Opiniones de Italiannis Tlalnepantla
The service from Ms. Ana Aguilar was excellent, the food was delicious and served promptly, and I would definitely return. Everyone provided great service.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiter named Eduardo served us very well and was able to give us good recommendations for drinks and food. I really like eating in their outdoor section, and the place is nice. An extra bonus is that they have Wi-Fi. The food was delicious. The only thing I didn't like much was that the pasta was a little too greasy for my taste, but the salad was also excellent. The drinks were amazing, too. You can really eat delicious food here at a great price. I would definitely come back, even if it's only every two months.
The service wasn't as pleasant as on other occasions; it was slow, they brought me the salad without having set the cutlery, they took a long time with the drinks, and the main course (salmon di mare) was raw. The only thing I salvaged was the dessert, which is a delight—the tiramisu—because the atmosphere was too noisy.
Good service, not exactly what expected
The food was delicious. The pasta, salad, and pizza were all amazing. However, the service left much to be desired, from the poor organization to the long wait times. I went on a Wednesday when it wasn't very busy, and we waited almost half an hour for our food. We also waited another 20 minutes for the bill. To give you an idea… we arrived at 4:15 and left at 7:00 because the service was incredibly slow.
Restaurant located in the Shopping Mall. I went in August 2024. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, with several tables available. The waiters' service was somewhat poor; they weren't very charismatic. They have several food options for both breakfast and lunch. For drinks, they offer beers, juices, and soft drinks. I had a problem with the payment, as they "couldn't" split the bill between 3 people. The prices are okay and fair for the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it.
We arrived at the Tlalnepantla Shopping Center by chance, so we decided to eat at Italiannis. First, I must say that the place was practically empty, about two tables at the back... First, there's no one to assign you a table. We waited about 10 minutes, the waiters passing by the reception desk, ignoring the people already waiting for a table. We were almost leaving when a waiter (yes, the same one who had seen us arrive minutes before) came over and gave us a table. Regarding the service, the dishes took about 15 minutes to arrive. My husband's dish arrived cold and with raw chicken. Unlike my dish, the best thing about the place was actually the Pasta Napoli. Otherwise, I wouldn't return, at least not to that location.
I usually eat at various Italianni's, and this one was no exception, but unfortunately, the service was poor compared to previous visits. From the moment I arrived, the staff took a long time to seat us, even though it wasn't very busy. When they finally did seat us, they placed us in a dirty spot that had just been used, even though we could have been seated at any other clean and empty table. Unfortunately, it took them a long time to clean it, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves because the staff refused to let us use a different table. Although they were busy serving other customers, there weren't many people, and the food was taking a long time to arrive. Unfortunately, when a large group arrived, all their attention was diverted to them. Despite still needing the staff's attention to bring more orders (especially a pizza I had ordered earlier that never arrived), I decided to ask for the bill. I usually leave a tip, but this time I didn't feel like it. I suppose, much to the displeasure of the person who was going to charge me, they increased the amount I was actually going to pay, even though I had told them I wouldn't be leaving a tip. This situation was even more disappointing.
We ordered the $199 package, where you can order all you want: salad, pasta, or pizza. The flavors are very average; the dishes they offer feel very generic. But for the price, it's great. The refillable soda is $60, although the amount of ice they provide is ridiculous. The service, however, is really bad. I left a tip out of respect and politeness. (I always do) but in this case, I really wanted to leave one.
Good morning, dear diners. I went on a Friday afternoon, so it was busy. However, the table assignment was quick. The service was actually very good, but sadly, the food wasn't. To start with, they gave us the wrong appetizer size, and the entire meal was poorly prepared compared to other locations. There were raw items, poorly seasoned, with flavors that were strange to what I'd tried before. For example, the cheese appetizer wasn't as melted and creamy as usual. The soto fileto had raw mushrooms, and the sauce didn't taste good, and that's the case with all the dishes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH.
The hostess greeted us with a sour face. The table was dirty from the moment we arrived. The service was slow, I didn't like the piña colada, and the food in general wasn't to our liking since the side dishes weren't very tasty. The sauce on the breaded cutlet was awful 😣 As for the cuts of meat, they were cooked to our specifications and very tasty. The tiramisu was good.
On Wednesday we went to eat, and they gave us a pitcher of Cleticot that tasted like pure mineral water; it barely had any wine in it. The salad had a pittance of protein, and the chicken was salty and dry. The waitress provided terrible service; she just brought us the food and never came back. I even had to get up and ask for another waiter. I won't be going back.
My experience was TERRIBLE! 1. The hostess wasn't at the entrance, and there weren't many people in the restaurant either… we went to a table and the girl got angry. 2. The waiter, Benjamin, was a jerk; I only saw him three times (when he took my order, when he brought my drinks, and when he came to collect the payment). 3. The waiter never came to my table, NOT AT ALL! It's not my first time there, but it's definitely the last. There are many other places in the plaza that will give me more value for my visit. Oh, but when it came to asking for a tip, 10% of a $1,012 peso bill wasn't enough… he probably wanted me to invite him to eat at my table, the jerk. In short, DO NOT GO to that Italianni's, and if you do decide to go, ask to be seated at the tables with the girls… this Benjamin guy clearly doesn't know how to provide service; it's obvious he doesn't like being a waiter. That guy's service is terrible.
Today I went to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite negative: It took 30 minutes to assign us a table, which was also located right next to the restrooms. Once we were seated, the food took 50 minutes to arrive. During that time, the assigned waiter (Miguel, if I recall correctly, his face was) barely came near the table; in fact, he only appeared after the hostess helped us move. We ordered a pitcher of Clericott, and it was way too watered down. When I commented on this, the waiter just laughed and walked away, offering no solution. The waiter's treatment was indifferent, with uncomfortable gestures toward us, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The food itself wasn't bad, but the poor service and the poor quality of the drinks completely overshadowed the experience. I had even intended to order dessert, but the poor service made me decide to leave early. Despite this, I left a $50 tip out of courtesy, even though honestly, the service didn't deserve it, much less him. In conclusion, I don't recommend this restaurant. The service ruins the experience, and in my case, I also felt that the product didn't match what you paid for (especially the drinks). I frequent Italiani's regularly and have never had a problem like this; however, this place leaves a lot to be desired, especially with this type of waiter.
Terrible place Poor service It takes a long time to deliver the food, and the waiter gets angry if you don't accept the pizza he brings you instead of the one you ordered. The flavors are bad, the dough is hard. Again, it takes a long time to deliver the food. I definitely wouldn't return to this Italianis. You order the meat 3/4 full, and it's almost raw.
