I decided to pick up a sausage McMuffin while traveling thru around 9:45am. This store was extremely busy with a long line for the drive through so I opted to go inside and order at the kiosk. Simple order: Sausage McMuffin and 2 milks. It took 12-13 minutes after ordering for my order to come up. The sandwich was hot and the milk was cold so I'm happy.

Breakfast takes 15 minutes or longer no matter what time you go. You can ask them to PLEASE make sure the fries and nuggets are fresh, they’ll say okay, & still proceed to hang you barely warm food.

Chasing Failure

The food is good but they take forever. I've ordered at the counter, and on the app. Even ordered a couple of times when I was 20 minutes away hoping it would be ready on time. Nope. Every time I've had to wait. Never less than 10 minutes too. I once had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and had to remind them twice.

20 MINUTES to get my families order, frozen drinks melted, cold fries and to top that off we got the wrong chicken sandwiches, waisted $30.00, and my family wad disappointed, I will never stop at this McDonald's again.

Food be the same but affordable. 88% cant stand working here, and eventually or intentionally stop putting your sauce in the bag. The other 12% dont show up. Top 10 worst MD, in the state, and if you don't mind waiting.

This McDonald’s was messy and most of tables were filthy from the dinner rush that occurred before our arrival this evening. Also, we had to wait several minutes for a cashier to attend to us. One positive thing about this was our order was correct and we had no issues with it.

Employees families in for a visit. 10 people sat near us.. they thought it was funny that the one year old was screaming at the top of her lungs. They ordered no food. 9 kids, one adult....no supervision. I will not come back. Kiosk is a pain...everyone has trouble.

This place is absolute trash when it comes to ordering breakfast. 10/10 would not recommend. I ordered breakfast from here and I was told I couldn’t get my food because they stop selling breakfast at 8:30am so they would just refund my card. Please note when I pulled up to the speaker they still had their breakfast menu up and not their lunch. I did let the lady know that 8:30am is not usually when they stop selling breakfast and it’s usually before 11am or 10:30am depending on the location and if it’s a weekday or the weekend. I had placed my order at 10:15am and got there at 10:32am. 🤦‍♀️ This is why I have not been to the Lamesa location in over 2 years.

The lady in the window that took our Oder was sooo rude and she was rushing us you can tell she has no patience or she don’t like her job then I called the manger to complain and she was rude as well so I’m sure nothing is going to fix their attitudes this is the 3rd time we’ve came and they are always like this I will definitely not recommend coming here!!!
