We had good service here...but all we ordered was a Cafe Olla, and nothing to eat. The traditional coffee was just great, and we enjoyed the people-watching opportunity from the tables in the mall area.

Very good aromatic coffee and the desserts are not very varied but they are all good, one advantage is that while you drink your coffee you can watch the skaters fall on the ice rink.

Las pizzas están muy buenas, al servicio y atención le falta.

Es un café bastante sencillo, pero venden variedades de sándwiches, cafés, frapuchinos, y tés. Tiene vista a la pista de hielo, por lo que si tus niños están patinando es el lugar perfecto para vigilarlos mientras te sientas relajada.

Al principio pedí un capuchino que me trajeron un poco tibio y sin espuma. Pero pedí que lo compusieran y quedó más sabroso que el primero y calientito y la chapata Toscana que pedí esta a muy sabrosa.

La comida es buena, pongo cuatro estrellas como protesta de que quitaron la pasta, era la mejor pasta del universo, solo venia por la pasta honestamente

Buen café mientras acompañas a tus hijos en la pista de hielo.

Segafredo espresso is always reliable. The sandwiches are very good. The only downside is the atmosphere, which is a bit noisy because it's located in the middle of the corridor next to the skating rink.

It's a good cafe to have a good time. The only bad thing is that I ordered a chocolate milkshake with lactose-free milk, and they brought me the wrong one. I know because I immediately noticed it. But maybe they forgot. The guava cheesecake is great.

If you're in the mall and want a less commercial coffee, this is a good option. It's very clean and the drinks menu is varied for coffee lovers. However, I'm giving it four stars for the location; I think the space could be improved. They also offer a wide variety of food and other drinks. I liked that they know how to prepare an espresso in a cup that's appropriate for the amount; that's a strong point for this coffee shop.

El café es muy bueno, así como los smoothies. Lo que es pésima, es su conexión a internet. La velocidad de su módem es muy, muy baja. Lo mejor es conectarse a la red de la plaza (que es gratuita).

Si te gusta el café no te recomiendo el de aquí, super quemado y con un sabor super amargo, el frappé de caramelo está muy rico ese si lo super recomiendo.

El lugar está lindo, el servicio no es bueno ni malo, puede mejorar. Ahora la comída y bebidas 3/10. Los ravioles rellenos de queso tenía partes duras sin cocer. El chai latte no sabia a chai, se asemeja más a un sabor de leche con caramelo tipo cajeta y el te chai sabía solo a te de canela muy ligero.

The coffee is delicious, the food is bland, not bad, not good, but it's perfect for what it is. But the service 👎 , I've been here several times, and I'm very disappointed with the service. The most annoying thing is that they expect a tip when they don't deserve it, and if you don't tip, they give you dirty looks. I definitely recommend the owners do some training so their employees can provide 5-star service. Literate, you feel like the servers are doing you a favor by serving you. The worst thing is that when you need service, the employees are standing in a circle, chatting, and you're there with your hand in the air, trying to get attention. They see you and ignore you. I came yesterday, and yesterday they just laughed and ignored me. Literally, 95% of the employees working here are not good employees. And I recommend they fire them or train them. Likewise, I recommend they hire people with good personality and attitude. What a disgusting place. I will never come back to this place again in my life. This place definitely doesn't train its employees well enough to properly value its customers! And if I'm giving five stars for the atmosphere, it's only because the place is in a good location that makes you feel good. 0 out of 0!!!!!!

Fui con mi hija y nos enfermamos del estómago por su culpa. Lugar sucio, los meseros fueron amables pero su comida muy sin chiste.

Realicé un consumo al rededor de las 9pm, a lo cual solicité el servicio de facturación a la señorita que nos atendió; acto seguido me proporciona un número telefónico para tomar foto al tíquet y solicitar el servicio. A los dos días me comunico por whats app y la persona que me atendió “Gerardo Lugo” ni siquiera me contestó el mensaje, simplemente señaló en el ticket que sólo facturan el mismo día de la compra. De haber sabido con anticipación lo habría hecho, aunque se me hace absurdo si aún me encuentro dentro del mes de factura que no puedan solicitar el servicio con el contador, y aún más grosero de su parte que no se haya tomado la molestia de al menos responder el mensaje con palabras. Definitivamente creo que no es manera de tratar al comensal.

El lugar esta hyper sucio, son groseros, lei otro comentario sobre las cucarachas y tambien me sucedio. les puse una estrella porque no se puede menos.

Los empleados muy bien el gerente una persona grosera y prepotente escuche como regaño de una forma inperdonable a un chico por un error que ami no me afectaba .

All the coffee is watered down, and you have to pay extra for a regular shot. They resell Costco cookies for three times the price, as well as all their desserts. Horrible place, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
