I enjoy my experience here. I know the manager on duty is Adriana and she does such a good job of making sure everyone has a great experience. She greets customers and makes sure orders are correct and that customers don’t need additional condiments.
Service had gotten way better since the last time i cane here. Order 2 triple meat whatbuger with cheese, one with fries, one with onion ring. Both tasted amazing

Went here for lunch yesterday after work. Great experience from start to finish. Lady at counter was very kind, food was fresh and delicious. You can tell management has this place in order! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Kyle was amazing! I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Whataburger thanks to him. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Kyle deserves all the recognition — employees like him are the reason I keep coming back!
Cant say enough good things about this location. The service was great, food was prepared fast and on point, and the table was clean. At other locations Ive had to wipe it down myself but to my surprise it was clean. Whoever is running this location, keep it up!

I stopped at this whataburger while traveling between states and had a great experience overall. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I was helped by a manager there named Parker and she was such a sweetheart to my daughter and I, she was very patient with us and customer oriented. My friend and I dined in at this Whataburger and our cashier today was Selah. She was very knowledgeable about the prices, products, and answered our other questions very well. I love whataburger and always have. Everything here is pretty much great. The only problem I have with this location is that they play country gospel 24/7. I don’t mind other genres of music, but all kinds of people come here and it’s a little annoying that there isn’t any other music ever playing. Some change in music would be nice so I don’t have to feel like I’m at Church every time I come here.
I'm a trucker and I'm staying at the pilot truck stop not far from the Whataburger,but I decided to walk to Walmart grab some snacks and personal items for my truck. So I stopped at the Whataburger to grab a bite to eat and I was debating to get something because they were having an event up there,so I thought I was being smart by ordering online to speed up the process,but I must say everyone up there was just happy,smiling and working fast. We ordered a meal yesterday on the mobile app and used some points. My wife got home with her meal and her burger buns were soggy and fries were cold. Mind you we ordered 30 min ahead of time and put a specific time we were going to arrive. When we got there at the time we stated, she waited an additional 10 minutes for her food and the whole meal was cold. We called to notify their manager about the issue, the manager was kind enough to replace the whole meal whenever, so my wife went today to do so and the trainer working the window was disrespectful, scoffing with an attitude. The point of my message is not for the customers but for the GM and higher ups. We require customer service at its peak from everyone not just your new hires or your top managers. The lack of respect these people have to the ones keeping them employed is unbelievable. And it’s not just here at Whataburger it’s also at other fast food restaurants and even some big chain restaurants. If you’re unsatisfied with your job then don’t work there, there are many job openings elsewhere that would take you but being in the food industry you need to hold yourself and the company name you represent to the highest. P.S this also follows anywhere you work and anywhere you go, hold yourself to higher standards regardless if you like your job or not because you never know what opportunities or bridges you’re going to burn early on in your career choices

Slowest damn place I've ever seen! Drive-thru both lanes open but nobody working outside lane they have 10 people in there working!

Horrible experience. Will not be going back. Was laughed at by a so called manager named “Abby”. She got fed up not being able to understand me thru the intercom, once i pulled up to the second window, she started laughing walking towards the back.. I was with my parents in the backseat, so i got down to be able to hear more clearly. She proceeded to laugh and say “she is getting down and coming this way”. There was one car in front of me at 3:40am on a Tuesday. I gave up on waiting in the drive thru at 4:04 and went inside to see if they had the order ready. The hadn’t even started it yet. Told them to cancel. Have had similar waiting time experiences at this location before and on top of that the previous two times we’ve been the order has been wrong. Whataburger? What-a-joke. Won’t be back.
Normally not one to write a review, but my boyfriend and I waited up here for an hour just for our two meals that we ordered ahead of time on the app. I just think it was kind of crazy. We had people leaving before us and we were standing there the longest and they didn’t even have everything that we wanted it was just not the best experience most likely not gonna come back to this location.
We dined at the restaurant last night, and unfortunately the staff appeared to need additional training. Specifically, several members of the team seemed to be preoccupied while customers were attempting to place orders, and this made for an unhelpful experience. We will likely not return. There was a girl not in uniform going to the back where food was being prepared, definitely a food safety issue.
My second time ever buying food from this fast food establishment. I ordered triple meat hamburger with pepper jack cheese the worst hamburger have ever had! I was charged .80 cents per cheese slice which was almost $17.00 dollars altogether. I wanted a Refund but decided this review to warn others will be good enough. I tried to giving you another chance Whatsburger and you failed once again. I will Never purchase anything else from your establishment ever again! I Do Not RECOMMEND!!
After wasting almost 45 minutes in the drive-thru, I ended up with a complete disaster. The food was ICE COLD, looked like garbage, and to top it off, they couldn’t even manage to get the order right. One meal was completely wrong, and the other was so disgusting I had to toss it in the trash—money literally wasted. Oh, and the kicker? The meal I threw out was paid for with a coupon they gave me because they screwed up our LAST order. Absolute incompetence. Not only will I NEVER come back, but I’m going to make sure everyone knows how terrible this place is. This location is an embarrassment to the Whataburger name—do better or just shut it down. Update: to their credit, the management staff reached out to me the same day as I placed a complaint on the corporate website. They issued a refund and remade the order. I was going to add one star back, but decided against it even the remake took 30 minutes.
Worst experience ever!! I have never had this terrible of service I took my two daughters and their friend there this evening they walked in at 11:01 we walked out at 11:51 and still the order was wrong my daughter asked several times if it was ready then the young man came and got the receipt and then still she was waiting another 11 mins and then we get home and the orders still screwed up. 50 mins of waiting on just two number ones with cheese and a kids meal with cheeseburger and we get home it’s cold and there’s no cheese this is absolutely ridiculous
