just ordered from here on doordash, i ordered the two entree and i got shanghai noodles, mixed vegetables, and black pepper chicken. everything was so saucy and fresh. some of the best chinese fast food i’ve EVER had.

Love their various dishes and available foods on their menu! Always a family favourite. Always delicious food for a low price, definitely would recommend! (However be careful, the place does not have many vegetarian options)

The food here is amazing and delicious! Today I had the orange chicken with mixed vegetables, and like always, the meal was hot and fresh. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Every time I come to this mall, this place is my go to.

Sometimes you just want the type of North Americanized Chinese food you get at a mall. Something where you can get Orange Chicken (which they will make fresh for you). The people who own this store are sooo nice. I eat here regularly, I really enjoy the food here for what it is.

This is still my favorite Chinese restaurant, and I've eaten at so many. Been going here for over 19 years and I'm always impressed with the freshness of the food and the ingredients. My go to is the oriental chicken with fried rice and mixed vegetables. The chicken is so tasty, juicy and fresh, as are the rice noodles, and veg. The portions are fantastic! This is noticeably better than any other Manchu Wok location. I've moved away but I come back to Pickering for this. Keep up the great work!

My mother and I go here at least once a month for dinner. I get tired of preparing all our meals so once a month we go to the mall for dinner. I always order the Honey garlic chicken with noodles. The amount of food the staff piles into the take out carton is enough for 2 meals for Mom and myself. The food is always hot and delicious. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed always. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great food, great service! Christine

I usually do not give reviews on food businesses in a food court at a mall, whether good or bad. I was so pleasantly surprised with the food I got from Manchu Wok yesterday that I had to post. I ordered General Tso’s chicken and BBQ pork with Lo mein noodles. It was delicious! So much so that I would order it from Uber when I get another craving. I’ve ordered from several Chinese and Hakka restaurants in Pickering and I enjoyed the Food Court Chinese more than I enjoyed theirs. I’m a senior now (yikes!!!) and don’t go to the mall often. Thanks Manchu, will come again soon and happy to share the experience! Additional note: Trust me not all Manchuwok’s are this good, most are just ok. So don’t judge this one based on any other location.

Friendly staff, they served food with a smile and a welcoming attitude. The food was tasty (fresh and hot) and large portions were given. I was able to use a gift card to pay and when there was a leftover amount, I used another gift card which was also accepted. All in all a great experience which made my day. HIghly reccomend buying from there!

Went about an hour before closing. The food was still very fresh (I have to mention because one place will ruin it for you with stale food close to closing). The service was amazing. The gentlemen offered me green beans along with my mixed vegetables. The entire meal came to $13.00. I was overall extremely pleased with the food, flavours are always the same and ans expected and service was refreshing. I love Manchuwok! who hasn’t been eating here for decades now, because I have. P.S Best noodles out there! Always my go to!

My favorite in the food court, just a personal preference. Courteous fast service and friendly staff. The menu does not change that much over the years so on the upside if you like a dish it will be there for years. This location is high volume so the food is freshly prepared. They also have nice sides like spring and veggie rolls. Sometimes they have the sea food dumplings but not always. The staff are quick and service is pleasant.

Standard food court Manchu Wok - got the honey garlic chicken with fried rice which happened to be really fresh and crispy. My partner got the orange and sweet and sour chicken which was less fresh.

Standard Canadian Chinese Food fast food place. This is a great option if you are travelling and a bit tired of hamburgers and fries and want something with rice/vegetables without having to sit down and wait. Sometimes a person needs rice or noodles.

Meh, alright food. Pretty pricey for the quality of food. If your in the area and you have no where else to go then yeah sure go for it. But if your in Pickering check our Spicy Dragon across the street from the mall, Asian Hut or Island Mix.

Ordered a large orange chicken with large rice. Came out to 25. I remember their orange chicken was so delicious!! But they changed it bigtime. Its not the same. Its not orange and it Doesnt even taste like orange chicken at all. It use to be orange and full of sweet orange flavor. I wish i got sweet and sour chicken or something else instead. I wish i could replace this and if i can id be happy to give 5 stars. Disappointing experience.

Never went here.

Had the noodles and sesame chicken.. a few hours later I was violently ill, stomach pain diarrhea and cold sweats. That was my only meal i had eaten. I fast regularly and am very particular with the food I eat. I used to love the brand.. was reputable, learned my lesson will never eat there again. Sorry guys .. just speaking honestly.

AVOID like the plague. Wife fell sick to her stomach after eating their Lo Mein noodles. Disgruntled manager refuses to acknowledge it upon reporting it to her. Very sticky and stale noodles made with poor quality ingredients. Awful staff with whom you need to beg for a napkin and a fork. DO NOT eat at this joint.

I have no issue with Manchu Wok I come all the time. However, we ordered from Uber Eats yesterday two orders costing $50. The uber driver stole our food and we did not receive any compensation for a second order or a redelivery. Uber support was useless as they told us they couldn’t do anything even after trying to call the delivery driver with no answer. Called the Manchu Wok location multiple times with no answer. Was hoping to get some help on this issue.

The most careless owners ever. I bought 2 items- noodles and 2 chicken sides, they were warm towards cold when I started eating them there. Went back and told them, the guy there pretended that her didn’t understand what I wanted and then after I repeated what I said he answered:” I will warm them for you”. Very cheap service and custom service. After arguing with them, they gave me another hot meal, but definitely they weren’t happy at all.

I was helping my 87 year old mother choose her meal, rice and two meat dishes. I was not ordering for myself, nor did I tell the women serving that I wanted anything, but somehow there was a second container of food put with my mother’s order when we got to the cash. I only realized there was a problem when my mom paid a debit payment of over $33.00!! I was shocked and immediately confronted the staff. I felt like we were being ripped off. I never ordered a single thing for myself. How could they just fill a container of food and expect that we were going to pay for it?? The man at the cash gave my mother back the overpayment in cash. I will never eat at this Manchu Wok again. Those people are dishonest.

I just asked for extra forks and that lady gave me horrible look and started questioning me like "how many people are going to eat this" etc.she then reluctantly gave me two forks but that made me so uncomfortable that I returned them back. She behaved as if I asked for free food... It really pissed me off, and instead of enjoying my meal, I was only thinking about how she made me feel over extra forks. There are better food joints around ,not cmng back again.Train your staff on customer service
