Bought my beautiful nice 😌 ☺️ her happy meal w what she calls "white shake" 😆 🤣 which is vanilla shake, innocent child. This is a usual reward for her good behavior at school & home at the end of the week. Stars in chart mean treat at the end of the week. Thank you McDonald's 😊.

Love this place They can cater to your budget and it's just beautiful. The people are wonderful. I know several people that were married there, including myself. Also, my husband threw a surprise 40th for me there. Seriously love this place.

Always a.pleasure to be a patron the food is always fresh and the customer service impeccable Managers Kiara bruccato and manager Richard and. I believe her name is Julie or Julia are very professional and always treat me with alot of respect and its a pleasure to be served by a manager that is a hands on manager and help their employees team work is a phenomenal thing and at this McDonald's in Shirley on. Montauk hwy has it I actually go every day and they know me and know my order love the crew and the service I recommend this place highly thumbs up

up do speed there was no longer than a 5 to 10 minute wait tops at peak hours I give a very detailed order and they did get it right very polite and professional even though there are younger people working there they're tends to be which is great at least they're giving the younger generation and opportunity wonderful company!

Had to stop here several times this week because of the convenience of the location and me being in a rush, every time the food was perfect. I think they have really improved this past year. Crispy, fresh fries and a nice toasty bun on my #2. Delicious, quick and the staff seems a lot happier and courteous lately.

Love their oreo shakes & Frappes. Have newer one -Moca that's my favorite. If I order to eat it's usually cheeseburger,fries,drink. My favorite time though is breakfast to get their MCGRIDDLES! I like the Sausage, egg, cheese ones which if you don't know are on yummy pancakes (instead of biscuits) Icetea is good too. You have some great employees there @ this location. Even when you guys are swamped the orders have been correct. One employee in particular named BRANDON is wonderful. He is always polite in saying hello & thanks have great day. He has patience especially for older folks who sometimes need that or help. When there's multiple staff at order counter if can go to him, we do. If he is at the drive through window he is always pleasant too. He is an asset to your Shirley team.

I was in the middle of one of my bike rides when I felt very hungry. McDs was right on my way so I bought the 6 piece nuggets, a small sprite and, of course, an order of McDonald's famous fries. Delicious it hit the spot and I was able to continue my bike ride. The service was fast and friendly and was allowed to go through the drive thru even though I was on my bike. Very convenient, love it.

Waited close to 25 minutes when I got there for a order I placed on line. Several employers tried to help. They asked Me if I ordered from a different store. Finally manger asked me what the problem was. I had given them my order number upon arriving. Finally found it. I get home and whole order was cold. Would not recommend that store. Drive about 5 miles east of there. Nicer place. More organized.

What can I say? It's mcdonalds. The drive-through moves pretty well, although it's a little bit awkward of a line if it's long. But most importantly they get the order right in my experience and the food is good. The building and grounds are also well kept. If I had to guess, I would say this location has solid management.

This place had multiple Uber Eats orders and other mobile orders I had sat down with my significant other and there was other people sitting down as well I was brought my food over after ordering which came out quick it was treated with the utmost respect and decency the place was clean and the gentleman who served us our food even though I said I would get up and follow him to get the extra ketchups I need insisted I sat down and relaxed and he would take care of it highly recommend this McDonald's the treatment the staff the quickness the heat of the food and freshness is top tier.

Sometimes my girlfriend, and I come her after work for a quick dinner, and the dining area and checkout is always very, very clean, and the food is good, you know, its what you expect from McDonald's. The staff is amazing, the manager is very friendly, and always says hello, and comes around and checks on the diners.

The lines are always so long, if you enter from Montauk Hwy going west, you stand a chance of being half oit in the road. Food is typical and service is as well as all their other locations. I am not really a fast food fan, but I love their shakes and cold drinks on the go--only if its got no line-at $5 gal for gas, rethinking the line wait times are important to me!

If you're in a hurry ordering ahead sometimes doesn't speed things up. 4 counter orders were filled before my mobile order was even started. Those new kiosk machines aren't much faster.

Not the best McDonald's. The food was pretty good, the service was pretty fast, however depending on the day, the people working behind the cash register are very bored and impolite. Not a single "have a good day" or "how are you?" or even a smile. Plus this particular McDonald's seems to attract loud customers everytime I go there, and I only go there once every month maybe. If you're going to go to this one, get the food to go so you won't have to deal with those people.

I like it here, but it isn’t Five Stars because one time when I drove to McDonald’s with my aunt, there was this crazy woman yelling about something and we had to drive out of here. Let’s say the food is ok, and atmosphere is great, and service is good, but the people on the parking lot, some of them are not nice.

The workers were pleasant in the way they spoke while taking my order. The service was quicker inside than if I had gone through their drive through line. The lines on the outside were long and customers were asked to park while they waited for their orders to be brought out to them.

This McDonald’s is delightful. The staff are very friendly, the manager was on top of things, and more than one person came through the dining room and asked if we needed anything. I don’t know that anyone has ever come to my table in a McDonald’s to check on me. I would definitely come back!

This location need to be redesigned to hold its traffic through the drive through, especially for the fact that its right right there next to the main road. Many times i drive all the way there from my home just to turn back when i see the line and the issues it causes with regular traffic.

All the sudden their policy is no motorcycles allowed through drive through? Been going here for months and they change their policy out of the blue I guess. I'll just goto burger King or Wendy's i guess from now on, probably healthier anyways and gotta eat fast food a few times a week when I'm in a rush or going out as a snack. Still a good place to go to get food late at night though if you have a car lol.

They have improved. It's my local McD's. I Don't go often anymore but I must say their sweet tea is always iffy. It has that old maybe even spoiled taste. Like they leave it sitting for days. So I always taste test before I leave.

I only get breakfast from here, as I am not a huge fan of McDonald’s in general. That being said, McGriddles are always good for some inexplicable reason lol! The place is clean (for the most part), and the staff do well with what they have. I have seen people be rude to the staff, and they actually handled things quite nicely, hence their third star. The place is in a good location for business, and My Toddler loves coming here, especially for the Happy Meals! All in all, while things could be better, the staff would be the reason I would recommend this place, because they’re much better than the staff I’ve seen at other McDonald’s restaurants! So, if you’ve got a minute, at least pop in for a refreshing drink and famous fries!

Busy location. Excellent customer service. I feel that due to the volume, food quality suffers a bit. My Big Mac did not have soft buns & the meat wss cool to the touch. Very nice staff. 3.5 stars

No line management in the restaurant-side, drive-thru was smooth. Women in gray shirt yelling at employees to do tasks on 11/13/24, but not following up or jumping in to help where needed most. “You should have someone at the front checking in orders! Why don’t you have someone at the front?” And would go back to the window area. The staff was working hard while trying to understand this manager’s orders, or being yelled at in front of other employees. Please work on training managers and supervisors on how to effectively handle the team during rush or influx of guest, respect is earned not expected.

I’ve been going to this mcdonald’s for years and there’s many good things I can say about it while there’s also many bad things. I’ll start with the good things first. The staff are very friendly and the service is always fast inside and through the drive through. Every time I go there the tables, floor, and bathrooms are clean. Only complaints I’d have is their coffee machines are ALWAYS down. I love their macchiato’s and I haven’t been able to get any for months now since they never fix their machines. They recently advertised for the new Dulce De Leche coffee and couldn’t even make it because their machines are down. How are you going to advertise for something new if you can’t even make it? At least put a sign on the drive through screen or somewhere outside that says “Coffee is currently unavailable.” Another thing is their fries are always a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re hot and salty and other times they’re cold or barely warm with barely any salt and very soggy. Also, always make sure to check your bags before you leave the store or the drive through because there’s been so many times where they’ll mess something up or forget something in your order so always keep the receipt and double check your food. One last complaint is that their chicken sandwiches especially their McChicken is either perfectly made or swimming in mayo which is disgusting. Overall, I’d give this mcdonald’s a 5/10. I’d give it a 8/10 if they fixed their machines.

Tonight I stopped by and driving up to the restaurant I eyed about 6 cars on the line. Not bad for a Sunday night. I pull in and it's a slow go around. I finally get to make my order and that goes well thankfully. From making my order to getting up to the window it took what felt like 15 minutes. When I got my food, the food was well into cooled off. Which is very annoying because that tells me they weren't slow for the purpose of making fresh food, so what could have taken so long that not even fresh food could be served for a wait like that?

This Shirley McDonald's is the slowest fast food place I've every been to! Waited 10 mins for an egg muffin and there was only 1 car in front of me. And it's every time I've tried to go here.

The tables are usually dirty, while there is multiple staff members running around, very few take orders, you have to wait a long time for them to come back to the registers. Customers stand in clumps so no one knows who goes first, people waiting for food also add to the crowd making it harder to figure out who should go next. The soda fountain has soda all over it, there were lids laying all over because of a poorly designed machine to get one lid at a time.

Im never happy when i get a frappe that has ice cubes in it due to the machine not being calibrated on a regular basis. And im tired of the poisonous paper straws they hand out to save a penny ..not to mention they are toxic also.everywhere else has plastic straws nassau ,upstate ,pennsylvania .. so i go to fast food chain's that have plastic or biodegradable straws .. no more Mc ds

Mind bogglingly slow drive thru. If there are 5 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait 30 minutes at least...I never review anything but the service is so slow every single time. Im thinking of applying and working 1 day just to see what in Gods name goes on in that kitchen. Ronald himself would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how slow it was. Side note, when they ask you what sauce you'd like dont even bother because its never in the bag. Make sure you check and ask again at the window. Thats if you have the mental strength to make the journey all the way up there. The food itself is fine, no complaints. But the drive thru? I'm NOT lovin' it.

The store is ok. Staff needs to be replaced on one visit I was waiting for the men's bathroom and when the door opened 1 male employee and 2 other guys came out as I walked in could smell weed. Also don't use Android pay with a arch card the staff is to stupid to use the register with it.

Ever time me or my wife and buys McDonald’s for my grandson I get a hard on from the staff and it’s so expensive. I rather take my grandkids to a really restaurant where the food is much better and I not limited on condiments really. I also saw on Tick Toc some McDonald’s now charge for paper bags including your bag for your fries come in. Nexted they will charge you to go the the bathroom. I hate drive through they purposely forget the comiments they know they have a 50/50 shot you won’t check the bag and you sure as hell aren’t going all the way back to get a chess sauce. To tell the truth I don’t care for McDonald’s at all.

Honestly one of the worse McDonald’s on the island . They’re always forgetting an item of my meal when I physically go to the place and pick up my food just happened again last night. They will serve you cold food depending on the time you go happens during the day and night , very rushed , they act like they don’t wanna fill the drinks to the top. I just went to this McDonald's 2 days in a row, today and last night. Got 4, 4 piece nuggets a small and medium fry paid with a 20. Recieved 10 dollars and change back. Went back today for more food and they wouldn't take then10 dollar bill they gave me the night before claiming it was fake.... I got it from them last night and I can't prove it because they didn't give me a receipt the night before. They even kept my money refusing to give it back.

Stopped here for food after work some times and the service is 50/50. Sometimes you get helpful and nice while others their rude with attitude. Just today had whom I assume is a management member be very rude. Had a very arrogant demeanor, talked over me when I was asking a question and proceeded to get worse when I was leaving. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me, someone told me it was Jocelyn or something but unsure if it was really her name. Tired of getting rude people half the time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Wrong order everytime and cold fries. Only go there when I'm in that shopping center and regret it every time. 100% worth driving the extra 5 mins to center Moriches. Food fresh every time and can't remember them ever messing up my order. They had me waiting in a stall for over 20 minutes and 4 other stalls got served before me I go in to inquire and they made my order a while ago and gave it to someone else. Mind u my order was $29 so not a colossal order by any means

I'm the only one in the drive through and yet I have to pull up to the white line or a parkin space to wait for my food mcdonalds is a joke now doesn't matter what I order it never fails I always have to pull up they do this so they can ress that button to make it seem like they are getting customers out faster when they are most definitely not..... and yet again waitting for 20 mins for them to bring me the wrong food

Sadly we had issues again. I had to tell the girl my order 3 times as it wasn't right on the screen. Finally said I'll get it fixed at the window. Went to the window, explained my order wasn't right on the screen. He fixed it and we got the order. Went to eat and the order was still wrong. I wasn't sitting in the drive thru line again to get it fixed. Thankfully my family's meals were right, just never got mine. I will be calling corporate today as this is the third time.

This was a great place to stop for breakfast until recently. The drive through took more than 20 minutes two days in a row. I couldn't believe it the first day but gave them the benefit of the doubt so I went the following day and it was the same thing. Really bummed because it was so convenient but I dont have that kind of time in the morning. There's a bagel store nearby and there's a Wendy's. I guess those are better choices.

Ordered via app which told us the food would come out in 5 mins. It was 10. The burger I ordered without pickles had pickles. The happy meal I bought was not included in our bag. We had to go back inside to get this corrected. What should have been an easy 5 min fast food experience took 20 mins. Many of the prior negative reviews unfortunately were right.

Worst McDonald's on Long Island. Manager is rude & clearly sees that his employees are more focused on their cell phones, rather than offering quality food & friendly service. They have double the amount of employees behind the counter, compared to every other McDonald's I've been to, yet the wait time is ridiculously long, the food is cold & the order is incorrect 90% of the time. Luckily, their are numerous fast food establishments within the surrounding area, that are more than welcome to provide you great food & friendly service.

Management and staff are completely unprofessional. Management refused to give name when ask because the order was wrong. When forced to go inside, situation continued to escalate to the point where the manager (Tatiana) began swearing at customers. The order was still incorrect. Missing fries and straws.

Worse McDonald’s I’ve even been. I’ve place a Mobile order and they gave the order to someone else so instead of just re making it the food 5 different employees coming to ask questions and telling me to change the pickup method to curbside. What a totally horrible experience I had at this location. IF i ever go back to this location i will refuse to pull forward because they are trying to keep their numbers up. I tried to order breakfast on the app but because the app only allows breakfast till 10. It just turned 10. They ask are you ordering from the app. I told her no because i couldn't order breakfast. She have me an attitude about that. I was told to pull forward for my second drink. After 15 minutes she comes out to tell me they don't have the drink I ordered. Why didnt she tell me that when I ordered it at the window it come out and tell me 1 minute after asking me to wait. I called to complain. The manager was snide and stuck on about that the corporate policy is to stop at 10. When I tried to mention I was also calling about the drink she continued to talk over me and then hung up called back and she refused to provide her name.

Went there with my husband this morning and Carlos was at the drive through taking his order saying thank you “mam” laughing and giggling changing his voice to a woman’s voice. When we pulled up to get our food he was laughing and being very disrespectful. The manager was laughing in the background too. We called up corporate to complain after we got home and realized our food had fuzz in it. If you want a good McDonald’s it’s worth the drive to the Moriches location. This place is disgusting!

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I go to this location many times ( only because it’s the closest one to my house) only to be treated like a dog. I’ve moved out here 5 months ago and about 6 different times they got my order wrong and those disrespectful Spanish mangers have the nerve to treat and talk me like I was wrong . They have no respect. I would expect that from the employees. I can’t believe they have these people managing the McDonald’s I’m calling the news and the bbb. Please go to Moriches . Arrived 2 minutes “too late” for a breakfast order that was placed 30 minutes ago. Actually was 2 orders, said they couldn’t honor it and did nothing further. I get it that it’s Shirley but seriously. Do better.

Every time I go to the drive-through, they tell me to park in one of their spots and wait . Why is there a drive-through then if I have to get off-line every single time and wait? I ordered one meal and still had to wait and it was only two cars behind me and they told me to get off-line again. It’s always only the Shirley Location it happens to me

Yesterday night I went for a Big Mac combo for my daughter and I didn’t want anything for me but I asked for a cup of water and Brandon the cashier said they had to charge me for it. I have a friend who is a manager at another location and he told me they don’t charge. I was upset because I’m a regular customer and they’ve never charged me for TAP water ever. Honestly it was a bad experience at least my daughter enjoyed her Big Mac.

overnight staff is horrible. I went there at 4 o’clock am .They said 20 minutes before they reopen which makes no sense because they’re supposed to be 24 hours. I go back half an hour later and they tell me they’re still closed. I Thought this was a 24 hour restaurant. They need to fix this immediately.

Service is horrible inside waiting for an order to be ready and come to find out it took 40 min!!!! An employee saw how aggravated i was and took even longer just on purpose she kept talking and laughing with her co-workers as she's looking at me and then missed multiple items from the order!!!! It's only at night time people during the day are good

The drive through girl at night is very rude. Iv been there several times lately at night and she is just so rude and acts like she doesn’t understand what you’re ordering and makes you repeat yourself numerous times. And they always seem to forget one thing. I’m beginning to realize it’s because of a big order but I have 4 kids so imagine always having on thing missing and one kids not being able to have that one thing because do I really want to drive alll the way back to McDonald’s for 1 thing. It’s amazing how many times I don’t get one item adds up to a lot of lost money that McDonald’s makes so much more than what I lose out. They need to get ride of the girl at night that does the drive through or teach her some proper customer service.

I had not been here for several years because I don't like what they serve. I went with a family member who wanted one (1) big breakfast (to go), and he had a coupon for a free breakfast as well because of an issue. The manager, who had a very thick Hispanic accent, REFUSED to give even her first name and would Not accept the card for a free breakfast because it was from an alternate location, also in Suffolk County. This is just a dive that hires incompetent people who should not hold a managerial position. I called another location, and that manager was eager to accept it for my family member. This person is not fit to work with the public as she was rude and provided lousy customer service.

Ordered at 7:15pm at the drive thru and told to move up in front and wait for my order. I waited until 7:30pm and went inside and asked for my food. There were a whole bunch of employees looking at each other's face. I told the manager and she told me that they couldn't find my car😂. I was right at the door!!! Poor management, poor service. Food was COLD!!!!

I just left this location and I don’t really do reviews much. EVERY drink was “sold out” and the fries were RAW and cold. The sandwich was DISGUSTING. This place should be out of business. 19.97 in the garbage. Bread hard as a rock, burnt (was it moldy and needed to be burnt) WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE and I’m 20 mins away or I’d would have asked for my money back. SHAME ON McDonald’s, THE ONWER of this location, MANAGER, and the EMPLOYEES.

I am not usually interested to give review or anything but this time I had to, I will never go back to this mcdonald's, food was nasty old with bad smell and when I try to tell them they don't care they and I spent my money and wasted my time for nothing I had to throw it out the food because it was uneatable . Worse customer service as well

Made a mobile order for $40 never received food due to order being cancelled by store and they refuse to refund my money. It’s been months now and they literally just took my money after they cancelled the order. Never had this problem with any other restaurant I have ordered from. No one helps or offers any suggestions. Just took my money and that was it.

I really don't have the habit of commenting but I don't recommend anyone to buy food in this place because I bought my food at 10 pm but the uber driver went to get it but they refused to give it more than 3 people left but they refused to give them I had to wait more than 2 hours and ended up paying 30 dollars to go there and take my food and they said they don't know why I don't have my food I ended up eating my food except at 1 am it was really bad and a bad experience

Don’t mobile order for breakfast the two lazy Spanish ladies are gonna make excuses saying they didn’t get the order. I ordered twice and they’re literally saying my name after me not giving it to them and only the verification code but saying they can’t make the order cause it’s not confirmed in the system ?? How lazy can you be lmao Do your job?? It gets directly sent to your system and I get confirmation of that

I visited this McDonald’s location around 5:00 AM and was very disappointed with the service. After waiting at the drive-thru speaker with no response, I pulled up to the window where staff were present but made no effort to acknowledge or assist me for roughly 3 mins. The man finally came to address it, while the woman who was in charge of the drive thru ignored me. For a restaurant that advertises 24/7 service, this experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Consistency and attentiveness—especially during overnight hours—are important, and I hope management addresses this issue.

Absolutely horrible experience at the McDonald’s in Shirley. First off, the manager clearly woke up and chose attitude instead of professionalism. She acted like basic customer service was beneath her. All I asked for was a split payment, and you’d think I asked her to solve a math equation from NASA. Total confusion behind the counter — nobody knew what they were doing. The manager? Rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered. If running a fast food joint stresses you out that bad, maybe it’s time to hand over the headset and clock out permanently. This is McDonald’s, not the Pentagon — split payments shouldn’t be rocket science. I’ve seen McFlurries get made faster than they figured out how to ring me up. Do better, Shirley McDonald’s. Get a manager who knows what “service” means — and maybe one who doesn’t treat customers like an inconvenience.

This is the second time I’ve ordered an Oreo McFlurry from this McDonald’s through Uber Eats and received a caramel Frappuccino instead — without any notice or explanation. It seems like the ice cream machine wasn’t working, but instead of canceling the item or informing me, they just swapped it with a drink I didn’t ask for. If an item isn’t available, customers should be notified — not sent random substitutes. It’s disappointing to pay for something specific and not receive it, especially when this keeps happening. Please improve communication when items are unavailable. She. I went in person months ago it was so bad it was a little comical . I ordered on the kiosk and 2 out of the three items were not available. I had to cancel my order and get my money back. This place is a waste of time

Worse mc Donald’s I have ever been to. They gave me my food cold, my coffee cold, I asked for cream and sugar they didn’t put it in my bag. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and nor was it in the coffee neither. The steak bagel was by far the worse place I ever got it from. The steak was very small and flat was not enough to fill up the bagel so I ate mostly bread. What a Waste of money. My hash brown is as soggy and cold. It was just a horrible experience I’m disappointed. Will stick to the mc Donald’s in Medford smh. 17$ of trash!!!!!
