The space itself is stunning, with live music setting the perfect mood for the evening. The food was full of flavor, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Kai was tending the bar that night and did an incredible job making sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of, from drink refills to food orders. I went with the carne asada paired with risotto, and both dishes were cooked beautifully and tasted amazing. Everything came together for a relaxed, enjoyable night with great service, great food, and a lively atmosphere. Definitely the kind of place that leaves you wanting to come back again.

This was my first time here and it was an amazing experience. Food was absolutely delicious. Drinks very top notch with a different flavor profiles and took my palate to another level. Nice vibe and staff was fantastic. Specifically Antonio took care of us and made our 23rd anniversary memorable. We won’t wait to come back.

We had an incredible time at Miel de Agave! The service was top-notch and the location is absolutely beautiful—perfect for a night out. The menu is very unique, offering creative twists on Mexican classics that you don't see everywhere else. The drinks were not only stunning to look at but tasted awesome. Antonio our server was the best. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere overall. La very nice signature drink was delicious ! Must try! We will definitely be coming back!

Brought our son here for his graduation! And from start to finish Jorge our waiter was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He gave good recommendations, and was so helpful and friendly! He surprised us with graduation cake and it was a wonderful display!! Everyone liked the food and the atmosphere is great! Highly recommend!!

I was in Pheonix for one night and googling madly for a place with Mexican flavours and a comfortable atmosphere. I am so glad I found this place- I had the pasta, which was moderately spicey, and very flavorful. The atmosphere was cool. My server Antonio was friendly, interesting and knowledgeable- ask for him if you can -- there was a birthday celebration next to me, the staff came out to sing, and a couple celebrating an anniversary were surprised to find roses petals on the table. Also- ask Antonio for a margarita, they are great! i also ordered some tacos to go, for breakfast.

Since the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat! The ambiance was perfect! I ordered the Conejo Malo and it’s smoky-sweet flavor was very well-balanced!! The rib eye aguachile was an experience and everything we had from the corn risotto to the green enchiladas were perfection!! Our server Marcia made us feel welcomed and gave us great recommendations - if she is your server, just trust her!! Definitely a must in Phoenix!!

Fun upbeat restaurant with awesome cocktails. Food is absolutely delicious. Enjoy the music and the vibe. Definitely a cool place to go and check out some fun dishes. The shrimp cocktail was exactly like Rocky Point.!

I sat by myself at the bar for dinner. The restaurant is beautiful. Live music, great tasting food, and the drinks were amazing. Kai was the bartender for the night, and he made sure everyone at the bar was well taken care of with their food and drinks. I ordered the carne asada and the risotto. Both were delicious. I’ll be back! Hopefully, next time I’ll have enough room for desserts.

🌮Miel de Agave 📍Downtown Phoenix Que Chulo! Bold colors, photogenic cocktails, and a mouthwatering menu. Four of us rolled in on e-scooters during a downtown double date, and this instantly set the bar for the night. What we ate: Sonoran Shrimp Ceviche Pork Belly Chicharron Quesabirria Tacos Ribeye de la Casa Surf & Turf Cheesecake Everything was cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The room was buzzing with birthdays and anniversaries—this is celebration food. We’ve talked about this meal multiple times since, which says a lot. I almost never revisit the same restaurant, but this menu is calling me back.

I just arrived in Phoenix from Orlando, FL and I found Meil de Agave on Google and it’s an absolute gem of an ambiance and relaxed vibes.. hands down excellent service! Delicious food served fresh and amazing cocktail!! I highly recommend to the locals and travelers.. a special thank you to my amazing server Cade 🙏🏽 excellent young man who’s killing it life and his craft 🫶🏽 Highly recommended everyone!

Had a wonderful meal here. Started with the rib style corn and ceviche. The ceviche is some of the best ceviche I have ever had. My main entree was carne asada with lobster. Meal was perfectly cooked. Critiques- 1. There is not enough butter given with the lobster tail. 2. My leftovers were not boxed up for me. I was given a box. Most $75-100/person restaurants I have been to box the remainder portions for you so you don’t have to interrupt the flow of your conversation. Overall good experience though.

Our server Cynthia was amazing and sweet! She checked up on us regularly and the food accompanied made the experience even better. The food is absolutely delicious, breakfast and dinner! Definitely recommend to come here any time, wether for a special event or not!

The aesthetic and design is absolutely stunning and great vibes. Our server, Jorge was PHENOMENAL and incredibly professional and polite. The best service I’ve had lately. He made our date night very comfortable and fun. We definitely plan to come back and we’d love to have him be our waiter/server every time! 10/10 service.

Phenomenal! My drink, Conejo Mayo (Bad Bunny) was so great and so was my Waitress, Danielle. She suggested the drink along with my side of elote. The elote was so good!! I loved my lobster and quesadillas, the NY Strip was probably a little tough for my liking, but very good. I wish I stayed in town so I could visit more regularly!! Thanks Danielle and the kitchen staff/chefs! You’re doing great!

We came out to have a Friendsgiving with my two besties and what a great experience! Cynthia was our waitress and she is amazing. She’s very helpful and patient! I love the music vibe of the place. Plus the pasta is AMAZING! Definitely recommending

Trendy, hip spot with an amazing vibe that still felt intimate. We waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time, but the experience more than made up for it. Marcia took incredible care of us—attentive, warm, and always on point. We were celebrating our friend’s 40th birthday, and the staff surprised us with a cheesecake topped with a sparkler and a birthday sign, which made the moment even more special. Between the live sax player, the music, the atmosphere, and the food and drinks, everything flowed perfectly. It ended up being the ideal place to celebrate. We laughed, enjoyed, and felt completely taken care of the entire night. Highly recommend for a fun, intimate, and memorable evening.

I was in Arizona from California for business purposes. My coworker picked this restaurant and everyone had an amazing experience. The food was amazing. We started our night sharing the pork belly chicharon. I got the 8oz stake and fries with red wine 🍷. My coworker got the Bechamel Halibut with white wine and the other ordered the carne asada plate with a mango margarita. All dishes were amazing, we all had a great time and we are definitely coming back here on our next visit to Arizona.

I had the pleasure to visit this place with my husband this weekend. The food was exquisite and the service too. Jorge treated us to an amazing night. The restaurant was so busy they only took reservations but Jorge assisted us in the bar section. We had a shared steak and a tree leches with a Paloma all was an experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back to miel de Agave with a reservation for every weekend. Thank you Jorge for a great meal and wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Our server Antonio was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. They checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was exactly how we wanted it. Their positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. This place is a gem! Our first time in, and it did not disappoint… Drinks came quick and were on point. The food was so good, that we forgot to take proper pictures before diving in! (sorry not sorry) Our server Antonio was a gentleman, perfectly attentive, and gave great recommendations. 10/10 will return!

Was surprised by my husband, bringing me to Miel de Agave. The table had rose petals 🌹with some tea light candles🕯. Service by Antonio was excellent 👌. I really recommend this place for a nice date out with your better half. I had the Arrabiata di Chipotle Pasta and husband got the Ribeye de la Casa both were delicious. Finished with a cheesecake 😋.

This place had the best authentic home made Mexican dishes in Phoenix. We started off with shrimp ceviche my wife had margarita which the just the right amount of good quality tequila. Our main dinner meals were the queso birria tacos, the hot sauce that came with this dish had some incredibly tasty and hot salsa roja straight out of the molcajete. The New York steak with garlic Parmesan fries with actual slices of cheese were delicious. I gotta give all the credit to our wonderful server Michelle from Guerrero who recommended these dishes. She was very attentive friendly and kind. We would highly recommend this great restaurant for excellent all around service and food

Miel De Agave Phoenix Was so delicious. Our waitress Cynthia Was so attentive and making sure we were enjoying our Dinner and that everything was tasting good. The food was 10/10 and our daughters enjoy it. For being our firts time here it was delicious also the atmosphere is so chill and family friendly. I will totally recommend it.

My husband and I are here from the Midwest and I must say that Miel de Agave has been a pleasant surprise. I first wanted to go to Scottsdale, but we decided to come to a Mexican restaurant closer. So happy we did. Antonio our server was attentive, knowledgeable and a joy. The food was superb 👌🏾. Will visit again when we are back in town.

Came for tomahawk Tuesday and wow was it good. Meat was juicy and tender, the elote was delicious, and the chichen-itza cocktail was perfect. And our server Jorge was so pleasant and nice. He made wonderful recommendations on drinks and appetizers. Would 100% come back.

First time in phoenix, first time here but not my last! The food was flavorful and filling. Daniel, my waitress was so sweet and patient. I had front row seats to the saxophonist covering top songs. It was all around fantastic, it was a vibe! Thanks to some locals I met earlier who told me about this gem.

My experience at Miel de Agave was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, Jorge took such great care of us. The best part about Miel De Agave is the atmospheric, the decor is unusual and amazing! The food was good, my tacos were overflowing with meat. For a Mexican restaurant there were only a few Mexican dishes. There was pasta and hamburgers though. First Mexican restaurant I have been to that automatically did not give you tortilla chips and salsa. A wide array of cocktails were offered, but very expensive. Service was excellent. Overall, a good dining experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious food! We had the short rib birria 10/10 huge portion for the short rib & bone marrow. The live music and picture service were a nice touch as well perfect for a special occasion or nice night on the town. We will definitely return.

This place is really close to a 5 star. I loved the meat and the service my waiter was a male from Cuba excellent server. Why I gave it a four: The sides of the rib eye steak where serve in a very small plastic cuo where only to spoon of beans fit. You cannot say that you are including sides when you out on the plate two sooons of beans and two spoons of guacamole. The rib steak was super and the price was $65 per plate. The first tortillas were not hot but when we ask for extra they were súper good specially the flúor tortillas 109 recommend it. The carne asada 5 out of 5 very well cooked. The hot sauce salsa macha 5 out of 5 The chicken enchiladas a fail to much Mexican cream and chicken cut in cubes and toooo much cheese that made the plate salted impossable to eat. The desser the cheese cake was also a fail it was frozen and with no flavor and it had a very small portion of lechera - it was just plain not eatable. Yes I will go back because they know how to make tortillas, salsas, and most importantly their stakes are excellent the best in the valley—-the steaks are 5 out of 5

Overall, an enjoyable dining experience. Food and drinks good; I prefer lighter on the butter so the flavor of the steak takes center stage. Bar service was a little slow for a Monday night, with first round of drinks arriving after appetizers. I'd give this place a 4.5 if I could.

First timer here. We celebrated my friend’s birthday. Food, drinks and ambiance were all immaculate. Our server, Jorge, was wonderful. He made the birthday dinner experience memorable. 10/10🤩

Not sure about this place. Maybe because we arrived and reserved a table for valentines day. Or it could be systemic issues. We had a reservation at 6. We arrived early. However we were seated 30 minutes after many couples had arrived, with later reservations. Bad start. The door was mediocre at best. Cold shrimp. Half cooked baked potatoes (yes they were hard inside). The table was poorly set (see two different glass ware in pics). Pork belly chicharron were good (yey!). Maybe it was the day. However it wasn’t a good impression. We won’t ever be back.

We were excited about trying this place based on reviews. We went for brunch on a Sunday around 12:30 PM and were told we could still order breakfast. We initially ordered the chilaquiles but was later informed they had run out of salsa and needed to choose something else. After that, my food was brought out before my partner had even placed his order (since chilaquiles weren’t available after all). When our meals arrived, both dishes were missing the beans that normally come with them. Service was slow overall, including long waits for water refills, so we asked another server about the missing sides. We were told they were out of beans and that more were being made, but the beans never arrived and no alternative side was offered. The server never promised to bring the beans he just said “sorry, we are out of them they will make more”. When we mentioned this to our original server while paying, she said she hadn’t been notified either in advance. She never checked on us after the food arrived either to notice we were both missing a side. We still paid full price for incomplete meals. The food itself was delicious, but the lack of communication and service issues would keep me from returning or recommending this place.

Been here 1 time and it was good but today was terrible. 45 minutes for 2 drinks and an appetizer. The entreeni got at 240pm. Saw 3 couples come in at the same time or a bit after our reservations 1:45pm and they recieved their appetitizer and entrees. Once we got our food at 240pm there was a piece of plastic in the shrimp. I appreciate they apologiezed said they will not charge us, but this was the worst service i have recieved
