The Pizza Factory in Rio Vista is a true gem. Family owned and operated, they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the service has that personal touch you don’t often find anymore. The pizza is outstanding, toppings are generous, fresh, and baked to perfection every time. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the experience they create. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.

Honestly, I was happily surprised at how great this place is! I’ve gone a couple of times and each time they have great deals as well. Take your fam and dine in or just grab a box to go, you won’t regret it. They can also deliver in case you’re hosting a movie night or just hanging out at home and feeling like devouring an entire pizza lol just kidding

Last night we ate at the pizza factory for the first time we’re new in Rio Vista and I have to say it did nothing but meet every expectation that we had for a local pizzeria , Staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Everything came out tasty and amazing now we’re new here so we did hear that they’re under new ownership. I don’t know what the last one was like, but I have to say this one meets every standard that you would have for a restaurant. We will be eating there again definitely going to be our pizza spot for the area. We fed about 12 people for around $100 All different sizes of pizza and toppings. Highly highly recommend this if you want some good pizza in the area.

My husband and I popped into the Pizza Factory in Rio Vista on our way back from the Bay Area. The ambiance was very cozy, clean, and neat. The atmosphere was nice there was easy parking. We were greeted by welcoming staff. The pizza was delicious! They have a nice selection of local wines and beers on tap. I highly recommend for family and friends to have dinner or do gatherings.

Good service, friendly employees, and a family friendly atmosphere. The food is great and the pizza has a nice crispy crust which I like. The sandwiches are great especially if you get them toasted. The pasta is pretty good also. They also have gluten free pizza crust for those with gluten intolerance.

I love this pizza! Yum, yum, yum! Great taste, fair price, excellent service! The family that owns the restaurant is a great fit for this small town. They are lovely, friendly, accommodating, and professional and they offer high quality, delicious pizza in a timely manner. We are very fortunate to have them in our little town!!!

To my surprise, the driver came back 20 minutes later when he figured out his mistake and not only brought one cookie, but brought two to make up for the error. The food is always fantastic here and the service is always better. I very much recommend this restaurant.

My delivery came and was missing the cookie I ordered. I didn’t think anything about it because it was no big deal. My first time eating here. My niece and I shared a gluten-free pizza and it was delicious! Her two kids also enjoyed their food and the various games. I would definitely return

It's ok. The best pizza in town. The only pizza in town. Their version of a thick looks like a thin. Pizza should be cooked a little longer. A bit doughy. Also sauce is ok just need a bit more. When I don't feel like leaving town this will do. Just felt like it was rushed.

Under new ownership and food seems good. However, had a little but of concern about interaction with one of the staff members. Had an issue with the machines in the video game area (claw machine) that ate my son's money. When brought to the attention of staff, with request to place out of order sign and request refund, it was rather standoffish. I was told they don't own the machines and they would not refund. Upon my silence and confusion the staff member refunded me the money, albeit 25 cents short? Not a deal breaker and has nothing to do the the machine, rather that the customer service left me a little shaken. Cool place, I think, so long as you don't have an issue that needs management's attention.

The frequency of the calls felt more like harassment than customer service. Between the poor food quality, the dismissive response when I called, and the unwanted calls that followed, this has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Potential customers deserve to know how this business handles honest feedback. This review reflects my honest personal experience and is protected under federal law by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
