The ladies were very nice service was super fast. My hook and ladder sandwich was the best one I’ve had in a long time from firehouse sub. The new fries are very tasty also. Overall the best firehouse location!

The new soda fountain has terrible selection. Doesn't even have the Firehouse Subs exclusive cherry limeade. Please bring back the freestyle machine the previous owner had.

Don't bother. No roast beef, so don't expect to get the French dip being advertised everywhere. No soda, the CO2 tank is empty. No pickle, which happens half the time I go. It's no wonder this place had closed, I don't know why they bothered to open back up. Complete garbage. Stay away.

I usually come here and it’s been good experiences but today was my last. I ordered two subs and in one of my subs, the bread had MOLD growing on it. Immediately I go back to get it remade but I lost my appetite and just asked for a refund instead. The employee Alexa for one, didn’t care at all and at least didn’t even apologize. Then doesn’t know how to even issue a refund and calls for another employee named Yessi and BOTH don’t know how to do the refund and are literally LAUGHING together. Such unprofessionalism and disappointing service.

*Terrible Steak & Cheese sub (aka Philly Cheesesteak). *NEVER allow them to put mayo or mustard on it! However, even without those condiments it's still a ripoff! Though it would taste a little better. *A large (which isn't very big) cost over $20!!! Way OVER-PRICED! *I've had other subs at Firehouse that were good. However even a good "large" one isn't worth $20+! *Jersey Mike's has far larger & better chessesteaks and other subs for the same price. For good cheesesteaks go elsewhere! For fair priced & better subs in general - go elsewhere! As a former managing partner of a very highly rated restaurant, having brokered the sale & lease of many types of restaurants over the last 44+ years, and also consulting for many more... Thus I know food & dining. And Firehouse Subs fails miserably!
