Under new owners and management and I have to say I love this place. It's spacious with a cool atmosphere, the service is kind, attentive and respectful and the food is hands down mouth watering. A real treat.

Pizza factory was so good. It was my first time going there. I was just passing through just to go to Sacramento. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and up to par. And The pizza came out quick and was super delicious.

We come here once a year. Food is good. A little noisy today with young kids but to be expected with kids. The only complaint I had was the celery stick with the chicken wings. They were awful! Not fresh! Good food otherwise. Nice service!

The food was delicious and hot... out in less then a few minutes and quality was out of this world. I saw them preparing fresh ingredients in the background and you could taste that in the food

Excellent pizza! The pizza is all of 5 stars. The crust is hands down the best I've ever had. I don't say that lightly. I have been ordering and eating pizza all around our great country for 50 years and I can honestly say this restaurant has earned 5 full stars. Thank you!

I’ve been here twice and each time was 5 stars. I was unsure of my selection and was helped to choose just the right pizza. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is good. Before leaving I was given a bonus pizza to share which was also very good. As for taste, I give them a thumbs up.

It was really GOOD!!! The pizza taste amazing we were able to mix toppings, the customer service it’s really good too.

If you’re ever in Rio Vista, you have to try out the pizza factory it’s family run and just amazing. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the service has that personal touch you don’t often find anymore. The pizza is outstanding, toppings are generous, fresh, and baked to perfection every time. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the experience they create. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.

Honestly, I was happily surprised at how great this place is! I’ve gone a couple of times and each time they have great deals as well. Take your fam and dine in or just grab a box to go, you won’t regret it. They can also deliver in case you’re hosting a movie night or just hanging out at home and feeling like devouring an entire pizza lol just kidding

We were greeted by welcoming staff. The pizza was delicious! They have a nice selection of local wines and beers on tap. I highly recommend for family and friends to have dinner or do gatherings.

Good service, friendly employees, and a family friendly atmosphere. The food is great and the pizza has a nice crispy crust which I like. The sandwiches are great especially if you get them toasted. The pasta is pretty good also. They also have gluten free pizza crust for those with gluten intolerance.

The pizza is great... very fresh toppings! And the bacon is actually crispy! But too many little kids running around, so kind of noisy.

Well I waited around 45 minutes for my food and was contemplating walking out at the hour mark. I can be patient even if they make these things from scratch I don't see why it should take this long for a simple large pepperoni. The pizza itself was good, robust flavor, decent amount of grease. Friendly staff from my experience it just takes forever.

It's ok. The best pizza in town. The only pizza in town. Their version of a thick looks like a thin. Pizza should be cooked a little longer. A bit doughy. Also sauce is ok just need a bit more. When I don't feel like leaving town this will do. Just felt like it was rushed.

When brought to the attention of staff, with request to place out of order sign and request refund, it was rather standoffish. I was told they don't own the machines and they would not refund. Upon my silence and confusion the staff member refunded me the money, albeit 25 cents short? Not a deal breaker and has nothing to do the the machine, rather that the customer service left me a little shaken. Cool place, I think, so long as you don't have an issue that needs management's attention.

Watched the people who made our pizza not wear any gloves or use tongs and kept playing with her hair. Everything they touched, then they grabbed the pizza topping. It was good but not fun to watch.

Pizza was good. Crust was one of the best I’ve had for a while. However, girl at cashier was handling money and also making our pizza without any gloves on nor did she even bother to wash her hands. Also, workers did a good job at keeping the place clean but chose the wrong time to do so. Mopping while we were dining in. Not so appealing when you’re trying to enjoy your food. If not for that, this review rating would have been better.

I've ordered pizza a few times from here and have noticed a decline in food quality since the change in ownership. Today, I ordered a deluxe combo over the phone. Upon pick up, the topping was incorrect, and had it corrected promptly without issue. But found that the pizza lacked cheese, the fresh veggies were barely warm, and the crust was still doughy and raw. Not sure we'll try it again. Too bad!

When the dough is right, it is the best. Not today, either the proof was short or the dough was over worked. The Pizza was just to chewy and thin. Appears to be a hit or miss on a decent pizza. Going to have to find someplace else.

walked in and started to order when my husband asked if there was new ownership yet. The man at the register responded yes for 10 moths now and that there was also new employees. My husband told him we were waiting for new management and new ownership because the were many problems before and that we weren't coming in for pizza because of that. The man at the register said well, then you shouldn't come here at all and gave us back our credit card. I was shocked!!! I told my husband lets go. The man at the register said, " well that's sad your just going to walk away , I responded , " you told us to leave. I will never not ever go back there again This place is still a mess with the rudest people working there. This all happened while there was no one even in the pizza place so why would you tell customers to get out? I believe this was the manager that did this to us. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE TO WORK THERE WHO ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Review Edit: I have never been treated like the way I was treated. Let's just say I know my pizzas and restaurants. I respect them. I used to work in them, hand tossing 26" pizzas. I will give an establishment the benefit of the doubt 3 times. Instead of asking me what they could do to make my order correct? They proceeded to make up excuses of why they yet again messed up my order. Stated that they forgot. Fine. If it happens a third time? I'm out. No she had to try and lay into me. Saying that other customers were waiting and she was backed up. It was 3:30 with 1 person waiting at the counter on a Wednesday. When an employee states to the customer the time of 20 minutes and you arrive in 30 minutes and your order still isn't ready? Pizza Factory should pull thier name off this establishment. They have failed in multiple areas PERIOD.

Between the poor food quality, the dismissive response when I called, and the unwanted calls that followed, this has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Potential customers deserve to know how this business handles honest feedback. This review reflects my honest personal experience and is protected under federal law by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
