May I say I am genuinely impressed with my burger today. Never have I ever seen a fast food burger look so exquisitely Devine. Like it’s been crafted by Gordon Ramsey himself. Whoever was on shift building this burger on Friday March 6th 2026 at 7:00 pm deserves to be promoted to BQ head of marketing. 10/10
Cam and his companion provided an excellent service. The food was delicious as expected and the atmosphere was clean & refreshing. There was a helpful nutrition board up front and the bathroom was clean. Truly a experience worthy of the name 𝓑𝓾𝓻𝓰𝓮𝓻 𝓚𝓲𝓷𝓰 🍔 👑 🤴
Updated review! This place has gotten to be exceptional, they've got a great group of workers right now who care about their job and are producing good fast food. Order is always right, My fries are always hot and fresh, and it's always served with a smile. There's something to be said about places that improve. Great job Oswego folks!
Came here after having a terrible experience at a different fast food place in town and I'm so glad I did! The woman that was working the drive thru Saturday morning 9/21 is the nicest person and deserves a huge raise! She completely changed my mood and turned a bad morning into a great one. Food is always good here but the service is impeccable. I so wish I'd caught her name, but I have heard that there is a woman who works at this BK and everyone that goes there adores her - I am thinking she has to be the same person! Regardless, thank you for turning my whole day around, it meant so much more than the food 🙂
Tried going to BK after years. Went 5 times, my order was wrong twice, didn't realize it until I got home.
My fries were hot, with the right amount of salt. The burger I ordered was delicious. However, it was not made as ordered, forgetting to remove an item marked as an allergy. So unfortunately 😞 that drops down their rating for poorly following directions, safety, ability to adapt .
I cannot recommend the crunch wrap. I doesn't look anything like the picture of it on TV. It's much smaller and the garlic mayo they use on the classic version tastes horrible. I'm never getting that again. Just so everybody knows: they just had a price increase so they can pay for the NYS INCREASE IN HOURLY WAGES THAT STARTED ON JANUARY 1ST OF THIS YEAR. There was a long wait for the food, I was standing in line a long time with many people. I Cannot say the service was that great. When I asked questions of the employees that work there they seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about & had very dismissive attitudes. The garbage cans in the dining area were overflowing and I had a hard time getting my trash from my tray into the garbage can. Overall, it was not a good dining experience.
They hear extra pickles, have extra pickles on the sticker.... and give no pickles and cheese. If this wasn't half the time I would not leave this review. But if we could kindly just pay attention that would be lovely. If it was busy I would understand... but when there is no one else but us in the drive though it's just laziness.
This burger is a dump you got scrub managers that are extremely slow and rude. Then you got cow ring girl who is so loud and smells awful SHUT IT DOWN. Rude disrespectful gross food terrible customer service
I placed an online drive-thru order and experienced an excessive wait with no employee assistance, similar to the car ahead of me, which left without being helped. When an employee finally addressed me, she incorrectly asked for payment despite my order being prepaid and attempted to give me the wrong order. After providing my name, I waited another 10–15 minutes. I was then given a soda that tasted off and experienced additional delays. During this time, the employee was loudly complaining to coworkers about working on her night off, which was unprofessional. When I politely mentioned the issue with the drink, I was met with a rude attitude. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this same employee. While I understand work can be stressful, customers should not be treated disrespectfully. This experience was disappointing and should be addressed.
How can you run a fast food restaurant but can't answer your phone? What a disgusting restaurant. You should close your doors for good
What a disgrace. 35 minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong order. This is the worest service anyone could have . Food cold and wrong. Everyone just standing around. The manager and owner should be very concerned and or replaced. Zero stars
Worker was talking very loud at front counter to staff in the back. Was nothing I wanted my daughter to listen to! Was talking dirty talk and should never be allowed to talk like that to a female!
Younger lady that works here at night long brown hair is very rude and cussing loudly. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Over all she should be fired. Manager or I think the manager was very nice and got the order done. She was spectacular.
The staff always seems to have an attitude here. My food was fine but the woman at the counter was rude. I understand fast food, and how it gets stressful, I've worked there for years. However the cashier was overly rude, and when I called the store after to speak with the manager, she argued with me as well. Awful customer experience.
I deliberately avoided the place for about a year ... Fast food places are cyclical ... If they're managed well, great, if not, avoid ... So I reluctantly go there last night after the last awful drive-thru experience ... Long line, they're busy ... I order and the wait is ridiculous ... Finally get to the window, they are 25 cents short on the change and ask if it's ok, at first I'm like, "well, no, I'd like my change" ... If I had been a little quicker, I might have asked what's your plan for the 15 cars behind me? Like, nobody's getting change? But whatever, I finally drive off after it's clear that the manager and the girl at the window have no plan for putting change in the register and actually giving customers the correct change ... So ok, I get home, and the food's wrong ... My bag is properly labeled Order 218 but in the bag, food's labelled 217 ... Ordered a large fry, the fry was the smallest container I've ever seen ... So what we have is a place that is horribly managed, can't manage the money, can't get the orders right ... Cmon now corporate BK, let's get some action on this place, right now it's a disaster (and has been for a year).
I ordered delivery from your store today, because the dining room is closed I received my food an hour and a half after I ordered it. Even though I had asked for it to be canceled after the first guy who took the order send me a Pic of the drive thru line. I have played the run around with BK's customer service, being offered a $5 coupon for a future order for a 33 dollar order that was late and cold. Now, im going to go through my bank and reverse the transaction anyways. But, it is ridiculous that a place that I once only had good things to say about has drastically changed. I don't want a $5 coupon or any coupon for BK because after this I will not be eating there anymore going forward.
I waited almost an hour for a single burger. This wasn't by choice. I was stuck in the drive through line with no ability to leave. There was no excuse for why service was slow. When I got up to the window there was zero sense of urgency. Nobody was even asking or acknowledging that I had to wait so long for a simple burger. Thanks Burger King, you have effectively put me on a diet. I have zero interest in going back here again. I guess I'll make my own food from now on. At least it won't take an hour to make.
