Over the pandemic I had eaten here and my burger looked like it had been put together by an angry two year old . Thankfully that has changed. The burger was way better then before.

My husband and I came their for dinner tonight at 630pm and I want to thank the entire staff for going above and beyond the coustmer service was amazing the sweetest people!!!! The food was hands down the best experience!!!! Our food was made with care and placed in the bag very neat and properly the heavery food was on the bottom the lighter food on top the burgers were wrapped very neatly and the burgers were made neatly not thrown together I can't thank you guys enough you had an amazing staffing tonight that made our night. Manager at this location is the nicest guy ever. Been many times over the years traveling through town and every time I have a positive experience thanks to him! He deserves more praise than this and gives BK a great public image.

Our food was served hot and tasted freshly made. We didn't have a wait before ordering and the food was ready pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom We enjoyed our lunch. They were having a special so it was cheaper than we thought it would be.

Favorite place to go for a quick bite to eat especially with my two little ones. The prices and quality are great and I get it my way. Plenty of parking and clean restroom. Employees are always upbeat and seem to go the extra mile even bringing my food to my table especially when I have the little ones. Keep up the good work guys!

As I normally do not write reviews on fast food establishments, this one in particular I feel needs one! Have been eating at this particular BK several times a week for the past two years, as I work very nearby. Never have I got bad food or bad service here! Manager is a very nice guy, once even gave me a meal gratis when my debit card would not process! They do not overload the burgers with condiments and the cheese is melted, food is hot! Drive thru service is prompt and always the same smiling faces and good service every time! Very good in contrast with other BK locations, definite 5 star!

These guys always seem to treat me well. The management is very friendly. If they make a mistake they are always happy to fix it. Consistency is a major factor for me and I have to say the staff here has done a great job at not disappointing me.

This location is by far the fastest, friendliest, and effective franchise in the East Coast. I've been to dozens from Florida up to New York. You set the bar above all the others. I had nearly given up hope after the abysmal service and wait times in South Carolina and North Carolina. Now, this is the only fast food I'll eat.

Came here after having a terrible experience at a different fast food place in town and I'm so glad I did! The woman that was working the drive thru Saturday morning 9/21 is the nicest person and deserves a huge raise! She completely changed my mood and turned a bad morning into a great one. Food is always good here but the service is impeccable. I so wish I'd caught her name, but I have heard that there is a woman who works at this BK and everyone that goes there adores her - I am thinking she has to be the same person! Regardless, thank you for turning my whole day around, it meant so much more than the food 🙂

First time in a long time that I had BK ,Did not know that that renovated.Breakfast was very good ,Restaurant was very clean friendly service.

There aren’t enough Burger Kings in Oswego 😋! I can get myself a bite from their burger whenever I am hungry. And never had enough. Just offer better service and a smile and you will see a lot more business.

Very busy but got 2 whoppers, 2 long chicken sandwich, 2 double cheeseburger, 2 ten piece nuggets, 4 fries and 4 drinks for $21.00. Can't beat that. People use the app and you will get great deals...

I've been to quite a few locations recently. Most have been filthy in my opinion, especially on RT 31, Clay, NY. However, the Oswego, NY location was great. Clean, good service, excellent communication, and the manager was perfect and courteous. Men's room needed attention but they got right on it when I told them about it, and I don't usually do that. So..best location I've seen in a long, long time. Hats off to the management.

Never had any problems with Burger King in Oswego. Staff is always really friendly and the drive-thru moves along pretty quickly. I'm not a fan of the app. There's always some glitch in it. So I prefer to do face to face.

It's Burger King. Same as just about every other one. Don't care much for the new seats. Other than the fact you can move them. All BK locations in CNY seem to be going to this bistro style restaurant thing. Colors are nice, makes the locations not comfortable tho. Restroom was clean. Staff were a friendly, smiley and helpful.

Drive thru very slow long wait times to get food and they messed up the order. Person on drive thru was a little rude when told order was wrong. Mind you inside not open you have to go through drive thru 2 times to get what we wanted and that left us waiting 37 minutes for 4 whoppers total 2 without onion or pickles and 2 regular plus 3 medium fries. Not very difficult but I guess it was for that location that day.

Why do you always have to pull up to the door to wait for your food? Why are my drink cups always covered in soda when they hand it out the window. The phone is always busy so you can't call about mistakes made.

Ordered a large combo, they put a small on the order screen. When I got to the window I asked if we could make the one large, they "fixed" my drink to be large but not my fries. I still paid for the whole upgrade.

My fries were hot, with the right amount of salt. The burger I ordered was delicious. However, it was not made as ordered, forgetting to remove an item marked as an allergy. So unfortunately 😞 that drops down their rating for poorly following directions, safety, ability to adapt .

I cannot recommend the crunch wrap. I doesn't look anything like the picture of it on TV. It's much smaller and the garlic mayo they use on the classic version tastes horrible. I'm never getting that again. Just so everybody knows: they just had a price increase so they can pay for the NYS INCREASE IN HOURLY WAGES THAT STARTED ON JANUARY 1ST OF THIS YEAR. There was a long wait for the food, I was standing in line a long time with many people. I Cannot say the service was that great. When I asked questions of the employees that work there they seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about & had very dismissive attitudes. The garbage cans in the dining area were overflowing and I had a hard time getting my trash from my tray into the garbage can. Overall, it was not a good dining experience.

The meals are the same just shrunk the meat and enlarged the price. adding more lettuce and tomato made the burger into salad on bread.

The whopper ain't what it used to be. 🍟 were not too bad. The Pulaski Burger King is in need of a good scrubbing. Reminds me of the Pondarosa that used to be in Oswego. Very lax housekeeping.

Burger was okay. fries were cold and old like usual but that drive thru is horriable. You need to fix that it's going to destroy someone's car and then your gonna regret that horriable thing you call pavement.

No more grilled chicken meals, no zesty sauce for union rings. Took over 10 minutes to get our order for 2 dine in meal. Staff were hustling.

Cold whopper junior with w cheese and one sliver of lettuce. Theown together, typical fastfood. My sons was hot, he was happy. No salt on the fries either.

Service was great, friendly. Food however was not. I asked for xtra all on whopper, received what I assumed was normal amount. BTW if that was normal they are extremely cheap! 3 or 4 TINY pieces of lettuce in the center that was maybe 2 bites worth. Condiments looked like they wiped the knife off from the last time they used it there was so little. Now for the worst part, our burgers were BARELY warm! I mean just above room temperature warm!

Instead of 9 chicken fries, I get a full box of old chicken fries that they didn’t want to throw away. Thanks Burger King!

Waited 10 minutes for my order and when I got home discovered they had forgotten to put my fries and onion rings in the bag. I paid over $18 for my order and only got half of it. It would have been cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant and the food would have been better. I'm done with Burger King. Very disappointed.

Sadly, fast food restaurants have become the dregs of prepares food sales. Despite automation food always looks like it was prepared by a fastball pitcher, orders are typically not correctly fulfilled- sometimes entire food items missing all together and paying with cash is a nightmare as such workers struggle to make basic change besides their struggle to comprehend what they read. It has become so frustrating and such a problematic let down attempting to do reasonable business with any fast-food restaurant, that our family of 5 have decided to no longer conduct business with such food vendor except to reward our youngest child who is a special needs child. Otherwise it's a complete waste of time and money.

They hear extra pickles, have extra pickles on the sticker.... and give no pickles and cheese. If this wasn't half the time I would not leave this review. But if we could kindly just pay attention that would be lovely. If it was busy I would understand... but when there is no one else but us in the drive though it's just laziness.

I come here at least once a week and I've never NOT had to pull up and wait. All I order is a value meal, nothing special. The only way to exit when you pull up like this is through the entrance. Very frustrating, but I'm fat so I keep going.

Went in saw signs for download the app, unlock special deals, gave me the 1cent whopper deal if I went over to McDonald's and ordered, then tells me sorry this BK doesn't have mobile ordering. Then why have signs all over your store telling me to do it. Then waited over 12 mins for 2 whopper Jr's, after asking for my money back I was told wait longer!

Staff are all mostly young kids that spend more time talking amongst themselves than they do making food. Usually takes a half hr to get your order taken and made. Food is usually old and cold

I'm not sure how the female managers are but let me tell you, all of the female managers have a major personality problem. Hearing them gossip, talk drama, attitude towards employees, yelling at employees. I think Jess is one name and the other Lizzy? Both are rude and mean. Won't be coming here for awhile.

You guys should start repeating the order back to us to make sure it is right. Can't tell you how many times I've asked for the Big King and received the Bacon King 🤦😒 I would have come back and asked for new food if i didn't live 20 minutes away

Save your money and go to McDonald's across the street. They actually have a dollar menu and all size drinks are a dollar no matter what size! And the food is higher quality for a cheaper price!

Went here after work and sat in the drive threw for 15 mins because the order ahead of us was obviously messed up! Got to the window and the staff was just goofing off and hollering back and forth. If they mess up your order and you call and they say they will put you down in their book and that you can come back for a replacement don't belive it. I went there on 9/15 and ordered 4 bacon breakfast burritos special ordered for my dogs the way I always do. Got home and they were sausage ones. I called at 9:20am and was told they would put my down in some book and all I had to do was come back and give my info for the replacement. I got back there today 10/12 and they said oh we only go back 3 weeks. They doubled down on their crappy customer service when I went in. So therefore I contested the charge on my card and they will never get my business again. They should tell the customer there is a 3 week timeframe.

I used to come here all the time for lunch and now it's a bad store. Thank you for firing Amanda. She was yelling at people and customers and workers. She was part of the reason why I left. I heard a lot of other people left and quit, and now, overall, it's a bad store. My food was always coming out wrong or not made right. Not bagged, right? Whatever happens to Eric?!

Slow service, food that looks like it was dropped on the floor, a dog on the counter being handled by waitstaff, and all for a premium price. What a horrible combination. This is my last visit to Burger King. I used to really like it but the food, service,ridiculous prices and general bad attitude of the staff have finally made the choice for me. Congrats.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been, I've never been to this location and not had to wait at least ten minutes or more to get my food today I got there at 648 and wasn't till 713 that I got my food. I order two chicken sandwiches so nothing that should take a long time. They have you pull to the first window and pay then pull around front and being out the food. I've never been to a burger King where this sort of practice happened or was allowed. Its suppose to be fast food so I can grab it and go not wait 30 minutes just to get food almost every time i go here. Don't get me wrong the food is good but the amount of time it takes is ridiculous

Long time customer of BK placed an online order 10 mins ahead for breakfast for pickup $70. Get there and my food is not ready and I’m told I can’t get my food made. Highly disappointed in the customer service today.

Used a coupon lady charged me full price and coupon price ordered spicy nuggets and I'm guessing they were out and too lazy to make them so she gave me regular nuggets with sauce dumped on them witch leaked all over our car as she was handing me them I asked what are these and this lady had the audacity to tell me they come that way now witch if that was the case you'd think they at least come in a container that could contain the sauce I will not be coming in until there atrocious turnover rate ensures this lady doesn't serve me again

I placed an online drive-thru order and experienced an excessive wait with no employee assistance, similar to the car ahead of me, which left without being helped. When an employee finally addressed me, she incorrectly asked for payment despite my order being prepaid and attempted to give me the wrong order. After providing my name, I waited another 10–15 minutes. I was then given a soda that tasted off and experienced additional delays. During this time, the employee was loudly complaining to coworkers about working on her night off, which was unprofessional. When I politely mentioned the issue with the drink, I was met with a rude attitude. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this same employee. While I understand work can be stressful, customers should not be treated disrespectfully. This experience was disappointing and should be addressed.

The staff always seems to have an attitude here. My food was fine but the woman at the counter was rude. I understand fast food, and how it gets stressful, I've worked there for years. However the cashier was overly rude, and when I called the store after to speak with the manager, she argued with me as well. Awful customer experience.

I deliberately avoided the place for about a year ... Fast food places are cyclical ... If they're managed well, great, if not, avoid ... So I reluctantly go there last night after the last awful drive-thru experience ... Long line, they're busy ... I order and the wait is ridiculous ... Finally get to the window, they are 25 cents short on the change and ask if it's ok, at first I'm like, "well, no, I'd like my change" ... If I had been a little quicker, I might have asked what's your plan for the 15 cars behind me? Like, nobody's getting change? But whatever, I finally drive off after it's clear that the manager and the girl at the window have no plan for putting change in the register and actually giving customers the correct change ... So ok, I get home, and the food's wrong ... My bag is properly labeled Order 218 but in the bag, food's labelled 217 ... Ordered a large fry, the fry was the smallest container I've ever seen ... So what we have is a place that is horribly managed, can't manage the money, can't get the orders right ... Cmon now corporate BK, let's get some action on this place, right now it's a disaster (and has been for a year).

I ordered delivery from your store today, because the dining room is closed I received my food an hour and a half after I ordered it. Even though I had asked for it to be canceled after the first guy who took the order send me a Pic of the drive thru line. I have played the run around with BK's customer service, being offered a $5 coupon for a future order for a 33 dollar order that was late and cold. Now, im going to go through my bank and reverse the transaction anyways. But, it is ridiculous that a place that I once only had good things to say about has drastically changed. I don't want a $5 coupon or any coupon for BK because after this I will not be eating there anymore going forward.

I waited almost an hour for a single burger. This wasn't by choice. I was stuck in the drive through line with no ability to leave. There was no excuse for why service was slow. When I got up to the window there was zero sense of urgency. Nobody was even asking or acknowledging that I had to wait so long for a simple burger. Thanks Burger King, you have effectively put me on a diet. I have zero interest in going back here again. I guess I'll make my own food from now on. At least it won't take an hour to make.
