The Cooks don't know how to follow instructions and think it's a joke messing with Customers Order ,but One Of These Days they are gunna get treated the same and they aren't Gunna Like The Service !!!! Also they need to put fries in the container of size not just like 15 fries and that's it !!! They need to quit penny pinching and give Great Customer Service !!!!!!

On one of our 500 mile trips back home we like to stop here for a lite breakfast with Carmel Frappie and coffee. Very cozy, friendly and extremely busy. Nice stop.

My wife went in, they were very busy, we got our food. It was McDonald's food, and it was accurate.

Probably the most efficiently ran McDonald's I have ever been to. Customers were coming and going, a drive-thru line around the building, a line of customers waiting at the counter, and an order board with more than a dozen orders on it being served and at least a half a dozen in progress. Despite the amount of traffic at this location, the inside of the restaurant were extremely clean, employees were constantly walking around clearing tables, and order numbers were being called off at a very fast pace. All of our orders came out correct and I was extremely impressed by how the restaurant was ran. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling through the area.

For my second time visiting this restaurant it was a very good experience. They were a little busy in the drive thru but the front end was just as fast in getting orders out. Very friendly service worth the effort to get to with the surrounding traffic work.

Stopped in about 9.00 pm on January 1. Was slightly crowded and very busy. I used restroom first which was clean and then proceeded to front counter. Was meet by young lady behind counter that took my order and very pleasant to deal with. I wanted something cheap so two chicken sandwiches and large drink. Order came out fast and the fountain machine was clean without a stitch I smell at some McDonald's. Very good experience and plenty of parking. I would go back.

Nice drive through at Lamesa. Busy Saturday for ‘em. The specialist struggled a bit with my accent but we did make it! I cracked a joke at the pick up point and was glad it did light up the lady in there. It’s always good to make the work lighter for folks with kind talk or jokes. Even an already good day can be made better and the clock shorter

Staff here is always just business never a greeting or thanks given, but as long as the order is correct. Can't complain about the service they are not rude but not friendly either.

It is just McDonald's, but I'm basing my 5star review compared to California McDonald's. We ordered big Mac meals, got an actual big Mac that looked like a commercial version. The fries box was actually full unlike the small fries in a large box at our local establishment. Price was 1/2 the price we're used to which was bonus for us. The staff was friendly and the Cafe area clean. We usually avoid McDonald's like the plague, but kind of glad we stopped by.

There was an employee waiting to take our order although we use the kiosk before we realized. Food came out fast. It was really slow. It had the biggest McD’s cooking area I have ever seen.

Classic McDonald's foods. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries were good. It was pretty busy during lunch hour. I ordered via the kiosk and it had me take a table tent, making me think they would be delivering the food to our table. However, that was not the case, we had to go pick up our food from the counter. Good prices, no complaints.

The food is always hot, fresh, and looks amazing—honestly better than most breakfast spots. When they get it right, it’s excellent. That said, they often mess up my order (wrong biscuit, missing items, wrong drink, and somehow never the grape jelly 😭). Great food, but consistency needs improvement. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Ordinarily this place is great but a recent visit upset me. I had numerous employees look at me and didn't acknowledge me. Only a manager who was leaving, acknowledged me. Then one employee took the order of another employee ahead of me, even though o had been in line for 6 minutes. When I worked in fast food during high school, when we went on break, if a customer showed up then they got their order taken first. It shows respect for them and they don't seem to know that.

Pretty clean. The interior has been redone and the staff was nice. Good size play area for kids. One cool thing is that they have order kiosks so you don’t have to wait in line to order. If you know what you want, you can go right up and order it. If you want to check the whole menu before making a decision, you can do that without bothering a line of guests behind you. It’s a pretty cool feature, and it speeds the ordering process.

I eat here weekly. A lot of times 2 or 3 times a week. My 2 rooms love it. For the most part McDonald's is pretty good food at a cheap price. I am not a big fan of the food in general, but my son's eat it very well.

I don't know if management changed or ownership or what, but as of April '19 the burgers are back to being juicy and tasty instead of dry and tasteless. Service is back to McDonald's usual standard, with orders being taken and filled quickly. No more 15 - 20 minute waits for food. Unfortunately, the McDonald's App is still broken for me, and I am unable to pay by credit card any longer. This is a common complaint, but McDonalds seems uninterested in or incapable of fixing it.

This restaurant is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fast and efficient. Most of the time it's backed up. In all fairness, they are incredibly busy. It is usually more than a little messy in the lobby.

The staff were very nice and professional! I feel however they may be understaffed. I went around 7:30am and there was only one window taking payment and giving out the food. There was also a delay to order initially because the staff were multi-tasking.

Took our order incorrectly, wouldn't listen when I let them know, and kept changing the reason why they couldn't honor the price on their drive-thru menu board (only in app [nope], we don't have a button for that). Stayed polite and eventually got the rest of the order.

I stop here every morning when I'm traveling thru town. The staff here seem to change more than other McDonalds I visit. Almost every time I stop here, there are at least 2 people I have never seen before, and I stop here a minimum of once a week. Sometimes, as much as every business weekday morning for breakfast. My orders usually come in an acceptable time, but there have been a time or two that took well over 10 min to get my food after ordering. But, if the food wasn't good, I wouldn't stop by there. I get the trun over aspect. Many young adults entering the workplace start here or decide to stay and make it a career. I worked at a McDonalds in my early years, and It was a memorable experience for sure.

Everything was good until we went to the bathroom.

I decided to pick up a sausage McMuffin while traveling thru around 9:45am. This store was extremely busy with a long line for the drive through so I opted to go inside and order at the kiosk. Simple order: Sausage McMuffin and 2 milks. It took 12-13 minutes after ordering for my order to come up. The sandwich was hot and the milk was cold so I'm happy.

The food is good but they take forever. I've ordered at the counter, and on the app. Even ordered a couple of times when I was 20 minutes away hoping it would be ready on time. Nope. Tried too order breakfast burrito meal this morning at this location and they did not have any. So I asked how before some would be made? They said not making anymore. Yet know sign saying this and still on the menu. I explained I would report this. She said something to the shift leader she just shrugged it off said oh well. The sweet tea was not sweet enough had to add more sugar. I also had too wait in line behind one person before we even acknowledged for almost @0 minutes.

If I give you my order, you repeat it back to me, it’s correct on the screen, you reiterate my order when I pay (even though you let me sit there and wait by your closed window forever), then AGAIN repeat my order in the window you give me my food through and STILL can’t get it right!?! Go home, yall don’t know what you’re doing.

I give it 2 because of the lousy service. We ordered, played and waited over 10 min at the window while being ignored. There were 4 employees and they all kept their backs to us. When we got our order it was "Here you go" and the window was closed just as fast. Very bad service!!!

We came in the play area to use bathroom and wait on our food. We got food and was eating and a cook came in to use the restroom. After eating my daughter had to use the restroom and we went in and the toilet was stopped up full of poop. You would think being an employee that did this would hebe notified someone or resolved the issue himself. Needless to say this place is not sanitary and we will not be coming back. If we do we will definitely not step foot in the bathroom.

Love the service, friendly and fast. Food is never wrong for us. However, they have no place to change diapers except tables and floor. And no place for diapers except one really small can in the stall, or the main restaurant by the doors. In dealing with a place designed for children, this is kind of a big thing.

Ordered dine-in and got our food handed to us in a paper bag instead of a tray like any other McDonald’s. Our drinks were given to us after we got our food. We had to ask for our dipping sauces too. Annnndddd the restrooms were gross. Even the folks working were very curt and quick to walk away barely listening. They weren’t even busy.

This place is dirty on the inside and outside and the restrooms are disgusting. They lack customer service as well. This is a store we will pass on next time we drive through.

Every morning you come and show up at 5am you will set in line for at least 20 minutes at minimum. With one car in each line waiting to order. Then you will get treated as though it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re even there. If you’re in a time crunch just save your time and make coffee at home. The wait is insane for absolutely no reason!

Play area smelled so strongly of urine you could not sit in there let alone allow your children to play in there. I usually pass through Lamesa for work, and pick up some food here. Been doing this for the past year and not once have they gotten a single order correct. Wouldn’t recommend if you care about people correctly taking your order and if you want to pay for what you ask for.

Just about everyone is on break. Tell them to cut the onions and they leave off pickles with even more onions. Stand for 15 minutes waiting to order while employees complain on who's gonna take orders from customers. Then order a burger to go and then get all the way home and and there's no meat on a deluxe number 2. When did I say cut the meat? I'm standing in line for 15 minutes and 4 employees are sitting down eating while one employee was giving two bags of free food to people in there not even paying. Woman was walking in and out of the back while a man was telling her all that he wanted so she just kept filling the bag for him and his friend.

I stopped at McDonald's this morning on my way threw Lamesa and got me a coffee. As I was drinking my coffee I felt something in my mouth to find a nasty dead fly!! I called to let them know and after several attempts to talk to someone and being put on hold, the lady I spoke to was rude! She said there was nothing she could do and said she could only give me my money back. NO APOLOGY! Just a rude and sour attitude! Never again will I stop there.

I waited in line to order for over ten minutes before they even acknowledged me. They just want to do the drive through or orders from online. The food isn't that great to be ignored. So no problem me I will never eat anything Domino's again if that's where they're going to treat their customers

I had ordered a Large pumpkin iced coffee and they gave me a medium sized pumpkin iced coffee and I tried to tell one of the employees that it was a medium sized cum and he said that it was a large cup and lied to me. I know what size the cup is.

Customer Service is not a priority here. They do not always follow the same procedures for food delivery and expect customers to automatically know when the instructions provided should be completely ignored based on the convenience of the employees. I understand when a place gets busy. But when mistakes happen, it is not an excuse. Obviously they do enough business that an individual experience is irrelevant.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get my children breakfast. They switched to lunch 2 minutes before I finally got to the ordering area and would not allow me to order breakfast for my children. It’s not my fault that their service is EXTREMELY SLOW and they wouldn’t honor the customers who had been sitting and waiting. Spoke with a manager and she was rude and did not do anything to remedy the situation. Take your business elsewhere.

It’s been days and the drive-thru is still making everyone pull up. I’ve seen six cars waiting for food before. Do the managers want their drive-thru times to look good or something? When the employees finally bring your food to you you can’t leave because you’re back to back with other customers waiting for their food as well.

Hi, kool. So I was just here. Did my coupon code at the register, asked the lady to take my order cause I was having trouble with the order on the kiosk myself. So at the register, and the coupon/code I used, says “FREE ANY SIZE FRIES.” Tell me why the teen cashier and the manager lady both sitting there telling me they can only put me down for a “small fries” when knowing damn well, the coupon says “any size fries.” Now I’m not one to complain or bish, about much of anything…but the manager’s lack of enthusiasm and initiative, and the cashiers complacency, I just wanted to leave y’all a 1-star review, so that anybody who runs into this scenario at this location, can know what to expect. Or at the very least they know, they weren’t the only one.

This place is absolute trash when it comes to ordering breakfast. 10/10 would not recommend. I ordered breakfast from here and I was told I couldn’t get my food because they stop selling breakfast at 8:30am so they would just refund my card. Please note when I pulled up to the speaker they still had their breakfast menu up and not their lunch. I did let the lady know that 8:30am is not usually when they stop selling breakfast and it’s usually before 11am or 10:30am depending on the location and if it’s a weekday or the weekend. I had placed my order at 10:15am and got there at 10:32am. 🤦‍♀️ This is why I have not been to the Lamesa location in over 2 years.

The lady in the window that took our Oder was sooo rude and she was rushing us you can tell she has no patience or she don’t like her job then I called the manger to complain and she was rude as well so I’m sure nothing is going to fix their attitudes this is the 3rd time we’ve came and they are always like this I will definitely not recommend coming here!!!
