Opiniones de Kitchen 57 South Miami
Born and raised in Miami, have not had true hospitality here like this in a WHILE. Carlos was our server and he was excellent. Made great recommendations. Everything we had food-wise was excellent as well. Ambience caters to just about anything. Upscale casual? (For Miami lol take that as you will). Highly recommend.
Kitchen 57 is a hidden gem! The food is top-notch, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Service is excellent and always timely, which makes the experience even better. Parking is easy and convenient, and the location is prime, right in the heart of the Dadeland/Sunset Place area. I truly believe this spot will become a staple in the years to come, especially with the hopeful revamp of the mall next door. Definitely worth a visit!
The service was excellent. Food very good and Ana our waitress was gorgeous, definitely I will recommend the place and Ana
The owners greeted us with love. Gerson. Waited on us with charming personality. Food was amazing we had pizza and turkey burger. Best part was free bday cake for mom a bread pudding. 🍞 #delicious food porn
Shoutout to Michael and his staff. Britney served our entire party of 25 in the private room and was exceptional! Sliders, tuna poke, veggie spring rolls, dumplings, empanadas were outstanding. Drinks were great as well. Highly recommend
We had an excellent experience at Kitchen 57 Miami thanks to our server, Gerson. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything about our meal was perfect. The service was smooth, the recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly attitude made the evening even better. Truly great service — highly recommend!
Kitchen 57’s Tuesday burger deal is legit. Great flavor, good portions, and solid value. Perfect spot to grab a quality burger without overpaying. Definitely worth stopping by on a weekday night.
Been here for weekend lunch twice now and both times have been incredible. Jay was amazing. Made great recommendations and serves up a mean Bloody Mary. Food is delicious. Highest recommendation.
Gregory is the BEST! He serves my husband and I every time we come here. The food and service is always A-1. We highly recommend him! Always a great time! ❤️ You’re the best Greg!
Anna is the most efficient, lovely server we have ever had! We have ( my contemporaries visit 57 every Thursday and plus! ) and she is the best we have ever had! She remembers each of our cocktails of choice and is sooo personable!!! She is the best!!!
I loved this place. I took my kid here and everyone was so kind to her especially Ana. Everyone was so since it was Halloween but everyday I hear from my friends that this place is really good and that if I come here I should ask for Ana which I now realize the reason why which is that she is the best worker of all works because she is so nice with my daughter and everyone!
Good was absolutely excellent!!! We enjoyed the happy hour menu such as the chicken wings and sliders. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the ice cream sandwich, not the usual flavor of vanilla or chocolate, having it with mint chocolate chip made it even better and the homemade cookies was awesome, plus the serving was big enough to share. Service was excellent, Carlos was our waiter and he was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable about the options and made great recommendations. He was outstanding. If you have not gone to Kitchen57 it’s definitely a must to try
We visited kitchen 57 for the first time tonight. Honestly it quickly became a favourite and we will be revisiting. I think it's cool that you can order fancy food at the same place another group is coming for Modelos and pizza. Definitely a great use of the neighborhood intersection. All that said, please, please please please, change the name on the menu from "Oversized" sides. That is my only complaint. When you order an OVERSIZED truffle fries and expect a pile of fries, but you're met with a (at most) normal sized side portion, it forces disappointment into an otherwise flawless dinner. That's it. Maybe I was just unlucky and it was a night you were low on fries or something.. Still will be returning, and I still will order the side of truffle fries because they were good. I just hope to find out if I need to start ordering two in order to share.
Delicious food in a nice location with easy cool vibes. Sebastian, our server, was A-1: excellent service, very personable, and attentive. We enjoyed our experience here.
Food and service were amazing!. Our server, Gerson was delightful and so attentive. Atmosphere and overall experience 10/10!
I been a regular since the beginning. Ana always treat us like it's the first time. Great food and drinks. And mostly great service. Come in and ask for her. Shes the best .
Food was incredible! Greg was our server and he was A++. Incredible service, very kind, and made us feel very welcome
We visited Kitchen 57 for the first time and had an amazing. Ana, our waitress, was very attentive and kind throughout the entire night.
Be sure to check out this gem in South Miami before there's a line around the block. Mouthwatering food at reasonable prices with amazing service is a rare find in Miami. The buffet salad is good enough to be a meal on its own. I also tried the veggie pizza with a cauliflower crust. It was thin and crispy and perfect. The key lime custard was a delightful end to the meal. It was tart and creamy and absolutely delicious. The other delight was our server, Carlos, who went out of his way to take special care of us. I'm definitely coming back!
Last night a friend and I returned to Kitchen 57 formerly "Town" for a wonderful happy hour experience. The former Town chef has re-opened the same S. Miami location as Kitchen 57 and it is obvious a foodie is in charge. The happy hour menu is full of great choices. My friend and I had the Parisian Burgers (2) with truffle fries $10. such a bargain, delicious and expertly prepared. She started with the shrimp dumplings which were high quality, freshly made and not from frozen. Ms. Noel, our server, couldn't have been nicer and caring about the service and drink descriptions when asked by me and my friend. The bar manager was also very pleasant and customer service oriented. We sat outside and it was delightful at the last southern most table as the sun set the column blocked its heat! Go there now, you'll be surprised and forget about your previous notions about Town.
So glad to see this amazing spot doing thier thing again in South Miami. Such a great vibe...always a live and fun crowd of people with affordable and delicious menu. Food and drinks were top notch. Everything we tried was so tasty ..from the Short Rib Cavatelli...Zucchini fries...to the Garbage Salad which they are known for...it was hands down great. I've lived in the area forever and it's worth a visit. Ana was our server...AMAZING...ask for her...She was on top of everything from the minute we walked in. Make sure to try the Cilantro Ramos....Absolutely Amazing Experience...
Noelle was absolutely amazing. Best server I’ve ever had. She was on point, greeted us right when we sat, explained the restaurant and all of the promos they have, she even gave us a round for our celebration. We absolutely loved her. The food here is solid, the vibes and music are great. 10/10 experience
Went to Kitchen 57 for the first time about 2 weeks ago, forgot to do a review but still remember the great food. The tuna nachos were incredible, one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. The meat was a bit disappointing, since it was a little tough/chewy with the dishes we tried which were the burnt ends and patty melt. But the mahi sandwich and deconstructed key like pie made up for it. Will 100% be coming back to try some drinks and the charcuterie.
Visited for happy hour on Wednesday for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Sebastian greeted us warmly and ran through our options for happy hour specials and drinks. We decided on the margherita pizza, truffle fries, and passion mojito which were all so delicious. The pizza was crispy and salty topped with blistered cherry tomatoes *chef's kiss*. Sebastian checked on us a few times during our meal and other staff refilled our water glasses which I appreciate. Overall great prices and the vibe is perfect for date night or even meeting up with friends. I plan to visit again and try other meals. Also love that happy hour lasts until 7pm! I came from downtown Miami after work and was relieved to find a spot that doesn't end happy hour by 6.
What a pleasant surprise Kitchen 57 was. I didn’t have any expectations coming in, but left super impressed. I’m not the biggest fan of American fare, but that changed after today! Each dish was different than the last and everything was phenomenal. The food was amazing, Sebastian, our server was just as amazing and the speed of service was phenomenal. I left STUFFED and I was happy about it. The cocktails and mocktails were amazing too. Check this place out asap!
Second visit here, I had an even better experience than the first time! Being in the hospitality industry as a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, and the Florida Keys, I truly appreciate the great hospitality I received here from not only my server Cricket, but the owner and his wife are very hands on and you can tell put much love and passion into this business. Really heartwarming and adds so much to the experience 💕 💖! I was here to support my fellow DJ friend @benredd to do his Booze & Vinyl promotion which really added to the vibe. Both dishes I had, Salmon and Rigatoni were flavorful and cooked to perfection. Recommend even MORE 👌 👏 now!! First Visit: Loved this place, and enjoyed everything about it including the vibe, service courtesy of Ana our server, and the food which was a phenomenal value for the money considering the quality, serving size, presentation, and taste! Had the Blackened Chicken Breasts (with large side $20! and the burger). Ana even explained all the different events/promos they have goin on, and told me about her long time working here. Really appreciated the down home, family typa hospitality! The owner and executive chef Michael Altman even came to our table, and you can feel the love, pride, and more he puts into his biz. Meraki is a Greek word I learned recently which he and Ana have. I'm a local wedding and event DJ in Miami and South Florida that came to support my DJ friend @bennredd (who was performing a great DJ set with a mix of throwbacks and more contemporary sounds) but wasn't expecting such a great experience as this was! There's an added benefit of talented bands performing live entertainment at nearby venues within a short, safe walking distance, so plan your evening accordingly. Have dinner here then pub crawl lol. They even have a rewards program, Kitchen Perks, which encourages repeat customers in addition to all the above. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!
Stopped in for dinner while in town. I ordered the Mozzarella & Tomato’s with Parma ham starter, with a cold Draft Pilsner, snd the Chicken Parmigiana for my main. My daughter ordered the Burrito Bowl with Steak and a Shirley Temple. We shared the Brownies & Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. The place was pumping, and had a great vibe: lots of folks in the front bar area, and a good portion of the dining area was filled with people enjoying their diners, desserts, and drinks. We both enjoyed what we ordered, and would probably come back. Our Service was perfection!
Let me tell you about Cricket he is the best bartender in town, he is entertaining, vibrant full of passion about his job.. jokes are non stop! I recommend the food and drinks with a passion mind you I’m super picky. Adrian the manager came out and greeted us which was a nice personal touch to our visit. Love this place try it out !
Regardless of how the food is, the waiter makes or breaks the difference and experience. Our waiter Greg was AMAZING! Personable, timely, knowledgeable and right on point. Food offerings are extensive and good luck narrowing it down.
Carlos (excellent server) and Adrian (manager) were awesome tonight. The food was great, much better option than eating at home! Everything is made from scratch and we loved the Brussels sprouts and chicken Parmesan. Also highly recommend the chicken breast from the simply grilled menu. The staff are friendly and very quick.
First time! Love their social hour! Great options. The food was exceptional! The portions are generous. The staff is very attentive. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and try the short rib. Love the different seating options.
Our waiter Gerson was not only polite and professional but made the most amazing mocha coffees and the brunch was outstanding love the location and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful night we came for the ribs and they where delicious the meat fell off the bone: Our lovely friendly knowledgeable waiter Gerson was outstanding, Gracias Gerson!!
The food was outstanding and the service was Top Tier. Thank you to the bartender Cricket made sure I had a great experience! Will definitely be back very soon! Great happy hour specials!
Great new spot! The food is good, we had the muscles which were in amazing sauce, the only thing I would charge is the side, I would rather have some kind of bread with it instead of fries. The zucchini fries are really good, big portions. You can also pick pizza or burgers. Happy hour also on Saturday till 7 pm for food and drinks - cocktails, beer and wine. The cocktails are amazing, try Old 57 or lychee martini. The bartenders are super friendly and funny! We had a great time!

Stopped by on a work project with two co-workers in the greater Miami region. Our server was awesome. Food was pretty good. Definitely fresh in an area with lots to do by walking / touring. Had Wings and a salad. Would come back!
From the moment you walk in, you are met with smiles and friendliness. We had a reservation but we were early and still quickly sat at a table. Our server was prompt with water as we were looking at the drink menu for some cocktails. My wife and I both ordered an espresso martini, one with Kailua, and one without. Both tasted very good and had the perfect mix of alcohol and other ingredients. For dinner, my wife ordered the Philly cheesteak sandwich with truffle fries. That sandwich was one of the best "cheesteaks" I've had in a long time and I'm from the Philadelphia area. I ordered the pasta pomodoro with shrimp. I am a huge fan of quality red sauce and this meal did not disappoint. My daughter who is a chicken Cesar salad connoisseur, said we could add this one to her very small list of approved salads. Food was only a piece of the exceptional night we had at Kitchen 57. We had a gift card won at a fundraiser raffle, but there was an issue with it. Mike, the owner, personally came to explain the issue, but still honored it. We were already planning to return regardless if the gift certificate was accepted, now we know for a fact this restaurant will be a repeat visit for us. Three diverse menu, friendly staff, and great leadership is why you should go too. You will not be disappointed.
Celebrated a family members birthday here last week. They accommodated a good amount of people in their private room. The servers were very pleasant, attentive and helpful. The food was very good as well. Would recommend for a planned gathering to celebrate, or just to stop in for a meal. Drinks were also very well made. Old fashioned was perfect.
Totally spontaneous decision that topped off our Saturday night out. The Philly was great, smash burger was also delicious. My kid ate her all her sliders! Our water glasses were never empty and the restaurant was beautiful. Honestly, what made this all come together was our server, Sebastian. So grateful to have been able to enjoy this dinner because of his service. Truly an asset to the restaurant. Thank you Sebastian!
Jonathan A at Kitchen 57 in Sunset is truly exceptional. From the moment you sit at the bar, his energy and hospitality stand out. He’s attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the customers he serves. What impressed me most is that Jonathan goes above and beyond—not just as a bartender, but as a person. He even took the time to help me with a personal matter outside of the bar, which says a lot about his character. Great service is one thing, but kindness and authenticity are what make someone memorable. Jonathan delivers both. Kitchen 57 is lucky to have him.

Had dinner at kitchen 57 last night and had an overall good experience. The server Sebastian and assistant Jacob were on point & very friendly & attentive We had excellent dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives, mussels, and an order of the short rib pasta. My only critique is that we found the pasta a bit on the bland side like they missed salting it or maybe the kitchen had an off night. The mussels were very nice. We got a side of bread for dipping in the delicious sauce and also had the bread pudding dessert. Overall, a good experience, even with the pasta miss.
We ate at Kitchen 57 and sat outside, which was a great way to enjoy the area. We ordered the hamburger and the nachos. The burger was cooked perfectly. The nachos were tasty but not what I expected, as they included raw tuna, which was not mentioned on the menu and was not brought up by the waiter (he did ask about allergies). The top layer of the nachos could be eaten with our fingers, but the lower layer had a lot of juice, so we ended up eating that part with a fork. I would come back for the burger and the outdoor seating, but I probably would not order the nachos again.
We went here for happy hour to celebrate a birthday. We sat in the bar area. On Thursday’s they offer free campaign for woman and they have a great and reasonably priced selection of happy hour food. Every thing tasted great and Ana our waitress was friendly and always available. Some of the seats in the bar area were not comfortable to sit for long periods of time. The noise level was very loud and if someone was not sitting next to you, you could not hear conversations. There was plenty of paid street parking that required an app but was easy to use and to add time if needed. Street parking can get expensive if you are parked for any length of time. This place is very popular and it appears to be a local spot. It can get crowded and very loud.

Friendly people. nice outdoor seating. Smash burgers with only meat, cheese, and onion are okay but need lettuce, tomato, or something. very heavy and salty.
Tried Kitchen 57 for a first date and overall it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. We started with the fried zucchini, which wasn’t really my favorite — the pieces were thick-cut and different from most fried zucchini I’ve had, and the sauce didn’t pair well. It came with like a runny spicy mayo type sauce, but I think a marinara would’ve complemented it better. My date ordered the chicken parm. It actually had ricotta in it, which isn’t traditional, but it wasn’t bad. The bigger issue was the pasta — it was overcooked, the sauce was just layered on top instead of mixed in, and the portion size felt a little small.I went with the blackened mahi Reuben. Unfortunately, I didn’t really taste much of the blackening seasoning, and the fish itself was a bit bland. I also wish the portion of fish was bigger. The fries were hot and fresh though, which was a nice — just wish there were more of them.It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. That said, this area can be tough for restaurants, so I hope they make it. The service was decent and not a bad spot overall, just would expect a little more for 120$ after tip meal.
Extremely Disappointing Experience. I Would Not Recommend I visited with a friend recently and tried their summer lunch special. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. The service was poor, slow, inattentive, and disorganized. Our waiter was also noticeably passive-aggressive, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As for the food, it didn’t fare any better. We started with the Brussels sprouts, which were decent and ended up being the only highlight. The main dishes, the 57 Burger and the Rigatoni Pomodoro, arrived cold and completely lacking in flavor. Given the high expectations and pricing, this was an incredibly disappointing visit. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.
