This was a really cute little place! I had the cauliflower tacos which were delicious and crispy.

We had the best food in our entire trip in tulum at Laylo. Plus it’s all vegan. Everything was perfect from the food to the staff to the playlist and the drinks. Will definitely come again

I adore this place. My husband and I got some non alcoholic drinks and vietnamese rolls. I was missing eating some fresh food as it can be hard to find when eating out on holiday so i ordered these. The serving was huge and the rolls and peanut sauce were so delicious i had to come back for more. It was my birthday and the beautiful lady with a facial piercing (sorry i cant remember your name if you're reading) brought me out a piece of cake and sang happy birthday to me. This place is high on my recommendation for a vegan place (even for non vegans) in Tulum.

Wonderful powerfull food and elixxxirs. Best in town. You feel the love the second you get in. A real alchemy kitchen! How can I give 10 stars? 5 is not enough;-)

Excellent vegan food and super friendly staff. Eat inside only if you are sensitive to smokers. A group of chain smokers (at a healthy restaurant!!) ruined the experience for me. But I’ll try to focus on the amazing curry bowl. Delicious!

Such a lovely place with a great vibe and food. I was the only one there for a little bit between the dinner crowd & late night crowd and it was so peaceful. The service was great. I ordered the hummus (so delicious & filling) as well as the pesto pita pizza, as well as a fresh ginger limonada. Will come back for the kava & juice one morning!

The beat burger is AMAZING!!! Such a sweet space in town and kind people. Definitely you should go!

This is an incredible little spot!!! We were short on time so only ordered a juice and a smoothie, but they were genuinely some of the best we've ever had. A few other people were eating and everything looked amazing, so we'll definitely come back for food. Service was also super friendly and fast, and overall it was just a really great experience. Highly recommend whether you're vegan or not!!

This was the best vegan restaurant in Tulum. Our order was super fresh, amazing ingredients and recipes full of flavor. Juices were delicious.

Hatten zwei verschiedene Hamburger. Beide waren wirklich lecker. Die Pommes waren wirklich besonders gut, für Mexico. Als Getränke hatten wir "Tascalate from Mexico" und "Cacao from Mexico" mit Mandeldrink. Beides war wirklich lecker und hatten wir so auch noch nie auf unserer Mexico Reise. Zum Dessert gabs Brownie (siehe Foto) wirklich sehr lecker. Mit Nuss Mischung und Maracuja Sorbet. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

100% worth the visit! The Al Pastor Pizza was an amazing vegan pizza. We will absolutely be coming back! Ask for Grin, they are an amazing waiter! Also, eat at the side patio at night, it’s cozy and perfectly lit for some romantic ambiance.

Muy único, es acogedor, buena música y atención, hamburguesa de sushi es algo que no había probado en ningún otro lado y tiene bebidas muy interesantes, un toque diferente y algo mágico.

Muy recomendable las hamburguesas son muy ricas, excelente presentación, delicioso sabor, felicidades a los chicos de Laylo, tengo que regresar para probar el resto del menú.

INCREÍBLE lugar!! Muy muy sabroso!! Nos pedimos unos nachos (algo) que eran LOS nachos. Tenían queso, palta, una salsa rica (va foto). Acompañamos con una hamburguesa beat meat (que se desarmaba un poco, pero era muy rica). Además, excelente atención! Recomendadísimo.

Es evidente que las cosas se hacen con amor, me encantan la hamburguesa Beat-meat, los tacos baja, los bowls, los smoothies banamacao, cocodrill, el matcha, cacao, tascalate, etc... un lugar muy acogedor y accesible en el corazón de Tulum. No pueden irse sin probar los tragos que hacen con Kava y Kratom!

La atención es muy buena, la comida excelente, buen ambiente y con precios accesibles para estar en Tulum, en lo particular les recomiendo los taco baja, los tacos de la casa, el smotti de plátano con canela y cacao así como el agua de limon con piloncillo.

I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers in their new place and it‘s just lovely (which is why I came back a few times)! In this very central spot, they serve amazing vegan food in a cozy atmosphere. The seitan-based Pastor burger and crispy ‚chicken’ burger with french fries are the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had, and the drinks are super refreshing (had a citrus boost and Mintini). The couple running the restaurant is so nice and friendly, and they make you feel very welcome (as does their dog Molly). I 100% recommend coming here!

5 stars- for the food, nice patio zone, and friendly staff. 2 stars for wc😬🙈 We ate lunch on Saturday around 3pm, were almost only guests. Kombucha- passion fruit, equinox hot bowl, cheesy nachos and tacos with cauliflower is what we ordered. First some minor problems with order, but settled easily. (They forgot to add lentils and nuts to my equinox bowl, but after pointing out - brought it quickly) Delicious equinox!! As well as cheesy nachos! (Chorizo and cheesy pumpkin sauce were warm- we liked it, though added no quinoa as promised in the description and no replacement, but still delicious and big portion). Delicious tacos, but deep fried cauliflower is not for every stomach..( I am very sensitive to eat-out-places low quality oils🤷🏻‍♀️)If you are not-go for it🚀💪🏻👍🏻 They suggest 15% tips, but you make final decision. Definitely recommended🙂

This place, by far, is the best vegan spot in Tulum! The prices are reasonable, the staff is hospitable, and the food is outstanding. I have had my fair share of beet burgers and vegan nachos, but at Laylo, the beet-meat burger and the nachos were the best I have ever had! There is limited seating inside the lounge and outside in the patio but it's nice and quiet. Also try their tropical smoothie which has Mango, Papaya, Almond Milk, and coconut! We had a chance to speak to the chef and he was kind enough to explain his journey on how he develops new vegan dishes for the menu. Definitely a must-stop if you are looking for a delicious vegan restaurant in Tulum.

Great plant-based restaurant/lounge in Tulum! We had the BEST nachos here! So good! It's a very small space with a big heart! The staff were super friendly (one of the owners was out server, he was very helpful & accommodating), they even had a traditional mosquito repellent (similar to smudging, it was smoke from herbs in a small clay dish, which smelled wonderful!). The food was all great, and very well priced! A cute little patio out front is where we sat and enjoyed some late afternoon heat without direct sunlight 🌱💪🏼

The absolute spot. Healthy and tastiest vegan fare—the juices as well as the sauces will speak for themselves. The lovely owners will make sure to accomodate to any change you might want on the menu. On my last visit to Tulum, I ate here and was happy to return again on this visit. Not much has changed. The food is tasty with nice portions served. The atmosphere of the restaurant is open air and pleasant. My only complaint was the waiter adding to the check what he considered would be a good tip. This is never up to the waiter but rather the customer instead. Needless to say he did not get what he considered a good tip but rather what I thought was fair for the service rendered.

The service was some of the best service I've ever experienced. Staff was super polite and patient with us. The food was really good and big proportions. We definitely got our money's worth.

Restaurant végétarien avec un bel extérieur. Odeur d’égouts persistantes avec la pluie (et nous étions situés au fond, donc près des poubelles j’imagine). Il y a deux restaurants qui partagent la terrasse mais nous n’avons pas bien compris le fonctionnement—on nous donne juste deux menus. Les prix sont assez élevés et on vous « suggère » un pourboire lui aussi très élevé (libre à vous de le respecter ou pas, mais cela est plus simple quand vous payez en espèces qu’en CB).

Arrived before 8pm on a Thursday and they were closed. There was someone behind the register who waved us away. Hours incorrect. Brutally disappointed because I was really excited to go here (and arrived famished!) Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner and the offer to come back. Updating my rating for now until I have a chance to return to give them the benefit of the doubt.

We have visited this nice spot twice, the first time was really good, the second one was so so to be honest. Very friendly mexican chef and also Agustina is very very nice. The cheesy nachos are very fresh and tasty, so was the beet burger ☺️ the ramen was ok. We loved they take care of cats 😻😺

Super loaded veg burger! I got the portobello and the veg was grilled perfectly. The ratio of bread to burger was perf - and the brioche bun was soft and crispy. The Ascension Kava was delicious and refreshing. I crushed the fries. Super good vegan spot!

Estancia agradable pero las bebidas no tanto

Arrived at 8:30 pm, 4 people in the restaurant and numerous empty tables but was told they couldn't serve us since they were at capacity for the night. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a regular occurrence. Overall just sad we weren't able to be served, but had some fantastic food at other more reliable places in town.

Sadly it took 75 minutes for us to get our food, with no updates or apology. We were the only 2 people dining, genuinely cant understand how or why it could possibly take this long. Food was unfortunately only ok when it arrived, and small portions for the high price.

Die schlechteste Erfahrung welche ich je machen musste. Bestellt werden muss über ein Bildschirm am Tresen, eine Speisekarte am Tisch gibt es nicht. Die Bestellung kann auch nicht abgeschickt werden, da es nur die App von Tomato.mx ist. Mit viel Umstand dann was zu essen und trinken bestellt. Die Vietnam Rolls kamen zügig mit der Rice Bowl zusammen. Dann hieß es, dass der ausgesuchte Kombucha nicht verfügbar sei und das obwohl schon ein Teil vom essen vor uns stand. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten wurden wir informiert, dass der bestellte Sushi Burger nicht verfügbar ist. Da hatte meine Begleitung ihr essen schon angefangen. Großartig sowas nicht sofort zu sagen. Also hat nur eine Person gegessen und die andere saß mit Frust daneben. Jeder einzelne Peso ist in diesem Laden zu viel, denn auch das erhaltene Essen war einfach nur trostlos und ohne Geschmack. Sehr sehr schade, vorallem bei den teils sehr guten Bewertungen!
