1-20-22 The two gentleman working were kind and courteous. I have never had someone actually care how the sandwich looked, until today. The person making my sandwich carefully layered each item and actually cut the tomatoes in half for me when I said light tomatoes (without asking). I was very wish washy with what toppings I wanted and yet he was very patient. If I’m ever back through and wanting subway I will be looking for the same guy!

This is food you eat when real food is not available. Seriously like I go here when I want something that's walking distance from my house, or I'm in a real hurry, or it's 3 in the morning and nothing else is open except for that creepy Jack in the box. Subway's big advantage used to be that it was cheap. You knew you weren't getting a really great sandwich. you knew that they were sitting there counting individual slices of lettuce and everything was measured out ridiculously but for $5 it was a quick cheap meal. Unfortunately that's same $5 sandwiches now $8. Honestly unless you're desperate, you're better off going to someplace like Jersey Mike's.

Out of meatballs, for subway ? Is that like out of bread or mayo? Loved the menu change. Staff didn't really speak English which made ordering difficult.

Okay, So we asked for all our sandwiches to be 6 inches. The lady began to make one sandwhich a footlong. We asked kindly for it to be made into a 6 inch as requested. The lady argued with us! Over her mistake and then began talking to her co worker in hindi about us. This was completely unprofessional, I can’t believe the service we received.

Never in my life have I gone out of my way to write a review for a company but after ordering a sandwich and the employees of this restaurant failing to complete such a simple task, I couldn’t resist. It’s literally one of the easiest jobs in the world. To make a sandwich. The lack of education clearly shows for the employees. They are unable to do the simplest tasks and when they mess up, they give you attitude and clearly make you feel unwelcome. Hire some people a little more educated. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A DAMN SANDWICH!

Ask for a specific soup gave me the wrong one, kept offering items and then telling me i couldn't have it cause i had a specific sandwich when im pretty sure you build your own sandwich to your liking! Overall displeased with this place plus it looked dirty

They are not good the subway that set by their self is better then the one in a travel center or in stores my dog would not even eat the meat they had more vegetables on sandwich than meat don't recommend this place very expensive

Customer service at this location sucks. If you like vegetables in your sandwiches, GO ELSEWHERE because they barely put any vegetables on their sandwiches. I’ve never been to a subway that’s so stingy with their vegetables.

I was getting a cold cut trio. I had to keep repeating myself. In order for them to understand me. I had to ask several times to add more they added some spinach but not enough to even cover the whole sandwich. She had an attitude through the entire interaction. Then, she uses the knife that was used to cut the sandwich before mine. Not even cleaning. To the point where it seemed like she whipped the knife on the bread of the sandwich. The knife wasn't even cleaned from one customer to another. That is so unsanitary, and cross contamination like that is no joke.

First it didn't even say that my order was going to be ready for 20 minutes, I called back one minute after I ordered it, and remarkably it's been made 🤔 I asked her if I could get my money back because I ordered from the wrong place, of course she said no. She then hung up on me I called my friend to see if it would be okay for her to pick up the order at their location, she was okay with it. So I tried to call Subway back and the same lady hung up on me. I proceeded to call back at least 5 or 6 times and kept getting hung up on every time this is extremely unprofessional Can I get a call back from some guy saying he's from subway, and he explains to me that I can't get my money back, which I completely understand. I tried to explain to him how the lady kept hanging up on me, but he didn't even want to listen. The customer service at this location deserves to get a zero not even a 1
