Por la contingencia solo están atendiendo con citas y únicamente ciertos servicios, a quien quiera ir a realizar trámites o consultas les recomiendo agendar cita por telefono
Tienes que solicitar tu trámite, ir a pagar al banco y para entrega de tu trámite es muy tardado 😔
Están poniendo muchas trabas para dar información, y además en algunos municipios te atienden con cita.

As in all government offices, the lady at the entrance was incredibly lazy! She just gave us the form but didn't tell us we had to take a number; the police officer at the entrance helped us instead. The lady also didn't tell us we had to go to a second window. The payments clerk was the one who told us; if he hadn't told us, we would have left thinking the process was complete, and then if we came back in a month to pick up the document, we'd have to submit it and wait another month. For God's sake! Don't they care about doing their jobs? Aren't they fed up with so much mediocrity? Fire that lady and pay the police officer more. And it would be better for everyone IF WE COULD GET THE RESULTS ONLINE.
Good service, not the best but acceptable, it takes a long time to get to the window and if they are friends of the person serving, forget about going quickly because they will be served first.
Por que trabajan solo 6 horas?
Al momento de realizar un trámite, te dan ciertos días hábiles para la resolución del mismo, pero no puede ser que uno respete dichos días pero ellos no. Son amables? Tal vez! Pero no quita que sean ineficientes.
Los empleados son amables, pero no hay formalidad en los tiempos de entrega, me dijeron que 15 día hábiles y dicen que se encuentra en firma?, es miércoles y me comenta el empleado de recepción que tal vez hasta el lunes¡¡¡ El pago de los trámites se deberían efectuarlos en las mismas oficinas, para evitar ir a los bancos.

I requested that they remove the bank lien from my property, but they said it would take 15 to 20 business days. I arrived a month later and they said it hadn't been released yet. I went the next month and they repeated the same thing. Then they made you go to the Department because they had it on hold. Llamé para conocer requisitos de trámite, para no ir sin algún documento y por ésta cuestión de pandemia, no ir si no es necesario. Pero no contestan al parecer debes saber la extensión de dónde vas a hacer el trámite, no te presentan un menú, y simplemente me cortan la llamada.
Un clásico departamento gubernamental deficiente con personal prepotente. No tienen el mínimo tacto para tratar a las personas que no son contextualizadas en el rublo. Fechas de entregas incumplidas y pésima orientación.
Aunque había poca gente nos tardaron bastante, inicialmente me dijeron que regresara por mi trámite en 5 días y al final que mejor les de 7 días porque tienen mucho trabajo.
Pésimo servicio, pides un búsqueda que te la tardan 15 días y cuando vas no la tienen te hacen ir varias veces, te dicen q por q las firmas, q venga el viernes, y vas y no lo tienen, te cobran y no cumplen.

Pésimo servicio reciben documentos de otro municipio y te cobran y después de un mes te lo devuelven diciendo que no les corresponde y lo peor te cobran para regresar los documentos

It's a disgrace. They charged me almost 4,000 pesos for a procedure that wasn't done correctly. I've already lost that money because the institution where the document was supposed to be delivered had a delivery date, and on the day of my supposed procedure, they told me the document wasn't submitted. They're completely useless.
They say they open at 9am, but they start working at 11am, if it suits you, depending on why there's no system or something like that. Bring plenty of time and come relaxed, because otherwise they'll end up making you angry with the poor treatment they give. It seems like they're asking for things for free.
