This is some REALLY GOOD pizza!!! We got a large classic, it was cooked just right, toppings were plentiful, good sauce. Got a couple of ice cream cones and walked the docks while we waited on the pizza to get made. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices. Yum!!

Seriously the best pizza to be had outside of NYC. I especially recommend getting a slice (ask for it to be heated a little extra for best crust), skip the box and opt for a paper plate, take your pizza and amble through the city dock while you munch on your slice.

We had their white pizza delivered to our room at The Lemontree hotel. The people at the hotel suggested them. They were right. Great pizza! Quick delivery and on time of what was quoted. Will order again.

If you're looking for affordable lunch or dinner near the pier check out Napoli on the Bay. I've eaten here several times I really enjoy their pizza. Today we went in for lunch, the service was great and the food was amazing! I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was just like homemade. The parking here can be a little tough especially in season so I highly recommend delivery.

This Napoli on the Bay restaurant is located in Crayton Cove adjacent to the Naples City Dock. If you like going back to the 1960s old Naples, don't miss this excellent pizza place. Inside and sidewalk seating available. You probably come for the pizza but they have a complete Italian menu that Napoli is known for. Good food, informal atmosphere and positive happy staff. Pick your own soft drink or beer out of the refrigerator when you walk in, or get a fountain drink. After you eat, walk over to the city dock to see a bevy of beautiful boats of all sizes.

Ordered a 12” meats lover and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was fresh and it had the perfect amount of toppings. The owners were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely come back!

Tasty pizza spot. They sell whole pizzas 12" up to XL 18". The supreme and cheese pizzas were quite good and the thin crust had a nice crunch. They also sell pizza by the slice. Outdoor seating is limited at 5 tables, but there are a dozen tables inside along with a counter. There are fountain and bottled drinks, as well as bottled beers. They also have ice cream if you'd like a sweet treat after your pie.

Great little pizza place. Our group ordered pizza, some sandwiches, and a salad. All loved the food. Good prices. Nice little dining area as well if you need a place to sit and escape the heat or rain while you eat.

My review is only on their take out large cheese pizza. I’ve never actually eaten at their establishment, mostly ordered online and ordered for delivery for lunch at my job. I’m from North Jersey and this pizza brings me back home. It’s not too doughy, plenty of cheese and enough sauce. The service when picking up has been quick, not much interaction or friendliness. I’ve only been there around 4-5pm and it hasn’t been busy. Lots of parking nearby. I do notice that when placing an order online they charge a “service fee” of about $1.99 which doesn’t state what this fee is for.. Inside the establishment it has a few tables, pretty spacious and I believe they have a restroom and TV’s I haven’t tried their other locations because I’ve heard the pizza isn’t as good as this one, and I don’t want to be disappointed, I look forward to ordering take out again or might sit in the future..

As a Philly native, I’m incredibly picky about my pizza—it’s hard to impress me. But while on vacation in Florida, I stumbled upon this spot, and let me just say, it’s absolutely incredible. The crust was perfectly crispy yet light, the sauce was balanced with just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were super fresh. It’s rare to find pizza this good outside of Philly. Um yea...no. I guess it wasn't bad. All we had we some pizza. Maybe an unfair judgement since we ordered a few slices, not a fresh pie. I'll try it again, considering the menu was fully stocked. I ordered a chicken cutlet slice and a pepperoni Sicilian slice. Both were ok, the Sicilian had no crunch and the chicken slice was definitely reheated too much. I'll give it another shot for redemption. Great service and nice place though !

It is not even close to New York Pizza. But, it is better than they need to be. Good location and it is still a good Pizza. Not great , good. Almost, but not over price. People working there don't want to be there.

Good Pizza, too much crust, not enough sauce, veggies and cheese for my taste. Parking is limited and always a chance of luck. But it's nice to walk down the dock after you eat.

If you are getting take out, check the pizza before leaving, our pie was thrown in the box causing 3 of the slices to be folded over on each other and all the toppings were off of them just leacing the crust exposed. (It wasn't caused by the drive home, bk the pizza was secure in the car.)

Decent NY style pizza for dine in or take out. I recommend the pepperoni, cheese or veggie slices. I didn't care for the crumbled sausage topping, as it was pebble sized and lacked flavor.

I really wanted to like this place, cozy location and some of the reviews gave the pizza high marks. Unfortunately the pizza does not live up to the hype of some of the reviews. The pizza crust itself was hard leaving me wondering if it was frozen dough, the sauce has no taste, the cheese and basil were skimpy. We’ve had far better pizza at some of the restaurants on 5th and 3rd.

It was okay. A little dry, still a little cold, and certainly overpriced. We were unfortunately harassed by an alcoholic while eating, and then my sunglasses got struck by lightning completely ruining them and I had to consult my doctor with chest pain for several days, so we recommend sitting inside and staying away from the metal tables.

Be aware- they make you pay extra if you use a credit card! They don’t tell you that over the phone.

Their pizza looks great but just doesn't deliver. I will say that I have only ordered slices here and not a whole pizza out of the oven. But ordering one of their slices and eating it at room temperature or heated up again it just falls short of having a crispy crust even though it is very thin, or tasty cheese, or any sort of taste profile that makes you want to order another. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and the staff is very friendly. It just hasn't satisfied my taste for good pizza. I have not ordered any other items on the menu to this point.

Great pizza, no doubt, but take it to go because the low quality plastic chairs are like recliners because the backrests are so worn out, and the aluminum patio chairs are just as uncomfortable. A large white pizza with spinach and mushrooms and 1 Gatorade was $34, a bit on the pricey side. 1 unisex bathroom for the clients, and it wasn't the cleanest, but better than most. View out the front window is of a parking lot and us 41, and there are no bollards protecting the patrons from an unintentional drive-through if you know what I mean, so I picked a table in a corner and away from glass.

My family and I stopped here for a nice dinner before going to the ocean. The young man at the counter told us it would be a 15 minute wait. Awesome! We sat down, got our drinks, and time has ticked by. The store isnt busy. We are the only people sitting here and we were told again, it would be 3 more minutes. Another 15 passed and still no food. We have now been waiting for our pizza for 45 minutes. Staff is laughing and having a good time, eating ice cream out of the ice cream cooler, as we are waiting. Very sad for our first time in Florida.

BEWARE of ordering from this place on a food delivery app. They never confirmed my order. After the time that my order was supposed to be delivered, this establishment just canceled my order. Why would you be on a food delivery app and not complete orders. When I placed my order, there were still 3 hours before closing time. TERRIBLE!!!!

The girl behind counter was very condescending. Telling me I did not order a supreme pizza because she took the order. Both of my cousins heard me say “supreme”. I thought I was getting a pizza that they were working on with broccoli because she told me I ordered half cheese and half veggie. But I did not. I agreed to take the pizza that was being made and it was very plain, no broccoli and crust not done. Very sad how I was treated by the girl and that I didn’t get what I ordered. 😢

They took 40 min to serve a mediocre pizza

Third time I ordered from them for delivery with severe wait time . “Out for delivery “ for 40 minutes or so and I live nearby. As a result food is dried out. I believe they have their own delivery men, but clearly not enough of them. They need door dash badly for the other restaurants on the Slice app have no issues with delivery. The only reason my food arrived at all was because I reached to the Slice app customer service. Three strikes, you’re out, Napoli!

That star is for the nice delivery man who arrived promptly. The toppings were ok but the thick Sicilian crust was oily and tasteless rendering it barely edible. The regular pizza had so few toppings and little taste that the price was hardly justified. Prices are high for minimal quality in Olde Naples, so this one fits right in.

We've eaten there many times and the problem is that it is very inconsistent from time to time And the price is different every time for the same type of pizza. Last time we were there, the pizza came out with almost no cheese on it. We went to complain and they refuse to give us a second pizza for free to make up for the lousy pizza.

I just moved here from NYC 12/2023 I went out and stopped at the first Pizza I could I could find as I bought the 3 moving men lunch, I personally did not try the Pizza as it did not look appealing to me, and they was a Mexican making the Pizza, I am sure there are plenty of other choices?

Service very poor I ordered an ice cream the girl never say hello or look at me. She gave me a broken waffle cone and without asking she said I will put it in a cup because is broken. I had to ask her to give me another cone. We are talking of 7 dollars ice cream cone for such a poor service.

What a shame, this restaurant has amazing food, but absolutely terrible customer service. When ordering food online I have had to cancel orders because they were over 2 hours late. When I called and asked for updates it was "almost to my house",I live less than five miles away. I understand being understaffed but lying/not knowing an order is ridiculous. After numerous visits to Napoli on the Bay in the Crayton Cove neighborhood, today my visit turned out differently. I walked in to grab a slice of pizza and some ice cream. As I sat outside and ate my pizza I came across this COPPER FROM A BRUSH in my slice. I nearly hurt the inside of the top of my mouth and tongue. After realizing what had just been inside of my mouth, I walked back inside to speak to the owner. When I approached the cashier I had the slice of pizza inside the pizza box. When I approached the owner I told him I had found this slice of copper in my pizza. He then said " oh no you put that in the slice of pizza". He accused me of placing a piece of copper in a slice of pizza?!? He then yanked the pizza box out of my hands with my slice and immediately slammed it inside the trash can and began to grab me a new slice. He never offered to give me my money back or reimburse me. He then walked away and ignored me as he waited for the new slice to be ready. I was never disrespectful to him I clearly went back inside just to inform him that I didn't want anyone else to get injured from this issue. As he walked away I then grabbed the pizza box and the slice of pizza out of the trash and the wire to have my evidence and I walked out. I did file a complain to the Florida health department and they will move forward with this case. I received the worse customer service I've ever received for being nothing but a loyal customer. I recommend this pizza place to no one and I hope you visit another great pizzeria in Naples, Fl. The owner is a complete coward and is very disrespectful. Hope this review lets you know that you should treat your clientele better you damn Jerkoff.

Asked for it well done, instead they gave me pizza crust with pretty much soup in the middle, also the toppings were pretty much poured onto the pizza. To top it off, the cashier decided to serve the people who walked in behind me rather than serve me me pizza and get me on my way.

Have made two orders through doordash 1 on 10/22/2022 and 1 on 10/23/2022 both orders were canceled and when i called someone answered and hung the phone up on me. Ordered a large sausage and an antipasto salad. They made a mistake and forgot to make the antipasto salad. No problem. The people that ate the pizza said it was terrible. Couldn't even see any sausage. The salad was iceberg, one slice of ham, salami and pepperoni, red onion and three small black olives. No cheese, tomato, or pepperoncini. Got charged 50 dollars for a large 1 topping pizza 2 2liters and an order of garlic bread. I got delivery but it was just a few block but the food was too greasy to enjoy and the garlic bread sucked. Makes it really hard to help small businesses lol will not come back

The worst food experience of our 2-week Florida trip. First they messed up our order. We asked them 5 times to get a pizza without cheese, and 20 minutes later we receive a pizza full of cheese. Then we wait another 20 minutes and the pizza we got was over cooked, it felt like eating sand from the beach. So many better pizzas in Naples, not to mention the service.

Been a customer for over 10 years…and they wanted me to prove it with a photo that the pizza dough was raw and stuck to the paper…so here it is..one slice after the other peeled the paper off the back and lost all the toppings… a wet soggy mess was thrown away one by one.. not even able to put in oven to salvage it.

I was here few days ago. The experience was terrible. Reasoon: -Stuff that does not want to help at all, and on top of that they were unpolite and rude at Napoli 1 location. -Pizza quality is not even close to the one nearby racetrack, at Collier-US41, Naploli 3 - The tables were dirty, when I aksed theme to clean, they just wipe it and talbes remain dirty. I couldn’t believe. THE REASON why I went to eat here at Napoli 1 is because I live in Crest and I go every week in Napoli 3. The Julio is great, kind and quality is 10 times better than here. Tables are clean and service is 10/10. -Napoli 1, the one close to 5th Ave needs to have some changes ASAP. Either supervisor is bad, either regional manager is not taking care of that place. This review is here to wake you up and put focus on Napoli 1. Check how everything is perfectly at Napoli 3 and have Julio to help with making Napoli 1 good as well. One thing is for sure, I am not eating at Napoli 1 anymore until you make some changes. Make Napoli 1 to look as Napoli 3 if not, then better close Napoli 1 because service and quality was terrible.

Completely disgusting and most disrespectful manager and staff I have ever encountered! I complained because I saw two roaches crawling on there wall in the back and told them I don’t want the pizza and to give me my money back! I thought I ordered from Napoli, but it must have been Papa Murphy's, because the pizza arrived grossly undercooked. It was so bad that we threw it away. Worst customer service ever. Weren’t able to help me at all. I wasn’t even looking for a refund. Tried to pay extra tip for delivery and they still couldn’t do anything for me. So disappointing. You read previous reviews and yet nothing has changed. Food was ok. Upon entry, all tables dirty. Only 1 guest was waiting for his to-go order so no reason for them to be like that. We cleaned our table. Staff was busy on their phones. No customer service whatsoever. Bathrooms out of order. Customer after asked. Fountain drink machine out of order. No water. I couldn't believe, a bigger location, more staff and yet such a waste. Received our food and it was just set on table. No silverware, no napkins. No here's your order. It's out of contrast of other locations. I cleaned up our table. Group of 8 came in as we were leaving. Asked if they had to clean the tables. Staff did nothing, said nothing. We let them know, yes you have to if you decide to eat there. And good luck. Everything is terrible. Staff, cleanliness, service etc. I hope owners take a look now. It's a good location but losing lot of business if it keeps going like this.

I ordered something on their online menu!! I dealt with a huge attitude from one girl that took my order and it was unacceptable! Instead of saying it’s not on our menu u anymore, she hung up. Not once, but twice. I had requested extra Alfredo sauce and there was none on the noodles I was given instead of pizza! Worst service ever! I’ve been in the industry for 25 years. This cut the cake! And here’s the extra sauce I requested on my pizza and gave it to me on noodles and told me they no longer make that pizza!

Napoli’s on the Bay used to be so good. Now this whole franchise is going down the drain. The lady on the phone was very rude to us and told us the wait time was 25 mins. We show up in 25 mins and we had to wait another 20. Then our pizza looks like this. Not to mention it was empty in there. So disappointing that one of the best pizzas in Naples is now the worst.

4 pm Saturday empty restaurant. Ordered pizza for $13 and gave $4 TIP. No thank you no smile no recognition at all. ONLY answer was it will take 25-30 min !! After I ordered I was watching the only two employees there on the phone and no one cared for least 10 min I just paid for pizza !!!!! Pizza rolled in the oven in 25 min! Staff back on the phone.
