Apparently Ruby is allergic to answering questions. Our conversation was as follows: Ruby: "What can I do for you today?" Me: "Good morning. I'm gonna do the #3 combo. On that personal pan pizza, is it one topping only or can I get specialty?" Ruby: "......" *logs into register* "I just started getting all the stuff out, I just opened, so it's going to be 15-20min on those wings." Me: "... Umm, OK. I guess I'll get a meat lovers then. And what type of wings do I have to choose from? it just says 'baked wings' on the..." Ruby: "That'll be $19.47." Me: ".... Ok then. And you said 15-20 on the wings?" Ruby: "Mmhmm." The food wasn't great but wasn't below expectations, the service on the other hand leaves MUCH to be desired.

I normally don’t complain but I have to be honest. $9 for a small pizza is not a big deal, especially considering the convenience. But where I draw the line is that the pizza I paid $9 for is dry. Not your typical pizza hut quality for sure. Owners need to do better.

This must be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited. They are incredibly slow, which is a shame.

I ordered veggie pizza and chicken pasta. The quantity of food was very less.we pay full price and what we got is very less. Also on veggie pizza there is barely any veggies on it.

Customer service was awful! Came on 12/21 at around 5:30pm and the short Hispanic girl (don’t know the name) acted like it was a chore to do her job. She was a rude little snob throughout the whole process by acting like it was an inconvenience that someone wanted pizza at the pizza place she works at. She truly needs a reality check on how to function at a job which requires customer service.

The worse pizza I have tasted. It has very little tomato sauce which tastes like pureed tomatoes from a can, a huge amount of cheese, a few vegetables and meat. I used to love Pizza Hut. I spent $17 and will never spend another dollar at a Pizza Hut. I can find better in the frozen section of any grocery store.

I bought small pizza and chicken pasta.. they charged me 16$ and when I asked for a small pack of ranch they told me that I ha e to pay 1.17$ extra for the ranch it self.. they just ripping ppl off at this truck stop.. and the pasta wasn't that good.

The guy at the counter was just ready to go home and you could tell when I started to place my order. When he made eye contact with me he said we are out of wings and all pasta. The ready to go pizza warmer was empty and only one pizza at a time was being made. That poor guy needs training in the customer service area and he obviously needed help at the counter. Poor service and bad manners too. I will not order food there again.
