The staff and managers are always working hard whenever I go during the busiest time of the day which is lunch time . The manager that always helps me out is the one with beautiful green eyes , she’s always friendly and my food is always hot and delicious.

Staff isn't overly friendly and there is no option to order carte blanche chicken on the app. But still, the best spicy chicken thighs I know of within 500 miles or more.

🍗 Popeyes in Alvin Review 🍗 I was so disappointed 😞 Even though the food was hot, it tasted off—greasy and kinda stale 😬. Unfortunately, it didn’t sit right with me and had me feeling awful for 2 whole days 🤢💨 Definitely not cool.

The price of some items (like chicken breasts) doubled, along with the waiting time because their drive-through intercom system has been broken for quite sometime now. It’s too sad because this used to be my favorite 5-star Popeyes and now it’s going downhill. Come back please!

Last night I ordered a 2 piece all legs and a 3 piece all legs in the drive thru.. I get to the window and paid then they said they could not give me that many legs. I ask why and thats all the response I got. Then they wanted to give me spicy. I told them no that's not what I ordered. Then they said we can't give you that many legs. Never explained why and they had just cooked fresh chicken. I wish I had known before I paid. When I ordered they should have told me they didn't have it i would have went somewhere else. Ask for manager no one came to window. It was about 5 staff members standing in the window area playing and talking. Unprofessional. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

It's so sad that here recently Popeyes in Angleton is going down hill...you have two women in there that wear managers shirts that don't know what's going on and the older one when she talk on the drive thru speaker, you really can't understand her which I really try to work with and understand but she get mad cause you don't understand her!! Im so sad because I love Popeyes and some of the people there are great but I can't keep going there being overcharged and being met with not so friendly people (and if I'm not mistaken I believe that older one comes from Clute)

So let me ask this. If u order for example a number 1, u expect the meal correct? Cause if it's just a sandwich u are wanting u'd say hey I want the sandwich not a number or is it just me? Cause I came here, there was a long wait in line at the drive thru, I ordered 3 number 1's with the mango lemonade chilled, and a number 3 same drink. When I leave and get home I see there's no fries at all after telling them Mardi gras mustered for my fries. So I go back they look up my order and say u didn't order these. I said I ordered numbers which is combo meals so I'm not understanding how I didn't order them. I had to end up buying the fries which is Ludacris after paying almost $40 already for the combo meals I didn't get. Then when I tried to report it on the app, I realized they never gave me a receipt so I couldn't upload the issue. Moral of story, check ur bags before u drive off.

Wouldn't know call for one hour phone constantly ring they pickup and hang up the service lacks a whole lot of improvement. Atmosphere is if they are doing something wait and call when they not.it doesn't even get a star at all .much such improvement needed for this Angelton location. Order from Lake Jackson better service and consideration for the client in mind
