I used the drive thru after the closing hours for the dine in. It went very quickly since I was the only one there. The gentleman over the intercom and window was very friendly and well-mannered. Just one warning though would be exiting the driveway onto the street. When I was leaving, I tried exiting slowly, but it still scratched the bottom of my bumper. I think they recently repaved their parking lot. When I got home to eat, I found a hair in my cravings box. Thankfully it was just sitting on top of my cinnamon twists so it wasn't a big deal for me. I just wanted to point that out. Overall it was a great experience.

For a taco bell, this place was as excellent...my food came hot, neatly packaged, and fresh ... If you've never tried them, the "cantina grill " chicken soft tacos are bomb!

The cashier was hard to understand and didn't understand me. The location is not the easiest to get to. However, there was no line in the Drive-Thru, which is always nice. The food was decent, always love Mexican pizza. I wasn't able to eat the tacos while hot. When they cooled down, the tortillas stuck to the paper, and the tacos fell apart. That was disappointing and messy. Since it's the closest Taco Bell, I probably will visit it again but not as often.

I had the cantina chicken burrito and I think it was made incorrectly or there wasn't enough ingredients how do you spend $6 for burrito when the $2 burrito taste better it just doesn't make any sense you think if you're going to pay for $6 burrito that there be something in it besides a few pieces of cabbage a bunch of sour cream and a little bit of chicken you would expect it to be feeling

My biggest concern is that these last 2 times 3/5 and 3/16 I ordered at the drive through they did not bother to check if they included everything in my order so I got home to find missing items that were paid for. Last time it was a Doritos locos taco supreme and this time it was my husband's cheesy double beef burrito. My next concern is that they don't even answer the phone on the recipt so we couldn't even let them know they messed up since for example I called 2x tonight and there was no answer. This is theft since I paid and got cheated. Last time I let it slide but 2x is a pattern. I hope they are more careful with checking orders.

The food is good but the size is smaller from the usual. There's a waiting time just to place an order and for food to be available. There's not enough staff to do drive-thru, dine-in and pick-up orders. Service needs improvement. The dining area is clean with a handful of customers.

Aside from the little girl with the attitude , the young man at the window was respectfull and courteous . The food has shrunk and the price has tripled. Sure wish I could find the rest of my taco.

The employee at this store need to pay attention to their working attitude. Always mess up the drinks. I ordered the Starry today and when I arrived home, I figured out they gave me something without any taste, just like soda water. Before they already make a lot of mistake like either give you a drink with 3/4 full or hide in the refrigerator.

Hey There

Every time I order hot-sauce added to my order through the mobile app they always put however much they feel gave me 5 hotsauce knowing damn well they seen my order said 9hot 9medium 5 hot sauce is not enough for $45 worth of food I have bought . Work on that stop giving us options on the app
