I had a really positive experience here. The team was attentive and thoughtful throughout our visit. When one of the items I chose was not available, the carhop personally came out to inform us and kindly asked what I would prefer instead. I truly appreciated that they took the time to communicate rather than making a substitute decision on their own. That level of care and consideration made the visit feel much more personal. Excellent service and definitely a five star experience.
Vary punctual and polite. Made a large order and everything was correct will recommend.
This Sonic is great. The carhops are chill & polite, & the food is always done right & tasty. I eat it wayyy too much though.
EDIT : gave it another try and much much better !!Worst tasting slushes . Must be the water because none of the other Sonic’s seem to have that issue
Really cold outside, not surprised they are slow tonight. Loved using the app to order, I'm a bit on the food intolerance side of crazy. Burger and fries were perfect! Just the way I like it. 😀
Definitely improved in both look and service. Don't like the non automated mobile pup stalls because there is no confirmation you've checked in correctly or the status of your order. That is a huge downgrade in service.
Pulled up after driving from another location where no one would take my order. Noticed an immediate difference as this location had printed signs with specials. Order was taken quickly, food prepared quickly, tasted excellent!
They very slow even when ordering from the app. When you order a drink it often to the car just messy. What ever is inside the cup is ALL OVER the outside. No napkins provided
Ehhh. I work at a sonic and I wanted an ultimate burrito but I didn’t want to drive all the way to basswood for my food. So I went to the one up the road. I get accidents happen and stuff like that but my zesty cheese was on the outside of the burrito and it’s just a mess. I tried to call them to explain like hey I’m not mad just trying to let you know this way they don’t get a complaint against them but no one picked up the two times I tried to call. Idk if they don’t make their own egg mix but it’s just folded eggs and some sausage added.
This location is okay. Mobile orders take longer than ordering in person. The last time I ordered from here was in person and they got one of my drinks wrong. But the lady was happy to get the correct drink for me. The cheese fries I ordered contained about only 8-10 fries :/ Plus the straws are dangerously sharp and prone to puncturing the bottom of the cup, which happened once but now I know to be careful. Overall, the service and quality seem to be inconsistent. It’s a hit or miss.
Almost 5 minutes to get my order on the screen and aprrox 10 minutes to get 2 bags of ice and a small drink with no other cars there
3 star would be average. This location is below average. I've come here several times over the last four years out of convenience but the experience is always the same. 1. Incredibly slow service even for just drinks. 2. Customer service is abrupt, they have trouble understanding orders and are not very pleasant very often. 3. Orders are often incorrect or missing items. 4. Numerous stalls have speakers or payment systems out of order. Avoid this location if possible.
Most definitely just got food poisoning from here yesterday after eating only chili cheese tots. It’s been 24 hours and I still feel horrible. Will not be eating here again
I came here and waited literally 20 min for my order that consisted of two drinks and a sandwich by itself. My sandwich tasted like garbage and was super soggy so please do better it wasn’t even that busy .

It should be mandatory for every fast food restaurant to wear hair nets! I found someone’s grey hair in my coney, very disgusting!! The hot dog and chili were cold. Who eats cold food with hair!? Every thing went in the trash!
This place is awful. Just went and got food, and this is a super sonic breakfast burrito. What a shame. If you want sonic, do your self the favor and just to grapevine or even driving to Dallas would be more worth it
Just received a door dash with the wrong candy in my sonic blast. My husband got the small with oreos, i ordered a mini with chocolate syrup and m&ms. They put oreos in both. Checked my receipt and definitely ordered it correctly. Door dash offers a $1 refund. Super annoying experience.
It’s DISGUSTING!!! My order was wrong and everything was over cooked and hard !! Extremely hard ! Nobody answers the phone when you call and they act like they don’t care too much about THEIR JOBS ! Please don’t eat here. Your taste buds will be ruined
This is the sonic patty melt I received after waiting 20 mins for them to tell me they had no onion rings and shorted my order a order of tator tots. I will not be back to this spot. My food was thrown together as you can see. Burnt on one side and not even toasted bread on the other side. Is this what you serve your customers sonic?
Raw chicken sandwich my wife almost ate no stars will never go here again. Called and talked to manager he was apologetic and told me to come get a refund. When I showed up he had left for the day and the new manger tried to give me replacement meal bc I didn’t have receipt even though other manager told me to just come up and refund. Also treated me like I was the problem so I went home and pulled the bag out of the trash and showed him how raw the chicken was and gave him the receipt he was then apologizing.
Took over 25 mins (from when I placed my order) for ONE order AHEAD (just a) drink. Y’all need to get it together this was a huge let down for ordering ahead.. might as well have gone home and get a can of sprite out the fridge Giant Waste of time and money. Called the number to let the them know that this was the worst experience ever, mailbox full. Why even have this? Can another fran
