We eat here often, never had any issues, and tonight they missed part of our order and we didn't catch it until we got home. So we called and asked about it, they immediately remade our entire order so it was hot and ready for us to come get. Amazing customer service.

The staff was kind and worked quickly. They accommodate my picky eating habit. They are constantly checking on you to see if you need anything. The food is good and so cheap!. They are taking COVID precautions. The building is very modern inside.

This is a great place to eat if you are eating on a budget. Great food and the breadstix are wonderful :) You can honestly spend as little as 8.00 for a meal or order multiple items and share as the amount of food on several dishes is enough for two to share. This restaurant is located in a very convenient area. The food is outstanding and you get huge portions. I had never been there before so I was very surprised on how excellent the food tasted. Service was GREAT today. There are times when cashier/hostess sound annoyed. The food was delicious as always. It comes out hot, sometimes too hot, but so good. Love the breadsticks!!!! Always clean and you’ll always see one to two employees cleaning up.

My baked ziti was perfect exactly as ordered and my guests loved their spaghetti with specific listed sauce. Thank you so much for allowing dine in, I truly appreciate it very much.🥰 1/3/2020 Staff was friendly and helpful and offered a drink carrier unlike other fast food chains that have been skimpy especially for to go orders. I am NOT a fan of fast food. I was in school, they gave us an hour for lunch, and my class mate chose this place. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. We sat with our orders, our drinks, and the waitress came by and offered us more bread sticks. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, the service was prompt, the people were nice. Went in cause I was craving spaghetti I got the 3.99 deal and it was so good! The staff was so polite and helpful when I asked about the deal cause I didn’t see it on the menu. Came in around 8pm for dinner on 2/7/2026 and a lovely girl, Delilah, was working. She was so fun and conversed with my 4.5 year old so well. My daughter kept calling her over to randomly talk to her/tell her jokes, show her dance moves..etc. Delilah never skipped a beat, giving back the same playful energy. Delilah was also very attentive, making sure we had forks, got us ranch, extra bread sticks when low, and parmesan cheese, all while doing her work chores in-between helping/talking to us. This girl definitely deserves a raise in her pay, we loved her!

Customer service was great !! was greeted nicely and very welcoming ! The front counter Leah was bubbly and very kind when taking our order . The manager Hailey kept checking on us making sure we were taken care of (really appreciate that ) there was a busser I think his name was zarrian he continued to get dishes out of our way and kept our area nice and clean . EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The employees were great as always, the food was great as always, the speed was great as always, the cleanliness was great as always…..but what made it EXCEPTIONAL was the manager, Luke! Whoever hired this man to be a manager, pat yourself on the back! My son was in a tennis tournament that lasted all day and in between matches, we had a long wait and decided to go eat at his favorite restaurant, Fazolis. Well, after the meal was done we left and in less than five minutes my kid said we had to turn back because he left his retainer on a napkin on the table! Turned around and went in and of course the excellent staff had the table cleared off so I asked the manager, Luke, if I could dig through the trash for a retainer. He said he would take the garbage in the back and sift thorough it and said he knew exactly what he was looking for as this has happened before. This dude sifted through the trash, found the retainers and even cleaned them off for us! Definition of exceptional all the way!!!

Prior to a few months ago, I have not been to a Fazoli's in over 25 years. I stopped going when everything was prepackaged in metal containers and I couldn't ask for less marinara sauce or even no sauce on my chicken parmesan noodles. I went s few time and had chicken that had no substance to it because it had sat in a warmer for too long, MUSH, YUKE! Now we love everything about this restaurant!! Most of the time Luke the manager and I Paula the cashier are who we interact with. They are both great! Luke always comes by to make sure we are pleased with our meal. I believe he runs a tight ship. Even the young girls that brings our food to us are friendly and knowledgeable about everything we have asked about. The price is good for what you get. If you haven't ever been to a Fazoli's or had a bad experience I would recommend that you give this location a try. I hope that all thre other locations are ran the same, but I can only vouch for this location.

Love fazolis, the food is always fresh and hot and portions are great. However this last time I went through the drive thru I ordered wings and the mozzarella skewers. They forgot to include the ranch for the wings and garlic butter for the skewers. Other than that I enjoyed the food, just wish they included the sauces.

This place is usually very good. Unfortunately on this day the supervisor and an employee were having isdues with the quality of clesning and speed of it. The supervisor spoke firmly but harshly to the employee several times in our hearing and the employee complained to other employees almost condtsntly when the supervisor would step away. This made our meal less enjoyable and we rushed to leave

The food is great but the bread sticks have gone down hill. Last three times have been awful, very small and doesn't have garlic on it and are very hard. Used to be my favorite thing but I know I will not buying the.. three chances and no change so I'm done trying.

It's hit or miss here. My wife ordered one of their more expensive pasta bowls and it was pretty bland. The chicken was the same consistency as that weird chicken they use at Subway. I just got some bread sticks and they weren't that soft, like they were made hours before. I've also been here other times and ordered cheaper items that were much better. I always love Fazoli's, but this one was extremely slow. With 4 or 5 other cars in the drive through, it took about half an hour from the time we pulled up to the time we left. Haven't been to a Fazoli's in a long time so I wanted to check it out, since I missed it. Now I don't. The good: Very clean and attractive restaurant. I like the aesthetics. Also a decent amount of counter height tables and chairs in addition to standard height seating. The employees are on top of everything! They clean the tables as fast as people leave. Also nice and roomy. You're not going to be tripping over other people when you get your refill. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and prompt. Sweet tea is very good. The not so good: The food. It's just not as good as I remember it. The bread sticks were very greasy and salty, they have the texture of whole wheat but clearly are not. Were they out too long? They switch to a cheaper oil? Who knows. For the entree I had the chicken carbonara, vegetables were good but sparse, chicken was fine, bacon was pretty much just fat, Alfredo sauce is ok, but the whole experience was very bland. No basil, oregano, thyme, or anything. Also, insisting on tips for counter service is cringey. I will happily leave a small tip for takeout or counter service when the service is good, but stick with an informal jar on the counter and a simple yes/no/amount on the credit card machine. Making it so you have to give one (with no clear way of exiting out) makes it less of a tip and more of a service fee. And no one likes fees. Please bring back the informal jar. I'd only recommend it if you are on the clock and need something fast, especially if you are with a few friends from work, but unfortunately compared to other places, you will have no problem finding a much better value at the same price point.

The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious and that is the only positive thing I can say. The service was poor at best. When we complained that the tea was going bad, we had to tell them twice, they still didn't change the tea. The whole time we were they the whole wait staff including the manager acted like their customers were an annoyance. My advice don't eat here, unless you want poisoned drinks and bad service.

Food quality very disappointing. I ate here regularly when i lived in Lubbock for 7 years. I moved but came in today for a visit and was looking forward to the great food i remembered. While the restaurant is clean and staff very courteous that's where the pleasantries end. The restaurant smells like spoiled pickles and the food was horrible. The chicken on three of our meals was chewy and overcooked. My noodles were undercooked and hard. My daughters salad was wilted and her chicken was so over seasoned that it was inedible. I've been building this place up for years to my family and it's a shame to spend this amount of money for food that's not getting eaten. So very disappointed

Manager tonight was just a terrible person. Had a mistake in the drive thru and the young man was great about apologizing and doing everything with a smile. Basically small issue where they added an extra plate and had already charged the card. He apologized and said he need to get the manager to fix it. She comes to the window and hands me change in cash which wasn’t even the correct amount shorting me by few cents and just acting annoyed like I ruined her day. I drive to a spot to make sure food is all there. Missing one of the meals. I go in to grab it and getting defensive with me. I mention shorting me on the cash and that’s not including tax. She brings the meal and hands me 9 cents and walks off. I’m still short 70¢ after tax but didn’t want to have to be in there having to explain to someone who can count change how sales tax works. Young man at the window, thanks for being kind in your mistake and I’m sorry you have to work for such a miserable person.

I drove 6 hrs from San Antonio for an unexpected family emergency, & this is the 1st place I came to as soon as I got to town. I tell you from the time I first placed my order at the drive thru, until I actually got my order was horrendous!! The wait time was ridiculous, plus the non customer service was felt thru the entire ordeal... the entire staff is unfocused, unless it's social media on their phones, & the food was extremely cold, & poorly put together. As someone who grew up in this town, & moved to a town where this is establishment is not even close to me anymore.... I'm highly disappointed in how this establishment had turned out. I will never again recommend anyone to go here in the future.

Missing items in order. Ordered lunch through the drive through today. Arriving home, I realized I didn't get all of my order. I returned to the drive through window, explained I was missing something. Young lady wanted to see my receipt. I'd left it at home. She couldn't do anything without seeing my receipt. It was just a brownie, and she wouldn't take my word for it. She wants ME to prove I'm telling the truth. Went back home. AGAIN. Retrieved the receipt. Went inside this time. (3rd trip to the restaurant). Presented my receipt, at which time I was presented with the final item for my order after she conferred with the people in the back. My question for the owner…. Is it normal for someone to walk in and say they are missing part of their order to try and get free food?

I am so appalled by the service I received today. Let me paint the picture for you. We are headed home from church, and my kids specifically ask for Fazolli’s- we get there and it’s 10:50 so I told them we would have to wait until 11am when they opened… they agreed. My son requested we sit in the drive through as the first person in line- so we could order when they opened at 11am. We patiently sit there. We don’t try to get their attention at all until it turns 11am. We then move the car back and forth a couple times just to see if maybe they didn’t know we were there- (this is about 2 min after 11)… no one answers after speaking, etc. I decide to drive up to the window, in case their speaker want working or something (that actually was the case the last time I was there about a week ago!). I pull up to the window and can see someone inside moving around. They ignore me after repeated attempts to get their attention. Finally - 2 min later- she opens the window- and says smugly, “can I help you?”- I said, “yes we’ve been waiting and…” she interrupts me and says “If you will drive back around I’ll get your order there.” I said, “we were waiting there- can you not just take our order here?” And she repeats herself in a super rude tone, “I said- if you drive back around- I’ll get your order there.” At this point she shuts the window and proceeds to ignore me. This girl- Lasandra-has a “certified trainer” shirt on and she made it very clear that 1. SHE had the power 2. That I was somehow inconveniencing her. 3. That my patience of waiting and respecting their hours of operation meant NOTHING to her. I nearly drive off I was so livid at how I had just been treated (and for no reason)- but my kids still want spaghetti and breadsticks- so I drove back around. Luckily only one other car was in line- another gamble I was making after she made me make a loop for no reason! I get to the menu and she comes on the screen in a miffed short voice, “Order when you’re ready.” My goodness?! The day is just getting started and you treat your very first patrons like this?! And you’re a trainer?! This behavior continued further as I wait another 7-8 minutes at the window for food. When I ask for her name she snippily tells me “Lasandra” then the only kind words out of her mouth proceeded “Have a nice day.” Which came across as an attempt to save her own behind. Not kind or authentic by any stretch! To the franchise owner- this person may fill an employee need- but if she is treating others how she is treating me- AND teaching others that this behavior is acceptable- and this continues- you should expect a decrease in sales. I’ll go ahead and let you know that I’m happy to drive 2 miles farther to give Orlando’s my business instead. Less convenient- but BY FAR better service. If you don’t mind being treated as less than human, enjoy the Fazolli’s service culture. As for me- I’ll take my kids and my money elsewhere.

I had visited this spot because I was in need of something fast for myself and to take lunch to my daughter at her school. The girl behind the microphone rushed me with 3+ question every second. Not even allowing me to think. I found it highly rude. I asked her what I ordered because she wasn't even allowing me to think, she recalled the order so quickly I just went with it. At the window she apologized, stating that she was just wanting to make sure I was "given the right tea" which made zero sense. She did this my entire order. Turned out once I got up the road, the meatballs I wanted for myself were not ordered, To say I was upset was an understatement. I was starving and didn't feel like I was okay. After eating a couple of the bread sticks Intended for my daughter, I dropped her food off at her school, went home and made myself something to eat. I'm sure her manager hears how she rushes people. I am sure I am not the only person she had done that to. That has to be the worst thing to do to a guest when they come into your business. Why would any manager on duty allow people to be treated that way? I waited 3 days to write this review so I wouldn't be writing a review in the moment I was upset. Still find it highly rude. 10+ people around her and not a single person holding her accountable for how she treats guests.

Wife went to go get a simple order, family pack with a gallon drink, two slices of pizza. She had to ensure them that they hadn't handed the family pack out of the window. Got the food, got home. No breadsticks in the order, no biggie. Go to pour a lemonade and it's water. Someone is back there tasked with making lemonade and simply CANT. It's kind of silly if you ask me. Management needs to figure out what's making this location so sloppy, and fix it.

11:38 am no clean steel forks, spoke with the manager on duty she seemed not to care, she suggested the plastic forks but my wife does not like them. I was told that they would wash one. At this time, I have finished my sandwich ,and my wife is eating her spaghetti with a steel knife and a spoon, no fork has yet to arrive. This will be the last time I visit this location. Not impressed. I waited almost 10 min for my food and to get not so fresh.....this meat is so tough you can't even chew it. It's been good up until now. Food should never be served dried out.

I love fazzoli's and the workers are always kind but the AI order taking makes me want to KILL MYSELF. My order can only be messed up so many times and it talks so slow and it just feels so unnecessary

Very disappointed with my order today. The lasagna, bottom layer of pasta was so hard I couldn't cut with knife.. I ordered and paid for medium marinara sauce that I did not receive. The breadsticks were hard. This was a carry out order and 52.00 . I will contact manager.

I have a wheat allergy and occasionally get the gluten free chicken pesto rotini. There was a penne noodle in my dinner. Could have been detrimental had I not seen it. Hopefully I didnt eat anything touching it or I will be sending my hospital bill. Be careful

We visited on 8/8/2021 on Sunday for lunch with our family and the whole day was messed up. We really didn’t like the food at all and after going back home, we got stomach upset and threw up! We brought the left over whole cheese pizza home and none of us or our kids wanted to eat it as it didn’t taste good, just threw it in the trash. Waste of our time, day and money. Never going back again. Really disappointed and had a bad experience!
