I could have sworn I wrote a review for Mamma Mia before, but I must have been mistaken! I've been enjoying Mamma Mia for almost 25 years now. While I may not go as often these days, whenever I'm in the mood for pizza, Mamma Mia is always my top choice! Their pizza is consistently delicious, and I truly love it. One of the things I appreciate most about this place is that it's run by Italian owners who really know how to toss a pizza! It adds to the charm and authenticity of the experience.

Great place. Don't look for a fancy Italian restaurant but a papa & mama restaurant. Price are average but size are big. Tasty food, calamary perfectly cooked, good pizza and pasta aldente. A few friends recommended me this place but now I can tell that is good. The girl taking care of our table was awesome and not only with us, we heard her taking to other customers and was the same actitud. Come to this place and support local restaurants, they need us.

I just wanted to get a dessert and coffee but changed my mind to a dessert and water 💧. This tiramisu was so perfect and so delicious, and the size was probably meant for sharing, and since I don't have anyone to share with, I ate the entire piece 😅. The restaurant is so shiny and colorful ✨️ of the same colors but very clean. I got a peligreggio water, one of my favorite and the gentleman who brought my dessert brought the water and poured it into a wine glass which really was super sweet and appreciated that he was kind enough to go above and beyond. I'm really looking forward to trying some real food from here because it smelled so good. The first thing I'm going to try is a meatball, sub,grinder, hero, whatever it's called down here. Great way for me to start the morning.

This place is a staple in Miami. We visited this location for lunch on a Sunday. We ordered the Family Special which is an XL cheese pizza (18"), a dozen garlic rolls, and a 2-liter bottle of soda for around $28. The garlic rolls are amazing...every time I get them! The pizza was fantastic and came out pretty quickly. Overall, this is a great location. The staff are friendly, the food is good (especially those garlic rolls), and there's ample parking. I highly recommend!

Hands down the best Italian restaurant I have eaten at in many many years! Was in the area for work and jumped on Google for pizza place and found mama mias and based on reviews and their menu I went there. The brushetta was out of this world delishious, the minestrone soup homemade and loaded with fresh veggies, the garlic rolls were big and soft and loaded with garlic and parm and the pepperoni and sausage pizza was loaded and amazing. Nothing like finding a great restaurant that they clearly are passionate about their food and the server was amazing, attentive and very pleasant. Please open a location in pembroke pines lol. Next time I'm down south I will absolutely stop in again and battle the crazy shopping center traffic lol.

My wife had a taste for authentic Italian food. I searched for best Italian restaurants in the area and was so glad we found Mamma Mia. GREAT FOOD! I had chicken piccata and my wife had chicken rigatoni. And OMG, the best garlic rolls EVER. Don’t let the size of the place and the location (in a neighborhood plaza) deter you from some great Italian comfort food. BTW, our waitress Rachel did a great job taking care of us. Do yourself a favor and check out Mamma Mia today.

I went here with a couple of friends and the pizza was good. Our waitress Tyrah was also great. She helped us out a lot. If you’re ever in Lake Worth Beach, I suggest you definitely check them out.

Wow. As a New Yorker living in Miami for 3+ years, I have tried many a slice in an attempt to find real NY style pizza. Mamma Mia delivers. In a town plagued by sweet tomato sauces, this place provides a perfectly balanced marinara. Thin crust, cooked crispy.

I've been here so many times I owe this place a review. This is one of the best pizza I've tried in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. The people are friendly and the food is just keeps dragin us in for more. Today I order online and there was a confusion in the order, but they made it right after I called them back. The owners are always there and you can sometimes hear them talking in Italian and it's super cool. My friends also come here and I have not yet heard any complaints about the servers or the food. I cater from here for my reveal party and the food was amazing even in large quantities. I will totally recommend people to come and taste the awesome Pizza the incredible fettuccine alfredo their antipasto salad is delicious as well as their Stromboli and calzone. And if for some reason your plate does not include garlic rolls you have to try these they are awesome!

Always the best for me. Their Sicilian is the best, in my opinion. The NY style is pretty good too, not like actually the ones in NY, but close. To be honest, no place here in Miami has a good tasting NY style pizza, but Mama Mia's comes close. My ONLY complaint is that when I pick up the pizza, by the time I get home and place it on the dining room table, it's already cold!, and I live rt behind the place, in Country Walk! Besides that, the food there is very good, and everybody there is very nice and helpful.

Delicious pizza! We ordered an 18" Meat Lover, smaller Margarita pizza and wings. Crust, sauce and toppings were exactly the way we like. Wings were perfect with a dry rub spice we were not familiar with - highly recommend!

I've been coming here for 26 years since I was 3 years old... or thats what it feels like. The treat you like family. And feed you like one. Best pizza, dessert, and taste of Italy honestly. I have never had any pizza that compares in all of Florida (I travel a lot). And every time I eat a pizza somewhere. Today was my first visit here. Just got two cheese slices, nothing fancy. At first glance, the pizza was greasy, so I used a few napkins to blot it. What followed was the best pizza I have ever had. No joke. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese... delicious crust. Thank you!!

Mamma Mia 1 was highly recommended to us. OMG the food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I had the chicken parmesan - we were in heaven. The garlic rolls were the best we have eaten. I grew up down the street from this place and started work at the Publix right next door. Stopped in on the regular about three to four times a week for 2 slices or a Chicken roll 🥐 It's not cheap but you get a massive amount for what you pay!! Very rare New York style pizza here, thin and al dente with thin sweet layer of sauce and a pile of melted cheese!

My family and I love Ma Ma Mia Pizza. We think its the best in Miami. I have never lived within their delivery range so I drive thirty minutes to pick up pizza. Wife and I have a system . Day we have a craving for Ma Ma Mia she will turn stove on when I leave to pick up pizza. When I come back we pop pizza in oven for ten minutes .... delicious ! I can honestly say we and our friends have never had a bad pizza. Also the garlic rolls are really good. The owner is friendly I don't remember his name he is always busy taking orders over phone or helping staff in kitchen. Give MaMa Mia a try .

We highly recommend this wonderful little Italian restaurant with take-out service and plenty of table space as well. Our family are here with several other families, a large group including several teenage boys. All of the meals were large enough that everyone had left overs. The eggplant parmigian, spinach roll, pasta, pizza and sandwiches taste delicious. The bread will keep you coming back with its buttery, flavorful goodness.

I recently visited this establishment and was pleasantly surprised. The food here is very delicious and filling, the service is excellent. The staff performs their job exceptionally well: the hostess greeted us immediately upon entering, the waiter was polite and attentive. The manager inquired about our experience and thanked us for the feedback. I definitely recommend this place!

Salvatore has managed this place for many years and done a great job. Food is terrific, as is the service. Pricing is getting a bit steep, but it’s worth it. Get the lasagna.

I would definitely recommend this pizzeria. The pizza was New York style pizza it was very large to feed a family of 6. We got the family deal that came with garlic rolls and a 2 liter soda. I also got a lasagna dinner and it was really good and it came out very hot and the serving was generous. My cousin got the fettuccini Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was also very good. Oh and the shrimp appetizer was delicious. The shrimps were large shrimps and delicious. One good thing about this place is that you can choose your sauce for any dish.

So amazing...I think we are addicted! The garlic rolls are AMAZING, so garlicky and yummy. We've had several dishes so far, pizza and a calzone and ALL have been really, really good! All have been hot, fresh and big portions. KUDOS to the staff!

I wish i can give this more stars.....hands down best pizza i have had in a very long time. I ate the white pizza and added chicken to it, super flavorful and the crust was delicious. Garlic rolls were just the right amount of garlic and oil. Mamma mias is a great mom and pop shop that has amazing Italian food. They have the best garlic rolls in the world and amazing pizza.if you like pizza this place is a must try. They had a Nutella dessert pizza for a while that was absolutely delicious Good food, good service, just can’t beat it.

I had the chicken parmigiana — and it was EXCELLENT! The portion was WAY more than I could possibly eat! My wife ordered the meatballs (normally an appetizer) as her main course, and really liked them as well. In fact, she, too, took some home with us. Don’t be fooled by the appearance. This is some of the best Italian food I’ve had — and I’ve had a LOT (including a number of restaurants while visiting Italy). I highly recommend this place!

Pizza is the best in South Dade. Can't say the same for the rest of the menu. Garlic bread was a bit stale and tomato sauce for my pasta was a bit watery. Having friendlier waiters would definitely help draw ppl in.

Don't let the shopping center location fool you, the food is on point! Old school "mom and pop" feel, with thickly sliced, fresh toppings that put the pies over the top. The garlic rolls are a must have, and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome with their warm greetings and attentive service. I would've gladly given this location 5-stars, but the crust was a bit on the thick side for a "New York-style" pie. Other than that, check it out!

We ordered garlic knots, the large antipasto, and an xlarge Mamma Mia Specialty pizza. Food and service was great. Everything came out quickly. The garlic knots were much larger than I was expecting. That was a nice surprise.

I have been a customer for fifteen years, and it's always been a great experience. Everything from ordering to the delicious food is what keeps us coming back. Today we called another Italian restaurant nearby and were treated so rudely. When I learned the person taking my order over the phone was the manager I told them they just lost a customer. We cancelled the order and called Mamma Mia, and the experience was night and day. The food was delivered fast and was mouth watering delicious. That's is why after 15 years Mamma Mia is still our #1 pizzeria of choice.

We must of have been there on an off night. We had the pizza and garlic rolls. The food was great, but took long, and the service needs improvement. They don't have enough wait staff. I will try it again, and see if the service improves. If it improves, then I will change it to a 4 stars.

We’ve been picking up pizza there for years, but our recent order left us cold. We got a supreme pizza that seemed to have very little meat, the onion chunks were overly large and it just wasn’t that tasty. Bad day for the chef or cutting costs?

Ordered a calzone to go. It was good, but I wish they would've included a paper plate and plastic cutlery. They just wrapped it in aluminum foil, and that was it. I've never had to ask for those things at other pizza joints.

The pizza is great, the chicken parmigiana is average, the red sauce pasta is AWFUL. There’s this weird dirty water/ plastic taste. Any red sauce you buy at the grocery store will be much better than theirs. Garlic rolls are inconsistent, most of the time they add WAY too much garlic.

Food could be better. The pizza was so greasy that taking one bite out of it was like drinking a cup full of oil. The garlic knots were something my friend recommended me to order and to tell you the truth, it was not worth it. Not even the service was great to give it a three star. No one welcomes you but gives you an ugly stare and they don’t even acknowledge you. The man who attended me just threw my food on the counter and walked away to continue talking to some other gentleman. Won’t be coming back here anymore and it’s a real shame because small family businesses are quickly shutting down because of corporates.

Pizza was decent. The eggplant parmigiana sub was terrible. Not crispy, not savory, not flavorful. I’m not sure there was an ounce of Parmesan cheese in the sandwich as it was almost overwhelmed by riccota and mozzarella.

It's true the owner is rude to the employee s, pizza size ok. Pizza flavor needs something , more sugar in the sauce , I don't know but don't claim to be a NY style. Pizza price not too bad.could be better. As you know everyone says gas is high ( not now).

Never again. I just ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pineapple on the pizza looked ground or smashed and tasted cooked and so no pineapple flavor at all. The mozzarella sticks tasted old. Definitely not a Hawaiian pizza and for sure won’t order again.

If you grew up in the country walk area you probably recognize this local staple. Unfortunately the pizza they make now is nothing like the ones they made back in the good ol' days. It's borderline Chicago deep dish how thick it is. Ratios are all off. Flavors are the same but they lost that balance in my opinion. Looked at pictures from the past and compared them to the pie their currently selling. I still go from time to time to support them. But when I get home eat the first slice I quickly realize why I don't go back as often. Lately more than half the pizza is left over at my house. That should speak for itself if your a true pizza fiend like myself.

Second time getting delivery here that I have not received a fork with something a fork should come with. Litterally ordered to a hotel room everything but a fork. So once again I have to either starve or eat with my fingers.

Good food terrible service with waitresses who over charged us the menu prices and didn’t know how to reverse error. It turned our pleasant experience into a confusing mess! Received statement and they never reversed charges!

The food is great but the people charging are very dishonest. Order for pickup to save the $5 delivery plus the tip for the driver. We picked up the food but were charged $7 extra. We ended up NOT saving anything. The worst is that you only notice by looking at your card charge. The register and receipt reflect the actual charge for $7 less

If I could give less than a star, I would. I have never tasted a pizza so ghastly. All the toppings slid right off, it was greasy, I feel like whomever cooked it was lazy and bored. Simply decided to throw things on.... basically tasted like cardboard. Honestly, I think the box would have tasted better. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. This place should be closed down. I wish I could dispute the charge. Reading the reviews was hilarious to me. Best pizza place? Please. Save yourself. DO NOT EAT HERE. WORST PIZZA OF MIAMI!!

They used to be good. I ordered a veggies and Hawaiian pizza. It literally look like they just threw the veggies on the pizza, didn’t even spread them, the veggies look boiled, not even over grated, the tomatoes slides were like half an inch or more thick, and for the Hawaiian, the pineapple look like it was put in a processor? They were smashed. I came back to this place after 15 years and nope, not good at all.

Service was terrible, we walked in 4 employees watched us sit down and no one approached us until we went up to them. Then the food, we had the famous "Garlic rolls" they tasted not only like they've been sitting for a while and then reheated but they were also dripping is butter/oil, the salads aren't good at all you're better off going to Wendy's and the pizza is decent. Places like this are the reason Corporate America is winning.

The food was whatever I came during lunch ordered from the lunch special and left my husband to pay the bill. He paid and didn’t notice the charged him the regular menu price. When I asked the waitress she spoke to the manager and he offered to give me $5 discount. I told him to stick that where the sun don’t shine and left! I believe that if you go during the lunch they should charge accordingly… will never be back! And the food was mediocre!

Customer service is horrible. The food was cold and pizza extremely doughy. DO NOT GO HERE. Maria helped us and was extremely rude even though we left her an amazing tip she definately didn't deserve it after calling us liars when we only ate only 1 bite, we also saw 3 roaches. You know what they say when you see 1 roach there are thousand of roaches that you don't see. I truly believe this place is roach infested thank God our well done Pizza was doughy. Just thinking of eating the whole slice, gross. DO NOT EAT HERE. RUDE, DIRTY, COLD FOOD AND WORST OF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE,

Never again. I just ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pineapple on the pizza looked ground or smashed and tasted cooked and so no pineapple flavor at all. The mozzarella sticks tasted old. Definitely not a Hawaiian pizza and for sure won’t order again.

Terrible food, super salty, the products are of poor quality and the pizzas are disgusting. We had to take out all the mushrooms and ham because the flavor was the worst!

Placed a pick up order over the phone. Picked it up was told the total was $10.70, was asked if i wanted a receipt and said no. Later checked the card and was actually charged 11.11. Always ask for receipt or they will tip at their own choice. Which i’m pretty sure is illegal.
