They have a pot pie like its a stew with chicken gravy and a pie crust it's also huge who doesn't like chicken commercials are a little creepy

It's a good and reliable KFC. Everything tastes fresh. The lines aren't all that long and they give you your order fast, very short wait time. This of course is in comparison to other KFCs. KFC wait time is always longer.

The two gentlemen are nice and professional. The environment is clean. The place is tiny so it can be missed out if you don’t look around for it. Parking space is proportional to the restaurant’s size.

First time coming here. Went to the drive thru and was very impressed with how fast the order was given to me after ordering. Got home and my family were all very happy with the chicken. Chicken was tasty and cooked well. Sides were also very good.

Hands down the best chicken fingers I've ever had at Kentucky Fried! Fresh, hot & the new fries were fantastic. Just wished I had got an extra order of the fries. Great customer service and got my order out fast. The drive thru is a bit on the right side though.

The spicy wing is very good! It has big size and juicy. The parking lot is too small and the lane is very narrow. And it is on-way access so yiu have to wait in the drive-through aisle even you have done your order.

I go to this place often and always have good service and good food. My wife went here on Fathersday to get 3 chicken sandwithces. Unlike all the many times in the past the sandwiches were like they were made from chicken reheated from the day before. I sure hope this is not the new norm.

This KFC is very ghetto. It's a little rinky dink place in a small parking lot. It just seems so out of place in the SGV. All that would be missing is bulletproof cashier windows. I got the $5 value menu they've been advertising on their commercials. Note: it is not actually $5, at this KFC they put stickers over the price to $5.95, which I'm not sure if that's actually good practice. I got the 3 piece tenders. Now KFC is supposed to be known for their bloated chickens they Inject with saline, but these tenders were scrawny cold-war chickens. I'm not a huge fan of their herbs and spices, it just feels like a milder black pepper on their chicken. The biscuit was very buttery and chewy, and the gravy on the mashed potatoes was pretty bland. The cookie was all right, it gets a pass for a chocolate chip cookie. I rarely eat KFC and I was right to be avoiding this chain and opting for the superior flavor of Popeyes, but today I was just hating on myself a little more so I went to try KFC again after so many years. It's the same disappointment.

KFC I am deeply disappointed in the service you have provided. I have twice ordered a 16 piece fried chicken meal at your establishment and I have noticed that there have been 14:16 pieces on both occasions. I also notice the employees have been very suspicious in their actions. You have certainly lost my respect, support, patriotism, and money. I certainly hope that other KFC establishments are following in this methodology. In short, this KFC scammed us. Employee A was packing my order ( of a large circular box and side box for the other chicken) when employee B intervened and had a short discussion with employee A. Afterwards, employee A stopped midway, packed only the large container and handed it off to me. I questioned this act in my head and asked employee A “is that all of it?” Employee A answered “yeah”. I came home to only have 14 pieces of chicken instead of 16. Just to reiterate, I am deeply upset in KFC. I will take my business elsewhere, most likely Popeyes. “Ba da ba ba ba, I’m lovin’ it!” Thank you :/

Rude customer service. Asked for two of the two donut three thigh and drum sets but gave us two of the one donut and 2 thigh and drum set. Told him that i ordered two of the two donut set he said "you said two donut set" and i told him "i wanted two two donut set" but he still didn't understand and would not help me correct my order and just closed the window.

I've been going here for years and the quality has gone down, the last Time I went the chicken was old dark and dry and my whole family was craving it for a while and we all waited in line for the bathroom. And one thing I know a friend named Amy who worked here and said they were pervs, and I also tried to apply once and they said no thanks because they only want girls.

I pulled in at 8:54 p.m., realized the lobby will be closed at 9 was hoping to get something to go. When I walked into the lobby the food cases were clear, no food was present in the racks. It looked as if they were ready to walk out of the door 10 minutes ago. I still there calling to any of the individuals I could see in the back area, two guys talking amongst themselves, 1 Guy cleaning out a pan. I seriously called loud enough that they should have heard me, there was no way they couldn't hear me. They just ignored me. Astoundingly bad service. This place should be shut down.

My BF hated it cuz the chickens were too salty. The cashier only gave us one spoon but she refused to give us another spoon when my BF asked her for it over the counter. I took all original chicken skins off but the chickens meat still tasted a little bit salty. We went home n eventually gave the chicken pieces to our dogs.
