It took so long for us to get our drinks… They kept on serving the drive-through but people who walked in had to wait forever to get their order. Not impressed. At least my drink was good.

Well, another Dunkin donuts, it's neither awful not great. It functions as a coffee shop with the usual menu, I personally dislike microwaved sandwiches but they do serve a good cup of joe, prices are about what you'd expect from any other business of the same name or a local corner store. If donuts are your thing well, lo and behold, they have plenty and they are fresh daily. There is seating indoors but not much to see on the outside except a local auto parts store, the drive thru is pretty expedient and functions fine, never had a wait time longer than two minutes, all in all, it's perfectly average.

Order a medium and they only filled the cup half way. And I asked for 3 sugar and it wasn't even sweet

I get the SAME coffee every time at every Dunkin. This is the only store that continuously makes my drink wrong even though they get the order right. It one of those things were you drink something forever and you know when it's not right. I'm getting more and more frustrated because it's the closest store to me. About to drive further to get my drink right. Literally suffering through a large disgusting coffee right now....like many times before.basked my partner to get me a coffee because I feel so sick today. My last three dollars in my wallet. Kinda just felt like...I deserve a nice coffee today....😖😖

Coffee and food came out fine. But the service was terrible. The cashier was yelling at her other coworkers while waiting on me. And I had to remind one of the other workers that I had order hash browns because he forgot what he was supposed to do.

They have some decent staff members but some not so pleasant ones telling you you can’t come cause of a private conversation we were having in our car took it towards we were talking about her and told us we were aloud to come back to this location

Don't know what is going on with this location. Ordered 6 donuts and the kid crams them all in to one bag and the bag was ready to fall apart. The coffee tasted like it was sitting on the burner for hours and had a soapy taste to it. Tried the donuts, 2 jelly, 2 chocolate glazed and a chocolate creme. There was no jelly in the center or chocolate in the creme filled. Just a bunch of dough, really sad the donuts were so terrible, there was more chocolate on the bag than inside the donut. Not to mention 2 employees were singing some rap song and cursing out loud with the lyrics. Very unprofessional, I know now why people around here avoid dunkin donuts up here.

I ordered a plane bagel with sausage bacon with extra bacon cheese with no egg. Every time I order this, I go back and forth on extra bacon, funny story, I get more bacon on the sandwich without ordering extra bacon. Any how, I ordered it again today with the extra bacon to see and literally has 3 bacon strips and it’s Dunkin’ so it’s skinny fake microwave bacon but I got charged $2.50 for the bacon. Seriously, the sandwich was $7 and change. Most I have ever been charged and I got no egg. You would think you might be able to exchange the egg with more bacon or a little discount on the sandwich with out egg. Very unhappy, feels like they charge me different amount every time. That being said, I would like to touch base on the owner on what the impact of reviews do. Dunkin should be a great place to go to but you see these reviews, makes a lot of consumers not wanting to go to dunkin.

Terrible service and terrible coffee. Laughed at by the staff when i said my coffee tasted like soap. Wont be back. On a side note one of the staff told my wife she hated people cause she had a question about her receipt and instead of an answer got insulted badly. Terrible staff and poor representation of a good company where is the management?
