They were working with limited staff but the customer service was good. It seems like there was only two people operating the restaurant. However l,the food came out in a reasonable time.

Food is always good breakfast lunch or dinner, I've used the drive thru and is just ok, I do not understand why they construct them like this, right in front of the main entrance is a bad hazard for people with children or people glued to their phones lol, the place is clean with good service, restrooms are clean also. Small parking lot is a pain..

The food was delicious, but this place is poorly kept and not cleaned at all, ice machine was broken and ketchup all over the counter, staff was inattentive and wasnt really helpful, but otherwise food was great, some ingredients were missing

People are nice enough, but service is insanely slow all the time. Seven days a week, from open to close, a small order (like a single combo meal with no customization) will take 20-40 minutes on average. Orders are consistently correct, but food is often sloppily assembled. The drink/condiment counter frequently requires some attention, usually fairly minor (out of ice, out of ketchup, etc.) because the minimal staff simply doesn't have time to keep an eye on it.

Just ordered off the app to pick up inside. There was no one there when I pulled in about 3-4 mins later. Had to wait for them to cook onion rings and make my Whopper Junior. Therr was so much hard lettuce on the burger I had to pull it off. I asked for ketchup for my onion rings and got Zesty sauce instead. The manager never said Hi or anything as I was standing there waiting on my food. The store and bathrooms were clean.

Today I was reminded why I haven't been to this location in quite a while. Pulled up to the speaker and ordered a #1 combo and a #2 combo. My wife changed her mind and decided she wanted onion rings instead of fries with her burger. With no cars in the drive-thru behind us, I backed up to the window and asked the guy if I could please make the change before the order was filled. No problem. Got the order with one drink. I asked the guy for the other drink and he said he understood I had ordered the sanndwich only on the #2. Nooo. Ok, so he had to charge me for the fries and a drink. Another $3 and change. I told my wife to check the order before we drove off. No onion rings, got fries. Requested the onion rings we ordered. OK, so can we please pull up and they'll bring them out to us. Good. The server finally comes out with the bag...more fries! I got out and went inside with the order of fries. Second time to order onion rings. The cook in the back acted like he had never heard of onion rings. Please wait while we fry some more. Finally got the onion rings I ordered twice and was reminded why I quit coming to this location. I may try another location next time...but then again, maybe not.

Just picked up our order at drive-thru and after coming home discovered they gave a diet DP instead of normal DP. BK wasted my money again !

⭐️ I stop at this Burger King for breakfast nearly every morning before work, but lately the service has been terrible. Today I sat in the drive-thru for over 12 minutes just to get a sausage and egg croissant and some hash browns that once you bite into it they are brittle — croissant came out cold, old, and extremely overcooked. I’m so disappointed and honestly frustrated. This has been going on for too long. I don’t know if they’re short-staffed or just not paying attention, but the service is way too slow and the food quality has really gone downhill. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Completely unacceptable, disenchanted, and overall not satisfied at all.

And here it is 2025 and I’m the idiot that keeps coming here expecting different results. It’s sad. This place is sad. 3 people working and one playing on his phone. The manager woman said that I was charged for two meals and not the special because ….. she didn’t really give a reason. Just got ripped off by this Burger King. It was supposed to be $5.99 each. Not $22.06.

I ordered food off the app. I received it fast but it was old, cold & missing items. I called several times with no answer! I then contacted customer service and also went to the store twice. The first time I went, I was told the manager would be back within an hour. When I went back, I went back & forth with the manager saying I needed to contact door dash. Door dash says contact Burger King. Be careful! Another customer said they always do this.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I don't know what's going on at this location, but the drive-through service is consistently awful. Every single time I go, there's some kind of issue: * Incredibly long waits: Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line, even if there aren't many cars. * Inattentive staff: The employees seem more interested in chatting with each other than taking orders. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, and they still manage to get it wrong. * Incorrect orders: It's like they're not even trying! Missing items, wrong items, and food that's clearly been sitting around for a while. * Rude and dismissive: When I've tried to address an issue, I've been met with eye rolls and sighs. Forget about getting an apology! I'm honestly shocked that this place is still in business. Avoid the drive-through at all costs unless you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy being treated poorly.

I have had several problems with this location but I thought I would give it one more try, I took my 90 year old Dad out for lunch, he love the Whopper Jr., it is just the right size for him but he does not like mayo, he likes mustard. So I ordered mustard on his burger. When we got up to the window, the manager was there and I was holding onto my credit card just to make sure my order was right before I paid and I stated," 2 Whopper Jr. one with Mayo and one with Mustard, all the way!" he said yes sire. Then he took my credit card and then he said, that is one regular Whopper Jr, and one mustard and meat only!!!!! That is not what I said. I repeated my order again, but then the cook handed me my order and the manager (small case because he does not deserve a large case) charged my card and handed it back and said thank you and shut the window!!!! I took pictures of the final product and you will notice that the one with no mustard has no tomato either, no ketchup, etc....

#BurgerKing should be ashamed of this new store. Somehow this is a double cheeseburger and a Bacon King. They are skimping on ingredients that are being paid for or worse, just not giving you what you pay for. Pathetic. Nothing really more to say.
