Food is always amazing and everyone is very nice and quick
Arrived on 07/13/24. Food was hot and delicious. Service was awesome. One person I want to thank is a employee by the name of Sal. Greeted us with kindness. . Helped out with our order. This is the kind of people we need at every food industry. Thanks Sal. Most definitely coming back. Even during the affect of the storm he had a positive attitude.
When we got our order we had a few items that were left out & upon calling them to let them know Francisco had picked up. He was super friendly and told us we can pick it up today or tomorrow. When we arrived there, Saul helped us and he was so sweet. He made up for their mistake by adding an extra tender or two and gave us extra ranch. He made sure the tenders were fresh. We really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure they made it up to us for the mistake. We are very appreciative.
I've ordered from this location a few times and every time my food is hot and fresh and the order was followed correctly. No complaints 😁

Tonight was one of the best customer service I have received from popeyes. Ms. Maria confirmed my order to make sure it was correct and suggested if we would like to add apple pies. Which were great, by the way. She made sure I had everything I needed for dinner.
I asked for spicy, didn't get spicy. Red beans and rice was dry and cold. Chicken needed to be cooked more. The lady in the drive thru was friendly and nice. Even though my order was wrong. I'll check next time.
Every time we visit (always takeout meals), we get good & fast service. The mild fried chicken we get is always hot and delicious. The mashed potatoes with gravy taste good. They accept credit card payments, including AMEX. Napkins, hot sauce & ketchup packets are on the side of the counter. The beverage station is in the dining area so you can serve yourself and even enjoy seconds. They have free WiFi so you can stay connected while you dine or wait. And in April 2019, they have installed a credit card chip reader machine that's so very convenient for the customer. There's ample parking and a drive-thru. Getting in and out of their location is easy.
The food was hot and delicious. The manager maria, I think that was her name was very quick, well spoken and polite thrue the drive thrue. Had no problem with my order and love how she repeat it the order back to us.
I know that this location is always super busy and packed. The staff were super nice and friendly. They really do try their best to give everyone their best customers service. I really appreciate them and they deserve more hours or a better pay.
Believe the hype when I say, Popeyes has hands down the best chicken sandwich in fast food. Chicken tenders is pretty good too.

Don't go inside unless you want to wait forever. If you order through the app they will ignore you. The monitor that shows orders placed are not fulfilled in order. Instead it is processed according to who makes the most noise. If you are shy and respectful, you will never get your food. All the attention is given to the drive-through, and even so, it is still slow. Chicken still tastes good, but after the stress and impolite staff, it's not as enjoyable. Better management is needed.
Food was on point. They skimmed on the gravy on my mashed potatoes and i didn't get my dipping sauce but that biscuit was great
I ordered my food at 628pm via the mobile app. I then made it to the restaurant at 7p a to evening traffic but I thought would be okay due to the restaurant being busy normally and long waits in the drive-through. I selected pick up now and in restaurant thinking I gamed the system and wait time. Assuming my would be in the pick up area. I was wrong after ten minutes of waiting after notifying the cashier of my online order an another employee inquired my order number. Then proceeded to inform me that they were out of the chicken I’d ordered almost 45 minutes prior. Then when asked for a refund no problem I was told they have no money and I’d have to go through the app as that was how I ordered. So via the chat bot in the app I was told I was escalated to customer service and would be contacted in 24 -48 hours. The employee was like yep. I then inquired how long would it be to make more chicken and was told 15 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes I received my food with items still missing, but was given an apology and additional side. After the hour and 15. Minutes wait total from time of order. While waiting I observed that literally every table in the restaurant was dirty with their 86 B health rating. 0/10 do not recommend. This location is in dire need of new management
Update 5/13/2025: strawberry biscuits are discontinued? If only you had signage that could be updated immediately, maybe something like a digital screen that your using in your drive thru Update 12/5/2024: Used their app and received my food fairly quickly. I appreciate whoever was working the night shift in the lobby asking asking every customer who walked in what order they had. Heard one customer complaining that he'd been waiting an hour which is unfortunate, but something I can't verify. I just know the drive through always takes a long time compared to other fast food restaurant. Update 10/6/2024: Their online customer service created a ticket and will replace my order. Thank you for making it right. 10/5/2024 8:45pm: Popeye messed up my order and will not remedy it. See photos of weighed shrimp that should be at least 4oz (1/4 lb) Ordered a 1/4 lb of shrimp, but what I got did not look like a 1/4 lb of shrimp. Went into the restaurant and showed the cashier, and he said that looked correct, and that upper management has been complaining they were putting too much shrimp. I went home and measured, and had almost half of what I was supposed to. Called the store and spoke with Davis who says they can't remedy the incorrect order because all they do is open a pre-portioned bag, and he would get in trouble. So either they can put any amount like I was originally told, or they got pre-portioned amounts that were incorrect. I paid for an advertised amount of shrimp, and did not get what I was told I would get. So I'm being scammed if they can't fix what was wrong. Was told the GM is Juan, cause apparently this is a GM problem.
I have been to this Popeyes 3 different times and every time something is wrong with my order. Each time I have ordered spicy chicken only to get home and it’s regular. I’m starting to wonder if they know the difference. Till missing but I get honey for my biscuits! They really need to do better. 🤦🏾♀️
The food at this location was absolutely disgusting. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the breading on the chicken was soggy and gray. Eww. The chicken itself was hard, thick, and rubbery. Like biting into it was like breaking a bouncy ball, it was so disgusting. Like it was gross enough to make me never want to go to another Popeyes… Service was kind though. And the sweet tea was delicious. The Mac n cheese wasn’t great, like it had been old and reheated.
I love Popeyes spicy chicken. BUT. It's overpriced, the sides are extremely overpriced. I can't prove it but it seems the employees are trained to hate their customers and have bad attitudes.
$12 for a 3 piece combo meal. The chicken was way overcooked Mash potatoes very dry Biscuit is a lot smaller now This could be my last visit to any Popeyes ... so sad
Like every Popeyes I have ever been to (and unlike most Whatsburgers or any Chick-fil-As), it's poorly managed. That's a shame because I prefer the food at Popeyes. At this store, they often don't begin an app order till you get there.

Didn't get all my sides and didn't realize till I got all the way home. They didn't know how to split a ticket... chicken was not fresh and gave us 4 wings in an 8 piece .. very disappointed, I love Popeyes but this location has probably seen the last of my money. Especially over 50 bucks and not everyone got to eat.
Remember when fast food was fast. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food while others that ordered after me were getting served theirs.
The wait times are always incredibly long. Sometimes it's 20 minutes, and the longest was an hour and a half. I thought my fried chicken was in the pan, so I had to wait cooking. But when I got it, it was cold. I don't know why the wait is so long; there are many staff members inside, some of whom are just wandering around. Okay, the wait might be acceptable. But why do I always get something different from my order? I ordered red meat, but I received white meat. I ordered chicken legs, but I always received chicken wings or chicken breast. My mashed potatoes never come with a spoon. Sometimes there are no napkins. I'd rather drive to a Popeyes further away than choose this place.
Always out of what someone orders and super slow and never have orders ready to go for when doordash picks them up. The new workers they got in the last month suck at their job. No one who works here speaks any english either so are to communicate as well.
Only reason I'm giving two stars is because those cream cheese pies,besides that this location is the worst (but not as bad as the one on Hwy 36). The past 2 months they have been out of fries, the customer service is trash, the biscuits are definitely different, the chicken is smaller, the wait time is ridiculous, the order is never right, you can never get on contact with a manger or corporate,and the lost goes on. Just avoid this place at all cost
Where's the manager or supervisor up in there, idk. How hard is it to get the order complete, its not difficult. But when the young people aren't trained correctly then who really cares... Sunday night drive thru chicken dinner for two without the side orders and biscuits only to realize when you get home. I ask again, how hard is it to get such a simple order sacked up right... Who runs out of Dr Pepper at suppertime, they do. It takes a super coach to have a good team.
SW Fwy, Rosenberg location! Manager, Maria needs to be retrained on customer service! We ordered from the app and our order was missing 2 biscuits! She refused to give us the biscuits and prints out a receipt with low ink. At the same time we are showing her our online order and receipt which was $30+. She proceeded to say "THE APP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER". So we left WITHOUT the biscuits we paid for and called corporate 😉
Complete waste of time. We ordered multiple combos, but the order taker only typed in the first one and then stopped listening to us I guess? We sat and waited quite a while for her to type in the second order, but she finally came back on the speaker as if someone new had pulled up. Additionally, she did not speak enough English to take the order correctly, so even after the exceptionally long wait, we weren't able to get what we had asked for. Bizarre and frustrating experience.
I sat in the drive through for over 35 minutes waiting for food today. Only to get to the window and they tell me it's an 8 minute wait, AFTER I paid. I won't be coming back to this location. I'm still waiting as I type this which would put my wait time at close to an hour. What's interesting is there's only like 3 people inside and the drive through line was not even long. It was only about 4 cars in the drive through when I pulled up. Never coming back.
This place sucks. These people are lazy. First off i got a mobile order, on the app it says pick up or drive thru. I picked drive thru and when i went to go pick it up at drive thru they told me mobile orders are suppose to be picked up inside. So i went inside and They can't even put the wing sauce on the wings. They would just cook the wings and then hand you the sauce on the side and expect us to put it ourselves. This is the second time I had a problem with this location in particular. Never going to this location ever.
I eat here more than i like to admit but i work close and it’s convenient. The food is consistently cold, or wrong. And when you ask about the incorrect items, they employees are either rude or incompetent. They won’t help you after they mess something up on your order you’ve already paid for.
Can you warn someone when it will take over 20 minutes.... no exaggeration.. holding the receipt to check.... To cook an item, your media is pushing really hard. If I wanted gourmet stuff.. I'd go to a real restaurant. If I don't get sick - awesome.

Order over $50 of food only to received half made food that looks like it was just thrown in the bag. I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy only received a small with no gravy and this 5 piece tender was basically boneless wings. I also was missing another side for another meal. I received no straws, napkins, dipping sauce and utensils. Whoever worked there on New Year’s Eve was obviously not happy and it shows.
This is the worst location in the area. This is also the worst location I’ve ever visited in my life. Every visit I’ve had, I’ve not had one successful order that was completed. my most recent visit was the most frustrating. I ordered through the app. There were three cars in front of me and took me just shy of 16 minutes to finally get my order. I ordered two sets of wings and a chicken sandwich that was the new barbecue one with bacon. The wings came in a puddle of sauce, but were not tossed or coated in anyway. Both sets. The sandwich I got was an original sandwich, not the new barbecue one. I added two dipping sauces to my order and neither were in the bag. I was extremely frustrated and angry when I left on such a simple order I will not return and will travel the extra distance to the second location to avoid coming back to this one. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Let me start off by saying i have been ordering from Popeyes mobile all the time and picking up through drive thru many times and never had any problems. Today i had my three kids with me and decided to order Popeyes through mobile app and it gave me the option to pick up the food through the drive thru and after waiting for 20 mins I pulled up to where you would order and I told them I have a mobile order the young lady then told me that her manager told her no mobile order through drive thru it have to be picked up inside .I told the lady I have my kids in the car and I don't feel like going inside with my three kids plus my little one was sleeping.she said I have to come inside or I can't get it. This managent team is so unprofessional and such an inconvenience for me .Just for them to give me my order that I paid for I have to out all my kids and go inside . I will not be coming back to this Popeyes ever again and I don't think they deserve any star.

This is the worst popeyes ever. All they employ are a bunch of kids who sit there and play while you wait almost an hour for a mobile order that was placed well before pickup. And the kicker....they gave me cold fries Edit: Tried this place again on June 13th.....the first time I've ever had food poisoning. It was awful, I knew the chicken wasn't fresh when I bit into it but i didn't think it would make me sick. I'm truly done with this location.
Worse "Fast Food" in town! The wait time is over 10 minutes to place an order and 10-15 to get your food. Service is nule, they ignore you until you ask to place your order. Just Don't WAIST YOUR TIME Or MONEY
WORST POPEYES EVER!!!!! i placed a mobile order at 6:00PM on the dot! It is now 6:55Pm & have YET to receive my order. I have went up to the counter 3 times and the workers look you up & down, check the monitors and continue to ignore you. Very unprofessional. No sense of urgency or care for other people’s time. i understand it is dinner time & a fast food. there is nothing fast about this place. I have experienced this on several occasions and yet i continue to give them the benefit of the doubt. They care more for drive thru orders than inside orders. Everyone getting skipped and upset. Very ridiculous and upsetting when this is the only main popeyes off 59 in rosenberg.
I waited in the drive through for a mobile order for 30min. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t the first time they’ve taken forever either or I wouldn’t write this review. I’d understand if they were short staff but there were at least 10 people working in there and you had the ones pictured just standing around while we waited forever in that line. It was only 4/5 cars! Had I not placed a mobile order I would have left like the people behind me did. Management needs to know they are wasting money paying for this current staff because they move like it’s 2 people working. Never coming back here again.
The fish sandwich was dry and fried so hard that you couldn't enjoy it. The fries where cold. Paid for a combo and received no drink. Not sure if they care about people at this location. They really need to close and open once they have fixed all the problems they have.

I got sick and woke up throwing up. My chicken strips were slippery under the crust, almost slimy. Never again. I kept trying to give them a chance, but they have kids working inside, and kids just dont care
11/8/24 WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! This location NEEDS some better management. Ordered through the app and my (3 person) order should have been ready by 6:32pm. There were approximately 6 orders in front of me. Still waiting 20 minutes later, I ripped into the manager (who has not one ounce of ambition or drive) and informed him that I have 10 years of experience in a fast food chicken establishment with 2 to 3 times more menu items. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Roll the footage, im wearing a highlighted yellow shirt.
Over the past month, I have visited this Popeyes location three times, and regrettably, my chicken tenders have been raw on each visit. I purchased the 12-piece family tender meal and asked for dipping sauce, but was given only one packet initially. Upon requesting additional sauce, I received another packet, which seemed minimal for 12 tenders. Additionally, I was unable to locate any napkins and had to request some, only to be provided with three for a party of four. The restrooms were also dirty. My experience at this Popeyes location has been thoroughly disappointing.
Ordered regular chicken family dinner and it was spicy even after I asked to confirm that it wasn’t. Maybe they were frying it in the oil for spicy chicken. Chicken was really greasy. Threw most of it away. Out of macaroni and cheese at 3:30pm on a Saturday? Subbed mashed potatoes with gravy. Glad I checked order before leaving, they forgot to put in bag. This is my 2nd bad experience with Popeyes. First one at a different store I complained to corporate, response was basically that they didn’t care. I am disappointed and done with Popeyes and will never eat at one again.
This is my first time going to Popeyes through referrals. However they go to other locations. I placed the order online since I knew it may be busy. It was very busy. I am very disappointed. I spent over $30 for my order. I waited in the drive thru line and was assisted by Rachel. I asked her for her name because she was the most rude lady ever I encountered in any customer service field. Hospitality is so important in this field esp in this economy. She told me there is no bottled water so order could not be fulfilled. This is a question to management: why if there is no bottled water on the online order it still allow guests to place the order??? Second this lady Rachel did not even say sorry !!!!!!!!! She just rolled her eyes and told me we don’t have bottled water as I told you. I am sure this location is busy because all of the neighbor competitors are busy but this location is way below expectations. I will not go again.
Multiple people in this location were waiting on for for 45+ minutes. I myself waited over and hour. People who made orders online were made to wait while people who showed up and only waited 15 minutes. Overall it was just a bad experience that I can't put into only a few words.
Literally never gets the order correct. I’m not sure what is so difficult about reading the online order and putting the correct items in the bag.
Online pick up order took 40 minutes. arrived 20 minutes later after ordering & had to wait another 20 minutes once I arrived at store.
If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered the Ghost sandwich with bacon and cheese which they charge extra for and they gave us a regular sandwich. So nothing near what we asked for or payed for , when I tried to call they picked up and hung up the phone. When we were at the drive through the people on the intercom were giggling and laughing very unprofessional. When we arrived at the window again giggling amongst themselves because the drive through girl could not speak English properly very poor customer service.
Second time here I've had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Horrible manners from the employees... they will ask you to pull up front and then never bring you your order. When you ask what's taking so long they reply with it takes 20 minute for a fillet or I can give it to you raw.
I had just got off a 10 hour shift and Placed order for pick up around 2 pm to bring to the house and they forgot to put the wings and one of my sides I ordered I have tried calling to least get my reimbursement and nobody answer the phone double check your orders the food I did get was good but send this because it’s one thing you mest up and not giving me my full order but there is nobody there in management to answer phones ??
Food was trash honestly. I asked for red beans and rice and they gave me these gross mash potatoes instead. Chicken wasn't fresh despite me having to wait for it to "get made". Will not be returning here.
Do not order on Uber Eats. Ordered at 10:45pm and my order was cancelled at 12:10am once they closed. 3 drivers canceled the delivery due to the inconvenience they were caused at this location.
I went to this location 4/27/25 40 minutes before they close. Attempted to use drive through, no one said anything through the speaker just a girl at the window waving us to drive through. At the window, she didn’t even say anything at first just a blank stare. We asked if we can order here at the window all she says is “um I don’t know, because we’re about to close” we confirmed that they were still open and asked again if we can order or not. She says nothing, She looked as if she had no idea what was going on, completely clueless. They turned down two cars that were ahead of us and then we watched them turn down multiple more orders after us just so those girls could go home early.
This location needs to do better! The drive thru line was long and moving very slow so I decided to go inside for faster service ( boy was I wrong ) after I placed my order inside I realize I’ve been waiting quite a while . There were other customers inside waiting for their food too. I asked the cashier what’s the hold up and I kid you not he said we’re waiting on chicken. Hmmm that’s interesting.. a chicken food business should have chicken in rotation . I continue to patiently wait but after 28 minutes I made up my mind to get a refund and leave ! That’s ridiculous no should be waiting close to half an hour for fast food! There were literally 8 workers back there and there’s no food? The “manager” who came to give me my refund was so unprofessional. He never once opened his mouth to apologize or try to rectify the situation. He refunded me my cash and I left. Corporate should investigate this location. Poor service poor management poor customer service, poor food !

They told me pull out the drive through and wait on the side for 5 minutes that’s when the chicken tenders will be done. I end up waiting 30mins!!!! I walk in and told them I’m still waiting the girl that told me to pull around didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in. I end up getting into it with one of the workers cause he said he gave me my order knowing that was a lie! The manager could’ve corrected it but she didn’t and he end up apologizing to me. This used to be a good spot but I’ll never come back to this location again ANOTHER UPDATE : I door dashed the chicken wraps they have no lettuce & pickles , no strawberry lemonade 😂😂😂 . They never have anything , take forever on your food and it don’t even be fresh idk why I gave them another chance 😂
Trash place! I went to pick up my food and three Hispanic women were blasting music and not fulfilling orders. Hire competent workers at night or close earlier. Ridiculous
this location is terrible. been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and haven’t reached the window. you guys need better management or need to shut it down if you can’t speed up the process. i was honking the other night trying to get workers attention and they just stared at me and did not come to window. just very unprofessional honestly
Stopped by yesterday and was locked out of the restaurant with several customers locked inside the building. Our order was missing side coleslaw and a drink. Ghost pepper wings came without seasoning. Never returning to this location again.
I placed an online order and had to wait extremely long. I don't understand why were they out of lettuce and pickle when they have a limited edition food item that requires them both. Most of the workers didn't pay any attention to the customers. They were on there phones and never greeted anyone. I like Popeyes but I feel this entire team including the management, needs to revisit training for better performance and customer service. Do better.
They did not give me good quality food. I waited 25 minutes in line. I get that their super busy rn because of the promo/limited item that they are giving away, but what the heck. This is super dissatisfying.. They didn’t have any spicy available, they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes.. after I waited in line for 25 minutes crazy.. they need to DO BETTER!

Came here on my 30 minute lunch break and found numerous issues with this place. First when i walked in there were 4 people in front of me waiting for food. I ordered and had to wait 20 minites for my food to come. When the food came, i couldn’t even finish the chicken sandwich because it had alot of salt. The sandwich was cold and mac and cheese looked like it was sitting all day. Staff looked uninterested. When i got up from the table, there were 2 bugs crawling on the floor. Will not come back here
Every time I come to this Popeyes there is a problem/food takes forever I do not understand. I can see if the restaurant is busy but even when there are only a few customers the service is still poor. I am currently sitting in the drive thru(have been for 20+ minutes with 2 cars in line). I love Popeyes but from now on will take my business elsewhere!!!

Normally I would come to this Popeyes when I'm wanting chicken, but after today's visit I'm not sure I'll return.I arrived at the location today and completed my order on the kiosk (order #8129) around 8:12pm. Being a former Popeyes employee, I was very displeased with the chicken that they were trying to serve me. Looks like that chicken had been sitting for hours. It looked all dried up and old. I had a chicken sandwich as well and when requested to have me a fresh one along with my chicken, the manager replied that by it being made already that she can not make it fresh. I end up waiting almost 45 minutes for my order. It's like no one was concerned about the situation, they all just huddled together and just talked amongst themselves.

I enjoy fried chicken like anyone else from my culture. But this location really needs a better management change. My online order is usually wrong and never ready even with a 20 min wait. This location needs better consistency overall.

This by far was the worst experience I've ever had, patronizing a fast food restaurant. From the service to the food was unacceptable. For example one of the sides I ordered wasn't available. Which I had know problem with. The issue accrued when I received push back for wanting a replacement side. I think a staff change needs to really be considered. This wasn't my first run in with the lack of customer service at this location. The quality of service isnt the only issue the food is horrendous. Looking at the previous reviews to mine seems that other customers agree. At this point I have to question does the owner or owners of this establishment care about their customers or just their money. In closing I started to frequent this restaurant about eight years ago. I can say with complete honesty the service and food has completely diminished and, I think it a direct reflection to whose being hired. Hopefully this review is taken constructively like it was intended to be.
Ordered the family meal- Food was cold, old and dried out. (Even after waiting for them to bring out 10 min later) Gravy usually is always a win at all Popeyes, this location, nope. It was like they added water to make it stretch(horrible) Never again. I’m done w/them. How did chik-fil-a dethrone the real chicken places? Do better Popeyes, I’m sure corporate or the location will send a poor comment to how they are sorry. Just dnt, make real changes. Waisted 45$
I waited over 50 minutes in person for a simple sandwich combo and asked about its status. You would expect them to inform customers when an order is taking a long time and to apologize but they did neither. They did not communicate with me at all. Instead, they laughed among themselves and called me a “yellow monkey” in Spanish (I understand Spanish due to my profession). At that point, I left the premises out of frustration. I was extremely upset but chose to walk away. I could report this location through a government contact for a health and safety investigation and potential hate related violations, but they are not worth my time or effort. They will be the architects of their own downfall. Do not go here.
Like the person before me said I had to leave 1 star but they deserve ZERO whatever you do don't go to this location. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Popeyes store 23901 South West Frwy Rosenberg Tx on Saturday, November 22. On October 25, 25, I placed an online pre-order for a turkey, paid $81.00, and received multiple email confirmations and a receipt under the name. When we arrived at the store on November 22nd for our scheduled pickup, the experience was unacceptable: Order Issues: Upon providing my name and order information, staff initially claimed my order could not be found. They will IGNORE YOU Lack of Managerial Support: We repeatedly requested to speak with a manager. Despite being informed that a manager was on site, no manager had the COURTESY to come to the front and speak with us or RESOLVE the issue. We waited approximately 45 minutes while staff attempted to locate the item. Poor Staff Conduct: When asked for their names or the manager's name, the staff members refused to provide this information. Their attitudes were dismissive and unhelpful, to the point that other customers present noted the poor treatment and said why won't you give a manager name. Zero Communication: After taking a picture of my receipt, staff offered no further communication or explanation about the delay or resolution process. It is baffling how a business can operate without basic customer courtesy or managerial accountability. The complete LACK of COMMUNICATION and the outright refusal of management to engage with a customer experiencing is appalling. I didn't yell I spoke with a low tone while I was there. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a formal response regarding the operational failures that led to this experience. I expect better service standards from your establishment.
The order of a Cajun turkey online is meant to be convenient right? Well apparently not!!!!!! How do you order a turkey online with a name, email address, and pay for it with multiple email reminders to pick up on your scheduled day and you get there and they tell you there is no order in your name? Not happy I spent 45 minutes waiting for my local Popeyes at 23901 Southwest Fwy Rosenberg TX 77471 on November 22, 2025 @ 7:15 pm looking for my frozen Cajun turkey. I pulled up my email confirmation with the attached receipt of my order placed so someone working at the location could take a picture of my confirmation receipt as she explained to someone on the phone I had proof of an order they could not find. No one was willing to talk to me as a matter of fact the crew was hiding out back looking up front. Guess no one wanted to tell me they had no clue where to find the frozen turkey. Eventually, 45 min later they found my frozen Cajun turkey. Tried getting the name of the manager at that location and they absolutely refused to say who that was also. The customers waiting in line were also puzzled as to why they would not say who was running that location they even asked also. Really hope any one else who placed and order gets their turkey with no issues. Popeye's management team - YOU REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH PREPARING YOUR TEAM MEMBERS WITH THE PROCESS FOR TURKEYS ORDERED ONLINE PICKUP FROM STORE LOCATIONS!
The food is good. The manager is a different story. She substituted my boneless wings for bone in, i don't know if this was intentional or not. She really didn't communicate at all and when I asked her for bbq she rolled her eyes and her attitude made it feel like I was inconveniencing her. She only gave me once sace for three orders of tenders. This has been the third time my online order is completely filled when she is around. I only come to this location because it is the closest near me.
If I could give negative stars I would. By far the worst location I have ever been too. Not only do they substitute food or side if they run out without asking. Their attitude here is also awful they ignore you and won’t even apologize for the wait time. The wait time is awful. I will place an online order thru app and wait at home just to avoid the lines only to get there 20 minutes after order and the food is still not ready even though it’s labeled ready on the app. I currently have my fiancée waiting for another 30 minutes after I placed my order 30 minutes ago and the food is still not ready. I won’t even waste my time anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this location. I will put a review on every platform if possible to warn people. If they don’t get a manager soon this location is gonna lose a lot of revenue!
Ordered 2 simple items through drive thru, a chicken sandwich and 3pc chicken meal. Received only the chicken meal. Please verify the order before handing the order. 2nd time time is happening when ordering through Popeyes
Came to order at drive thru. The one who took my order is the manager, no educated at all, showed really bad attitude although I asked her very nicely after 30mins long wait. She even didn’t look at my face to talk. If you really hate your job, stay at home or find something else. Don’t be there and treat customers like trash. I didn’t ask for free stuff, I paid for it so I deserve at least just normal response.
DO NOT GO HERE. This franchise needs to be shut down or replaced with a better operator because this is the only Popeyes where I consistently go to and get trash back. Number one I ordered through the mobile app and every single time it takes 30+ minutes to receive my food. Number two I witnessed back to back people entering the store because the Popeyes employees messed up their order whether if they gave them the wrong order or forgot multiple items. Number three, which is the most concerning is, I saw them returning food back into their warmer from these guests who gave them back the incorrect items that were included inside. This person literally came back from their car and gave the restaurant the food back so this is clearly a huge health and safety violation.
This is the second time an item was missed from my order so I called and asked for the manager. I told her what was missing and she said come by any time and hung up the phone. No apology, not asking if I live in the area to come back. As a manager, an apology would have been nice. Check your food before you leave this place.
Just a while ago today, we ordered the 2 person special online. When we arrived to pick up our meal, not only did we wait longer than usual but upon getting home with our meal, found three legs and a wing! So, the chicken wasn’t only short a chicken but no thighs and barely even chicken! Lol! After seeing how we were basically robbed of our purchase, we tried contacting the store without any success. We should of gone to KFC! Shame on this location!
