Opiniones de Starbucks Niagara Falls
Excellent service. I can't remember her name but a girl with red hair was more than happy to remake a drink for me when I accidently forgot to order lactose free! Don't get mad at the employees for pricing, it isn't their fault. This is a prime location so it can be extremely busy so again, I wouldn't get mad at the staff. If you join a large lineup, don't be mad if you have to wait in it. A couple flies in the display case and a spot of mold on a sandwich but it's just that, a display so who cares. I was informed that this location is not a Corporate store so prices are different and they don't carry some things. (Like, Bagels and fresh fruit) Happy with my visit!
Very good location, service, and drinks! I went here today and the prices were quite elevated (due to tourism) but it was still ok, since I understand the whole tourism prices thing. The staff were lovely! I was asked about every little detail for my drink by the barista while she was making my drink and I really appreciated that! The barista also tried to have a short conversation, which I appreciated very much! My drink was hot and made perfectly. Customer service here is amazing! 5 stars, would recommend!
Two times we had a good experience with the staff there who are helpful and pay good attention to our kids requests. They took time to prepare our drinks in nice way and showed big smiles each time we came. It is nicely located in Sheraton hotel as well as facing the Oakes Garden. 2 min walk from exceptional Niagara Falls views. You will like it for sure.
I was apprehensive about going to this Starbucks due to the negative reviews, but it's conveniently in our hotel lobby so I figured I'd give it a chance. We ordered coffee, breakfast sandwiches and some sweets. Everything was consistent with what I'd expect from a Starbucks. There was a long line but they moved through it quickly. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm not sure why it has such bad reviews but that was not my experience.
I can't remember the person's name at the front counter but excellent service. I've stayed at the Sheraton a few times and always grab a coffee from this Starbucks and have always been happy with the service. It's a high volume, fast paced location and I see the younger students being as attentive as they can be and appreciate that. Thank you.
If you cross the Rainbow bridge and need some coffee this would be a great stop! The line was not too long and we did not wait too long to eat our order. This location was great because there are other vendor options for food and non-coffee drinks so other people on our group had options to choose from when we wanted grab items for breakfast. There is also a bathroom here for public use.
The staff here is so amazing! They're all very friendly and polite. The prices are outrageous, but that's not the staff's fault. Starbucks is expensive to begin with so upping the price due to the location is pretty wild. The service was faster than most Starbucks. Unfortunately, you can't pre-order at this location but the service makes up for that.
Coffee was great and the service was super friendly
Dont know who served me but she very good. Lovely smile. Service for makimg coffee could of been faster. Only one on till. One Making the drinks. There was atleast 7 drinks to be mafr before i got served. The lady on till made the experiance pleasant. Well done smiley happy polite lady.
I purchased a mug then returned and wanted a refund. Came home, checked my credit card statement and it showed that the same amount was charged again. Wanted to contact the Starbucks and called the number on google. İt turned out that it is the hotel's number that Starbucks is located.Called Hard Rock Cafe that is next to them and learned that the phone number is right but there is an extension needed and it is 4198. I talked with the staff, they said that the refund receipt is there and sent the picture of it.Now have to deal with the credit card company but having the picture will be helpful, thank you.
The staff were lovely here. Attentive friendly and helpful. Ok but basic breakfast choices.
They were out of decaf coffee both hot and cold. However, the barista offered to make a decaf Americano. It tasted very good, but disappointing that a place that only sells coffee was out of decaf. The barista was friendly and the place was clean. This location is also open until 11pm which all the other near by Starbucks were already closed.
Starbucks is getting too ridiculously overpriced. I got two drinks, one grande latte and one tall latte, $18. 🤦🏽♀️ The quality of the drink is not that great, totally not worth it. The service was great, the staff were amazing and very friendly. It’s not their fault Starbucks is greedy and sell poor quality products.
I often buy a small coffee at the Starbucks near me and the price is always two something. Here it rang it at four something. I asked the cashier and she said they are independent and set their own prices. I cancelled the order. I'm not paying over $4 for a small coffee. I later got a delicious fresh large coffee at the place where you go under the falls for $2.50. The only good thing is they were giving out samples of hot chocolate.
Well, there’s the tourist price factor to be aware of… $9.00 for a grande latte when I usually pay $4.75 was a bit of a shock… I mean, I was prepared for a markup, but not that much… so beware. The weird part is that 3 people couldn’t understand “grande latte” and kept asking me about sugar. I kept saying “no sugar. Just a latte… nothing else in it…” and at one point asked if something was wrong because everyone was so confused… then ended up with a sweetened latte that I paid $9.00 for and couldn’t drink. I gave up, didn’t get to drink my morning coffee, couldn’t poop, and had a miserable day. Rule #1 in the coffee business = don’t mess with someone’s morning coffee.
This is a terrible Starbucks. As others have mentioned the pricing is at least double anywhere else. Almost 7 dollars for a croissant. They don’t let you use the app to place your order so you have to line up forever than once you pay you go around to the other side and then wait about half an hour for your order to be ready. We paid with gift card which they gladly took yet they said they can’t refill it because they aren’t a corporate store. $50 for breakfast for 2 people.
Ordered 2 drinks at 2:50 waited until 3:10 and still haven’t received our drinks 2 staff members were just standing there ,when we asked the staff about the drinks they had said they forgot about our drinks and yet we were the only customers there at that time so they forgot our drinks we just ordered and we had to retell them. Four staff members were there when we ordered them all but one walked away. They did give us a free pastry but service was bad
This Starbucks is definitely overpriced! I mean I can understand that this one is at a famous tourist spot but the service doesn’t match the price. Plus you can’t use your Starbucks points nor get any points.
Service is extremely slow. There were 10+ orders piling up and I can see the girl casually putting together drinks, stopping every 5 seconds and chatting with the other girl. Food is double normal Starbucks price, service and friendliness is half of what a normal store is. Worst Starbucks experience so far.
Way more expensive than other Starbucks locations and for horrible coffee. This is the worst Starbucks I've been to - charged me $9 for a drink I usually get for $6 and it tasted absolutely disgusting. Their staff is extremely incompetent and can't even make their signature, on-the-menu drinks correctly. Let alone making the drinks, their staff is so incompetent I had to repeat a simple cold brew drink to them numerous times, telling them what goes in it (even though they should know since it's a Starbucks classic), and they still managed to get it all wrong.
I think this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. The drinks are double the price which would be okay if the service wasn't terrible. The people working are so miserable. They incident was we bought coffees and the cups were leaking, so the double cupped it. So every time you drink the coffee would spill on us. Finally, annoyed, I decided to take my moms first cup (leaking) out of the second cup so I could put all the coffee together in the second ( 2nd cup wasn't leaking) and she could drink it. The first cup had a sleve on it so as I took it out I realized all the cardboard and ink from the sleve was in the coffee that had leaked into the second cup!! So, I went back and ask them to remake it properly so she could enjoy this $10 coffee in peace. They gave me a hard time to remake it because she already started drinking it. "We don't usually remake drinks" she said. I asked if they usually make drinks the way they made this one, to which she rolled her eyes and talked to another girl about it before saying okay they will remake it. I was so upset but I bit my tongue and said thank you, grabbed the coffee, and left. It was not the way I'd like to start my day at all.
Staff were extremely rude and misinformed around the menu, specifically the men. The women were all nice to my friend and I and gave us free water but the men spent the entire time glaring at everyone who ordered, not just at my friend and I, and charged us for water after the lady didn't. I'd advise going to one of the other Starbucks locations in Niagra Falls if you want a better experience :/
This is not regular Starbucks, does not take points and twice expensive than regular Starbucks. Complete ripoff!! Avoid at all costs
This location has a tourist tax which makes $5 drinks come out to around $9.. there nothing special about this location, if you have the option to drive a little further for Starbucks you’ll definitely save a decent amount of money. Definitely won’t make the mistake of coming here again since it almost seems like you’re paying double..
As other people mentioned, the price at this Starbucks location is roughly $3 more than normal price. And be aware, this place charges the Niagara Falls destination fee without asking (shows as LF on your receipt). You are going to pay more than $10 for a small cup of drink half filled with ice. Not to mention I saw three people left their almost-full drink beside the garbage bin.
I went here right now nd had to wait for my order for half an hour the worst service I had ever seen at Starbucks. I too work at Tim Hortons but we never let our guests wait for more than 5-10 minutes. And the most interesting thing was that there are 7-8 employees working and still the service was so poor. The prices of the drinks are also very high over here. I would strongly recommend everyone to never to visit here.
Charged $13.40 for a grande americano and a triple-espresso with white mocha sauce. I paid $3.10 for the same menu- the espresso with the mocha sauce at a different location, just a day ago. They charged me twice more for that…and my order came wrong at the end. My worst Starbucks experience ever for sure…
Should've read the reviews before getting my coffee here. This. Isn't. Starbucks. I've never had such terrible latte at such an inflated price at any other Starbucks in this world. I asked for 2 shots of espresso in a tall soy latte. It tasted like watered down hot soy milk - how's that possible?!And that costs close to $10. Ridiculous. Now I need to find some real coffee, if that exists in this tourist trap.
One of the worst experiences at a Starbucks ever. The barista did not put the order in correctly. When the order was received (after about 12-15 minutes), the drink was incorrect. We ordered a lemon loaf, and that had to be substituted after the fact when we found out that they didn't have any lemon loaf. While waiting, we saw many other customers approach the baristas asking where their drinks were and wondering why they hadn't been served yet.
Terrible location. Rude staff, coffee that tastes like water and double the price of other locations. In addition they charge a location fee for being inside the Sheraton. I thought there was a mistake on my bill when 2 tall pikes cost $10. Avoid this location at all costs.
I asked how much a mug was and the cashier went into the office to check and told me the mug was $40. I just purchased the same exact mug for $13 at another Starbucks. What an absolute ripoff. Needless to say I didnt purchase the mug and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this Starbucks.
Twice the price of a regular Starbucks. $18 for a latte and milk steamer is outrageous!
Everyone, do not come to this Starbucks store. This place is a scam, deceiving customers. I bought two mugs here, and they raised the price without informing me. They removed the original price tags from the cups. When we noticed and asked for a refund, they told us that returns were not allowed, even though Starbucks' policy is that returns are accepted within 60 days. They claimed this was their store's rule. The attitude was extremely poor. I want to warn everyone not to buy anything from this store, as they are deceiving customers. I have already filed a complaint with Starbucks headquarters and am waiting to see how they will handle it.
Overprice and there coffee taste like water , i’ll change it twice one a hard blonde I did not even taste like coffee just milk sugar and water and second time Pike same thing once again I wish I could get my money back they were so busy but this is how I’m getting my money back putting bad reviews let a real coffee drinker now not to get no coffee from there and if you do you make sure taste it before you leave As you can see my drink supposed to be $7.25 and on the receipt telling me a 8.25 this place is big time get over
Not sure if this is a true Starbucks. The prices are not aligned with other stores. Price tags were removed from the mugs, and they were charged at a higher rate. They don’t accept Starbucks App and payment. My credit card charge appeared under Falls Avenue Resort, not Starbucks. BTW, my Americano tasted like coffee machine descaling waste, with no coffee smell and flavor at all.
Coffee prices are normal. Cups and mugs are triple the price of any I have ever purchased. They have peeled all the price tags from corporate off the items.
Ordered a grande blonde vanilla iced latte with cold foam and they gave me no cold foam, and a drink tasting of actual human pee. The drink was so bad I had to go back because it was 10.31 for a grande. They took my old drink back and They re made it but made me pay for cold foam again, the drink somehow came out worse than the first time. Threw both out and left angrily. Never had such an awful experience at a Starbucks before and I’m never returning
One of the priciest starbucks I've been to in Canada! Almost $18 for a tall Americano and a grande Midnight drink! And over $3 was tax! Ridiculous that taxes were almost 20%.
I would give it a zero if I could. Placed my order at 2:52 PM. Two hot coffees, and one cold brew. Had my hot coffees within the first five minutes One girl came and asked me what my cold brew order was I told her and then 30 minutes later still nothing. Followed up multiple times they said yes it’s coming, but never asked me my name or my order to even check if it was in line. The only saving grace would be the cashier who took my order, Grazie. The store was so chaotic, but in the end she had to make my coffee for me. I only headed out at 3:36pm. *multiple groups ordering after me had been served and had left
Great location but the matcha latte is tasteless, the hot chocolate is water down. Such poor quality! I will not return here. The service was friendly but the food is not!
BEWARE THIS STARBUCKS IS TOUR REGULAR PRICE X2 on everything. A ham & cheese croissant is $11 …INSANE
I have been supporting Starbucks for many many years now and have chosen them for their experience however off lately the independent stores seems to be making up their own rules which is not what Starbucks is known for. For instance you can order anything and ask for a cup of water and get that at no charge, well this location charges for water. On this visit on Jun 16th I ordered $35 worth of items and I asked for a empty hot cup so my parents could split their coffee well to my surprise I was told it is $1.05 for the cup! Like a cup that probably cost them a few cents! The napkin dispensers were empty, both so you couldn't get napkins either, so let the melted chocolate from the croissant just make a mess. I was outraged, let me tell you the next time I will be ordering from the other location across the hall instead of the one at 5875 Falls Avenue!
Would give a 0 star if I could. Terrible staff, Stupid mark up price, who sells a 7.5 dollar LATTE THEN 1 buck for the syrup? Heard me wrong regarding the cup size and blamed it on me. Hated this place, 5 coffee and 3 croissant cost $65? INSANE.
When I asked if I could redeem points, I was told yes, so I was surprised when the clerk told me that my single shot of espresso cost $4.25 + tax, which is more expensive than anywhere else I’ve seen. And then it turned out they don’t redeem points at their location, after all. I wanted to cancel my order, but they couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund.
Stealing store, never shop here! That was my first experience with Stubucks, disappointed and upset afterwards...hope this Stubucks location is not representing the big name. I had a gift card that hasn't ever been used with CAD 20 dollars in it. I ordered 2 tall Summer Skies, without my gift card balance showing, the cashier told me I have to pay rest 15 dollars, I was so surprised and asked how much balance on the gift card, she said only 10 dollars, and asked me if I wanted to leave my card to her disposal, I gave to her and paid another 15 dollars with my credit card. I paid total 35 dollars for two cups of Summer Skies Drink without receipt. Definitely very bad memory about Stubucks, shame on them, the thifes! When you have to shop there, you should be careful , unbelievable, that is actually happening in Canada!
Completely overpriced! It’s bad enough that the drinks cost so much, but charging for tap water is just ridiculous. Won’t be coming back to this branch anytime soon
Beware - this is not a regular Starbucks. This is a hotel-version, which means the prices are higher. 2 grande frappuccinos came to over $20, something that is normally $12. No star rewards can be earned (they denied me). The receipt does not say Starbucks on it. Save your wallet and go to another location. You are paying a huge premium.
This is the very first time I've ever seen such an ugly whipping cream topper 😅 wonder what happen to barista guy. And the cashier was very attitude which made my day gloomy ⛈️ And they charged me EXTRA 4$ for my White Mocha iced??? Overprice but they refuse to scan my code??? The worst starbucks I've been. Never come back for sure!
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The place is dirty, they charge double the normal price, and they have very incompetent staff. The staff who took my order couldn’t even explain to me why the receipt shows coffee and food when I only ordered 2 grande mango dragonfruit refreshers. And, what the heck is LF for $1.22. There are other Starbucks in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Avoid this Starbucks at Sheraton Hotel!
The most disgusting Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The food in the display has been there obviously for quite awhile. It was all covered with mold and the worst thing is when we told them they knew about that, telling us that that’s how they do it, but they’ll get fresh food out of the fridge for us. We didn’t want anything to eat. Who knows how there storage looks like and other places the clients don’t get to see when the display that’s free to see for everyone looks like that.
This unfortunately broke the record for Starbucks for me. I’ve always regarded Starbucks as having excellent customer service. I’ve been to a lot but each has been very good and exceptional. Until I’ve encountered this branch. Horrendous customer service. I was about to scan my app but she rudely said that they don’t scan the app in their branch which also made me wonder why. And then she just processed my payment and turned her back on me. I just want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are just tired as it’s already evening.
****Caution upcharging scam***Caught them up charging me when my egg white egg bites came in at 13 something! Reg price is 8.95 (which is already more). Pointed it out and all of a sudden my bill was $3 less…. But the server wouldn’t even answer me like she wouldn’t speak a word. I think they are up charging me and something dirty is going on. Also on my app the receipt isn’t itemized like all my other purchases… something fishy going on here. Someone is charging extra on the sly.
This Starbucks is a complete rip-off, avoid it at all costs. I ordered two Iced Cherry Chai Lattes around 12 pm today and got charged $21.94, which seemed unexpectedly high. Later, when I cross referenced it to the Starbucks mobile app by adding the same two drinks and checking out, the amount was $14.80. There was a price discrepancy of $7.14! When I checked the receipt, I could see that I was also charged $1.42 just for an "LF tax". According to google AI in Niagara Falls 'this is a fee added to bills at various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions . It's not a tax in the traditional sense, as it's neither provincially nor federally regulated, and the money collected isn't always used for the benefit of the community.' They already mark up the drinks by several dollars - then on top of that, they also charge the LF tax, which you won't know unless you see the receipt after the fact. When I mentioned this to the manager, she had nothing to say besides that they do tell us the total price before buying and that's it's up to the customer to know about the 'tax'. Her only resolution was to refund me but only if the drinks were full - as if giving back the full drinks would make a difference to them... it's not like they could give it away to anyone else regardless. Anyways, be very weary at this establishment, they do an insane mark-up and won't remove the deceptive "LF" tax. When you complain about it, they also don't do anything. They couldn't care less and it's definitely got me second guessing buying again at Starbucks in general.
The place closes at 10:00, at 09:23 the employee told me we were closing and did not prepare my drink
Heads up: they do not offer free tap water. I get that it’s legal to do so in Canada, but it’s still poor practice and not something that we should allow to be normalized (hence why I decided to write this review). So I politely passed and went on about my day since I am not willing to give Starbucks money (for other reasons).
The only Starbucks I've been too that charges $1 for a cup of tap water even when buying a $10+ coffee.
The only good thing I can say about this location is the comfy seats available nearby! Unfriendly and slow service produced the most anemic lunch sandwich I’ve ever seen…for $13. Three tiny pieces of chicken and three pieces of bacon made it looked like a third of the filling seen in the website photos.
The location says open till 11pm I just went there at 10:10 and she said we are closed, if timings gets change you should first update on google so that person is not driving there.
They charged an incredibly high price for the mug. While the Espresso State Mug can be bought for $13 at the Starbucks upstairs, here it was being sold for nearly $30. They removed the price tags and increased the prices as they pleased. If I had known about this in advance, I would have complained, but I was in a hurry and only realized after checking my credit card bill later. This is clearly a scam. After reading other reviews, it seems others have also experienced this. Do not purchase anything here. It’s the worst.
Some of the problems with the order we got 1. More than 50% of ice in coffee. 2. The brew quality was not good. 3. We ordered Latte and Americano, but they tasted same like a normal ice Coffee and there was no process done which makes it distinctive in forms of coffee ( Latte / Americano is different than normal ice Coffee)
All the starbucks in these town sell the mugs as a very high price. They even hide the tags which is on the bottom of the mugs. Including tax, one mug is 42CAD, you know it is 28CAD with tax in regular places. Funny.
Unregulated tax added to all purchases, hidden price for the mugs, selling with increased price of over 2x, not a tourist friendly place
I would give zero stars if I could. I have never ordered a Starbucks outside of a Starbucks in my city. After seeing that my medium hot chocolate with oat milk was going to be $10.05 I politely declined my order. It isn't the cashiers fault but shame on you Starbucks. Not impressed and to be honest this puts a fowl taste in my mouth for a coffee shop I generally love. Definitely may reconsider my choices as to where to get my beverage next time.
Worst Starbucks on earth. 10 dollars for a cappuccino which they served 15 minutes later. Completely unorganized. People kept getting wrong orders. Kept having to go back in line to fix the orders. For 10 bucks I expected a 5star service, a free pastry and a free parking for the falls. What a waste. Never again
This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been too. Whenever I go to visit Niagara Falls, every single time I make the same mistake to stop at this particular Starbucks and each time the drinks were awful (I am not the only one who thinks that way). On top of it, it’s veeeery overpriced, in comparison to the other Starbucks spots.. I understand that it’s a touristic spot but the quality is not worse even half of the price. I am sorry if this review comes out too aggressive but I am truly disappointed and want to see some change at this place.
An absolute rip off. They gauge their customers with no remorse. Not sure how Starbucks allows this location to taint their reputation.
We go to Starbucks often and have been to many of their locations, and this is definitely not one of their best. It’s a bit concerning when they ask you for your name, and Adam becomes “Adem” and Courtney becomes “Cortine”. They forgot the cream and sugar in two of our coffees, and my sandwich was haphazardly thrown together.
Coffee double the price as my home town Huntsville is absolute robbery. Prices in big chain stores doesn't matter if it's tourist area or not should stay the same around the board. Being a person who travels. You want people to keep on coming back to your country. You have to give them a reason why. And it's start with the price of things. And not gouging them in the wallet. It starts with simple things of like coffee.
The service was unprofessional, and there were communication difficulties as they could not speak English properly. As a result, I was given the wrong order.”
Very bad Starbuck's experience from this location. So bad I will try to avoid all Starbuck's locations moving forward. 1) The taste of the Frappuccinos here was inconsistent from other locations. Disappointing, but happens. 2) High price, but that's okay since this is a tourist area. 3) The staff and this location tries very hard to conceal a 7.5% "voluntary" fee - which you pay another 13% tax on. I would have been okay with it if they just explained to me what the fee was and etc. But upon questioning why a $9.25 drink was end $11.30 after tax, they mumbled "tax, blah blah blah" and looked at me as if I was stupid. By the way, try to find the signage that mentions the extra 7.5% fee (which is not required by government).
Bought a salted caramel cold foam cold brew and peach green tea lemonade. The store first made me a vanilla cold brew, when I told them got it wrong. They unwillingly took my drink and start making the new one. While that, I saw the barista added 1/3 of venti cups of foam. Added doubled amount of salt, then only gave me half cup of cold brew coffee. Also, charge of tourist tax is not noticed in advanced. WATER IS ALSO FOR A FEE WITHOUT NOTICE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BARISTA AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Charged me 7 bucks more for the very same thing I order at other Starbucks!
SCAM ALERT! Charged me $30 for two tall coffees. FYI that is the smallest size. They are openly scamming, so check your credit card as soon as you order. The people employed seem to be pretty pro scammers. It’s wild! Will be contesting the charge with my credit card.
Probably one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Starbucks! Just because my friend is customizing an order does not means that she deserves the looks. She is paying for it. She is expect to be treated with all the respect. Very rude staff. Customer service left the chat and friendliness was thrown out the window. Thanks I was visiting and does not love around here. Hope they revolve the staff. FYI: THIS IS A PARTNER CHAIN, prices are almost doubled and they do not provide starbucks points. Starbucks please pay attention to customer service if you want to continue the chain like before.
My daughter spent $11 on a drink, and they had the nerve to charge my son 1.05 for a cup of tap water. Disgusting abuse of public services. Avoid this “private franchise” Starbucks. Owners like this should be penalized by the corporation.
Despite some many bad reviews, this place is not improving. The quality of service is gone for a reason. When I spoke with the manager, he was completely satisfied with his performance and was not willing to change. I didn't mind if server had no manners to be polite and just say sorry on their mistakes. Oh, be prepared to pay $1 for a cup of water against Starbucks corporate policy, as their menu doesn't show price for a cup of water. An embarrassing experience and a black ⚫️ spot on Starbucks brand. 👎
I ordered a cortado and it was absolutely terrible – clearly made by someone who doesn't understand how to prepare proper coffee. On top of that, when I asked for a simple glass of tap water, I was told there would be a charge. Charging for tap water is unacceptable and, frankly, ridiculous. I’ve since checked the reviews of this location, and it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience. It’s frustrating to see that despite so many complaints, nothing seems to be improving. Starbucks is supposed to stand for quality and good service, but this experience has shown the opposite.
Worst Starbucks experience ever! First of all, they charge 2.5x the price of a normal Starbucks and say they can do that because they’re privately owned. Then call yourself something else because you’re using a franchise name and changing the rules. Second, the barista that took my order and her manager were the rudest people. I ordered a vanilla iced americano, it’s a very simple drink. I was given a plain americano and asked for vanilla syrup and I got a glare. Don’t be in a customer service industry if you hate people. Go to the Starbucks a block away instead of this one!!
I ordered a flat white and took it to my room to enjoy with a view of the falls. I realized that it was very milky as if it had less than one shot of espresso in it. I took it back and asked for a replacment, telling them the reason. A middle aged man swooped in and and asked me how much is left, he took it from me and assesed the weight and was satisfied. He told me that a lot of people bring back drinks that are almost finished, trying to get a free drink. I found this interaction very distasteful, they had no business assuming that I was trying to get a free drink. It was disrespectful. The new coffee was made well, but needless to say, I did not enjoy it.
This morning my mom and I was ordering Starbucks as usual, we ordered 1 cheese danish, 3 egg sausage sandwiches, a mango dragonfruit lemonade, and 2 pike place. We had to pay 67$ because they charged us of a local fee. Honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve been here, they don’t even collect points to get discounts in the app “Starbucks”
Ridiculous customer service; we ordered the Pistachio Dubai Chocolate, initially they made it wrong on purpose (according to some of the reviews here that is their common practice). I asked if that was my drink and they said "Oh we can make you a new one!". I'm not stupid about my drink especially if the price was doubled. $9 dollars for a grande! We also asked for a venti iced water and we were charged $1+ for the cup; outrageous. The manager also has an attitude! Never have I ever been to rude Starbucks! Please avoid this at all cost! Your Niagara Falls trip will be ruined! What a scammer!
Prices are absolutely shockingly INSANE. Service is even worse. We were also informed that they will NOT honor any of the promotions offered on the app. We walked out.
We recently ordered several drinks from this Starbucks location and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The customer service was unprofessional and the staff were outright rude when we approached them with a simple question. We tried to address our concerns with the manager, but unfortunately, the manager ignored us completely and showed no interest in resolving the issue. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and not at all what we expect in Canada. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we hope improvements will be made.
This store manager and staff both rejected to scan my Starbucks membership for me to get the points. I purchased one matcha latte drink only. They said they are not Starbucks franchise store. I really have question marks. The scanner is in front of the cashier counter. That is working and available for me to scan. I don’t understand why they lied to me only take want my money. That store staffs don’t have full training as well. I showed them my Starbucks app QR code for me to scan. I spoke English to them seems they don’t understand. I don’t know how long the staffs live in Canada. Are they come to Canada by work permit or refugee?? Really not suitable to work in Canada. Would you mind to give me back my points under my membership. Thank you! Also they asked me where I come from? That is not related to my membership. My Starbucks app is working for whole Canada. One more is I want to use the special coupon today only pay $5 for one coffee and one bread. They completely rejected! 😤☹️😡
I don’t know what makes them think that would make people want to buy!!!! But it’s truly disgusting!!! We told the employees It, they just ignored it, she said « it’s fine, it’s only for display » Which is the most important thing that would make me want to it it. That was a big no for me!!! I saw many people walk away once they noticed that. Then they messed up the order for two of us
