Service was very fast. You order at the counter and the food comes out in 10-15 minutes. At least that is how long I waited. It can get busy on a Friday and Saturday night. This is located in the annex (basically a food court) where there's a lot of different food avaliable. It's a high traffic area so if you are looking for a sit down and waiter take your order then this is not that type of place.
Finally get to try this ramen place after months of hearing about their opening, popped by a few times in the past month but they were always closed for training from 1-5 and if after 5, the lines were too long! After we were done with movies today around noon, popped in and so happy to see they were open and no lines! The cashier confirmed that they are now fully operational. Since it was our first time, she explained the types of broth they have and protein as well as carbs. Asked for recommendation, she prefers the blaze and I went for it with pork belly while my husband opted for the classic with chicken. Got a table, one of the last ones that were not occupied, the food took about 10mims to arrive. First impression: huge bowl! First taste: very creamy broth with a tinge of sweetness! Noodles were firm and slightly chewy in a good way, they needed to soak a little more before they take on flavor of broth. The star: definitely pork belly - Wow, amazingly flavorful with a slight crunch. It was delicious with 2nd spice level, not overwhelmingly spicy, just perfect for a chilly day. My husband's chicken was delicious as well and flavorful but a tad disappointed with the ratio and price - wish it was a little more protein than carb, it was a very fulfilling meal nonetheless
Love this place..Ramen is soo delicious and filling. I had the vegetable Ramen and the portion was huge I could not finish it in one sitting. My sister and daughter had the original, one chicken and the other pork.I will definitely be back in the future and I recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.

My Truffle Ramen was excellent. Employee’s were friendly and helpful. Seating atmosphere isn’t great. Not their fault, because they are located on a major corridor near entrance / exit doors.
I’m honestly confused by the 3.3 stars because the food here is REALLY good and authentic. It reminded me of the small, hidden gems I used to eat at between the subway and Main Street in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, China. I loved the vibe so much I ended up building my own container shop nearby — just swapping food for MacBook and video game repairs 😄 As for the spice complaints… we’re in Southern California! Things are supposed to have a little kick 🌶️😂 Great food all around!
I had to get on here and leave a positive review about the service I received from Meg. It’s been a long day (not a bad day) but I was tired and Meg’s energy was a pleasant surprise. Meg was extraordinarily professional and kind during my visit. Her attentiveness, positive energy, and genuine care for the customer experience stood out immediately. It’s rare to find someone who not only provides excellent service but also makes you feel truly welcomed. Customer service like this is what keeps people walking past competing restaurants to come here, not just for the great food, but for the exceptional service that makes the whole experience memorable. Meg is a true asset to the Silverlake Ramen team.

The ramen was pretty good, more bean sprouts than noodles. Drinks are free refills which is nice. Would eat here again if I’m on the area.
I’m not sure why this place is rated a 3.5. Legit should be a 4.5. Karage Roce bowl is amazing. The Classic Ramen with pork was amazing. My favorite item on the menu had to be the Pork bun. One of the best pork buns I’ve had outside of SF. Amazing quality.
I have gone to this place a couple times and it’s a pretty solid spot. It’s rice bowls are pretty good, I usually get the soboro bowl. I usually get the Blaze ramen , #2 spicy level which is the best ramen they have. It’s really rich and flavorful but #2 can be too spicy for some. Their ramen isn’t the best i’ve had but it’s pretty solid and good choice when eating at the annex. Their chicken karage is pretty good also, not oily at all. The pork bun is actually one of my favorite to get also. Always ask for how long the food will take though as sometimes it can take almost an hour. Another thing to point out is the food is expensive so I don’t go here too often.
Karaage bowls are some of the best things on the menu here. Chicken is crispy, very flavorful. Lots of action going on here. There’s almost always a wait though, and service times can vary depending on when you go. Their ramen is on par with the stuff I’d get anywhere else, nothing special really.
I had the classic ramen with chicken. Overall really good, but wasn’t hot when served. It was as described. The pork broth was super creamy and good, but not a ton a depth in flavor. Zero spice, so you’ll have to add your own. The chicken was moist and lean. The noodles, egg, seaweed, and bean sprouts were yummy. Came with tons of green onions, and I took most of them out, but will just ask to hold the onions next time I come.

Like most reviewers said, the wait for takeout is extremely long! I ordered in person for takeout because there aren't a lot of dine-in tables and there was an obviously long wait for a table when you see all tables filled. Cashier seemed to encourage take out because of this, which I was fine with since the rest of my party ordered elsewhere. I only ordered 3 appetizers- Pork bun, Gyoza, Spicy chicken bun. It took at least 40+ minutes to get it. The restaurant prioritizes getting dine-in food out first. I can understand a long wait when people already had their food order in before me, but not when I see dine-in customers of at least 3 adults on a table who came 15+ mins after me and my paid order, then get their full dish meals before my small appetizer order. My friends/family who went to other restaurants in the food court, waited in line and still got their meals before I did!?
The gyoza was great. Super crispy and the dipping sauce was great. The ramen was not so great ... I ordered The Shoyu on Fire and wanted the spice level at a level 3. It was not spicy at all and my broth was very bland. My husband got the Tsukemen Dipping Noodles and the broth was luke warm and also very bland.

Food is good but Service is mediocre Cashier has a “i don’t care” attitude, he asked us wait for him to do something that doesn’t seem important. There were couple of people behind us but he didn’t seem to care. He told us the wait for food is 20 to 25 minutes, even tho there is a table available and it didn’t look busy. My half egg is missing a good chunk at the time it served as shown in picture :(
Customer service was lacking. Cashier cut off my wife numerous times while taking our food order, to let her know it would be an extra charge. Don't even know the name of the cashier because she was using someone else's drawer to ring up money. Worked in the morning (short and had pigtails) 10/25 Did not call out or let us know order was ready. Had numerous people coming up and asking about order, or if there order could be taken. Even though there was a line to order she was bagging food orders and not communicating with customers. Tried to get order in house, no tables were available. When A Table did open up cashier stated she was unable to sit us at the table even though there were no other customers at the time. The food was amazing but cashier made the experience completely unpleasant. Tried calling before leaving review. Not able to get a hold of manager.

The food is pretty good but they consistently forget to put things in my order. Tonight I ordered a chicken karaage bowl and they didn’t give me any rice or toppings or the correct sauce. I also ordered a veggie ramen and the forgot the avocado and the tofu which is the main protein source. This is the third time that they have forgotten to put the avocado which is the most expensive item in the bowl.

BAD, VERY BAD SERVICE. I came to eat with my family at December 27th. We had a very bad costume service. They said we cannot use the tables because we were 8 people and we agreed to wait 45 minutes for have a table and our food. Then, when we were ready to have a table, they refuse to divide ourselves into two tables of 4 people each table. They told us that we cannot use the tables because they already had a lot of people and that we can eat outside the restaurant. I took a couple pf photos where there had tables availables. This place needs to focus on custome service and not focus only in get money.

I love this place. We usually order doordash. The one time we go in to order in person, they have dozens of doordash orders ahead of us. They tell us that since we just want rice bowls, it will be fast. 45 minutes later and we see all of those dozens of doordash orders get picked up, more made, more picked up, and we still don't have ours. We wait and wait and wait. Eventually its insane, because our lunch break is long over and no food. We ask for a refund, and the cashier tells the kitchen to cancel the rice bowls. We hear someone in the back say "havent even started on them." Absolutely insane. We are trying to move away from predatory delivery apps and get treated like second class citizens for coming in person lol. This is wild to prioritize doordash over someone giving you money directly. We got our refund and wont be back, which sucks. The food really is good. Visit at your own risk of being completely sidelined.
Making deliveries for ubereats and I stood at the front watching the Cooke on his phone for 5 minutes. He gets off his phone and asks me what I’m here for and I tell him the name of the customer and he hands me an order that was on the side, which was ready. This is currently my only source of income and waiting for an employee to get off there phone is not something I nor anyone would appreciate. Management needs to step up there game and have these guys work instead of slack off. I know I’m certainly not eating here since I’ll think my food is getting cold just because employees are slacking off.
The ramen tastes great but the service is terrible. Nobody answers the phones when I try to call to place a take out order and they always close early. I’ve been there 3 times this week alone where I arrive before 9pm (the closing time) and they do not let me place my order. One night I arrived at 820pm and they told me they are only doing to go orders and I won’t be able to eat at their tables. It is disappointing and as much as I love the food, I won’t be buying from them again.

Never order from this place they are rude. They don’t get your food right they don’t care about that at all and they lie they say they’re sending it remade out and yet they never did. It was all just a lie. I will never order from this place again and neither should you!
We have ordered from this place twice and both times the orders have been wrong. We call to talk to the “manager” and they don’t care. Literally ask them how can you fix this problem and they just don’t care. I would. Or go here if this was the only restaurant in town. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor find a different restaurant!!
