I have been to all of the donut shops within a 5 mile radius. I can officially say this place is the best one I've ever been to in general. Donut City has the classic donuts that we all know and love, and they also have creatively decorated options as well. I end up going here at least 3 times a week because I can't stay away. They also have the best customer service I have seen in a long time. If you haven't checked this place out, you need to stop on by and get your tastebuds blown away!

I just realized my review wasn't posted. In any event, I'd like to reiterate my 5 star review of Donut City. I stop there once/week, especially now that we're still not going out much. Our children especially enjoy their specialty donuts and croissants for breakfast. We're always greeted with a smile and the owners are genuinely grateful every time I stop by!

Ordered on Uber eats. Donut city JOB WELL DONE. I said surprise me and they did! Awesome looking donuts, soft sausage rolls and quick and efficient service. Lovely experience all around, looking forward to doing business with you all again. 10 STARS. ORDER HERE !!!

Have been here twice now. They had a constant flow of customers while I was there recently on a Saturday morning. They have all the standard donuts but also have some that would be considered “fancy”. Selection is a bit a above other standard neighborhood donut shops. The best of the shops I’ve been to in Coppell. They do have a cronut here which I tried. It was fine but not par with a bakery level cronut in my opinion.

I wanted to grab some donuts for my team at work and found Donut City close by. I walked up to the counter and was beyond excited. THEY HAVE CRONUTS!! Cronuts are hard to come by and if you've never had one you are missing out. It's like a croissant-ish pastry, deep fried like a donut- they are D E E E --V I N E! Donut City is not your regular yellow and red tray donut shop which I liked. I got a variety of donuts and they were all very good. I will be back - I can't go too often though or I'll end up round as the donuts. LOL

Cute place to take your kids to enjoy a weekend donut or two! We tried the cronut, chocolate rainbow sprinkle, and some sausage rolls and all were delicious.

Love this shop! The husband and wife team (Peter & Rachel) that run Donut City are unbelievably welcoming and happy. It’s always fun to stop in for breakfast treats on the weekends. The croissant sausage rolls are seriously to die for! Flakey, buttery, and oh savory, you can’t go wrong with thus option. Update: 8/1/2020 - The amazing team Rachel & Peter completely blew me away with a box of birthday inspired donuts! My name was spelled in perfectly decorated donuts and the box included several unique rock-themed designs that really matched my personality. Plus, they even made some special jalapeno croissant rolls that are my new personal favorite. If you're looking for an unconventional birthday cake, look no further. Donut City delivers above and beyond!

Was craving donuts but had never been to one in my area. After googling donut shops I read the reviews and was impressed. From the time I called about online ordering to pick up the customer service was superb. I’ll be back.

I used to live in East Dallas and had a favorite donut shop near my house. Since I moved to Lewisville I had been looking for a new donut shop to fill the void, and Donut City has done so perfectly. Close to home, delicious donuts (my personal favorite is the Chocolate Buttermilk) and amazing jalapeño sausage rolls. This is without question, my new go-to donut shop.

She also made it golf related (which I did not even ask for!) Definitely went above and beyond!! They turned out so well and were equally as delicious. Highly recommend!

They have a lot of varieties and kids love that Donuts of come in different shapes and sizes. Their spinach and Feta Bistro is good too.

I went around 815 am and they were out of a few types of donuts already but what I was about to get was good. The kolaches are really good and the cronuts are definitely something to try.

Of course I’m mindful when there’s a line of other customers, but this happens even when there’s no one else. I ordered 3 of each kolache, but then changed it to 2 BEFORE he even put them in the box and he half rolled his eyes. It’s a shame. I really like the donuts and the lady who is always really friendly, however she’s mostly in the back. Don’t think I’m coming back.

This is definitely not the best donuts in Coppell. The donuts were dense. Apple fritter had no taste. Do not be fooled by these 5 star reviews. I think they get high ratings for having cute donuts but that's about it. If you want cute donuts then come here. I'm here purely for the donuts and they were disappointing and underwhelming.
