Boiling point is the best personal hot pot place around. They have many styles with lots of different ingredients and sauces. Very delicious and filling with good value. This location is nice and it seems like they add more meat compared to other locations that I have been to. Staff are friendly and the interior is very clean.
Taiwanese hotpot place . (Not all you can eat). Always seems to have a group waiting outside the store. Good flavor. Big portions. You may be able to share one pot between 2 persons if you both are not big eaters. Worth to try.
Delicious hot pot and boba drinks! I recommend the miso hot pot. The soup is flavorful and there were so many different items in the pot like fish cake, shrimp, meatballs, tofu, tofu skin, cabbage, udon noodles, and mushrooms. You can choose a side carb of white rice or vermicelli to cook in the soup. You can choose an individual pot to eat yourself, or a large one to share with another person. You can also choose spice level and no spice was good, but the mild seemed pretty spicy. They bring the pot out with all the food inside and then light a paper in the bottom that burns for a rather short period of time. Their pudding sweet milk with boba was great, and it had no caffeine. The service was good, I just noticed many employees at Chinese restaurants can’t speak Mandarin anymore.
This location compared to the rest is the best. The wait isn't too long, parking is nice, and the service is good. The quality and amount of food is always good and consistent and the staff is always nice. The beef pot is a personal favorite for all of my friends and myself.
96 degrees in the summer and we are still eating Boiling Point! There was also a line outside, I think that attests to the quality and taste of the food. Space is slightly small but they did well in optimizing on the space they have. Parking is tight and should be taken into consideration especially if dining during dinner hours. The food is consistent when compared to other boiling point. The miso soup is a favorite of ours, the garlic soy sauce is also a wonderful dipping sauce. Great place for soup even in the sol cal summer...yes...some of us are crazy.
Enakkkkkk!!! (Indonesian word for yummy) Individual hotpot featuring different soup and ingredients, customizable spicy levels. Go for very late lunch or early dinner, otherwise the lines could be dreadful. Impossible to eat fast here coz as its name suggests, the dishes are presented boiling hot. Most people order at least medium to flaming hot spicy levels and would need time to get to generous amount of ingredients. Lunch slightly cheaper than dinner and comes with free green/black tea (already sweetened) and free rice/vermicelli (glass noodles). Order the Hokkaido milk too, perfect harmony of taste with the hot pot dishes.
Never heard of this place and i live 5 minutes away. My friend from korea wanted hot pot and found it. Service was A+, the spicy wasn't to bad, but its that oil that sneaks up on you, but good. Have no idea what we got since she ordered

Ate here for international family day. Whole family enjoyed the boiling bowl of assorted delights on a pot. I strongly recommend you order Scallion Gravy rice. It was amazing considering we’ve tasted many different types of fried rice variant out there. Would come back!
Do I necessarily think that this place is anything special? Depends, on whether or not you think you can recreate throwing shabu-thin-cut beef, enoki mushrooms, oden, cut lettuce, tofu skins & cubes, fishballs, and imitation crab legs into a pot of broth, then "special" may vary with your experience in the kitchen. But my girlfriend LOVES this place! So "Sweetheart smiles, peace for miles!"
This is the place to go out of all of the other boiling point locations. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The service was great and they are very attentive to your needs. They don’t argue with you when an order was wrong and they correct it quickly. The manager in charge is very friendly and approachable. Overall we had a great experience here and will definitely be returning. If you’re in the neighborhood I would recommend you give them a try.
Came here at 7:30pm and the wait was only 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. I requested to sit in the back of the restaurant instead of by the front door because it was cold - request accepted! Ordered beef hot pot and not spicy. Came out tasty! It was great for a cold night! Minor improvement on service as I requested to add more soup and fire for my hot pot. A waitress responded, but she walked towards another table to take ordered. I had to ask another waitress to help me. Not a deal breaker. Will come back again!
I liked that they now double the meat and has AYCE rice. I generally order additional side vegetables so I wish they used a bigger pot.
I love this all in one hot pot place. Their combinations are just right with the right flavors mixed in. Make your own dipping sauce for the contents, and it takes it to another level! My go-to hot pots are the lamb, beef, and milk curry. I also like the house special. There's lots of stinky tofu and pig blood cubes in it! Yum! If you come to during lunch time, it's cheaper and comes with tea, black or green. The prices have gone up a lot due to the crazy inflation, but it's still one of the best deals around these days for a fulfilling, tasty hot pot combo! Come early and avoid the busy times, or you'll wait a long time here!

Great hotpot location in Downtown Arcadia! The food is great, they have deals (last visit free tea) and plenty of parking on the street. However, the wait can be somewhat long but worth it.
I’ve been to a lot of the boiling point locations but taste wise, I think that this location is consistent and tastes better than other locations. Food is great, but service can’t definitely be a hit or miss. I took off another star because I’ve had to use the restroom 45 minutes before closing but the staff stopped me and said that the restroom was closed. I was appalled. I understand that they would need to close the restroom before closing but they could have did a last call for the restroom. Do they expect the customers to not use the restroom at all?
I’ve been coming here every now and then since my college days. The last time I came before today, service was getting bad but I chalked it up to it was being busy. Today though, it was a different matter. Husband and I just came in and sat down, haven’t even opened the QR menu yet in literally 2 seconds in server with blonde hair and glasses came asked if we were ready. We said no and she walked away just like that, without asking if we need water or maybe something to drink. Another server came pregnant lady, very sweet, she took our order. Food came out about 15mins later - it’s fine. We were still clearly in the middle of eating, food wasn’t even half eaten she came and gave us receipts. Now I get it that we are not obligated to pay right away just cause the bill is dropped. But give us sometime to eat and enjoy the food? It’s a damn boiling soup we’re trying to eat and you want us to get out so fast? Someone please retrain that girl with blonde hair and glasses. If you’re wondering, we came in around 11:20am didn’t order until 11:25am ish all food fully came about 10-15mins later, got the bill by 11:58am. Needless to say I cut the tip ʅ(◞‿◟)ʃ

I and my friend ordered to go, and I saw there’s a hair in her bowl, which doesn’t belong to any one of us. My friend has really long dark hair, mine is really short. The hair we found was shoulder length and somewhat brown. We called the store and they said they could only make us a new one. Who wants anything more from them after seeing something so disgusting, and they said we can only call customer service for the refund, which we have to wait till (we ordered ob Saturday) Monday when customer services is working. This is ridiculous that the store cannot make refund directly to the customer. they were making excuses that the front desk who worked in the earlier shift has logged out of the system, therefore the money has been put into the system and not able to refund…. my first time hearing about it. Definitely not coming back.
The bowls were drenched in some sort of bleach? I think I almost puked inhaling this. When I asked if I can get some tissues to wipe it off, they ignored me. So I ended up having to clean it with water myself. I still smelled the bleach when I was eating lol. Waitress was rude, she kept giving us side eye when we asked whether we can change to instant noodles. So terrible I guess?

Not sure whats worse, the sad excuse of hotpot, the atmosphere, the drinks, or the unamicable service. Id rather have one dollar insant noodles. This place is legitimately only good for instagram pictures (as their food is really well presented) but the over all flavor and serving quantities are poorly decided. I also only got 4 thin slices of their beef in the beef hotpot. Overcooked to the point of rubberiness, might I add. TL;DR: not worth your time, food is bad, don't go.
Misleading business hours and zero price transparency I had a very frustrating experience at this store. Their Google listing and door signage clearly state they close at 9:30 PM, but when I arrived at 8:30 PM, I was told it was already "takeaway only." If you plan to stop dine-in service an hour early, please be professional and update your hours on Google Maps to avoid wasting customers' time. To make matters worse, the menu has no prices listed. When I asked for the cost, the staff was incredibly rude and only gave me a "price range" instead of the actual price. The lack of transparency combined with a hostile attitude is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible services. My name was on the wait list. I waited 45 minutes. I get a text your table is ready. I walk 2 minutes to get to the restaurant and the guy said we gave it to another group. No apologies or anything. Horrible customer service
We waiting an hour in our car because they said they will text us when the table is ready, and they didn’t text us just shout at the entrance door which we can’t hear them from the car. And i demand to talk with the manager and the manager did not want to talk. Worse experience ever. We are regular, and we would never return to this restaurant ever
First time im here was so good, they said free refill rice, and I came back for second time like an hour before they closed, we are 6 people, when we trying to make an order they already said we out of rice so its only 3 bowl left, then i said we are 6 people why you guys didnt tell us the first time we try to sit? And she can’t answer at all, then I order the food still, after that the food came and they didnt give me a correct order, i order the thai flavor they didnt give me the shrimp! Then i asked you dont have any rice so you will give us vermicelli instead, then the server asked the cashier and they talk with chinese language but i can tell the cashier so rude, and the server came back said they gonna charge me for the vermicelli!!!! If you guys out of rice or something like that just mention it from the first time!!! Dont just do whatever you want just because you want money! I work in restaurant also! You guys can’t change your rules just bcs you didnt have any more rice! Im not gonna come back here for sure!!
