My husband and I joined our friends for a birthday celebration. There were 6 of us and we were able to dine in the "Fishbowl". When we checked in the manager offered it to us as it was set up for six already with no reservations there for the night. It's a nice quiet little room right off the entrance. The service was wonderful! Our server was Samantha and she was great! She got our orders for appetizers and bubbly and opened some wine that we also brought with us. Then she just let us enjoy our time together. The food was fantastic! We had a great evening together. I highly recommend this restaurant. We have been here many times and it is never a disappointment!

The macadamia sea bass is outstanding! Some of the best tasting fish I have ever experienced. Beef Wellington was great and the Dip came with a side horseradish and au jus it was extremely tender and the bun was soft warm. You can not choose a bad entree at this restaurant. The best food we have experienced in the area. The prices are worth the cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews so for me to take the time to leave this establishment a 1 star review should not be taken as a mistake. The best thing I have to say after today's visit to this place is that at least the hostess that seated us was nice. Was seated right away and waters were brought to our table and we were told our server would be with us shortly. Our server never showed up. I feel today's experience was perfect for "tell me you don't want my business without telling me you don't want my business." Employees were having a grand time holding conversations with each other while one was seen making their own drink and drinking behind the bar, meanwhile, us, the customers drink order wasn't even taken. After about 20 minutes of waiting and finishing our waters we decided to take our leave. As we walked out, we noticed BJ's right across the street so decided to go there. Walked in and had our drinks in hand within 5 minutes. I know you can be better than this, Land Ocean. You have failed this customer!!! 🏹 I'm not sure how this will display as it appears I am editing my original review so I'll try to be detailed. I originally rated a 1 due to my above statement. However, once I saw the response to my review, I decided to give it another shot, but I did so without contacting Brett as I wanted to have a genuine experience without anyone knowing I was the "1 star" guy. I am overjoyed that we decided to come back!!! The service was definitely on point today, from the hostess, to the busser, to our server, Kim. Clockwork!!! Felt almost as though each time, as soon as I had the thought that I was about ready to order something, she'd already be heading to our table. The vanilla old fashion, definitely a must have!! And the food... The GF had the sesame chicken salad which she says she loved!! I had the 8oz top sirloin (honestly felt intimidated by the thought of a 16oz today) ordered medium rare it came with mash potatoes an asparagus which were cooked perfectly. The steak was cooked perfectly in my opinion. When I other medium rare, most places overcook it. I cut a piece of steak at the end and it was pink, I immediately thought, if the ends are this pink, I wonder what the center looks like?? PERFECTLY done!! I found my new steak spot!

A perfect spot for a date night- warm, cozy, and full of charm. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, but the cheesy bread, crispy chicken sandwich, and sesame chicken salad truly stood out. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were well-crafted and refreshing. Whether you are out with someone special or just craving great food, this place is an absolute must-try.

Had dinner here several times but first time for Happy Hour at this location. Happy Hour is 3-6pm on Weekdays. I would say get here from 3-4:30 and you can grab a table in the bar area if not then it’s packed after 4:30. Service was prompt and efficient today. Servers were on top of everything and they seemed to collaborate well as a team. The food on the Happy Hour menu is legit. Grilled Artichokes still good, the mussels delicious and sweet, the oysters nice n cold, fresh. The calamari was well seasoned, the Kobe sliders were juicy, everything tasted consistent. The jalapeno martini was made just right too, not overly sweet. Definitely did not disappoint again. Follow for more tasty places to check out. @only1Christinelu

Hands down the best land oceans. Food was super yummy. We randomly came & it happened to be happy hour. Service was amazing. The mussels had so much flavor, i couldn't put my crab cake slider down & omg the chicken slider was also amazing. I'll definitely be back

We visited Land Ocean for our anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend getting a reservation like we did, really cuts down on the wait . The food was really tasty, the portions are on the smaller side so go ahead and get an appetizer, cup of soup, and a house salad with your entree. The sea bass was quite good and the steak with crab was perfection! They even decorated our dessert plates to say Happy Anniversary. Great evening, and now I don't want to wait until our next anniversary to come back.

I went to a Sunday brunch and enjoyed unlimited mimosa’s while having a wonderful breakfast. I found the restaurant to be immaculately clean, with nice table settings and very nice ambiance. It was easy to loose track of time while eating and drinking. It was nice not to have to worry about a huge bar bill while having mimosas for brunch. I will definitely do the restaurant again in the future and really wish more places could be this nice and yet affordable. As I mentioned above, this place is noticeably clean. You can tell the management and staff take pride in the presentation of this restaurant and it shows from the moment you walk in. Service by our waitress was amazing and we all had a very good time! A+++ from me on a job well done!!

Seafood dishes were amazing. Dessert was not good, it was too sweet and there was a piece of meat on my cheesecake dish 🤯😥 Staffs were helpful.

The first visit was not a that good. However, we went back again for dinner, and the server Tyler was awesome. we had the ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection. The grilled artichoke was delicious. I highly recommend the grilled artichokes. The sevice was really good this time. If you visit, I suggest you make reservations.

A nice dinner location. We had the surf and turf with the Waygu beef. Glad we asked for the teriyaki on the side. It was too sweet for me. The steak was good, but not as juicy as I would expect for Waygu. Everything was good, but nothing was outstanding.

Great tasting food, portions were just a smidgen on the smaller side. Service was awesome! The atmosphere was good, just a bit dark for my liking. Overall a great place, I will be returning to try the burgers!

I’ve been here before and have had positive experiences. The filet was good and service was solid, though the salmon was dry this visit. What ultimately changed my decision to return were the cameras facing the tables. It created a sense of being watched during a private dinner conversation, which took away from the experience. I hope the restaurant reconsiders the placement, as it impacts guest comfort.

First people in the restaurant Saturday morning, was seated promptly. Decent size restaurant, but when others showed up the sat them right across from us. I don't understand why they couldn't skip a table. We really couldn't converse since they seemed so close and with children being children they were loud (as they should be, this has nothing to do with the children, it has everything to do with the seating) Our waiter came brought us our drinks and took our order, that was it. The busboy did the rest, he brought our food, filled our drinks, he essentially did the waiters job, since the waiter was awol. One of our orders was completely wrong, the waiter was no where to be found so the person who ordered it ate some of it, since he was hungry and it had been awhile. Once our waiter emerged, we waived him down to let him know, he said ' Oh, yeah I thought I messed that up since the tabs are right next to each other' So he admitted to ordering the wrong food and no apology, nothing. Left the charge on the bill, didn't offer to bring some protein (wrong order was vegetarian) potatoes were too salty, per my friend. We paid our bill, left a decent tip, hoping that it's split with the busboy and while walking out informed the manager of our experience. I want to add that my order was perfect, Huevos Rancheros tasted wonderful. This was my first time coming to this establishment and my last, because of the service, my friends go there regularly and love it, but after this experience said they probably won't come as often or at all.
