I been coming here for 2 years . This is the best tasting pizza and most consistent Dominoes around.

I’m greatly impressed with the outstanding customer service at this location. Everyone is extremely nice, and the manager Will goes above and beyond every time I order. The store is always clean and I never have issues with my orders. I’ve never had a pizza taste so good. Give will a raise for being so kind!!!1 #pizza #willthemanager #tipyourdrivers

Sarah and her crew knocked it out of the water AGHAIN! My pizza was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Even the crusts were delicious. The store was so clean and pleasing to the eye! The staff was so kind and friendly! It’s outta my way but I’m willing to drive the extra few miles just to get my food from here. I have yet to have a bad slice! Thank you guys!!!!

Great customer service! They accidentally gave my pizza to someone else and the manager was really accommodating. They remade the pizza and gave me an extra 2 Liter of my choice and a second dipping sauce. 5 stars for customer care😊

I just flew in late and called this location RIGHT before close to see if there was anyway I could get a pizza delivered to my hotel. All I can say is, they did it before they closed and it was PERFECT. Seriously. Highly recommend this location!

Quality is better than you'd expect, delivery times are relatively quick, but the pricing isn't very transparent - the manager / franchisee has edited the price of coupon deals to the point that they essentially don't mean much. It's a tough economy and they can price whatever they decide is fair, but you shouldn't see $6.99 turn into a surprise $8.99 or $10.49 at check out. A bit frustrating...

I got a carryout special that i thought was pizza but it was sandwiches. They discounted the price because i was willing to take them even thought it was the wrong product. This is then first problem I have ever really had with them. It was really a problem though, as I had been wanting to try the sandwiches. Overall this is an above average Dominoes, and understanding staff. I once had to walk with my cane, and a sweet young lady put them in my car for me. it's the customer service that separates this plate.

The pizza is amazing, however it seems this location has downgraded the portion sizes on their sandwiches. They use to be a lot bigger an fuller. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich barely had any chicken, plus the bread cut was small and thin. It just seemed like it was squished and it didn't help that it was small. Otherwise I would give this location 5 stars. the pizza is good, but they should work on their portions. I should be getting my moneys worth.

I ordered 2 items. The twists were awesome. That's why I gave 5 stars. Unfortunately, the pizza, thin crust Italian sausage and black olive, was like eating cardboard with no flavor! It didn't look very appetizing. It looked burnt with next to no cheese. This is what you get with the 2 @ $5.99 each? I regret ordering the pizza. It gets a 1 star. Wish I could have given it a separate review and rating

I’d give them five stars, but their employees expect a tip even if you’re picking up your order in store. I don’t understand why I have to tip if I’m picking up my pizzas? As soon as they see you press zero tip, they change their attitudes towards you. I don’t appreciate that sort of treatment, please do better.

I’ve genuinely never had a problem with this Dominos any time I’ve ordered, until today. My bf and I placed our order over the mobile app, we got 1 pizza, an order of the baked chicken and tomato bites, and an order of the loaded cheddar bacon tots. The pizza and chicken bites were perfectly fine, however the tots were quite literally just burned tots with burned cheese on it, nothing else. We called Dominos and talked to someone about this issue, and told them we would rather it be remade rather than a credit issued to our account. The man told us it was no problem, said it would be delivered in another 40 mins, we told him okay that’s fine. The food got to us in about 30 mins which was great, but it was delivered the exact same as the first one we received, just burned tots and cheese, no bacon or ranch on them. I understand it’s dinner time on a Saturday, but this is just so incredibly lazy. Overall disappointed.

Ordered pasta, HOT wings and cinnamon twists. The wings had no hot sauce and didn't even come with ranch and the cinnamon twists came cold, hard, without the cinnamon and icing. Called the store and the man who talked with me never put my order in the system. An hour passed and I called again. Fortunately, a kind young lady talked with the manager for me and they were able to re-deliver my wings, cinnamon twists and threw in a free pizza. Never had problems with Dominos before but may reconsider ordering from this store.

This pizza is not as good as the last one we got. Looks like it doesn't have enough cheese.

This is the second time I tried this location, and I am disappointed, again. The Domino's in The Colony, is so much better. The Alfredo Chicken Pizza was overcooked and dry. Where was the extra cheese I requested? The 5 sandwiches barely had any meat or toppings on it. I have a large family and drop a lot of money for take-out nights. This meal was an absolute waste of money and frankly, our time.

Never received my order. I got the text saying the driver was in the neighborhood and would arrive shortly. A neighbor called me 10 minutes after that text to say it was delivered to them. When I called the store they lied and said it never went out and was in its way now. Manager was rude and upset that I wanted a refund. So disappointed!! All they had to do was call and tell me what happened. I wouldn’t have been upset. But don’t lie to me! That makes me mad!!!

Ordered wings that were supposed to be smothered in BBQ sauce not BBQ sauce squeezed over wings.

If I could give them a zero, I would. This past weekend, we ordered bacon and jalapeno cheesy bread, a large pizza, and pasta. We were not given the cheesy bread, and we immediately called and informed the store employee of this. I wanted my money back, but the guy with whom we spoke offered us a free large pizza and cheesy bread on our next order. We agreed. Tonight, we called and told the girl our name and that we would like to get our free pizza and cheesy bread. The girl, who couldn't have been over 17 years old, tells us that no one noted that in the system, so we couldn't have it. We couldn't remember the guy's name who promised us the pizza, so she essentially said she didn't think we were telling the truth. Her manager also said we couldn't have the pizza. I then asked to be refunded for the cheesy bread I never received, and I was told no. Mind you, I ordered online and have the email that shows my order. I can't tell you how many times my husband orders Dominos. They should have honored their agreement for a long time, frequent customer, and they did not, nor did they refund me for the cheesy bread I never received. We are pretty done with Dominos.

Just moved near here and this is nothing like my old Domino's. The large looked like a medium and I may as well have gotten thin crust with how thin the original crust was. Not to mention they have delivered to my neighbor by mistake before and wanted me to pay for a new order even though they delivered my pizza to the wrong house. I haven't tried the other locations close by but I will be ordering carryout from a different Domino's next time.

Ordered ahead on the APP . PASTA , 2 PIZZAS, AND 2 LITER. Timed for curbside AND I called as well!! All because I had to be in a conference call I could not miss and wanted Hot food safely delivered curbside amd make it home to family in short time we have. Not only did I miss the curbside.. because that never happened but took me 30 minutes to go inside and get all my cold food. With exception of the 2 kiter of Coke that was hot but I was told I could reach in and try to grab one from there fridge out front. Maybe this is normal here but for me this was a disaster and our food was not even under the warmer sonthey obviously just didn't care. I was told that curbside system was down so they just didn't look outside... and that's for certain because I was parked directly in front of doors in big white dually truck. Disappointed in service? Lack of respect and just give a rip about anyones dinner when 10 people standing around hooping it up. Not my idea of a good business here. Food was cold and minimal toppings at the very best that is being generous. Paying premium for a Coke and it better be cold. This is not rocket science here

The worse location of dominos. I was waiting for my order since 45 minutes and when i called to inquire, the person who introduced himself as a Manager (John) said i cannot give you a time it could be 10 or 15 or maybe more than that, he had so much attitude on the phone and after waiting for 10 more minutes the order status showed “cancelled”. When i called him again he bluntly said that “yes i cancelled your order, i am refusing service to you” the way he was talking to me over the phone was clearly showing that he really have serious problems. I would never use this brand.

Be aware of this location, when you order is mixed up instead of making a new one they call the other customer to grab it and bring it back to you. For health safety concerns I won’t order at this location anymore or at any Dominos anymore.

Don’t eat here! They nasty! I walked in saw an employee picking and digging into pizza to take items off! I asked if they wear gloves and they say no it’s a health concern. I told them I’m a nurse.What a concern is ppl getting sick because you are digging and scratching, touching money and the register without wearing gloves and then contaminating food while u prepare it with no gloves! Disgusting and should be shut down. Mind you NO ONE HAD GLOVES ON! Be careful

Would not recommend this store. Mess up my food and don’t want to correct it. I don’t care how I have to drive to the next Dominos but I will not use them anymore.

We ordered off the app. It had our correct address but the driver delivered next door when it was 15 min late we called and the manager Vicki proceeded to tell us we were wrong and had put the wrong address in which we had not done we have ordered several time from this location she my wife offered to send her screen shots with correct address she was then yelling that she was done talking to us and would remake the order as the food was now almost 30 min late after sitting on neighbors porch.

I love ordering pizza here but I noticed a continuous problem with the wings. This is just the highest most depressing and unacceptable experience i just had with wings. The wings are not sauced properly as I thought it would be, just DRIZZLED!!.🤬😡 It used to be sauced and now I was told that they have always drizzled wings! That is just HORRIBLE! spent $20 for a 16pc that is horribly made. I Called them about this and the only solution they could do is ONLY $5 CREDIT. They didn't even bother to help out. Pizza hut makes properly made wings that are sauced than this establishment. Never ordering wings from them ever again! 🤢🤮 Absolutely pissed about this.

I really hate giving bad reviews, and I tried to just eat it and ignore the quality, but I couldn’t. I had an issue here before, manager was awesome and let me get a redo meal, which was fine. It’s been a few months since I’ve had them. I got a pizza and wings. The sauce distribution was very uneven, a lot on the edges and none in the middle. It made the thin crust very dry. Compared to Wingstop garlic parm, that is seasoning with butter and parm directly on the wings, these were just some almost like garlic flavored salad dressing poured on. It was not good. I love dominoes, this location just never seems to do it right :/

We usually get it in 5-7 minutes after they’ve left. We didn’t get it for 35 minutes. It was barely warm, asked for extra cheese, hardly any cheese. Bubbles all over it. Overdone. 4th- today. Ordered 3 pizzas. The large extra cheese pizza came as ordered except only a few slices had the seasoning on the crust. One of ours, the cheese was only up by the crust. Non in the middle. 2 slices, no crust at all! No seasoning on the crust. It was all weird in the box and not hot at all. One slice had just a few items on it. The 3rd pizza was double pepperoni. Barely any cheese and no seasoning on the crust either. I won’t be getting pizza from this location again. Yes, they’ve been nice to remake them and even gave me a credit, but it’s just disappointing and annoying to deal with. I’ve been told Pizza Hut does a better job so… guess we will try there next time.

Arrive to the store as discussed and they had not even started on correcting the issue and provides to make my Wife and 7 month child wait for 20 minutes in the parking lot while fixing a mistake they made. Management needs to do better. Never again

Never provided receipt, just have off and left. I called the store, person answered "hello", no identifier that I called dominos. I asked to speak to manager, he said it's him. I asked if they don't use hot bags anymore, he told me they go into hot bags at store but some drivers don't take them to door. He told me that is a normal practice now. I asked if they don't bring to the door in bag, how can u trust it was ever in one? He told me that I would have to trust him. This is the second time in last 3 months this same scenario has taken place. NEVER tip ahead here, await the service received and more times than not, this location will let you down.

The online website is difficult to use sometimes. I ordered three pizzas and one was missing pepperonis. Sure that's fine, it was a simple mistake on the online order, but when I called and asked if I could just add pepperoni and pay the difference but I was told that I would have to pay for a entirely new pizza. So I just asked for a refund on all the pizzas. Essentially domino's lost an almost 40 dollar order over peperoni that is like 2-3 bucks. This location isn't the best but I do recommend you go to the main street 423 location. Customer service was better. The atmosphere felt welcoming. I walked in to people chatting and laughing. The pizza was actually hot and it was great
