I come here pretty often, and the employees are usually very nice, but the hispanic girl with the black glasses is extremely rude (around 230pm 02-08). She’s made my order a few times now, and every single time she’s rude and very stingy with the portions. I asked for double chicken, and she pretty much gave me half a scoop. When I asked if she could add a little more, she picked up one piece of chicken and put it on the burrito😂

I was in here on 03/08/2026 at around 6:31pm. This lady gave me something that costs extra WITHOUT telling me it cost extra!! I had no clue what it was. I argued with all 3 girls, saying that I wasn't aware it costs extra. The one girl said "it's only $4 extra dollars..."trying to make me look bad in front of everyone too!! Bad service! They refused to let me pay the price I always pay for my meal. I HAD to pay extra even though I wasn't told it costed extra. Bad service and nobody wanted to resolve the issue.

Ordered Chipotle through their own app and received Taco Bell. Called and there is no phone support at all just a AI that refused to do anything about the issue. Then went into the store since they can’t be bothered to answer the phone and they were out of something I wanted, they said it would be 15 minutes and I said I would wait and they refused and said they were going to just let the rest of my food get cold.

I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill specifically to order individual bowls filled to the top with individual ingredients so I could meal prep. That’s it. Nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable. Instead, the employees kept saying it was “too expensive,” as if the money was coming out of their own pockets. I made it very clear that I was willing to pay whatever the cost was, but they still refused to properly fill the bowls and gave me attitude the entire time. Rather than offering solutions, charging appropriately, or explaining options, they acted like I was doing something wrong by asking. Eventually I just took whatever they gave me and left because it wasn’t worth arguing. Chipotle is supposed to let customers customize their bowls and pay accordingly. This location clearly doesn’t want to do that. Poor service, poor attitude, and not customer-focused at all.

Food could be lot better. I ordered pick up(chicken burrito bowl, quesadilla). The quantity was way less from what I saw in other locations. Fajita veggies were overcooked - From my experience, this is usually one of the signs that the place has issues. Rice was not cooked properly or not fresh or both this is a second sign. They didn’t know how to make quesadilla it was horrible. Gonna avoid in future if things don’t improve.

For the employees who make the mobile orders, please never complain you don’t get tips. I made an order a wanted to be generous for the holidays and both of my bowls were half full with minimum meat and toppings. I’ll just grab my food like usual from now on, Trash

Food was ok at best everything tasted cold. There food area was absolutely disgusting no one looked like they even tried to keep it clean. Service from the employees was very good though .

Like your hot food cold? Well then eat at this Chipotle - day or night. You can always get a lukewarm meal here - they won’t tell you that something isn’t working, they will just let you order as normal and discover it when you take your first bite. 3rd time over 2 years that I have received cold food - one time they didn’t even pretend to heat up the tortilla for a burrito, but I didn’t catch on until we got our food home. Anyway, if you like to gamble, you can do it here.

This is the worst run chipotle location out of a long list of the ones we have visited and previously frequented. They consistently mess up fairly simple to go orders, and don’t provide full portions on a fairly regular basis and have left items off on several occasions. Honestly, can’t remember the last time they got an order correct. Wait times are hit or miss, I’ve stood waiting with about 10 other people who placed to go orders with basically no employee acknowledgement or urgency. Cleanliness is questionable, see other reviews. Today took the cake, we placed a pickup order, both of our meals came with 2 tacos, guess they assumed we wouldn’t check until we got home—who cares if we’re happy customers at that point, right? After going back in and (politely) asking for them to make it right, employee gave sass when they brought out the additional tacos. Something needs to be done at this location. There’s not another one near us, so I guess we just won’t be very regular chipotle customers going forward.

Rude service! AND there’s a picture of guacamole on the carne asada but it doesn’t say anything about it being extra cost. You find that out at checkout! Even the salsa is extra!

First off parking here is way too crowded. At all parts of the day parking is so difficult. Another location desperately needs to be built. Maybe East Georgetown? Second the solicitors need to go. Nobody wants to be bothered by them when trying to get their food. Third what’s the point of ordering online when I’m still waiting 30 minutes in store? The food tastes great but these 3 reasons make the experience so poor.

Ordered a barbacoa bowl for delivery & when I opened it there was a hair inside. So I had to drive down to get it remade, but the remake had spicy peppers in it which I didn't ask for. I was a big fan of this place but probably wont ever be back. 😞

Worst food ever ! I tried to get barbacoa crispy taco. Was given soft tacos then had to ask about crispy. Then they put it in a kids meal kit with everything separate. Barbacoa tasted like canned dog food smells. Bit teas were marked sweet. Over all worst experience I’ve had any where in a long time.

Visited this location for the 1st time. Noticed immediately all the trash overflowing from the trash bins. It wasn’t quite 10pm yet and there was only 1 meat option available. The menu offered brisket so I wanted to try that. There was a guy chopping brisket in the back but I was told there was no brisket. Then they came with steak meat so I opted for that. The cleanliness of this location along with the service warranted my star ratings. The food rating is solely based on the fact there was hardly any food ready for service.

The cleanliness of this location is horrendous. Employees are shuffling through a mystery liquid mixed with rice, lettuce, and trash. The counter they wrap/prepare our food is piled in leftover food. I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting on my to go order and no one has cleaned it once or sanitized the line. There are 10 people standing In line for to go orders. 10 PEOPLE. a customer tried to cancel her order and asked for a refund, the manager told the cashier they were bagging it right now. It’s 10 minutes later and the customer hasn’t received her food. This location is HORRENDOUS.

This was one of my favorite locations of Chipotle until today. I ordered the veggie burrito bowl and asked for an extra scoop of black beans. Usually I get that way but there is no charge. Today they suddenly said that there is an extra charge for the extra black beans. I don’t mind paying but what bothered me most is that the lady who was making my burrito bowl didn’t let me know there was a charge before adding the scoop of black beans. She acted as if it was free and then went to the counter and told I ordered an extra so there is a charge. Shouldn’t you first be asking your customer if they are okay with paying extra? Before adding I think it would be courteous to let them know there is an extra charge. After adding letting me know is like cheating me. I can’t ask to throw the bowl away again because I didn’t want to waste food. Sneaky approach to get extra money for the bowl. I didn’t appreciate that at all.
