I stopped here last night for food togo. Service was fast. However, as I was beginning to eat my meal I noticed that the fries were ice cold in the middle and realized they hadn't cooked them long enough. Chicken was ok but then I found a hair in my food and lost my appetite.

Ordered a meal with fries, how donyou forget the fries with the meal!? The manager needs to check on his employees and make sure orders are correct before they go out the window.

The food was just ok, not worth the price. The place was dirty. We didn't realize how bad until we were sitting eating.

This place has fallen off terribly. Spent 50 bucks and got no gravy and a box of what I can only imagine was a tender at one point. Feed the box to my dogs. I will not be back!

Stopped here normally a chicken express lover. They had NO ICE OR TEA. Absolutely a poor excuse for a normally excellent chicken Express franchise.. owner pay attention before your franchise gets ran into the ground

Went through the drive thru, Sunday at 6:00pm. The lady at the window was very rude, while taking our order and she even rolled her eyes when asked for something that was missing in our order. I’m a regular costumer and I don’t appreciate that.

I went to purchase a 16 family pack and it was 8:40 pm. I was told they didn't have anything but a 8 pc family meal. Seems they dont care to make a good sale

Came through drive thru. I ordered tenders and received bone in chicken. Called about their mistake got an I'm sorry and was hung up on. Great customer service...... not!! I Was impressed with how great this place is but now I'm not so sure. Manager isn't very helpful with fixing the mistakes of their staff. Do better!!

Updated: spoke to owner and have been assured the employees have been instructed to take care of customers and drop fresh chicken even if it is 2min from closing time. I called at 8:27 pm to confirm the closing time(10pm) and make sure if we made the 40min drive that there would be chicken tenders available to purchase seems how they close at 10pm and was assured that would not be a problem. When we get to the drive through(9:10pm) we are told after trying to place an order (25pc regular tender with 2 family sides(okra/french fries),5 jalapeños, and rolls) that they are out of regular tenders and only have spicy. Our kids can’t eat spicy so we ask if they can substitute for bone in chicken instead and the gentleman working the drive through can be heard asking if that would be okay and a lady says no. So we say thank you anyways and drive away. When I called to speak to the manager about 20min later on our way home to let her know I would be calling the district manager she then informs me that if we are still close by that they had just had to drop more tenders because more customers had showed up and could have our order filled, but that they usually only drop chicken for the last time at 8:30pm because it takes time to close down and clean up before the staff can leave. I was highly disappointed and explained that we had even been willing to have the food substituted with bone in and she said that should have been okay. Our order would have been over $60 on the food and probably another $15 on wasted gas that isn’t even taking into account of our lost time. This was a big waste of time and very upset childen!
