook is going on break and it will be at least 18 minutes. This is 1pm! This place always disappoints me. They often have old chicken or they mix in spicy because they dont have enough classic. Its not like this food is cheap either. Just be aware this place is going to disappoint. The hiring process here needs some work for both regular staff and managers (assuming managers even exist).
Came here about 3 times (it’s the closest one to me) and the service is ALWAYS terrible. The workers always have an attitude, I have to wait in line about 15 minutes just to have my order taken then another 20 to receive my food. They are slow and very unprofessional. It never fails that they mess up an item in my order either. The food overall is decent not the best and the store overall is just terrible.
The service was just ok. The Cashiers had a huge bloody open sore on his face. The Manager kept coming in n out the store and slamming the door, while on a personal phone call. The food was gross. The chicken was all crust, no actual chicken. I was joking with my husband that they should just shut that location down. I will definitely not be going there again. I'd rather drive out of my way to a different location
One of the employees that was taking my order seemed to not understand, was kinda slow. Then once I was waiting for my order it took them +30mins to get me my order. Bc another guy asked me if I needed something and had to reprint my order and then went to get it done! So UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD/SLOW service. all 4 male employees seem slow while one of them was just cleaning something under the fryer 🙄 the lobby only has two tables as well and we’re super dirty. Definitely not going back
oh my God the employee has given my family very unpleasant service. You can ran out of food, that's fine but can you at least not like ditching your customer being helpless at the counter??? The employee in this store didn't even try to make a better bargain and just straight up telling their customer to refund while their customers are having a bad time on their customer service??? Hello?? Also the manager doesn't even know how to deal with the situation. This store doesn't even know how their own apps works since don't expect things will go well if have order their food on the apps. My whole family is Extremely disappointed for their attitude for their service. Don't even think that I will go back there until they improve their attitude on servicing customers. It is not OK to ditch their customers at the counter and let them fix the problem that your store have. And for the love of God, learn how to use your app.
Worst experience ever. Do not come here. After 40 minutes, wait and tell me out of the regular chicken. So my options are taking the spicy one or canceling the entire order. Trust me, ppl here are zombies. They don't really care.
This has to be the worst location I have ever eaten Popeyes at. Me and my friend ordered 8 pieces box and 6 ghost pepper wings. My friend asked the status of orders after we waited 30 mins. Then the staff just took our receipt and preparing it?!?! We saw that the staff packed 8 pcs and left them on the counter then told us he is waiting for Ghost pepper wings. At the same time another person came into the store and ordered the exact same thing and waited only 20 minutes to get his order?! We already wasted an hour here and asked to cancel this order but the staff started to pack our wings?! We insisted on cancelling the order and we didn't even hear a single apology word during the refund process. The managers & staff were rude. This location is very under maintenance. Not very welcoming.
Ordered a five-piece chicken strip meal and let me tell you that I will never eat at this place again. The mac and cheese I got was old and dry. The chicken strips were thin and dry. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and they gave me sweet iced tea. Disgusting. I threw the whole meal away. The reason I order unsweetened iced tea is because I'm diabetic. This could have been a lawsuit. Spent way too much money to eat this non-edible food.
This should have been zero stars. Service is terrible. Took 30 minutes to order a couple of chicken sandwiches. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich, combo #9, but the chicken wasn't spicy but rather it looked saggy as if dipped in a tub of mayo. Employees don't care. I told them we're not coming back to this place, then they replied "Okay". We got our fries and it wasn't good, and it looked like the service person spit on it. This is a horrible place. Don't go unless you want to taste their saliva and experience first hand their bad service.
It's my first time trying Popeyes. I thought I'd give it a try. I wish i had seen these online reviews before i went. First, long lashes, rbf lady (i believe she's the manager or the lead) didn't give me my receipt and had to process my payment twice. I literally waited inside for almost 20 minutes, seeing people after people take their orders. I was observing if they'd notice, but nope. Rbf lady keeps fidgeting with her phone and will serve and take orders intermittently, without washing her hands or using gloves. This woman just never gives an f about anybody. It was obvious that she only cares about when her shift ends. This didn't only happen to me. Another lady was waiting for her order almost the same time as me, but she was more proactive in getting her order. Then, when I finally pointed out that i hadn't received my order, they all seemed so lost. Then this group of 3 younger guys came in, smoking cigars, told me, "Step aside so i can order." Seriously, wth 🤦♂️ I just barely been a minute in the counter trying to clarify my order. There are only two competent employees from my observation, the young Asian girl and an older Hispanic gentleman in the back. I totally lost my appetite. I didn't even wanna touch my chicken. Avoid this place at all cost!
The staff here are so rude!! They joke, gossip and hide from customers! They orders are never read, it takes forever. They ignore you for 10-15 mins and don’t operate with an once of the most minimal customer services. Avoid this place like the plague!!
Lack of customer service. There front door slams fast and it hurt my heel cause it hit it. They took for ever to finish my order i was wait and three other customers came in and got there food first then me and to make it worst THEY MESSED UP my order. I asked for EXTRA CONDIMENTS because order for a family and they gave me six ketchup and one of each sauce. What a waist of money.
First of all, I’m not writing this complaint because I want a coupon or a gift card. I waited for almost an hour(not include 15 mins of wait to take my order). I tried asking for my order status after 30 mins of waiting. This is when an associate took my receipt and start preparing my order. Looks like He didn’t print one for his own working progress. I saw this associate packed my 8 pcs and left them on the counter, and told me that he is just waiting for my Ghost Pepper wings. Then, Another person who ordered same item as I did at least 20mins after got his order and left, it was Ghost Pepper Wings. I heard this person when he was asking for his order, it was exactly the same thing I ordered half an hour ago! I just still can’t believe that I still waited for 20 mins after this! I finally request the same associate that I want to cancel my order. This is when he asked for my name again, and then start packing for my Ghost Pepper Wings! Sorry that I just can’t accept the fact going back home with a bag of cold fried chicken which had been left on the counter for more than half an hour, and a bag of wings I should have already got at lease 30 mins earlier. I insisted that I want to cancel my order. The same associate called the store manager, they walked to the counter talking & laughing. I didn’t hear a single apology during the whole refund process. The only words I heard was the store manager asked me to reinsert my credit card. By the way, just a friendly reminder, the same associate was not wearing anti slippery shoes. His feet can’t even hold the ground when he was just standing there. This is a small store, and it’s not hard to remember what happened in front of me earlier tonight. There is no way I will let this happen to me again in any Popeyes location again I’m writing this just because I hope that others don’t need to go through this.
What a joke of a location, can you close down so another food business can take the lot and offer actual service and food? It can be a slow day and you can still take 10 minutes to move 2 cars through the line. The best part is your ordering being messed up almost everytime you visit. How is it I ordered and spent $15 for 5 pieces of chicken and receive 3 tenders? I guess thats why everyone takes so long, they have to sit there and open the bag and check every single item because you can't be trusted to have competent employees get orders right remotely. The best part is the owner reply of oh just use the app, guess what? I ordered through the app and it still wasn't ready and they can still mess that up when they had 30 minutes to figure it out.
The guy there is very rude. His service is bad. I asked him for some more ketchups because I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, but he didn't give me and said you can only get 5 ketchups for one order. That was so awful experience I haven't been through. I usually ask for more ketchup in the other Popeyes locations and they very friendly give me but in this location is the worse and unfriendly service. I never come back again.
I specifically said, please give me pieces that are fresh and the person said that they would. I come to find that they gave me the dried up cold and inedible pieces of chicken. I'm so disappointed and I never will return to this lousy, dishonest restaurants with people who just think it's funny to Take your money and not give you a good service.
We went to drive through and order 12 piece classic. The menu sign showed $18.99 but when paid at the window, it was $29.82. We were confused but we didn’t want to say anything. When we got home, we realized that there were no chicken breast and wing. On the receipt it showed 3 breast, 3 leg, 3 thigh, and 3 wing. We called them four times and no one answer. Very disappointed.
I've been coming to this Popeyes for a number of years and the service and quality has degraded so much. I went this Popeyes on 11/3. When we first walked in none of the employees were working the register and completely ignored us. After 5 minutes of waiting without the employees saying anything, we used the self-service kiosk to place our order. After we placed our order, we stepped back and waited for our food. Customers kept walking in and once again, none of the employees acknowledged them or tried to take their order. So most of the customers started walking out. After 25 minutes of waiting we hear the employees mumbling between themselves that they had ran out of bone in chicken and fries. It took us a couple more minutes to get the attention of an employee to ask them if they had run out, which he finally admitted they had run out of bone in chicken. So we asked for a refund, and instead of doing a refund he charged me my order again! So then he had to do double returns. Avoid this Popeyes and save yourself the headache.
Everytime I come to this place they always mess my order up I ordered a 12 piece chicken wings and a 6 piece combo, they forgot my 12 piece, I live 2 cities away im not driving all the way back...please do your damn job right this is wild
I was the only person in line at the drive though and this place is perfect for those who like to wait 20 mins just so they can take my order and then once I’ve reached the window I had to wait an additional 25 mins after receiving my meal I had to check if the pie I ordered was in the bag and it was not ! I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to bring my pie out! Once they gave me my pie I left only to realize they got my whole order completely wrong I was so frustrated words cannot even explain. I obviously drove back to tell them my issue and then had to wait an additional 30 mins to have them remake my order it was insane never again will I go back there! The lady was completely rude from the beginning and I think she even shorted me my change and gave no receipt WORST PLACE EVER SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I have come to this place a few times because my younger son enjoys the chicken. Usually, our experience is good. Today we stopped by per my son's request around 4 pm. I was ordering via drive-through and the person taking our order already had an attitude, to begin with. I had to repeat my order and wasn't finished ordering when the woman cut me off. I drove up to pay and was given the completely wrong order which I did not ask for. I did let the woman know, she asked for my card back and a refund was given and I was given wings which I did not order either. She then proceeded to close the window without telling me anything. I walked inside the store to return the wings and re-order since my son wanted Popeyes today. Another cashier helped me and was very nice. The woman who from the receipt says is the store manager, continued to be rude and claimed that I had ordered something completely different. She just proceeded to speak Spanish to the other cashier and didn't realize I understood everything she was saying. I avoid being s difficult customer because I know dealing with fast food is stressful, however, there is no reason to be rude if the customer isn't. I hope someone addresses that with the Manager of this location
I always come to this location. It's your average Popeyes. BUT, everytime I go im always waiting like 20 to 30 min. Especially at night shitty service and long wait time. Do the higher ups read the comments? If they do they got to do something about it because i know I'm not the only one tired of the long waiting. Everytime I go theirs always atleast 3-4 cars waiting for the 20 to 30 min for their food also. Popeyes pick it up!!
Zero stars. I was in the drive thru line, and stuck at the speaker for over 15 minutes- prior to waiting right there, I thought there was valid reason for the line being long and moving slow. While waiting to see if someone would even respond to me saying "hello?" I hopped on here to see the reviews. Come to find out this seems typical for this location, among other things. I attempted to pull forward so I can just get out of the line, hoping that the 3 cars in front of me (when I entered the line) had already gotten their orders and went on their way. No. Even before I got to the next window, I had been in line for nearly 30 minutes, and there was finally "only" one car in front of me waiting at the window to get their food. I just waited to be able to drive off. Not like I had any other option. The wait was not worth it, considering no one even said anything the speaker for over 15 minutes. Come on. The wait for food at In N Out and Chick Fil A is usually a little less that-when busy. Management really needs to improve their efficiency and flow. Just because the staff are paid at least $20/hour, does not mean they should maximize their hourly pay with a low rate of timely service. Instead, they should have a minimum performance quota of if serving either 6-10 parties per hour (6-10 min average per party), or an 90-100% of customers/parties served in less than 10 minutes during the non-rush hours when there’s less customers. It’s Popeye’s. It’s a fast food chain, not an actual restaurant where you can reasonably expect 30+ min to wait. I can't say anything about the food at this location, but given others' feedback about getting less than what they ordered, or getting something completely different- based on the inefficiency of ordering, I'm inclined to believe that others' reviews of the customer service, food quality, and order inaccuracy, is accurate. From the time I entered the line, until finally getting to get out of the line and drive off, was a total elapsed time of 32 minutes. Unacceptable for a fast food chain.
If you value your time and money don't go here. On the off chance you go here when your their only customer your good, as soon as there are 2 or more customer be ready for a wait. I used use the drive thru, but literally last time had to wait 10 mins at speaker for employee to take the order, moved up and found there to be only one car in front of me which took 20+ mins to get their order and had to wait 10 more mins for mine. So I started ordering for pick up through the app. Don't even bother with that either they don't actually make your food until your in line at the pick up counter which defeats the whole purpose. I had to wait 15 mins the first time. The second time I had to wait 30 mins to get a pick up I ordered and intentionally showed up 15 mins late for. I don't get how management can see the logic of now prepping the pick up order until I've actually came there and said I was here for the pick up, they just back themselves up even more. Oh to mention they run out of fries and if you order through an app good luck getting a refund because the app is faulty, so theres the waster of $7 because they can't keep inventory either. There is another popeye location 10 mins away up Temple CIty Blvd which i never had the trouble, if you are going during peak hours trust me and go there. This place does not care about priority que, a lady walked in 15 mins after me and a few people went up to the desk to order, said something to the manager in spanish, I'm guessing she begged and got her food before us.
Been here a handful of times now and have had the same experience. If you want some fresh, hot, crispy chicken tenders DONT come here. You’ll get stale old, cold tenders that are completely inedible. Go to McDonald’s they’re chicken tenders are never this bad. On a good note lady at the drive thru is nice, too bad the chicken is terrible.
This got to be the worst popeyes i have ever eaten at. And i have eaten at alot of popeseyes being from Louisiana. Waited in line tonight for over an hour. To get dry, over heated, cold to warm food. I live 5 min away and had to go home and reheat my own food to bring it back to hot. This is the WORST!!
Please do not come to this location!!! They serve old, burn, dry chicken. It was so greasy from being fried to many times, it gave us heartburn, I showed Angel the manager, how bad the chicken was and he was so arrogant and rude, saying that the spicy chicken looks that way because it normally is darker than the mild, so I took a piece off, from the thigh, to show him how dry it was, and he laughed. Please don't bother and complain because they don't care, they are more concerned about making a profit then the quality of food they give their customers.
I was expecting a WOW service since today was day one. Service is not hospitable and location has no urgency to serve the food. DL was there not once she welcomed guests as they walk in and floors were dirty. Service will only excel if the leader set the bar high. Hopefully service changes as time passes by.
The workers are the most slowest people you’ll ever meet. The guy at the drive thru was clearly high. Got my entire order wrong & then when I went into ask for my correct order the took over 20 minutes to give it to me.
So, the first time I went to pick up my order, I ran into some trouble. There was this guy who looked like he could be Indian or Mexican, and he asked me to show him my name and order details. Then he told me to click to get it, even though my order wasn’t ready to be handed over yet. I gave him everything he asked for, but they still wouldn’t give me my food because the receipt wasn’t available until later. The receipt wouldn’t even show up for a few days or hours, because it was pending, and even though this guy knew the order was mine, he just refused to give it to me for no reason. I’m not even sure if the guy in the black shirt—who might be the manager—was part of it, but it seemed like the manager backed up the staff’s decision anyway. The whole attitude at that shop was just awful, honestly.
Wish I can give it 0 stars. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot for my 10 piece classic family meal. Today is September 3, 2025 6:18 and I’ve been here since 5:48. Do not come here if you don’t have 45 minutes to spare sitting in your car! That’s ridiculous they should have chicken ready at all time. Especially in such busy location.!
It was my first time trying popeyes.. I was so excited and ready to dine. Ordering my food was edging me.. I went home and got to grubbing and it was highkey buns bro.. it just tasted off and the flavor was off. I got a chicken sandwich. I went through so much pain and agony after only eating half the sandwich and a spoonful of mac and cheese.. My siblings also got the runs after eating their food.. I showered to get the popeyes negative energy off of me. I’m never going back I am traumatized. The idea of popeyes fulfilled me more than eating it. The food was buns but the workers were chill lowkey. ✌️😭
This review is for Popeyes corporate, not the staff at this location. I first went in to order a few pieces of chicken, and the total came out to $27 for only 8 pieces — completely unreasonable. I walked out. Later, I saw a coupon in the mail for a 16-piece combo for $19.99 and decided to give it another try, thinking it would be a better deal. When I got home, I opened the box and found ALL wings — not “mostly,” but every single piece. I double-checked the coupon, and it makes no mention that the deal is wings only. This is misleading and dishonest advertising. Customers deserve transparency, not bait-and-switch tactics. If I had known it was all wings, I never would have gone back.
This location popeyes and employee are worst that I have. I ordered a offer menu for 1 hour ago, but when I came to pickup, I had to waiting 15 mins, although there have just 2 customers at there. She picked for me old chicken, that is so dry. I feel that I have been discriminated against.
I waited 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal and they still got my order wrong. I had to go back to get my fries and they gave me attitude, it wasn’t even packaged good, they gave it to me in a separate bag .It’s also so cramped in there, there’s only 2 tables with a couple chairs, a family can barely fit in there. There was other people that came and I ordered before them and I was the last one to get my food. Also They’re severely understaffed, there was only 2 people working. That’s kind of messed up, they definitely need better management. I never post reviews online but today just made want to leave a review on this place
This location is small so you can't expect too much area to sit and eat. Definitely more of a grab-and-go type of place. In memory, the food here has been pretty consistent but when I went to drive-thru recently, me and the car in front of me were not even served! We were not greeted or told to wait over the intercom. I spent about 10 minutes waiting before I decided to back out and order counter instead. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes with two parties still ahead of me. I asked the two parties how long they had been waiting, and they said about 15 more minutes prior to me entering! Don't know what happened this recent visit and normally I do not mind a wait if the staff is transparent about it. To their credit, they did seem busy preparing the food in the back, but I did wish they acknowledged the waiting customers.
food was terrible and stale. ALL OF IT. To start off there was no staff in sight for more than 10min. Except one guy who was taking orders cooking and assisting drive thru and diner. Props to him. The girl who helped us out in the drive thru window charged us gave us our food and left without giving us sauce or asking if we needed anything else. The food was over cooked or reheated or something because CRUNCHY RED BEANS AND RICE is a new experience for me. The buiscuits were all OVERCOOKED which wasn’t such a big deal but very telling of their food handling. The fried pickles were stale. Not sure if it’s management or staff to blame but please fix it I love Popeyes and am willing to forgive. I’m not mad just dissatisfied.
Always take forever to bring out food, always having me parking and waiting 20+ min, and ontop they always seem to miss an item or get a flavor drink missing
The chicken was considerably worse than all other Popeyes locations I've been to. They took the precooked chicken straight from a random tray that was sitting around for a while, and the meat was really dry and overcooked. The workers also seemed a bit slow and understaffed.
