Had a birthday coupon for a free chips with beef queso n salsa. Used this coupon with a lunch platter of veggie philly cheese steak with french fries. Taste of all the items were great and the flavors felt quite unique. Specially, Didn’t know, a veggie philly would taste so good yet being pretty simple. Will visit again soon, hopefully.

On Friday, 08/29/2025, I had guest from Atlanta and Chicago, (daughter and mother) who both wanted to go to Cheddars for lunch! I agreed, because I love Cheddars too! Well, we got there at 11:45am and was immediately seated!! No one came to our table to get our order! After 25 minutes, we were getting a little restless! We kept seeing a young lady pass our table, but never stopped to greet us! So, another 5mins had passed! It was 30mins and I stopped the waitress and told her we had been sitting there for 30 mins! I think she said her name was Victoria! She took our drink orders and our food orders at the same time! I timed her to see how long it would take to get our water, drinks and croissants! We never got our water or croissants and as we saw new people coming in, she served them and we had been waiting another 25 mins for drinks and croissants! Well she finally brought croissants, no water, drinks nor saucers for the croissants! We waited another 20 minutes for saucers and water and I was furious and went seeking the manager! I found the manager! His name was Earnest! I told him we have not been served and had been there over an hour! He asked where we were seated and came over and got us some hot croissants, saucers, water and our drinks! I told him that the young lady had serviced everyone who came after us on purpose! She came over and stood next to him! I then told Ernest, and my family who was excited and really hungry, I have to do this! I turned to the waiter and said "young lady, you have mistreated us and young lady you are fired!" And Ernest apologized for her behavor and told us our meal was on the house and that he would personally serve us and he was amazingly attentive to us as well as still making sure he was fulfilling his job as a manager! This review would have been very disappointing if Ernest wouldn't have turned this visit around! We left pleased and loved Ernest to the point we are going back today! My daughter is leaving tomorrow and wants to try Cheddars again! Ernest, you are amazing and thank you for making our visit pleasurable in the end!!!! ❤️

The food is so awesome that we have been ordering the family meals for birthday parties and special occasions! We love the chicken strip meal and the croissants that come with the food! Updated review. We of course went again and Brittany turned our whole night around. She went above and beyond to make sure we left happy! We love this place. We had a fantastic experience at Cheddar’s! Cali was our server and did an amazing job, her customer service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the fish, chicken fried chicken, and shrimp Alfredo, and every dish was amazing. Also, the peach iced tea was so refreshing and tasty. Highly recommend this place!

We walked in during brunch/lunch and we got a table right away. Our server was amazing! I always get the painkiller and it is absolutely amazing. The food was great and so much. I always forget how amazing the place is. Cocktails were 11/10!

We've been here several times since my last review, but today, January 23rd, I had their Monte Cristo for the first time and it was AWESOME! You must have it on your next visit here. See new pics. We were here on August 12th and as usual the food and service was great. I had the chicken tender plate with carrots and cole slaw, see pics. The tenders were done to perfection, tender and flavorful. The crunchy batter is always a plus. The carrots were cooked just right, not too soft, just a bit crunchy. There was a sweet buttery sauce added which is a great addition to carrots. The cole slaw was good and just the right amount of dressing. We will continue coming to this location.

Cheddar's provides traditional American fare done well. The croissants can be addictive! The dishes are flavorful and well prepared. I am a big fan of the Monte Cristo and the chicken tenders. The only menu item that I avoid is the steaks. If you are looking for a steak, go to Texas Roadhouse. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Staff are appropriately attentive. In summary, I have never been disappointed with a meal.

The food was soo good and the overall atmosphere was even better. We sat in the bar area which had open seating and we were able to watch the San Francisco 49ers pound the packers. We had the extreme pleasure of having Taytum Trinidad as our waitress and she was simply amazing. She was so attentive and took care of our every need. She took care of us but didn't smother us, but was there when we needed something. Thank you Taytum for taking such good care of us. The food was exceptional and even the manager wanted my thoughts and I told him exceptional on the food. The restaurant is surround by so many other attractions and shopping that I dont even know where to begin. So when you are in Allen, Texas stop at Cheddars but make sure you ask for Taytum as she is the very best waitress I have had in a long time.

Really enjoyed my chicken fried steak. It was big, tender, and cooked to perfection. Pain killer was amazing as well. Loved the toasted coconut rim.

My fiancé and I had are first date here. 7/6 He asked for my hand in marriage at this exact same location it was very sentimental and perfect. The staff was amazing every step of the way .I appreciate every staff member that assisted our party. We appreciate you very much.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by this polite and energetic young hostess. She took us to the table and we ordered our food from another friendly waitress. The food was great and we were very pleased with everything. On our way out the young hostess who just got back to her position thanking us for stopping by and wishing us a great day. This type of warm welcome is hardly seen in any restaurant nowadays. You are awesome, please keep up the good work!

This review is for the Garland location off George Bush and N Garland Ave. I felt very comfortable dining alone, the vibe at Cheddars is relaxing and peaceful. As always the veggie plate was delicious however the service was barely adequate. I waited 20 mins before a server came to the table, and no it was not busy. I had to ask for the complementary croissants, which are normally automatically served right away when they bring beverages. When my food arrived I had no silverware to eat with, I finally got up and went to the server station to get for myself. After finishing eating I had to ask another server for my check and a to go box. I had requested a tea refill when she brought my order, she acknowledged it but never returned nor did she ever bring a drink refill. I could understand if this was peak dining time or if they were slammed but I arrived and was seated without a wait at approx 8pm and was literally the only person dining in that immediate area. Cheddars food is consistently great, maybe I'll stick to calling ahead and do curbside pickup.

As someone with seven years of experience in the service industry, I can’t help but pay attention to how servers manage their tables, and I was genuinely impressed. The hostess was double-seating her back to back, yet V multitasked effortlessly without ever forgetting about us. She even came back to our table to apologize for “taking so long,” and I was honestly astonished — she thought she wasn’t living up to expectations, but her service was absolutely perfect. Birthday celebration with adults and kids and they accommodated 11 of us quickly and served promptly. Food was served and hot and we all got it at the same time. They have every other booth and table closed off to maintain safe distances and the wait staff all wore masks, fast, and friendly (especially the Manager Carry which take care of us because we order 2 meals of fried chicken with baby back ribs by mistake, then shi cancel all the order and we didn’t pay any thing for what we eat). We had the great fried chicken with the special souses which are so good I could make a meal from just them. You can get a consistently good meal here. The heater was blaring in the bar area where the hostess seated us. No server came after 5 to 10 minutes, so we asked to move to the dining room. A waitress came by immediately, and the temperature was better regulated. I love the booth size and privacy at Cheddars. It's easy to have a great conversation! The Spinach Artichoke Dip was delicious, and the chips were warm and crispy. The Monte Cristo could've been cooked longer, it was doughy. The side Cesar was fresh and had delicious dressing.

My server, Jalen was great! I was seated fairly quickly, and of course the honey butter croissants followed just as fast! My frozen Sangria hit the spot and the Salmon was cooked perfectly…it was fork flakey! I also kicked a little butt in Trivia.

This place was unexpected when I first tried it out. The food was good and inexpensive. However, I've been there about three times now and it's been inconsistent. I find that whenever I order anything blackened, it's always too salty. So I have to keep it in mind to ask them to make it light on the seasoning. I've had both good and OK servers, so I just accept that as one of those things, it can't always be perfect. I like the carrots, salmon and white fish and of course the honey croissants are AMAZING! My family and I love going to cheddar's, don't think it has ever disappointed us. We usually come here when we are celebrating something small. The onion rings are one of our favorites and always have to get an order or two. I just love the whole atmosphere of this place, food has always been great and staff is good. Would come here more often if it weren't too far from home.

The food and atmosphere at Cheddar's was enjoyable. Better than you'd expect at a chain restaurant. I had a Chicken Pecan salad and the pecans were huge! Also, the chips were super thin and served warm, which is just the way I like them.

The chicken tenders and shrimp I ordered were tasty and promptly served. The chicken was juicy and tender, while the shrimp was perfectly cooked and flavorful, presenting an excellent balance of spices. The food certainly lived up to the hype. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, contributing to the restaurant's reputation as a comfortable place for a casual meal. The decor was warm and inviting, with a classic American dining ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Where the establishment faltered, however, was in the hygiene department. To my dismay, the silverware provided on multiple occasions was visibly dirty. While the staff was quick to replace the utensils each time, it was concerning that the replacements also had cleanliness issues. This is a basic expectation of any dining experience, and it's essential that Cheddar's address this issue promptly. The service was adequate, but there's certainly room for improvement. Our waitress, while friendly, could have been a bit more attentive and ensured that everything was in order, particularly considering the issue with the silverware. In conclusion, while the food and atmosphere at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen were commendable, the experience was tarnished by some significant issues with cleanliness and service. My hope is that Cheddar's management will take these criticisms on board and make the necessary adjustments. For now, I feel comfortable awarding four stars out of five, with the hope that the restaurant can elevate itself to the full five in the future. I genuinely believe in the potential of Cheddar's, and I look forward to visiting again once these improvements have been made.

It has been a while since my last visit, and was shocked and happy about the free delicious butter croissants. They taste so great and fresh! It was not very busy so they sat us in the bar area where we had a booth, which was a request by us. The reason is it is a LOT easier to handle a toddler when we can 'trap' her in the booth than with chairs. My wife ordered the Strawberry Swirl Margarita and it was delicious while her grandfather and I got a Shiner. Good stuff! We order a steak and some fixings, wife got the Monti Cristo and I devoured my chicken before I remember to take a picture. The food was delicious and came out hot. There was a small issue with grandpa's sides, finally came out when we were done eating, but it is fine as he is saving it and the left overs for another meal. The waiter was very nice and patient for us having a loud kiddo. My daughters loves looking at the fish tank so that helped keep her calm for a bit as we named the fish. We had Francis and Gary that we found and she followed around the tank. The only reason why it is four and not five is every time we go it is really really slow to get a drink and food order. The waiter was super nice and friendly, but it is a reoccurring theme. I understand the short staff issue that many companies face but this is something the Allen spot always has an issue with. Other than that, great food and great times were had by all!

If you want something that is on par with Chili's or Applebees, with better ribs, then you found it. The chicken strips are tasty, and the salmon was ok. The fries were not crispy, the rice was oily, and the mac and cheese was like great value out of the box. The appetizers suck and the desert choices aren't great. Sadly, after this meal (mine was the rib platter), I awoke in the middle of the night due to excessive salt and had to drink 40oz of water.

I. have been to Cheddars in Iowa numerous times while visiting family and friends and it’s been fabulous! I live here and decided to order on line for delivery from Allen. NOT GOOD!. The baked potato and broccoli cheese were okay. The chicken fingers and Shrimp went in trash!! The chicken was so overcooked that I nearly broke a tooth trying to bite. The coating on the shrimp was apparently left in something wet and just dripped off, guess it’s good as there were only four tiny shrimp in the order. I ordered the cookie with ice cream, nuts, fudge topping, whipped cream and cherry, minus the whipped cream . I received one small scoop of ice cream (melted) , tiny bag of nut crumbs, NO fudge topping , no cherry and the cookie. I JUST THREW AWAY $34.+ including delivery, taxes, fees and tip. I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN . If you go there I wish you luck!?!

This was the first time visiting this Cheddar’s and I will say I won’t be back to this location. After 3 attempts at getting a clean knife for myself and my friend we gave up. Neither one of us had a knife to use to cut our food. I had the Pecan Chicken Salad. The salad itself was really good if I don’t count the chicken. It was tough as a boot and without a clean knife real difficult to eat. My friend had the Chicken and Shrimp platter. He said it was really good which is why I am giving 4 stars for the food. The service was subpar too. I will visit Cheddar’s again but not this one.

Food and atmosphere were great. The waitress though... the lights are on but no one is home. The poor girl had trouble with a simple drink request, "crown & coke". She had to return to the table about 4x to get this correct. She thought we were asking for a corona. Then came back with a shot only, not chilled. Then asked to see the drink on the menu. Then brought back a coke with ice... to add to the drink. Then was supposed to do the whole birthday cheesecake surprise thing but only brought the cheesecake out without all the extras. Disastrous.

There were inconsistencies with the food. For example the picture shown is of their broccoli rice casserole. One looks like it's from an old batch that was made a week ago, while the other looks freshly made. Their fries although good were slightly cold in areas. Some of the chicken tenders ordered had good sized pieces and others were all breading hardly any meat. Cocktails were lacking in the alcohol dept and overly sweet. On the upside the place was kept clean, even the restrooms. The servers were also nice. My kids loved the fish tank which made the 25 min wait go quicker.

The waitress brought non-sweetened instead of sweetened tea, forgot to order my appetizer that I ordered, forgot to bring straws for our drink after we asked for them, and didn't check on us to even refresh our drinks. The server that we had was great, I believe his name was Moises! He took great care of us while we were there. The croissants are the best thing. I got the pot pie, and it came with a side salad. The size of the pot pie was large in my opinion, more than I can finish in a meal so I ended up taking home more than half! I enjoyed the salad more than the pot pie though. I thought the taste of the pot pie was just okay.

The steak was cooked decently, the rolls with the sweet butter were pretty good. The salad was decent, just a little salty from the dressing. Overall it was meh. The prices are a little steep for the portions. The icing on the cakes were a little too sweet. ___________________________________ Super slow service. Wait time was 15-18 minutes just to be seated. Another 10-15 to order. Been here for 40 minutes and still no food.

Wait staff never offered refills, manager came out and did not apologize. He said he would go back and check in our food to wait 30 seconds, we waited an additional 5 minutes and left afterwards. Very disappointed, we love the food there.

I had an online order of Cajun pasta. I used my gift card and placed my order. I never got an email stating my food was ready. I drove over and called to let them know I was outside. No answer, after ten minutes I went inside. I had to call for someone to come to the counter. Got home and the pasta was over cooked and nasty. I called to ask about the onions and bell peppers only to be told the pasta is premade in a big batch. Ewwww. This is news to me. I was told I would receive a another gift card, I'm still waiting 😒😳. A week later.

Extremely Disappointed on a Special Night I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the food and service — until tonight. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, expecting a great evening. Instead, I left frustrated and disappointed. I had to send my food back twice, and even my tea wasn’t right. The server showed little to no concern, offered no alternative, and didn’t try to fix the situation at all. What made things worse was that the manager never came by to check on us — something I would expect, especially after multiple issues. When I finally asked for the manager myself, I was told my food had been “remade” — which was a flat-out lie. It was never corrected, and I ended up not eating anything. This was supposed to be a special night for my daughter. Instead, it was overshadowed by bad service, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer care. I’ve never left such a negative review before, but this experience was unacceptable.

Really disappointed in the quality and lack of service. Long story, but the incompetence and failure to deliver, and they were not even crowded, we left without eating our main meals. One remake was just as disappointing as the first attempt, and the other remake never materialized and they just left us hanging for a long period of time. We were there over an hour. A manager wiped the bill, confirmed the issues, and had no idea the other manager left us hanging with the other item that never arrived. Entire experience was a joke and we were not pleased. We both were pissed actually. Collosal waste of time and this place is off my list. I'm done with restaurants that don't do the basics and drop the ball in every way.

Today was a bad day for cheddars my husband and I were shopping all the Allen outlets mall and decided to eat at cheddars.. We ordered the New Orleans pasta…. Not Good… and now we are both paying for it… our stomach is hurting and we both have diarrhea. Cheddars is one of my favorite restaurants… I’m very disappointed

This place is not worth the money. We ordered our food, and the dishes were steaming hot when we got them. A few minutes later, all of our meals were cold. To make matters worse the pasta shells were all half cooked. I couldn't believe that pasta was actually not cooked to standard. Who does that? I then called the waiter to inform him about my half cooked pasta meal because I was so disgusted with the meal. Now instead of him offering to remove the meal from my tab, he had the nerve to ask me if I would've liked for him to remove the meal from the tab? When I heard his response/question, I kindly informed him that I'll just pay for my meal. With all that said, I will not visit another Cheddar's anytime soon.

I just got a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with a side of broccoli to go. I got French fries instead. Didn't order French fries. I ordered broccoli. In case anyone from Cheddars is reading these. Trying to make it obvious cause the order itself wasn't clear I guess. Verdict-- broccoli at Cheddars is EXTREMELY high carb :) DO NOT ORDER Update: I decided to try the place again. The medium steak was cooked beyond edibility. The meat is the consistency of a shoe sole, parboiled (i would imagine). I really wanted to give Cheddars another chance, but this was really bad. The broccoli I ordered as a side was literally mush-- you can slide a finger through it without any effort, that mushy. Mashed potatoes are great, as is the gravy, and the chicken tenders, no problem there. But for $18, to only essentially get chicken and mashed potatoes...I mean, I get they're busy during lunch hour, but this is BAD. Like, did they steam the broccoli 10 times in anticipation of a geriatric denture club visit? It's the kind of surprise when you go to reach for a fruit and your fingers go through the flesh, it's that rotten-- except in this case, boiled beyond belief.

If you like being ignored and getting room temperature food this is the place for you! Be ready to spend 2 hours here with sending your food back the first time because it is shimmering with grease! SKIP IT AND SAVE YOURSELF!!!

It’s no wonder they’re rated 2.5 stars (on Yelp) Should’ve taken that rating into consideration, the rating says it all!!!! I’m honestly a little disgusted with the takeout food we were given (around early 8 pm) For the amount of money we spent, the quality was beyond disappointing. I wish I had taken pictures of all the food, but my family and I were so turned off that we immediately threw the food away. I even feel sick to my stomach as I write this. The kids’ Chicken Alfredo pasta had a rubbery texture, and the New Orleans pasta tasted (and looked) like something straight out of a 1-star kitchen. The hamburger was not cooked medium well as stated and had a flavor more like an Impossible Burger than beef. Surprisingly, the only thing worth eating were the croissants — thank goodness for those. Unfortunately, that was the one bright spot in an otherwise awful meal. We will never be returning. Cheddar’s is just not the same anymore, and in my opinion, they might as well close the doors if this is the best they can offer. Such a shame! Save your money and make your own food lol.

Ordered delivery and was missing an entree. Instead of being apologetic, the manager insisted that he packed the entree. He came off dismissive and apathetic. As someone who has been in the service industry, I understand things happen but integrity goes a long way.

Took my disabled mother there for lunch and it was a terrible experience. Had us waiting for someone to clean a table when I was looking at three tables beside that one that were ready but the host didn’t want us to have that one. My mom’s on a walker so we stood for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back. The manager just so happened to walk by and told the host to give us one of the tables that was ready instead of having us continue to wait. Once seated, the server was rude and unfriendly. We had to ask for our bread even though it was usually supposed to be brought in the beginning. She never gave us any serving saucers so I guess we were except just eat off of the metal plate. Food took forever to come and had to send it back because the potato was so old and hard that it was in eatable. Our drinks were never refilled and in total, we were there for over an hour. Just an overall terrible experience I don’t know what has happened to customer service these days. This isn’t even a place I would normally go to because there are so many options here but since my mother wanted to, I obliged. 0/10 and wouldn’t recommend anyone come here when there are so many other great choices.

Completely unacceptable service. I didnt even get a chance to be seated before I decided to take my family and go somewhere else. The hostess continued to allow other patrons come around me like I was not in line. When I said excuse me, I was next she looks at me and continues to help a group that came in after me. When I spoke up, she continues to ignore me and finally say, I'll be with you in when I finish with me. It was complete disrespect and I wont be returning to this location. Honestly still have half a mind to return and request to speak with the GM and run it up the chain of command about how they handle their process. Utterly disgusted with my expierence

So we ordered the onion rings, the onions were still raw. My husband and I both ordered a steak. We ordered it medium, they both came back raw, and the spices they put on their steak is very spicy. The manager reordered both steaks and guess what, they both came back raw again! The waitress told us they the kitchen had been having issues with cooking steaks today. So when she brought the first steaks, first my husband asked her for heinez 57, and she said they didn't have that. They clearly did since we had just eaten there a few days before and had it then. But she didn't ask us how our steak were after telling us that there was an issue today with steaks. Also with the first steaks when we asked for the heinez and garlic butter she clearly forget, the busboy ended us getting it. So when I was finally fed up with the steaks and the waitress I was getting uo to find the manager to let him know about the raw steaks again and there's our waitress, and proceeds to tell me sorry I was busy in the back with my other 1 table, only 1 other table. At this point I was done with the whole dinner. We left and I'm done with cheddar for awhile.

This place has gone down hill and does not appear that they can handle a family or group of 4+. The hostess clearly hate their jobs and are rude - which sets the tone. Today we also found a piece of hair melted into the cheese curds. Yummy

I went here yesterday for some lunch and the food tasted dry and expired. Later that day, i ended up throwing up their mushrooms. The service here was very slow.

Took the family here today and we got off to a bad start. The greeter said it could be a long wait but couldn't confirm exactly how long. She finally said up to 30 minutes if we wanted to wait. Since we were already there with the kids we said yes. 8 minutes and 40 seconds she comes outside and tells us out table is ready and cleaned. We get to the table and it is dirty not to mention all the food under the table grossed us out. They didn't offer us a booster seat so I had to get up and find one. Ordered our appetizers and didn't get plates or silverware. This keeps getting worse and my wife is already frustrated as she advised me we should of left when it was dirty. I get my kids grilled cheese and as you can see they forgot to check on it bread and cheese was burnt so was my country fried chicken as I had to remove the breading and tried to ear the chicken itself. I started to think if it was just us this happened to buy the couple next to us complained their fish wasn't cooked right and as we were leaving the couple by the exit also complained that their food wasn't cooked right (at least it wasn't burnt) as I heard her say "that's ok I'll just take it home and cook it" Please stay away from this location as it is DIRTY and they don't know how to properly cook their food. You were warned!

My husband and I visited for dinner on Sunday evening. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, which we appreciated. After being seated in our booth, a gentleman greeted us, and initially, everything was going very well. We ordered mango half-and-half teas and, shortly after, were ready to place our food order. While ordering, we were informed that the New Irlanda pasta was no longer available. Although it was around 8:00 p.m., we understood and chose alternative menu items. When our drinks arrived, however, they did not taste like mango tea and were extremely watered down. It took approximately ten minutes for our server to return to the table. When I politely asked if I could switch my drink, he appeared annoyed and walked away with my glass before I could fully finish explaining. I had requested a mango tea made with sweet tea only, but instead, I was brought an unsweetened tea. Given his apparent frustration with my initial request, I chose not to ask for another replacement. Our food was then served. While I was nearly finished with my meal, I discovered a hair in my food. At that point, I was very disappointed and simply wanted to leave. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard we had hoped for. Both the quality of the food and the level of service were not what we have come to expect.

I haven't been to Cheddar's in years, and remembered they had a good dessert cookie, or so I thought 😒. This was DISGUSTING!!! Tasted like old pita bread, with old ice-cream. This is supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie 🥴. So disappointed, and I almost ordered food. Glad I didn't. The hostess in the front was very nice, but everyone else seemed like they didn't want to be there. I WON'T be back.

Wow. What a terribly run restaurant. We were sat down in the back of the restaurant after walking past plenty of well lit, semi full sections. After the second time they tried to wipe down a sticky table and the back of my sandal sticking to the carpet and smacking my heel extra loud, we asked for another table. Only to be seated in the bar. Again walking past two sections of well lit, semi full areas of the restaurant. With a toddler. Then we waited 10 minutes. Not a soul. I guess the word was out that we were picky because we wanted a clean table and no one wanted to serve us. Cool.

I’ve never experienced such blatant racism at an establishment than this cheddars location. We joined the wait list and received a text saying we’re on it. When I check the status she says oh we haven’t actually added you to the waitlist and brushed me off. Another white lady experienced the same thing and they immediately accommodated her and seated her. Then another white lady walked in and they put them above us AGAIN and immediately sat them. They hadn’t even joined the waitlist at all.

They sat us in the very middle of the restaurant, because they said they only had tables available. One quick glance around the room told me they were lying, as every single booth was available, but everybody was seated dead center like a herd of cattle. I normally decline cause I only like sitting in booths, but my coworkers and I did not have the luxury of time for our one hour lunch break. After being seated, we waited for 20 solid minutes before our waiter came by, gave us 3 straws, did NOT take our drink order, and said he'd be right back with croissants. Another 5 minutes passed, and I glanced yet again around the room to notice that every single table around me didn't have a single scrap of food on them. That was the queue for us to leave. Walked out the door without a word. 30-ish minutes on a Wednesday night at 7 O clock, and barely any customers. Zero excuses on what was taking them so long. I will NOT be back to the Cheddars in Allen. They've effectively lost my business.

Went to pick up curbside and the joke is on my they threw my food together like they hate me this is supposed to be a side of broccoli cheddar and rice casserole. This not even a spoon full this is unacceptable. Then I keep calling up there to speak to a manager and keeps getting placed on hold. I use to go to this restaurant at least once a week and the last 2 times my food was trash but this time it looks like someone played a joke on me .
