My go to for my obsession of sonic ice. Great burgers and big varieties of drinks. Everyone there has always been kind and never had to send back anything.
The customer service was really nice. Ashley, one of the evening servers, was really sweet and was very helpful.
Can never go wrong with the cheeseburgers here. Happy hour 2-4pm for drinks and half price shakes after 8pm.

This has to be one of the BEST Sonics and thankfully the one closest to my house. Crushed ice is a thing with me. That being said, Sonic is my go-to anywhere I am. Their team just seems to always work really well together. To be able to say that I’ve NEVER had a bad experience not even one and I go almost daily for nearly 3 years speaks for itself. It's better than going to McDonald's. The only bad thing I have to say is that when ordering a chili cheese dog it should be an option at no charge to have mustard and onions out on it.
It’s a sonic. But it’s one of the best Sonics I’ve been to! Anytime I get food it’s always really good, I can personally say I’ve never gotten sick from food here. The employees are super friendly, and the wait is never super long. Always a go-to when I’m not sure what I want in town. I just wish they did a rewards program!
The new staff here are very friendly and generous as they bring the food to the car. Even with covid you can hear the smile behind the mask. Food is great and on point. Be kind to these kids serving your needs, tips should be recommended for their services. My sons first time having a vanilla shake and he loved it. Thanks Sonic team!
I went through the drive thru this morning and cheerfully greeted by Holly. Her sweet and happy demeanor was a breath of fresh air.
Stopped here on our way our for a road trip. The girls working the drive through were the most fun!! Food was delish as always, and customer service was great. Loved my Sonic experience!
Located right off interstate, food hit the spot, seating outside, the staff were very kind and helpful (and gave my dogs pup cup)
Had trouble hearing them over the radio, had a miscommunication at the drive up, manager came out and took my order personally. She ended up comping my meal for the inconvenience. God bless this group of good people. They were calm and cool, and very respectful. Food was great!
Wonderful Sonic everything you would hope for. The young lady greeted me with the warmest greeting I've ever had at a fast food place hello sir my name is Haley how are you today? Miss Haley needs a pat on the back for doing a great job . And the food was hot fresh and very tasty. Very happy with this place.

Car hops are always so nice, pretty quick service. Sometimes drive through is a longer wait but be sure you'll get hot food.
First time at this location, good refreshing drinks, but I was looking for a Malt milkshake and they didn't have it, overall is good.
Not a bad option... Way better than MickyD's... You can actually taste where the bun leaves off and the meat begins.

Service was quick and friendly. The diet Cherry Limeade was ok, but could have had more cherry flavor.

It always happens to me that when I ask to add grilled onions they take away the raw onions from my burger. They do not seem to know the meaning of adding. It is not only in this place it happens in others too because the restaurateurs do not teach their workers the meaning of adding a vegetable, in this case was to add grilled onions. That means that I want to keep the raw onions and add a side of grilled onions.
I have only been there once and even though the service was fast the chicken tenders I ordered were over cooked or possibly the oil they fried them in needs to be changed. It was not good at all.
The service was ok. Tried the order ahead feature. But they still have the wrong food. The app is super easy.

Decent food, usually quick but Have asked several times to please mark burgers as to mayo or mustard - they always say they will, but have yet to fulfill this request.
Well, the service was fast. The staff was friendly and my order was correct. After inspecting my order, in the future, I just hope that they improve on mixing the flavoring with the ice, for the Slush style drinks. As mine wasn't mixed properly. Other than that, it's a location that I'll be returning to again.
I got a burnt bun in my slider. And the speaker was very hard to hear from. The young lady taking my order rang everything up individually on my meal and I had to ask if that was correct since it was costing more. They were polite and pleasant.
The nicest way to explain it... Unorganized. The manager was doing her best but it wasn't the best experience. Food wasn't great either. Good luck in the future though.

Make sure they get your order right on screen I asked for a happy hour discount was told I would get it but the screen didn't show car hop gets to car I ask if I got it and no I didn't rather than adjust the price they charged me without the discount and was told I would get it next time I come during happy hour total bummer
This "SONIC" is horrible.. Sad food and the app still never works here.. Gave them months to get it together and it's still mediocre at best.. Would love to be able to use the app here.. staff literally screams through the speaker!!
Just paid $3.99 for 1/2 a sonic blast. I want one like the picture!!. I took pictures of it before I even took a bite. I am not kidding it is only 1/2 and now I just found a air pocket!! 😢
Shake machine was down...again. Foot long Coney was barely warm and they left the onions off after I specifically said I wanted them. They need training.
First time stopping by and ordered 2 blasts. One had the correct toppings and a good amount and the other was basically plain. Wasn’t happy with throwing it away
I usually like Sonic, but this time, not so much. I ordered a strip meal and when I received it, the chicken strips were very dark. The meal tasted burnt and I also ordered a mango sweet tea & I just got regular sweet tea instead. A little disappointed with this meal, but I still will eat at Sonic. I love happy hour! 😁
The food was fine, but I was profiled for being gay during pride month. I pulled in with a coworker who happened to also be male, and we were told “drive thru only” at 11a. Other cars had carhops serving when we pulled up and after we went through the drive thru. That’s the only logical place I could go as to why they wouldn’t serve me like I was one of the other customers. Bad look.
Stopped by around 9pm..ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger...when I got to the house everything was cold, not even the cheese in thr burger was melted.

Upon arrival at this location there was a very very very loud female sitting in her truck having a explicit conversation with someone on her by phone which made me feel very uncomfortable it made not want to eat at this location but me and my wife were on a road trip and stopped for a quick bite but it took our order some more than 25 minutes to reach our car after inquiring about the status of our order because there was no information on the screen anymore we were told not to rush them our food was being bagged and on its way to our car 5 to 7 minutes later we were greeted by a redheaded tattooed heavily attitudinal young lady who pushed our food in the window and walked away without asking us if there was anything else we needed mind you we had no napkins no utensils or any straws we may do with our food and try to enjoy our butter burger which turned out to be the driest Burger I have ever ingested in my life I woke up the next morning with severe chest pains, heartburn and a nauseous feeling I don't suggest anyone ever tries anything from this location I would not recommend it.

Ordered a Red Bull Cherry Limeaid - there was no RedBull in it, no cherry and no lime slice, so basically it was a cherry slush for $4. The car hop was looking tired and was unfriendly.

Ordered a blast and a cream slush got almost plain ice cream for the blast, cream slush had more Oreo in it then the blast did due to not being cleaned off before mixing. Don't go to this Sonic. Wasn't busy either so no excuse
Today was a very disappointing day to order from this sonic. I had to take some medication and stopped to get a unsweetened tea it was gross . Won't make that mistake again
Good Evening,This Sonic-Has to be the most poorest excuse for a Sonic location.I highly recommend the location be demolished. It doesn't matter if you order food or drinks. This location cannot get it right. A lady named Paige k.took my order after waiting 30 minutes in a stall please pull to drive thru. Don't waste your time at this location.
Give 1 star and that's being extremely generous. Went there to get a simple soda. It was 10 min till closing. They said they were closed and wouldn't serve us. Seems they need new folks in that place. Current ones don't want to work.
Who ever says sonic food in Sealy is good really has low standards in quality of food and how it suppose to taste. I've never had a more cold stale tasting burger in my life. I mean I really didn't expect mind blowing because it's fast food, but at the least put some effort into it. Couldn't even finish it. I'll never ever, ever ,ever ever eat at this place in Sealy again. They should just leave the food out of it and just makes drinks. Who ever is running this joint really needs to train their staff of a quality product. Just looks like poor ownership, management all the way down to cooks. Good luck sonic you just lost a customer.
So came to sonic and was being talked over when trying to order we tried to get shakes but everytime we come they say ice cream machine not working( AND YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT MCDONALDS) This visit took 30 mins to get food considering we were only car ....the order taker kept talking over me and kept saying can u repeat that ...while waiting on food the cook was outside smoking a cigarettes really like no wonder we were waiting so long only nice person was the car hop then got home and chili looked old and dry
I love Sonic so much but the Sonic in sealy SUCKS! They can’t make ANYTHING right. Chili cheese dogs barely have a drop of chili & don’t get me started with the dry wings. I’m done with them!!
This is the fourth time that they have mess up my order . They say their on way to someone car but they don’t come to that someone car for another 20 minutes. The sonic app half works and when I move here 1 year ago this sonic was doing ok but now it. It is So downhill That I don't what To come back to it.
8pm on a Monday night. They sent everyone that were at the stalls to drive thru. Then when they got to the speaker the worker told them “we aren’t serving anything right now” How does that even work? You should’ve said that when everyone was at the stalls. If it’s understaffed then that’s poor management.
Had me repeat my order 4xs just to receive it wrong. Had already left , had to turn around and they gave me a remake only to make that one wrong too ! Didnt want to turn around so when I called to let them know they messed again they told me they could do nothing about It bc it was 5mins till 10pmand they dint offer remakes from the following day once they open.
Cold burger and cheese. Looks like it was just thrown together. Cup had ice all the way to the rim so not much to drink inside. This sonic use to be quite good but now it seems to be going downhill.

We just got chocolate shakes for the kids. They taste really sour. Like bad milk was used or the machine is in need of a cleaning.

We came to Sonic at 8:55 and ordered our meals at 9:04. Our intention was to treat our son for winning his baseball game. When ordering a shake we were told they are no longer serving shakes because they’re cleaning the machine already. When asked what time they closed she said 10pm. Another person did the same thing. Losing business.
Went to this store to get gift certificates. I tried to use on of the kiosts and was told only drive thru orders. I tried to tell the person I wanted gift certificates, but got no answer. I went to the drive thru had to wait in line while another person talked with the attendent. Finally got to the order station and then was told this store does not sell gift cards. Worst customer service anywhere!!! My first time to go there and there will not be another try. Horrible!!!!!
I did an online order when i arrive I decide that i wanted to add another order so i parked and notify on APP i had arrived, while i placed my 2nd order and payed for it the app said “you have an order pending on the way reach out to the red button and notify them” I reach out and let them know i had arrived and placed two orders they said okay we got it they guy came with one order when asked for 2nd he said yes they are aware of it and working on it i waited and waited for about 20 min reach out to them said how long for order they said it be right out shortly waited another more minutes asked to give an ETA time since i was going on 30 min the girl said “you didn’t put on the app that you had arrive” I got pissed off!! Since the previous person said they where working on it so which one was it ?? So i waited again since they where “still working” mind this is already 30+ min now since i had placed the orders decide to go to drive through and the girl knew which order i was waiting on [which was my 2nd order] so why take so long to give me my order my first order was ice cream by time I waited they where all melted. Not even an apology or anything for this inconvenience this sonic has gone down the hill and I’ve been living in Sealy for more that 20 + years.
Employees steal customers money!!! Went there last night and I had the worst service I’ve ever seen at a sonic. Took them over 5 minutes to take my order then over 15 minutes to receive that order and when I paid in cash they tried to keep my change. I pushed the button and requested my change back and I was told someone would be right out. I waited 10 minutes and no one came, had to go to the drive thru to get it back. And no they were not busy probably 4 cars at the drive in and 1 car at the drive thru.
My third disappointing experience at the Sealy Sonic in a week. Either they never answer the call button or you have to repeat the order three times like today and the order is still wrong and the car hop seemed to have an attitude when I asked her if this one was working correctly because the volume was at about 20% of what it should be and it was difficult to hear. This is the first time that I've never left a tip. The responsibility Falls squarely on the shoulders of management to better train the employees and to make sure all of your equipment is working properly.
I used to go here all the time, then COVID struck and it quickly became a roller coaster of different workers, and being poorly run. I live a few blocks away but I will drive all the way to Bellville now when I want to go to Sonic. Sealy is much larger than Bellville yet this sonic in Sealy closes early, and in the morning will not service the stalls--which is not even a legit Sonic policy! Bellville Sonic has much better management I guess--they serve the stalls in the morning and they are open til midnight every night. It's insane that the Sealy one, right next to I-10 no less, is not. Just another place trashed by COVID economic policies that never recovered. And there are good workers in the mix here, but you will probably encounter them once or twice then never again. Pulled up at one of the stalls to order food/drinks. Pressed the red button, after 8 minutes, drove away as NO one acknowledged me. At the time of pulling up, there was no one in at the drive thru as well as no other cars in the stall. Could see the employees inside the building carrying on conversations and what appeared to be laughing amongst them. A few days prior to this day, they even missed up a simple drink order. Doubt I will return my business back to this business.
I was at the stall and I placed an order and after placing my order and paying for it I forgot to order an extra drink so I push the little red button and sat there and waited for 10 minutes then had to push it again just to be able to order a large blue ocean water when they finally answered on the speaker I had to repeat myself five different times for them to hear me. When my food finally came out there was no dipping sauce that I requested, there were no napkins, no peppermints and my chicken bites were cold.
We have had so many problems with the SEALY sonic. They could care less when they mess up your order. I’m diabetic so it is VERY important that my drink is diet. I can’t even tell you how many times I go and ask is this diet and they say yes and it’s not. It’s hard for me to tell the difference. Then when I have drank about half and realize it’s not diet my sugars are threw the roof. When I tell them they just say oh. My husband just and a bad experience today and they told him “sorry I just work here”. Please get competent adults than can work.
I normally come and get the chicken strips I simply asked the lady to fill the gravy up to the top because it’s never enough for my food. She told me they only fill it up half way and she charged me for another gravy. How crazy and rude. I think it’s crazy how I have to pay 50 cents extra to get my gravy filled to the top . Not even another gravy just to fill it up, how dumb.
Every time I stop here my order is missing something and they take forever to fix it. Customer service has really gotten poorer and the food isn’t that enjoyable after all the waiting when it goes cold.
Workers had the lights turned off and did not answer the drive through! It’s 9:28pm and the hours are until 10pm… corporate will be getting a phone call. You do not close 30 min early! Whataburger got our business instead.
This Sonic is usually very good. Not so today. The burgers and tots were cold. The burger patties must have been cooked yesterday or early morning and barely kept warm. The tots were cold and somewhat soggy. Definitely should have chosen McDonald's, which is right next door. However the carhop/waitress was friendly.
It was 7:57 am we are from Arizona pulled up to order food. The girl told us she can only serve drinks because they have no food ready since they don't open till eight. We left empty handed hungry and annoyed. Don't plan on being back any time soon and even if we were we wouldn't go back. A simple it will be a bit longer since the food isn't ready yet would of suffused since it was practically eight. Don't stop here for your early morning breakfast stop because they won't serve you.
Everytime I go to the sonic I sealy they never have anything available I go to the one in Bellville and they always have everything available .the customer service is god awful as well.
I wish I could give you an accurate review about the food, but they don't ever pick up to order.
Employees lately are rude ! They do not like if you try to look for change for a second even if you are the only one there. If they do not open fir breakfast on Saturdays until 9 just wait until 12…
Extra slow, cold food. Medium tots with cheese was actually a small size.
I’ve been to different sonics in different locations that are constantly busy & are always packed. But I do not wait nowhere near as long at this location. There’s hardly ever any cars at this location & I know why. The food is never brought out in a timely manner. If you want something quick I wouldn’t suggest Sonic, but if you don’t mind waiting the food is still good. Workers are nice, just not the service..
i went the other day and the lady in the black shirt i assume she’s the general manager was extremely rude and rushing us. she didn’t introduce herself or tell me my total and when we got to the window i could see her rushing around so i tried to understand her frustration and stress but she was still very unkind. on the other hand the carhop was a young girl with short dark hair i didn’t get her name but she was very nice and gave a kind smile and even told us to have a good day. that’s just the attitude sonic needs right about now
Ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, & pickles , I got mustard, no cheese & so burnt I couldn’t eat it. If it wasn’t for pulling off the interstate for a drive through bite I would have returned it. I mean how hard is it to make a cheeseburger? This isn’t the first issue with Donic getting an order correct. I’m done with Sonic for good this time. I will go next door to Mac Donald’s !
Well I did not take the advice of the other reviewers, shame on me. A simple order of two burgers and instead I received fried cheese and some kind of cinnamon twists. How can this location stay in business, especially with a McDonald's next door? I know I will never be back.
Long wait times in the drive through, despite lots of employees inside. Seems to be poor prioritization of orders. Teenager coming to the window didn’t seem interested in moving things along. An older lady finally bringing our order seemed courteous though.
Waiting over 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Went to window 3 employees were talking. Car in front of me were given 1 drink, then a few moments later another. Then they talked awhile til I honked. Employee came out and asked if I ordered. I said nobody ever took it. Waited 5 minutes, and drove forward. When I drove up the same employee asked if I ordered. I asked for the manager. Was told he went to buy ice. Then didn't have pennies to give me correct change back
Honestly I have been to many Sonics in my life, from California to Texas and I am always very disappointed with this one. Somehow they never have things like hot dog/corn dogs, half the time it's drive through only.. I have watched multiple workers hanging out on their phones rather than helping us with our orders. We went on a Saturday evening and it was drive through only, no hot dogs/corn dogs, they didn't have the drink I normally order, and I got myself chili cheese fries which we waited nearly 10 minutes for and they were terrible.
Make sure you check your order. This is the second time I ordered chili cheese TATER TOTS only to be surprised with fries that are in NO WAY cooked. burger patties have been cold the last few times we’ve gone too. I understand people can make mistakes when it’s busy but I was the only person there.
Rudest service ever! Just left!! Was cut off while ordering my food and was told my total, and I wasn't even done ordering dinner. I stated I wasn't done ordering while she was repeating was she did take down so far, she ignored me and turned off the speaker. I left and came next door to Dairy Queen instead!!! Dairy Queen doesn't rush you, they were nice and professional!!
This is disgusting! The fries were stale, the lettuce was bad!!! And you want me to feed this to my family!!! I really don't understand this when we waited about 20 minutes for our food because yall were busy! Everything should have been fresh. My husband scarfed down his burger then kept saying it tasted nasty, when I opened mine, to make sure there weren't any onions, I saw the nasty brown lettuce. Now my husband feels sick.
