I currently work 5 minutes from this location, and my coworkers and I eat here once a week. We have been coming to this location for 6 years. The staff is always very efficient and friendly. The food is fresh and ready to pickup. We won’t visit any other location.

Tried this place for the first time and I'll be back! The chicken quesadilla was my favorite and you need the green salsa in your life! We also got a whole chicken with sides which was very good. My only complaint is that the rice was salty.

Writing on behalf of husband and I who frequent this location quite often. Everyone of the staff is super friendly. We usually get the 5 tacos and a torta , extra order of fries and med queso ( if you haven't tried fries you're missing out! ) they're like naucho fries but on steroids lol. The only reason I would have done 4stars is bc we asked for guacamole on side yesterday on the bistec torta and was when I noticed we were being charged for guac 🥑 I said we don't want extra just what comes with torta can it please be on side or only on half bc we share and hubby hates 🥑. The really sweet girl said it didn't come with it. So as things have changed I figured this was what happened so we said ok. Hubby tried new sandwich but hard to tell exactly what was in it on pic..we asked and sounded good hubby chose chicken on his and we waited for food which always comes quick and hot 🔥 No surprise same on this order. However my sandwich did come with guac so we paid $2 and hubby was disappointed he couldn't share my torta bc lots guac. Then he saw his sandwich thinking it was chicken cheese and onions but unfortunately it has tons of chips in it ( really disappointing bc he'd had minor oral surgery and chips were not in description from really nice girl at counter. It definitely wasn't his day. Manager stopped by table and asked if we'd give review. I gave 5 stars bc I couldn't read all words on menu but my husband did ask in Spanish about ingredients and I did hear her answer. So to the very sweet girl please learn menu better or ask someone else who knows but smile and kindness makes up for lil mistakes 😁 This is why you got your store 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never lose the smile and I'll work on reading Spanish too.

Love how the food that takes me back to those wonderful days in Acuña. The mesquite wood cooked chicken and the smell of the rice and charro beans. Very peace as soon as you walk in.

The food is off the top I would 100% recommend this if you’re in the look of grilled chicken, rice and beans and let’s not talk about the drinks they have especially the pineapple drink is so good I would recommend if you want something savory and sweet, not for everyone but that’s my Togo when i go and order, customer service is also to talk about not every place is friendly but this place is so nice and welcoming, so if you’re down to go then you guys know where.👌

I came here for the first time from California and I have to say, WE NEED THIS PLACE IN CALIFORNIA !!!!! I wasn't sure what to order but Ruby was very helpful and explained each type of meat option and I just had to try them all. EVERYTHING was soft tender and generous in portion. I loved everything I ordered was so good I have to come back here before I leave! I highly recommend the beef, chicken, Barbacoa, and they have the best crispy chips ready for you to help yourself as well.

This location must be under new management. The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the salsa bar was fresh. I've been to several different locations and the chicken at my most recent visit to this location last week was the best I've had thus far. Def recommend this location!!

This is my go to spot for nachos! I buy queso and chips and usually a couple side dishes when not in mood to cook also a favorite is the taco platter. Love their sauces and everyone working at night is amazing and friendly. Edit unfortunately changes date. This was from 2 weeks prior. Remember I said how the evening crew was friendly and amazing.. .well today we gave the day crew another visit. Tasty food. Very busy, always! I enjoy the warm chips and the tasty chicken dishes. Delicious tortilla soup. The bar has nice selections, but needed some work. The drink dispenser had a faulty trigger that would not turn off. The trigger must have broken recently. I really enjoy this restaurant but it seems understaffed and for visitors wanting a neater, cleaner experience, this wonderful restaurant is a little rough, and could be remodeled. The staff are friendly and nice.

So I went through the drive through and the lady didn’t Speak English. I had to ask for someone to speak English. Then when I get to the Window, my order is up being $76 instead of 53. Apparently they charged me for the guy behind me because that Hispanic Lady that wouldn’t speak English gets back on the mic and continues to make me pay for the guy behind these order so then they had to give me cash back and then the lady who hands me. The cash was $2 short. They charged me the tax and didn’t refund me the tax. Then they also forgot the damn corn tortillas, rice or chorro beans. The person who hands me the food is the same one who doesn’t speak English telling me something in Spanish. I called to ask about the money because I knew it was short. The girl who speaks English kept my receipt. So I had nothing to reference. I go here quite a bit and this was a really crappy experience. They charge a lot for their food to not give everything I paid for.

Let me start by saying I’m the type of person who normally doesn’t complain about food or services. I am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days but: We ordered our food and it was supposed to be delivered within 20-30 minutes ( we were 9 minutes away). We were notified when our door dasher arrived at the restaurant (on time btw). He waited for over 45 minutes to get our order. We were then notified when he left the restaurant. It took him approximately 8 minutes to get here. When he got here (super friendly guy btw) our food was extremely cold (again not the delivery guys fault) and they messed up our order. When we called them they basically called us liars and said all of our food was here. I would not recommend this place at all. Rude and the food wasn’t anything to write home about.

Came to this location and left disappointed. Won't go to this one again. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and 2 of the slices had NO chicken in it at all. The others it was sparse and poor quality, like I got the scraps or something.

My co-workers ordered from Uber, well one of them ordered nachos and once she was almost done she noticed two files were on the bottom of her nachos. She called to complain and all they said was she can get free nachos. Disgusting!! I have eaten here multiple times and will not be going back.

I unfortunately made the decision to go here for lunch today and as expected, I was highly disappointed again. I always regret going here. Every time I go, if there is 1 car there, I wait 30+ minutes for my food. If there are 10 cars , I still wait 30+ minutes for my food. I even ordered my food online, it said my food would be ready in 10 minutes, I STILL had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. This is ridiculous. The food is usually good, it’s hit or miss, the employees are always friendly but I will never visit again. I wasted my entire lunch break for one order. And to top it off, the parking lot is horrible. I can find better food, with better prices and spend 90% less time at so many other places.

Stay away! We went on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy a meal at our favorite restaurant . Everything went as normal however when we came outside to our car what a surprise we came to find that someone side swiped us in the parking lot and left. A camera was pointing right in front of us so We were relieved however when trying to get a hold of the manager was no where to be found . I had to resort to calling the police and even then they were not willing to help. This has been a very terrible experience that has yet to be resolved because the restaurant wont share the footage. This is not expense i was planning with this economy. You would think that being a loyal customer would mean something. (Update)- don’t be fooled by the comment under they did absolutely nothing to help nor make it right just another loop

I ordered through the app and waited 15 minutes in line, only to be told I’d need to wait another 30 minutes for my food. I asked for a refund, but they said they were calling other locations to see if they could bring over chickens instead. That sounds like a health code violation — cooked food shouldn’t be shuttled around like that. Since a refund seemed complicated, I decided to wait and asked if I could at least get a drink. Instead of a simple “yes,” the employee handed me a cup and then loudly asked if it was “for water.” If I’be already paid and being forced to wait an extra 30 minutes for food I already ordered, a $2 drink shouldn’t be too much to ask. When I pushed for a refund, they told me to do it in the app—even though I showed them it wouldn’t let me. The employee walked off without explanation, and I waited even longer before someone finally returned with a receipt for my refund. By then, another 30 minutes had passed and food still wasn’t ready so I wasted all this time for nothing but bad service. Save yourself the frustration — stick to other locations. This one is by far the worst.

Do not go to this place! There is a thief there taking debit card information and attempting to transfer money from them. I got an alert from my bank asking if I authorized personal transfer of my money to a Spanish transfer account. Later that day, a transaction was made to a cell phone company, which I don't even have. I had the transactions stopped and had to have my card replaced. I called Pollo Regio to inform the Manager of what was going on and they hung up on me. I didn't even tell them the complete incident of what happened. Be very careful if using a card there. They're crooks! I will never go there again! In fact, I recommend that no one should go there until at least they get rid of the crook(s) that are working there.
