Love this place! Very consistent and consistently good! Food is hot and I love that my blizzards are always served upside down! Employees are friendly. Bathrooms are clean! Couldn't ask for more from a quick midday stop for lunch when you're out on the road all day.

DQ is a comfort food and I drive a little extra to go to this location because they have some of the sweetest staff ever. They worked around having a malfunctioning speaker for their drive through very patiently, and there's a young man that said he was new, and each time I've seen him he's been very friendly and has overall great customer service. And of course, the food is always great.

The staff is always so nice here. They are kind and do the best they can. At least when I go between 10 pm and closing time. The lines can be long around this time, so if the last car of their drive through line is at the absolute end of their that line, expect to wait more than 45 minutes. The food is delicious though, super worth it if you are able. Just, impossible to get during a 30 minute lunch break if the line is long. SO HAPPY THE FROSTED ANIMAL COOKIE BLIZZARD IS BACK!!!

Every time I come here the staff are amazingly friendly and really make me feel happy and welcome. The energy here is really good. The food is tasty, standard fast food but I really come back because it's one of the few places I know I can eat inside and use a bathroom but mostly cause the staff are incredible.

I had The nicest young man named Sam wait on me and my two adult children today Mother's Day evening. I wanted a Dipped Strawberry Blizzard and it was no longer available. After trying to come up with something else Sam suggested that I get a Strawberry Blizzard and they could add chocolate shards to it . Well Sam was right it turned out better then the one I asked for ! THIS young man gave me and my children the BEST Customer Service today . He knew his job , but most importantly Sam knew the food items Dairy Queen offered and was able to explain in detail. Kudos to this young man we were in around 7pm Today. My daughter had the Strawberry Cake Shake and my Son got the Chicken Strips basket and I had the Strawberry Blizzard with chocolate it was to Die FOR and perfect treat to WATCH Game of Thrones with ! Yep i came home put it in the freezer and it was worth it. ☺

The blizzard although expensive is out of this world. Love it. The small ones costs 4$ish and the larger ones cost 7$ish. I would recommend buying the large ones for a greater value for money. Do try their fries and chicken fingers as well. They are better than most but not all fast food fries out there. Avoid the drive-by during Friday and Saturday night. The queue is extremely long after 9pm and it will probably spoil all your cravings for that night. Nevertheless, I recommend this place for a quick snack

Dairy Queen Grill is always special. The restaurant inside is cozy with lots of separate comfortable spaces. The food is always too shelf as is the service. And you can't beat their ice cream treats and ice cream cakes. You absolutely have to go there. Check out the BILLS themed sprinkle cone! They have cool themed cones. Very unique...like everything about DQ ❤️

I had ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday a few days ago to be picked up today. When I arrived to pick up my cake, there had apparently been some blip and the store had never received my order. I have to say the customer service in handling this issue was outstanding. They immediately helped me select another cake and were able to quickly personalize it for me. The manager even came out to apologize and they handled everything in such a professional manner. I really appreciated the service and I will definitely support this store in the future.

They were very nice and their new Puppy Dog Peanut Butter Blizzard was quite good! I should have thought to take pictures but I'm just getting back to doing reviews a little more regularly! I also, heard the new Churro Dipped Cones are quite good as well! The location was clean but a bit overcrowded at the time.

Michael was very curteous to my wife and kids. The food came out within minutes of ordering and the price was really good for the amount of food we received. I am not from the local area, but plan on returning to this restaurant at least oneñce before I travel back home.

Food is just standard DQ treats, nothing to talk about there. If you like it you like it, if you don't then don't go there. But the staff was superior the last time we visited. Not only was it hot and quick, but they also helped out tremendously with a blizzard issue. My kid ordered a small blizzard and thought it was a good idea to keep showing his brother that you can hold it upside down. That is, until the ice cream fell out all over the table. The team at DQ immediately made him another one and helped ensure he had a great experience. Highly recommend rewarding the good things this team does well!

Customer service is really good at this place! Staff is very friendly and polite. Ice cream is so good. Today we got a brownie Oreo and ice cream mix (I can’t exactly remember the name) it was so good except the brownie was a bit dry. But 5 stars for the quality ice cream flavors.

Dairy Queen #14564 I wanted crispy tacos and my daughter took me to get some thru the drive thru. I must say they were delicious and hot sauce paired well with the tacos. Lady at the window was very pleasant as well. I usually only go for the peanut parfait which is the best as well. But today I only wanted tacos.

She is representing not only Dairy Queen well but she is showing up for the individuals who own and operate this location where others may not be. We went in for Blizzards heading home to our city that doesn't have a Dairy Queen. It had been too long since our last. They were both perfectly blended so you could taste the goodness all the way through. They staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. You could tell the employees cared.

The quality and quantity is just amazing out here. I personally like the blizzard series - oreo mocha and the Royal New York Cheesecake to be specific. Drive through is available during the pandemic. Totally recommend it and it's super safe to go!

I had the $5.00 special consisting of a chili dog and cheese burger. The chili dog was delicious, the meaty sauce was excellent! The burger was good, nothing special, but much better than the current food at McDonald's! The bun was substantial. Chick-fil-A has terrible buns! We will return often! Next time, I think I'll give into one of the very tempting milk shakes! I was very pleased with the store, and the people who worked there were very helpful. Thanks for a business that deserves to be visited!

Grill is so bad. Only pictures look good. I don’t like Blizzard. Personally I think DQ only exists for their kid-size cone dipped in chocolate. Cashiers here can’t manage time really well. The girl who is in charge of managing and coordinating orders is fantastic and she is the only reason for me to give 4 stars.

Normal Dairy Queen experience. I came in for a blizzard and received it quickly. The woman at the register was very nice and smiled. Later at one point it sounded like there was a heated discussion in the kitchen, which was kind of awkward. But overall my expectations were met and I would easily return for another of those fine tasty blizzards.

Been here many times. The food is decent. On this time my son and I went for dessert. Only problem I had was when the girl came over to bring our dessert, she sat the spoons down on the table without a paper towel or anything under them. Sat my dessert down and asked if there was anything else she could us. I kindly said "yes". Could you bring me more spoons? She didn't seem to think that sitting the spoons on the dirty table and stated to me that I had spoons already pointing to the ones on the table. I told her that I would prefer if she sat the brownies on the table but put the spoons in my hand. She rolled her eyes a lil and left to get them. She came back, handed them to me, but took the other two with attitude allowing them to scrap across the table as she walked away. I usually don't dine in and after that I will continue to grab my desired items and leave.

Customer service was not up to par cashier was clueless about certain items on menu, the food is basic and bland I think with a little more effort and seasoning it would have been something more to talk about and the atmosphere is cramped alot of shimmying not meant for large crowds. If anything they should do more with the frozen treats.

Th food is great, and the prices are reasonable. However, the service is super slow, especially in Henrietta. Whether I go in or to the h drive thru, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes before they even take my order. Can't go there if you have limited time.

The Blizzard really didn't have much flavor too it. Cookie Monster cone was good. Staff couldn't hear through the speaker box and forgot my drink. I believe they were understaffed as well so it would account for the wait.

i love getting blizzards but the service is really bad. ordered 4 different sizes and got all minis. and we got billed for the different sizes. the ice cream was good though

The order was messed up, went up to get it corrected and they acted like we didn't order the food from there when we were the only people ordering food (everyone else icecream). The girl who took the order had to come over and get the order corrected, just not handled professionally, I probably won't return, to many choices with the similar choices...

Two adults and one child came out to almost $40, which might not sound terrible at first, except that didn’t include ice cream. The portion sizes were extremely small—the fries were comparable to a small at McDonald’s. We ordered two drinks just to access the fountain, only to find there were only three drink options, none of which we would have paid for had we known. We decided to get ice cream anyway, hoping to end on a positive note, but both orders were incorrect. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all.

We came in at 10:15 pm. After we ordered we found a table that was dirty. When we asked for a cloth to wipe it off, we were told we had to take our food to go. We did find another clean table and started to eat (they were still taking orders & serving food.) Another employee came by and told us they close at 11 and we needed to finish up (about 10:35.) We were almost done and first employee came by and told us we needed to leave. When we said they were open until 11, she rudely told us all food had to be taken out. All but one garbage can had a paper over the top saying to use another garbage can. I understand getting as many closing duties done early as you can, but if the restaurant closes at 11, don’t start chasing people out prior to that.

food is ok, very slow employees (both mentally and physically). took them 15 minutes to understand that i only wanted one blizzard, then they ended up giving me the wrong kind. I had also said that i wanted ranch dressing and honey mustard as my dipping sauce and got neither. Very unhappy.

Currently in drive thru line with my one person ahead of me the entire time. Waiting 15 minutes and still haven't been able to give my order. I'm only here because I promised my kids. This is so incredibly unprofessional and it's sadly not the first time service has sucked here. Please do better

i love dairy queen, but the quality control at this location is garbage. i’ve had several problems at this location, but today was the last time ill ever visit this one. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and ordered it plain, with a slice of cheese, which was like $1.20 extra (which is INSANE for cheese). they didn’t give me cheese, it had barely any spicy sauce on it, and whoever was cooking severely burnt the bun. i’m extremely disappointed in this location, because it’s the closest DQ to me. henrietta fast food is on a steady decline, i barely eat anywhere around here anymore.

My boyfriend and I come to this location often for takeout, and the quality/quantity of the food is extremely inconsistent. We always end of having problems with our order of food. (Any ice cream/blizzards come out okay.) We come in at different times of the day so it's not like it's a specific crew. We often have so much missing from our basket combos, or the quantity is less than its $12 worth. (We were once given the equivalent size of 6 McDonald's nuggets for the normal price.) Just on this past order alone, neither of the 6-piece tender baskets (ordered two) had six pieces, fries were over salted and soggy, no bread, and no sauce that we had asked for. By the time we realized, we were already home and tired of having to deal with this location. Not coming back.

Go to the Webster location instead, trust me. This one is even worse than Greece. Not the staff's fault but putting in a drive-through right next to an expressway was....a decision. Unless you like yelling back and forth with a stranger to place your order, pre-order for pickup or just go inside to save frustration on both ends. Even forgiving that, it always takes forever to get food. I was asked to pull ahead, waited a couple minutes, only to get the smallest portion of food I've ever received from a DQ...with cold fries. For what I paid, no thanks.

lukewarm chicken strips, thick pasty gravy, small amt. ONE person to take orders AND deliver food. no wonder it was not hot! Sam e with blizzards. Finally went up to get before melted. blizzards were naked. a minuscule amt of topping in the top & the rest was white as an albino! Get the picture? And mine was double topping or at least I paid for double. Drive thru person delivering food & asking drive thru to please wait.

Come here often and each time it’s a disappointment. Rude staff. Especially drive thru. Just cause it’s winter don’t mean folks don’t want blizzards so why have an attitude. The blizzards are never right and barley have the goodies in pass the top of the ice cream. Also they never do the tip test. Ice cream is always melted and not blizzard consistency. I have talked to a young manager and it’s always well it’s our speaker system for the staffs attitude or their adjusting something. No excuse. If you don’t like your job do a career change.

Went to pickup a mobile order in the drive thru since the interior was closing soon, was directed to go inside after waiting in the drive thru line. Waited for 30 minutes for an employee to address all of the customers picking up while other staff announced the interior area was closing. Received the items and they were melted since they had already been made and left behind the counter the whole time I was waiting +30 minutes.

Waited seven minutes in my line for my order to be taken and I’m on minute 15 of waiting for my two blizzards. Unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. Your purpose is to serve ice cream so what’s the issue? Oh wait, I know, a scumbag franchisee who refuses to properly staff their restaurant. This franchisee should be stripped of their rights as this has been consistent for years.

Ok I went here 2 nights ago to get 2 simple Medium Strawberry Milkshakes. The young man at the drive thru was in a huge hurry that he dropped my credit card between the car and the building. This next part could have sent me to the hospital! We only ordered 2 Medium Strawberry Milkshakes (nothing added to them)... both of them "looked" fine. When I started to drive off and took a couple sips, something else other than ice cream and strawberries came thru. I didn't think too much on it until it happened a few more times. Peanuts! We're in my Strawberry Milkshake! My fiance said there were peanuts in her Strawberry Milkshake as well! Do you guys realize people have allergies! What the heck, do you not know to clean the machines between orders 1, out of cleanliness 2, people have allergies to certain food items. There were so many peanuts in the bottom half of it I couldn't finish it. You guys could kill someone or their child do to this kind of thing! People beware this Dairy Queen is not taking proper precautions or cleaning.

So I called spoke with a associate about a blizzard I ordered yesterday there was not enough cookie dough. I had the receipt and everything. She rudely in a nonchalantly way told me I was wrong excuse me then proceeded to tell me how many scoops they use and if I wanted more pay more but there was barely anything in it. Spoke to manager Ashley she was no better even backed up her employee for some reason even told me her associate was nice. I’m sorry I have a Hospitality Management Degree and one thing they taught me in college is customer is always right and the passive aggressiveness was not needed. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated over the phone.It’s sad to say I went to Sonic I was treated far better the manger went outside in the cold and hand delivered my Sonic blast and was super nice to me the way a customer should be treated. Do not go to Dairy Queen if they mess up your order they will be passive aggressive with you the manger at Dairy Queen in Henrietta did offer to make me another but after basically telling me it was okay for her associate to talk to me the way she did. So I will not be ever going back to this location due to quality issues and basically treated unfairly.

Went to get a blizzard. Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Placed my order. Finally got to the window, paid for my order, and they handed me a blizzard that was not what I ordered. I asked why and they stated their chocolate ice cream machine was broken so they added chocolate syrup and they were out of heath bar so they added Oreos. I ordered a mini chocolate heath bar blizzard….they could have told me the machine was broken and they had no heath bar but instead tried to give me something I didn’t order and don’t even like. The worst part is the manager never even apologized. Really…….she could have at least apologized.

Came for a DoorDash order was cut off when speaking and was greeted with attitude after waiting for 20 plus minutes at the speaker. When at the window the gentleman had a huge attitude and slammed the window and then was playing with his hair by the food area. We were told to pull forward and didn’t do to amount of orders and the attitude. Spoke to the supervisor and was told we could sit at the window. But then a girl came up and demanded we pull forward and yelling at us that she could refuse service and when we’re told they were rude because they were tired. And that our customers food wasn’t as important as other customers because we were DoorDash. Then the young gentleman had the audacity to dance in front of us and taunt us and flipping us off playing with his hair. Next, we found out that they had been canceled our two pagan customers orders when the store would be closing in less than 30 minutes. I would never order food here due to the lack of hygiene practices, and due to the attitude and level of disrespect we were greeted with. Absolutely awful.

It's unfortunate that an innocent employee takes the blame for a wrong order, when you weren't even trained for it! Like how to make milkshakes! and then you put a new employee in the drive-thru with NO TRAINING AND NO HELP! Yes, everyone hangs out in the back socializing and/or they are taking another break to go outside and vape! and the Managers are just as guilty! They act like they absolutely don't care! How sad. Upper Management should hear the TRUTH about WHY their restaurant gets such bad reviews!

When I ordered my kids birthday cake the lady on the phone was pleasant and seemed thorough. When I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, the staff seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. Then they had no record of the order. They were extremely rude and unapologetic . When I got home I double checked my previous calls to make sure I’d called the right place; I did. The error was theirs. We will not go back as they clearly do not want the business.- Parents of 2 disappointed kids.

if i could put negative stars I would. I never go inside, usually the drive through, but today I did. I don’t know how there order pickups work so I thought I was supposed to grab it off the counter. I work in customer service so I just grabbed my stuff based off of what I know. After trying to take me meal I was yelled at right off the bat. Again, had no idea where i was supposed to get my food and there were no signs telling me not to go in the area I was in. I didn’t get his name but the guys was VERY disrespectful and angry towards me and my boyfriend. absolutely ridiculous. It’s understandable to have boundaries in your store, but approach them differently and do not yell at innocent customer for a small mistake. So unprofessional and embarrassing that this store is run by disrespectful people. I’m so glad I can put forward a positive image to my current and future customers unlike this guy.

So this is for all the DoorDashers out there. This by far is one of the worst restaurants to pick up orders from. Slow as can be…orders never ready on time. Usually with the exception of a few you will be ignored by most of the staff unless you speak up. So today I pick up my second order from this specific Dairy Queen…order is supposed to be ready…of course it’s not even started. So I point out both tickets to the employee…one ticket for food and the other for a Blizzard. They make the Blizzard before the food and I’m watching the food ticket just sitting there. Finally the cook…who I come to find was also the manager starts the order. Finally it’s finished and now I’m watching the food sitting there and nobody doing anything. So I ask the employee if he can grab the food and get my order together so I can get outta there. All of a sudden the cook/manager starts telling me that he’s a new employee and all that. I say that’s all good but I need my order cause as we Dashers know…time is money. This manager starts yelling at me along with a different employee. We go back and forth a bit…I finally get my order and I leave. No less than an hour later I get an email stating that DoorDash deactivated me because the manager said that I threatened physical harm and violence. So basically this guy was able to get me fired by lying. I’ve been DoorDashing for close to 6 years without incident. DoorDash didn’t even ask for my side…just basically fired me. So yea this place is a joke with rude and dishonest employees.

The lady that was taking orders completely rushed us, not allowing us to finish the order. The man at the window forgot our drinks and was fairly rude to us as well. I understand that working at a fast food place is stressful but there's no reason to treat customers like that.

What a joke this place is! My wife ordered a cake online and went to pick it up and cake was MIA, gave them order email confirmation and showed definitively Jeff Rd location. Next day I call and talk to manager and he said “ they” picked it up? Hmmm. So I asked why a random customer would want a cake that said “ happy birthday Reilley?” I told this manager to have district manager contact me after 2 days in a row to get our cake and at no surprise to me still no call. I upgraded my daughter’s cake at a local bakery and will definitely not be visiting DQ any time soon

I'm really missing my blizzard right now. When I tried calling the store, no one picked up, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the blizzard I received was entirely wrong—it was supposed to be my favorite, but instead, it was loaded with peanut butter, and I'm allergic to that. I'm beyond disappointed; this was supposed to be a sweet treat, and now it’s just a letdown.

Took my niece (2yrs old)to DQ just to find a Pill in her basket box. This is really disturbing, what happen if she would had ate it? Don’t even know if she ate one of them. Call into the store and they ask me if I order it fresh. WHAT DOES THAT HAS TO DO ANYTHING

Can't leave rating on food as never received any. Drove over 10 miles for Blizzards. Waited in line over 15 minutes at 11:30pm with 8 cars behind me. When got to the speaker told they were short staffed and there would be a wait. There were no cars in the parking and no cars in front of me so who were they handling? Drove off and a worker was just starring out the drive thru as I drove by. Obviously handling the zero customers inside. If you can't get employees who are willing to work just close earlier and don't waste my time.

This is my first time my Dairy Queen and I will never come back. I went to the drive-through and ordered. Three meals. As I was ordering I ordered my mom's meal first which was the seven-dollar meal. My mom. Wanted the strawberry banana smoothie but it was replaced with a blizzard. Since they didn't have the smoothie (which I didn't know at the time until I came back.) I got the blizzard. But since my mom didn't want that. She told me to take it back. I also noticed that there was a fries missing from the order. So I headed back out to them. I went back through the drive-thru and told them that there was a missing item from the order. I was asked what was missing and I said the fries from the $7 meal. Ok, no problem. Pull forward and get the fries but I also asked them if they could switch out the blizzard with the smoothie. Apparently, they didn't have that at this location. No problem. I'll just get a refund for the blizzard. They told me that the blizzard was an upgrade and not separate. I'm like no it was supposed to be separate and I said it was separate. I guess miscommunication happened. That's no problem, that's not what I have a problem with. The problem I had was when I asked about the missing ice cream because I forgot about it. (Mind you during this time my mom was on the phone hearing everything that was being said.) That's when she told me about the upgrade with the blizzard. I got so confused because at this point it's been a long day and it's almost 1 hour to midnight. I wasn't grasping why it was upgraded etc. Remember I ordered three meals right? So apparently with the kid's meal you get a soft ice cream with the meal as well. I guess they said that and I didn't hear it. But the first time I got my items. There was no soft ice cream that came with the kid's meal. It wasn't handed to me. So when we were talking about the ice cream. They thought it was for the kids meal. I was so confused because I didn't get an ice cream with the kids meal. But!! I was handed one the second round. The lady who took my order came up to the window to talk to me about the missing items and meal. That's when she told me she upgraded the blizzard. Didn't want that at all. Miss communication like I said. I was gonna let that slide. After my confusion and I got the gist of what was happening. I asked well why did I get handed the soft served ice cream. She told me it came with the kids meal. I'm like I'm confused this didn't come with the order when I first came around. She said "yes it did I watched them hand it to you". I about almost blew up on her. I'm like lady no you did not. You watched them hand me the blizzard but not this ice cream here. She tried to gaslight me. I was shook at that point and had enough. I said all I want is the ice cream that comes with the meal and a refund for the blizzard that is all. When I got home I told mom what had happened. Then she called to yell at them from accusing me of stealing. Then they tried to say we just wanted a free meal off of them.. It's not my fault you forgot to hand over the ice cream. I wouldn't have asked you why I have this extra ice cream right here. But apparently we were out for a free meal. Even though I said just replace the item that was wrong and get the missing fries. That's all. If that's a meal to you then I don't know. But I'm not with that. This girl was wrong and I will never come back there. Just because someone is complaining doesn't mean they want a free meal. Just because someone calls you out on a lie doesn't mean you get to try to gaslight that person. I want this person to give up cc footage and watch what was handed to me. Then I would like a public apology for what she did wrong.

Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a small blizzard from a mobile order while regular orders were moving right by me, three employees standing doing nothing. The tables are always dirty and the atmosphere is not it. My blizzard was completely melted and soup and they put nothing in it for $8. Lost a loyal customer, will be warning people not to go this location.

Waited for over a 1/2 hour in drive through line. Ordered 2 4 pice chicken fingers and 2 blizzards. After waiting at window was only give. 1 chicken finger and the blizzards. They said they didn’t hear the 2nd order and charged me for the second one….at that point one of the other workers said they were not taking orders at the window….VERY RUDE. It was their mistake…and I paid more than I should have. I will NEVER go again. Waste of time and very disrespectful employees.

Don't bother ordering anything besides ice cream here. Waited nearly an hour for a large order of cheese curds while several people who had arrived after me got their orders promptly before deciding to just walk out. Being treated rudely is one thing, but straight up ignored after paying good money for my order? Unacceptable.

I am here right now leaving and we had a horrible experience, NO excuse. This was horrible. We got there, walked in, and my grandmother asked the worker about a flame thrower burger to see what came on it and she named stuff she didn't like so she said "no thank you, please take that off" and she said "no problem!" We ordered the food and went to pay and she said we could only pay on card because there was no more change in the box we just said ok and paid using card. We got our food; there was a flame thrower burger that we didn't order, chicken tenders which I ordered, cheese burger which my grandma ordered, a burger my grandpa ordered and fries which no one ordered. We ordered onion rings and we asked the worker for pur onion rings, she said no and we asked to talk to the manager he said no to free ones as well and we paid again and got finally got our onion rings. I walked up and ordered and paid for a vanilla cone and she said ok I'll bring it to you. I walked to my seat and waited 15 minutes for it and she walked over with it and then walked away WITH IT (we were the only ones in there), I walked up and asked about it she grabbed it and handed it to me as it was melted. Also drinks were flat.

Went to order some deserts for my children, and location was chaos, they made two of the items then I had to wait for rest. Ordered well in advance of some other people. So the first desert was melted and gross. In total I was there for 45 mins from when I placed order till I carried it out because they had to remake. Avoid, until they staff correctly. $30 wasted… If you are behind stop taking orders…

Had to change my rating. I take my kids every couple months and usually we all love it but this last time it was SO bad. It was empty inside but the tables were dirty with the qr code stickers coming off the tables. Additionally the bun on my burger was so stale I couldn't bite into it in one bite...I had to kind of gnaw so I gave up. Even the ice cream was bad and gritty yet somehow melted as well. And no flipping those blizzards to prove they're thick because all the ice creams (4!) We ordered were watered down/liquid. This used to be a decent spot, if pricey (but worth it). Now I paid $80 for crappy, sub par food.

Went there on my 30 minute lunch break, usually in the past visits it went fairly quickly, today not so much. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru lane with 6 other cars. Ordered the 6pc chicken strips basket with large diet coke. It comes with 6 tenders, fries, buttered toast and your choice dipping sauce. When I got my order, after parking back at work, the order only had 3 tenders and fries with dipping sauce. No toast, no other 3 tenders. Food was like warm. Won't be going back there for some time.

Went thru drive thru tonite (2/27 @ 7:22PM) ordered a large snickers blizzard - was asked if I wanted extra snickers said sure. Total was $10.13. What a disappointment. The snickers were just microscopic pieces of chocolate and if there was 1/4 of a teaspoon that would have been a lot. You’d never know it was snickers as just tiny chocolate flakes So the DQ response is give us another try - really. Maybe review with staff how to actually make a blizzard. I’ve been to numerous DQs in many states and every time I go to the Henrietta locations it’s the same outcome - a cup of ice cream with toppings so pulverized there’s no distinction if you ordered snickers - M&Ms - Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups - it’s all like sawdust. So to get a response that says give us another try - really? What are you doing to correct the situation?

I havent been here in years. I thought I'd take my grandchildren for lunch and knew they'd get icecream with the meal, what's not to love....the food, the service. Fries were mushy and cold, asked for crispy. Both cheeseburgers had lots of ketchup...too much, wiped off w napkin, but rolls were soggy w ketchup still. Staff rude, will not go here again!

Came to this branch to pick up an uber order and wanted to order a blizzard through drive thru and was denied placing an order because they said “we cannot take your order if you are picking up” I have worked for dairy queen and have never denied a customer like this. The managers name was Jamie and she took my order. I will be calling corporate about her. Denying a customer especially a pregnant one for no good reason at all is just shitty behavior

I ordered on the mobile app. When I got there it said my food was being worked on so I ain't come to find out it somehow got canceled. They still took my money. Said it would be three or five business days which I told him that I now had no money to feed my kids. Any respectable business would have giving the food for free because of the circumstances. But no they wanted me to read order and now I didn't have enough money because they took it already

I went to this location's drive-thru on July 13, 2024 around 5:10PM. I asked for a mini pecan turtle cluster blizzard. When I finally got to the window to get my order, the server at the window did the blizzard flip with the lid on. When I opened the blizzard, it was half melted already (we were waiting almost 10 minutes behind someone else). This is why she flipped it with the lid on I'm assuming. I asked for it to be remade, and she immediately got an attitude and said that it's always melted because hot ingredients go inside. She eventually had someone remake it, and it was perfect and not melted. Before, we could say thank you or hand back the melted blizzard she slammed the drive thru window in our face. Not a great experience at all. Horrible customer service. See picture for what the first melted blizzard looked like when I first received it.

Ordered delivery through Uber eats, got an Oreo blizzard instead of a snickers. Which is disappointing for the price, ~$11, but it’s whatever. However the tender and onion ring basket was just pathetic portion wise. I’m usually pretty lenient on the quality of delivered food, but this was just unacceptable. I get the fries are going to be cold and soggy, that’s just how it is when the driver takes 30 minutes to get here and I don’t expect the food to look as plentiful as the pictures, but this was a rip off for $13. Used to order regularly a few years back and it’s been a while. Looks like quality has taken a hit in that time. Tried to reach out, but it didn’t go anywhere.
