First time ordering and the experience was meh. The pizza dough was a little undercooked, but the sauce was flavorful. We ordered hot wings, but received regular wings without sauce. This was a delivery order and the food arrived on time. The driver called me rather than ring the doorbell upon arrival which is a little concerning as I often order delivery to home from work when I’m swamped or working late. I don’t know how that would have gone if I couldn’t answer.

Brandywine Gyro House has decent halal pizza, but nothing extraordinary. The flavors are good, but the portion sizes could be bigger for the price. Service is fine, and the atmosphere is basic. We only go for the pizzas, but it’s not a spot we’d go out of our way for.

Food flavor and presentation was as bad as its price. The sauce hade a soapy taste and the sandwich I ordered had a fishy taste and had no fish. And to top it off the online ordering makes you feel slow the deals are listed seperate and you have to type the deal to even see it. I will not be ordering from here again just because of the bad food the service was friendly but I wouldn't order lamb or chicken here but the garlic knots were good.

Reviews hold up true. The pizza was decent but they refused to add basic condiments to a sub. I requested a few toppings in place of the sauce. It was a simple request for a standard order from any sub/pizza shop, since their menu only has a few preset options for chicken subs and doesn’t allow for customization. This was intentional because they absolutely honored the no sauce request. I got left with dry bread and chicken…. Talk about cheap. I would have preferred if they just adjusted the total as they see fit. Sicilians 🍕 will do it any time.

Ordered bacon cheese fries. Received faux facon cheese fries. Delivery extremely slow - 45 minutes after stated delivery time. Maybe they were looking for real bacon…

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. IT'S NEVER ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION.. NEVER!! YOU COULD TELL THESE PEOPLE THAT YOU PREFER CERTAIN PARTS OF THE CHICKEN, THEY TELL YOU WHAT PARTS OF THE CHICKEN THEY'RE GOING TO GIVE YOU. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER,, OR YOU WILL PAY A HEFTY PRICE. Tell your delivery boy to be quiet and just deliver the food. No customer need to hear his smart lil 10 year old comments. Especially when he still driving mommy car. And living with her. Deliver the food n shut yuh skunt up. You are just ah delivery boy!!!!!

Took pictures i order wing zinger they get a 1 not good at all hard dried no season taste like they cooked the chicken in dirty grease. I ordered a haddock fish sandwich for $7.99 it was a little piece of fish on a big bun with old dark lettuce OK. Out of 1-10. 10 is good and 1 poor i give them a (1) 😡

these people were extremely rude! I ordered 2 daily gyro specials and a chicken quesadilla with 3 sodas. When putting in my order she rushed me off the phone. When I tried to confirm my order before hanging up she just kept saying "I got it, I got it". Our food came only 2 sodas and a cheese quesadilla and the 2 gyros. The poor driver did not have my correct phone number on the receipt. I called them back to explain that she gave me a cheese gyro, she once again cut me off stating she repeated the order. That was an outright LIE. She then proceeded to tell me what I ordered. Also stated "well, I wrote down a cheese quesadilla " I said that was wrong and not what I ordered. She continued to cut me off. I will not order from them again and will not be surprised if they go out of business with that crummy attitude!!!!

Desperately needs a cook with experience Received their flier in the mail. Decided to give it a try. First and Last time I recommend the Fried Chicken Mix. very tasty and cooked correctly. As for the rest of our order. The fried mushrooms were small in portion for the price , arrived cold as cold can be. French fries absolutely cold My wife’s Cheeseburger sub was nothing special or even worth mentioning. Save your money . Go buy that nice steak you won’t spend $$ on. You’ll be ahead of the game financially and your tastebuds more happy.
