I missed Pick Up Stix so much. I am here from out of town and just had to get the house special chicken because it is one of the tastiest foods ever! Please consider opening a restaurant in Portland! Pick up stix is just amazing fresh chinese food.

I was a little worried since this place had moved since I had last been, but I'm glad I found it again because the food's just as good as I remember. With the cream cheese wontons especially, I haven't been able to find better, and not for lack of trying. Definitely recommend this location!

Such wonderful fresh food! I am so pleasantly surprised, it felt like a 5-star Chinese restaurant. My mom and I both got the Mongolian beef with white rice and it was so delicious and filling. They had wonderful drink options, and I was so happy they had pebble ice. And they had chocolate covered fortune cookies too! Highly recommend!

Pick Up Stick is our preferred Chinese cuisine; my daughter adores it and favors it over other Chinese establishment. Their customer service is exceptional. Although there have been occasional discrepancies with my orders, they readily accommodate my requests for adjustments, always maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the process. We appreciate their attentiveness to our concerns and their commitment to delivering high-quality Chinese cuisine. Thank you for your continued dedication to customer satisfaction.

Excellent excellent service! They really take care of food allergy prep (gluten allergy). Ask them to wipe the cookware first, no problem! The manager (Caren I think) is on it! Better than fast food. Way better than the panda.

So I think it's safe to say that the service I had with, and others had by other reviews, the mobile ordering at this store was bad. Took about 10 minutes to get the food that was done at 6pm. Although my food was done the entire time I was inside, it was impossible to get the staffs attention to get the food. I made eye contact with multiple staff while I was standing at the counter. Eventually I noticed that got the food, but turns out they messed up my order and gave me the wrong food, but after I got home. I wouldn't recommend anyone use the online ordering at this store. It would probably be quicker to just order in store and wait for it.

I had chow mein with shrimp, chicken and beef. The pieces were very small. Really not much better than Panda Express. I was hoping for better

The meal deal was 3 entrees, rice, chow mien, dumplings, and fortune cookies to the tune of $65 including tip for the driver. The meal was advertised to feed 4-5 people, well it was not even close to that. If you've been to those hole-in-the-wall restaurants, then you know what I mean when I say I was disappointed with the amount I got. The meal came inside one of those party platter trays and to be honest if I went to "Combo A" in Echo Park I could have gotten way more and higher quality food for less money. The chow mien tastes like those cheap Instant Yakisoba Noodles you get at the store for $1. Which is not what I want from a restaurant, especially after I paid what I paid for this meal. The teriyaki chicken was dry and over cooked and off course lacking in the teriyaki sauce. The rest of the food was just as subpar but those two were the biggest offenders. I felt compelled to apologize to my Wife and Child for how bad it was. I even told my Wife I'd understand if she chose to break it off with me for a day due to this food. It's bad and Pick-Up Stix as an organization should rethink their menu or something because this is an embarrassment to food and the fast-casual restaurant industry as a whole.

Ordered their Firecracker Chicken and after waiting 25 minutes for the order to be filled they handed me a plate filled with what looked like frozen chicken nuggets and rice. The order was supposed to come with fried wontons so I mentioned that to him and he threw some on my plate then I looked at the chicken and saw that it was cooked with nothing I said isn't this chicken seasoned with something and he says it's normally cooked with onions and he threw a couple pieces of diced scallion that was cold. I told him that this was horrible and he said he would make me another one if I could wait another 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and he looked at me like I was from another planet. I live within walking distance from this place and will never return this was not my first bad experience there.

Even a homeless dude in the parking lot turned it down, as did my dog when i got home. Putting it out back in the mulch pile. Let's see if the ants have a desire for it.

Why not just be honest and tell us that you forgot our order until we asked at the 20 min mark. Own your mistake. It makes it worse to provide the customer will a ridiculous response! To add insult to injury, when we finally received our 2 apps and 1 chicken entree, they tasted so salty to us we ended up throwing away most of the food. A bowl of nothing but salt would have tasted better to us. This was our experience and we hope that others don't have the same. We don't intend to ever visit this location or another one...did I say ever?!!
