Probably the best Dunkin in the capital region. This place gets insanely busy, but the staff keeps the line moving. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And the facilities are clean. HUGE shout out to the staff.

I’ve frequented this location many times and have placed very large orders in the morning for my job. I wish I had the individual names of the women who were most helpful because they deserve a shout out — they’ve made 100s of sandwiches during morning rush and they have always been quick & organized. #UPDATE after leaving my long overdue review yesterday, when I went to the location today there were promotions and giveaways for their new renovation! Got 100 FREE days of coffee at this Menands location. Also got a FREE DD coffee cup gift. Awesome location!… when I get the names of the workers that are always the most helpful I will come back to update with their names, they deserve a shout out!!!

This is my local Dunkin. I made an online order this morning. When I got home, I realized there were couple things I needed to be fixed for that order. I went to the store back on the afternoon. Jenna (or Jenn, sorry if I misspell) went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I left with a big smile. She was so kind and friendly. I can say she is a good person and a very well trained employee. Highly recommend this place for their delicious treats and exceptional customer service! 5 stars 🌟

I go here quite often for my iced coffee and I’ve always had such a great experience. The staff here is SO FRIENDLY. I don’t know what it is but I’ve never been a Dunkin where the staff is consistently so nice. And it’s not just one person, it’s all of them! It always makes my day better and is such a nice way to spread kindness within the community :)

I always have a great experience here. The staff are always friendly. I get a specific iced coffee order with a lot of customizations and they always seem to get the ratio right. I got the same drink at other locations and they always seem a little off.

Not many surprises, hot coffee and Donuts. Usually served quickly and with a smile.

Usually there early in the morning on weekdays on the way to work. Very good selection and the coffee is fresh and hot and the doughnuts always fresh and yummy. Overall, staff are generally friendly. Very easy to pick up breakfast on the way in to the office.

I like this location. They're friendly, quick, communicative and, largely, very attractive people. I have almost no problems with this location and the ones I do have are expected and more at the chain level.

Very busy between 7:15-8 in the morning especially the drive through due to morning work goers. Recommend coming with enough time to get to work as well.

Order to drive through is easy but driver before us discuss to window person for long time and almost took 30 min. Other wise they make good breakfast and coffee.

Sandwich received with one of the slices of bread stale and with American cheese instead of White cheddar, they did not deduct senior discount even though they verbally acknowledged it and I didn't get a receipt. They are usually much better than this.

Hungry went in to get the 2 egg & cheese for $3.00 place is big & clean 1 person working seem to be on the drive though window after about a minute she noticed me at the counter . The only reason for the 3 is she did not toast my English muffins which ruined my 2 sandwiches .

I have been to this location many times, close to 100 times over last year.. I would say my experience was pleasant for about 60 times. For 20 times it was OK! For 10 times it was unpleasant..

Went in around 2pm. Wanted something cold, chocolate and flavorful. Out of the syrup necessary. Too bad. Set ice was quick and friendly.

This Dunkin' location is ok, but I started going to a different location due to the following issues: - My frozen chocolates were usually borderline flavorless. - There is one employee that is a stickler about having mobile order customers give their name at the speaker before pulling up to the window, even when there's no one else in the drive thru. Pro tip: If you only have one customer, maybe don't needlessly boss them around.

Generally speaking, as I work nearby, they are on a consistant basis, running out of items. Oftentimes they run out of bagels, donuts, sometimes coffee or coffee specials/ drinks or syrups for drinks. There are long drive through ques at breakfast and lunch. The employees however are very courteous and nice, and work with speed and efficiency. The shop itself always appears clean.

This place seems like they have the air conditioning on in the winter. Freezing in there. Maybe its to sell more coffee.

So, I used to go here all of the time however i stopped because they always got my order wrong and its not the cheapest coffee shop so I felt like i was getting chipped. I started to come again and 4 out of the 3 times its been 3 times my order has been wrong. I used to work at dunking donuts for 5 years I know how busy and hectic it can get and you can see,hear and feel it with the staff here. Sometimes they try to take orders without putting them into the register, this will most of the time mess it up. The thing this staff forgets most is my TURBO shot. Its the best part of the coffee and most expensive and the reason why I even order it so its just frustrating being so patient with them while i repeat my order a few times or have to ask for a straw or knife. Every time Im there I tip also ( because i know how it is ) so it makes me a bit sad when i get my order and its not what i ordered :(. Besides not getting my order right overall the staff is pleasant I just think the team might lack team work and communication. I hope next time goes smoothly. have a great day.

If you're running a promo on your new "hand crafted coffees" you would think all staff would know how to make one. I order a iced caramel macchiato. Two front end associates didn't know how to make them then a manager messed up twice. I'm not upset at the associates for not knowing but it's up to the company to ensure everyone is trained to make the basics. I brought the drink back and they offered to make something new, so I ordered a caramel swirl iced. Was hit with the "ohhh sorry, were out of that now. Something else?" Not upset just disappointed. Bagel being toasted correctly and no issues with the pre made blue berry donut saved this review from 1 star.

No longer give seniors 10% discount but still put tip cup out that's sad .

It took way to long for someone to tell me they'd be with me in a moment while they were fooling around until who I'm assuming the manager finally came over to help me. There were only 2 customers in the store so that is unacceptable.

Service was good, but the place had a weird odor, like vitamins and stuff, like a nursing home.

The staff are great, very friendly but this store is CONSTANTLY sold out of items. Not sure who does the ordering for this store but they will be without multiple items for days at a time and this has been an ongoing problem. Awful!

It's not the worst location, BUT it's annoying to be put on hold while employees take person calls. Even stuck waiting for a small order with no customers, and they sit around talking, then ask 7 times what you ordered before FINALLY making it! At least the location is clean, though.

This location is always out of everything. Whenever I order, I can always count on one thing not being available. I understand that stores run out of supplies but it’s constant. However, the staff are so lovely and attentive. They always put a smile on my face whenever I go.

This place has the double action of poor service and awful attention to detail. Was greeted rudely by staff who seemed to be annoyed I even came through then had to pay 3.88 for a medium coffee that was hardly half full. If you want coffee there's clearly better options than this poorly staffed location.

Get my order wrong all the time even though I go there almost every day. Done. Switching to Stewart's where I don't have to fret and fume about someone making a nasty cup of vanilla chai with the vanilla powder just dumped over milk. If you prioritize speed over quality, you get a bunch of disinterested people texting while on the job screwing up the customers orders.

I ordered a small iced chai latte with LESS ICE today and i was disappointed with the service. They gave me only 2/3 of the drink with A LOT OF ICE. I also took some photos of it when they gave me too Im very upset and never come back

Every single time I go there which isn’t often for a place I drive by every day on my way to work there is something wrong with my coffee. My favorite issue is coffee I ask for as hot is given to me iced. That has happened several times. I don’t do reviews but the quality of service is so wretched I had to say something

Very unhappy, first time I've ever been here. Very rude unfriendly service. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato that I had to take back because it wasn't made right & the second one wasn't made correctly either. When I asked for my money back I was given attitude
