The manager was more than welcoming, I'm guessing that's why the homeless population takes advantage. She was very nice and professional. 👏 👏. The city needs to combat the homeless problem better so regular people can do their jobs. Food and service were good.

Pulled up at 10:50pm at two McDonald locations and they both had cones blocking their drive thru lanes even tho their hours say open 24 hours, then passed by Burger King around 11:00pm ish, saw they closed at 11:30 ordered a classic whopper meal, had everything fresh and out in 2 minutes. Oooh yeah Burger King, “I did have it my way”. Way better than that icky clown service you get at McDonald’s. Burger King for the win, you dropped this 👑 king 🤴💙.

I love going to burger King for breakfast....wit a coupon I get two coffees two Is ham Crescent,s two orders of Tater tots .....for $10.99 and I like to have lunch twice a week for my daughter and me for 8.99 we get a 2 hamburger medium soda and two orders of fries with coupon......very Satisfying. They mail their coupons to you ones a month.

Great customer service. Came in ordered and asked if they were hiring as well. Sadly they said not at the moment. But I appreciate the friendliness here. Made me felt welcomed.

Pretty fast drive through time, The lady who attended me had a wonderful personality and actually seemed to be happy to be at work, unlike a few other employees who just stand around zombie like.

Decent food for a reasonable price. It's still fast food so it's not the healthiest option, but they have reasonable prices and the staff have always been very polite.

Food is kinda mediocre at Bk particularly the mayo that goes on the burger.. I know it's a cheap place to eat but it also feels and tastes that way when you go. It's not the locations fault the quality was good for bk and the food fresh but I guess I just don't like it; it was cool when I was a kid but not anymore.

Carl's was closed, so I crossed the street decided to try BK, staff at Burger King were great food was OK.

Burger King is one burger that will taste the same and you order it the way you want it. I think their French fries are as good as Del Taco and better than McDonald's! This location on 111 in Indio has a nice seating area that is clean and open. I use their coupons from my mail to get the best deals. The staff are friendly and seek to work together well! They have a children's play area too! They have been in business since 1954! That is a very long time and right now that is my go to for a burger!

The burgers are getting way too small and pricey, it would be right if the burgers 🍔 would be big like they used to be. And the prices go up but some burgers are only 2 bite size that is ridiculous.

It's okay ...drive thru is a lil slow but it's all good at least it was hot and fresh! Nice friendly employees!

The food's not bad and the service is nice, but the issue is you shouldn't come here if you're not that hungry. The food fills you up fast as well as the fact that it's a little bit awkward trying to ask for the code to enter the bathroom. However it does have a nice clean interior style as well as the fact that they have a wide drink variety so kudos to that.

The new brisket burger is NOT WORTH $8.99 I literally just bought two for me and my mom they wasn't really even hot and thats what i was afraid of. For most part it taste like a bbq whopper its not enough brisket to be call a brisket sandwich

They are working so fast that they messed up your order and if you are already back to your home ready to eat, and you have missed items or made wrong, they have had ruined your dinner family time. The food is good, but the workers need to slow down a little bit and check that the orders are correct.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast-food burger joints. This location on I-10 & Washington has a tendency to screw-up my order. They have two strikes, one more and I will not be back to that location.

I checked to see what time this location was open till. I order a combo on the BK app, when I went to pick it up it was closed. Never going back to this location.

So I went to a Burger King around 9:00 p.m. to order a milkshake and they're going to tell me that they don't have no milkshakes cause they already cleaned their milkshake machine. Why is your milkshake machine already cleaned come 9:00 when you dont close till midnight!!??? Basically your telling me since you cleaned your machine already I cant get what I want on your menue. Thats poor customer service.

This place claims to open at 6:00A.M.on most days. But they never do. I’ve gone a few times and they don’t respond at the drive through. I’ve gone at 6:30 thinking they have the times up wrong and they still aren’t open. Another issue with this location is they ALWAYS MAKE YOU PULL UP OR WAIT IN THE PARKING for your food even if it’s just one meal?! My suggestion is go to the one in Coachella this place it together.

This is the nastiest burger king in the valley!!!! Every single time i go right before they close at 12am they serve you cold burgers that have been there for long time and looks like they reheat them in microwave. It's GROSS! To top it off management doesn't do anything about it i have called before and complained twise. Once for Cold food. 2nd time was because employees were HIDING FROM COSTUMERS right before closing time it was about 11:40 one time when noone would answer on drive thru even called from my personal phone and noone answered YELLED thru the little window and NOTHING when it was still open and employees cars in the parking lots and now again because you guys keep selling people COLD FOOD? LEARNED MY LESSON WILL NEVER GIVE IT A SECOND CHANCE! rather go to different location FIRE YOUR PM COOK PLEASE!.

Whopper No cheese when asked for and it has onions and tomatoes when you do not want then Not good Can not eat it... To hard to get an order right not the first time...

The food was good. When we walked in to find a table, every available table was dirty. We asked the lady at the cash register to clean it. She obviously didn't like us telling her what was wrong. She brought a rag and cleaned the table with only water on the rag. There was no chemical smells after and, she barely did anything. We had to eat in our car because at the end, none of the tables were cleaned still. Not recommended at all.

Manager was disrespectful, and she had a disgusted look on her face when addressing me. I heard her and the other employees talking about me in Spanish being very disrespectful at this point talking about my looks and my penis.At one point messing with my food saying it's only a couple days old and laughing, then another employee said to stop he's looking and made a fresh one. They obviously didn't think I could understand Spanish boy were they wrong. Worst experience at burger king or anywhere ever, but other then that food was great. Lol

Went through the drive-thru and didn’t check my order... big mistake. When I got home I noticed they had gotten my order all wrong. I wasn’t about to drive all the way back so I decided to call. I called multiple times and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP! Customer service was not friendly and my order was a joke. Don’t waste your time coming here.

So I went to Burger King to try their new veggie burger and I asked the employee if they knew what was in the actual burger, the employee stated "vegetables." I then asked what kind of vegetables and she said "I don't know." I then asked if the manager knew and she said no. Attention Managers! Please educate your staff on what is in your food especially if its a new food item. As a result, I did not purchase the veggie burger since nobody knew what was actually in the burger. Yes, I Googled it...FYI Burger King, the patty is Morning Star patties. And now we know!

Actually the biggest disappointment of fastfood I've ever had. The whopper was tasteless , the fries were cold and dry and the Coca-Cola didn't taste right . I felt cheated out of $9.45 then to top it off I was refused a refill, which I have never incountered in my entire life of eating fast-food. I can honestly say that I will never eat at Burger King again. .

Since I was little, I would always go to Burger King with family. today after donating blood, and feeling weak; I went to the dining room lobby to try to recover and get a nice meal from Burger King. 15 minutes prior I was told that the lobby was closing although the hours posted say they don’t close until 8 PM, During this time, another individual walked in and placed an order three minutes after the time that they said they were closing the lobby. I asked if I could stay and just eat my food and I would head out, otherwise my only option would be to eat at the bus stop, I was told no because the lot was now closed. So I left I went to the dark dirty bus stop littered with cigarettes, an empty soda can, and other trash. I have been faithful to Burger King because this is one of my favorite chains. I don’t want to Disappear. But tonight is definitely the last time I ever eat Burger King again. Photos included of my “lovely” place I ate, since Burger King closes at 7:50 instead of the 8pm that was posted.

This placed doesn’t even deserve 1 star the employees are so rude. When they are missing stuff in the order they act like they don’t mess up and won’t give u what u paid for the item that’s missing after you have prod of purchase. Horrible customer service The mexican guy and the mexican lady both working the front counter

They claim to take EBT but that claim is not substantial since the stupid machine can't properly read anyone's card they only take cash and the lady at the desk was very loud and rude I don't recommend this place. Go somewhere else.
