Now that it's Vips (it used to be Toks), it's very busy. I had to wait in line. The food is good. They cater to all budgets; they have breakfast, lunch, and I think dinner starting at $95 pesos. I've ordered from them, and they're very good, you know? You definitely don't leave hungry. I gave the service 4 stars because they took a very long time to take our order and then to come back for the bill. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The fried eggs for breakfast were lukewarm; in fact, the egg white was still a little runny. The pan they usually serve it in is so hot you can't even touch it without burning yourself, but not this time. I could hold it in my hand and it felt a little warm. They needed to heat it more, which is why the egg wasn't cooked properly, but overall it was okay.

A varied menu and good promotions. It has a small children's play area, which is a plus when you're visiting with the family. Honestly, the menu isn't the most exquisite or flavorful, but it does the job and satisfies the needs.

Great place. It turns out many restaurants are closed due to the pandemic, so this is an excellent option. You know what to expect, and it doesn't disappoint. A traditional Vips with all that entails, including the price. This branch is small, but they keep their spaces clean and maintain social distancing properly. Highlight: the meat was cooked to perfection. I loved it. Reliable.

A pleasant place; I really like the concept because of the colors and natural lighting. The service is very good, and I think the prices are inexpensive compared to other similar restaurants. Overall, the food is good, except for a few dishes that left me wanting a bit more of the authentic Mexican flavor. A good place if you have children.

Muy buena la hamburguesa Champions. También la sopa de tortilla. El servicio puede mejorar, no había tanta gente y tardaban en atender, no ponían atención a las mesas. También la música que ponen, pongan música instrumental mejor. Pero bueno, es un vips después de todo.

Todo bien. Personal amable, la comida ok; pero no entiendo que tanto pueden ahorrar dando margarina en lugar de mantequilla. La tapa del dispensador de miel no servía. Recomendaría música ambiental. Al parecer era rock, o algo así indistinguible.

The person (I assume a supervisor) had a terrible attitude, somewhat arrogant. The wait for a table was very long, even though the place was practically empty. The waitress was friendly, however, the wait for the food was very long (approximately 30 minutes), and then it arrived without spoons, which meant another wait of about 10 minutes. I don't recommend going to this Vips; they treat you quite badly.

From the moment I arrived, I didn't like the place I was assigned. The coffee was incredibly weak, even though it was decaf, and had no flavor. The vendor never introduced herself, the table was dirty when I sat down, the portions were tiny, and she never came to ask if I needed anything. The juice wasn't juice at all; according to the vendor, it was a gallon jug, and it tasted awful. She only offered an apology. I thought that being in a shopping center would mean I'd receive better service.

Very poor service

Mi experiencia en Vips fue bastante decepcionante. El tiempo de espera fue excesivo, incluso para cosas básicas, y el personal no mostró mucha disposición ni atención hacia los clientes. Da la impresión de que el servicio no es una prioridad, lo cual resulta frustrante cuando uno va con la expectativa de pasar un buen momento. Lo único rescatable es que el lugar es tranquilo y el ambiente es agradable, pero sinceramente eso no compensa la lentitud ni la falta de atención. Definitivamente hay mucho que mejorar en el servicio.

Terrible service from the manager and the waiters. We arrived at 7:30 pm, there were seven of us, and instead of greeting us, she told us she didn't have any large tables and left, leaving us waiting for more than 10 minutes. We saw a table available for us and went over, but they just stared at us. The waiter never approached us; they seated other customers and ignored us. We ended up getting up and not even an apology. Only when we got up to leave did they come and clean the table. We always went to this branch, but what a disappointment the service was! The manager acts like she owns the place. Now I understand why they have fewer and fewer customers every day. Awful, we'll never be back. Toks is much better.

I sat for half an hour and they didn't take my order, nor did they even come to ask. I arrived at 8 pm. The manager or floor supervisor was on the phone or texting the whole time. There were only five tables occupied, so the service was terrible.

Terrible service, they take forever. The service is poor, there aren't many people, and they're not attentive. I arrived with my baby, and then other people arrived and they asked her, "Did you arrive before her?" Seriously? The food was awful, tasteless, everything was disgusting. I won't be back, thanks. My son didn't like it; the soup was tasteless, and the chicken tasted like plastic.
