I have to say out of all the tea places that I been to this place has it's own unique style. The employees are super friendly and easy to talk to. The menu is easy to read and very eye catching. I have to say I just moved into the area a few months ago but this is the spot to definitely get that boba fix of yours taken care of.

Cashier was super helpful with our drink order. Gave us details on certain drinks and made suggest ions on sweetness and ice levels. Drinks were great. Will definitely be going back again.

Love this tea place! There's a lot of boba places in town but this place seems to draw all the consistent crowd due to its unique quality and taste. I recommended the QQ Family Tea, Mango Green Tea with boba, or the Taro smoothie with pudding. All their choices are delicious and made to order. Make sure to pick up and punch their bonus card so you can get your free drink after 10 purchases. Trust me. You'll get to 10 quickly!

The Boba taste really good too. So if you don’t have your favorite one just choose any to try out. Because the taste really rich in favor. You can choose not sweet and less ice also. I order Coco lover less sweet and less ice also(the answer my taste also) You can sit down and chill out.

The staffs were really nice, the guy who took our order gave us very good suggestions on how to customize our drinks to suit our taste which many other places never do. He also told us about a new store that opened nearby that has a promotion. Service are great , teas are great too!

It was pretty standard. I got a milk tea with boba and it wasn't anything special. I loved the the bubble waffle! However I got a glimpse of the back of the store when I was at the register and it seemed kinda dirty

They once made me a delicious wintermelon tea with the perfect sweetness and I've been chasing that high ever since. 9/10 will always be a regular but please use a little less sugar.

A chill atmosphere, without a doubt a congregation for casual meetings. However the drinks are a tad bit too sweet even for half sweetness. Otherwise a comfortable place.

They won't give out water (needs to pay $1.75 to buy) even if you buy drinks from them already 😒

Good tea and friendly staff, standard hours for a tea place, but small sizes and higher prices compared to many tea shops in the area. Lots of options for tea and toppings, but not my highest recommendation

Not bad for their bobas, but I hope the staff will listen to the customer's request more carefully next time to lower the sugar level if requested as mine was not lowered to 50% even I had requested it earlier.

I always come here with my wife. It's her favorite place. The Choco lover is her favorite, and I normally get their strawberry slush with vanilla ice cream. The spot is small but they offer outside seating which isn't a bad idea in this weather. There's nothing really unique about this place.

Coming in here you can tell the employees have fun working here. With music playing and each worker talking to each other makes it feel like a place you want to be a party of. I'm sure they are still green by looking at the chat sheets to get the drinks right but that's how you have consistency that you want to order the same drink again and again. The Okinawa milk tea has this roasted brown sugar taste that I like. I would get that again or the wonderment tea with lemon.

Great boba drinks, but it does get pricey. They charge for using credit cards under a certain amount, so bring cash. They also have a stamp card so be sure to ask for one if you don't have one already.

Great that they have Happy Hour! The teas are really flavorful and the service is really nice and quick. The boba that I had needed to be cooked a little more. Overall, I'll be going back.

Shop was small and has limited space however they offer a wide variety of bobas. I have gone to a copious boba shops but never gone to Sharetea. Their boba items were interesting because apparently they preselected the items that can have bobas/jellies; not everything on their menu can add boba pearl such as Lime Mojito special. I was somewhat taken aback and was disappointed. Therefore, I ended up ordering their Kiwi fruit tea with boba pearl instead of the Mojito. Kiwi fruit tea was blended with lemon juice and kiwi. Boba pearl was chewy soft warm just the way it should be. Level of sweetness was okay at 35% (lowest). Prices were fair, affordable and competitive. Staff was nice and amiable. Service was outstanding and fast. Back parking lot is huge. Overall, I enjoyed my fruit tea boba and had a good order experience. I’ll definitely come back and try other items.

Tea is decent but the wait is long. We were there before the kids are out of the school and we waited 20 minutes. We were just sitting at a table and they didn't even call out the number. I walked up to find my drinks just sitting there.

I just had the worst experience today. I was scolded by your "manager on duty" because I did not have a mask. I explained to him that I had been vaccinated and that I had my card to prove it. I try to explain that most business do not police the mask but he refused to listen to me and told me to "look it up". This is no way to tread a customer, he could have been polite specially after I left and return with the mask he demanded. I love your teas and I hope you can teach this kid some manners.

Very bad experience today and last week trying to use my gift card. Last week store manager told me WiFi not working which means the gift card is useless. Today I Called to make sure WiFi is working to verify my valid gift card to use before I showed up. Guess what they told me they removed the function to honor the gift card. What service is this???

I definitely don’t recommend this place at all! I personally love share tea but the one in Rosemead. Every drink I got had a bad after taste plus they got my order wrong. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Saw a roach crawling from the counter to the chair by the front door. See pics attached. Would have ignored it, but the 3% service charge sorta inspires the transparency on my part.

We came in and ordered the drink, and there was an unexpected 3% charge on cards, which now a days is very rare. Upon asking, the server refused to explain what the charge was for repeatedly. I had a very frustrating experience at Share Tea. I ordered two Taro Milk Teas without boba, but when they were served, both of my drinks had boba in them. I then brought it to the staff's attention as my order was wrongly prepared.They went ahead and replaced the drinks by making me a new one. As I was watching the server making my drinks, I noticed that he halfly filled both of my cups with the taro milktea. Instead of creating an additional mixture to fill up the cups, because and he was short on the drink he just prepared, he went ahead and filled the rest of if with hot water. This was extremely disappointing. The mistake on the original order was bad enough, not to mention, but the fact that the replacement drinks were made incorrectly as well was unacceptable.Filling drinks with water just to reach the desired volume depreciates honestly the quality of the drink itself. If I wanted to drink hot water, I would not have been there to start with. The drink taste very watery and plain with no flavor. I hope that Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a faithful customer, I expect to receive the product I ordered, especially when I'm paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm hesitant to return to Share Tea in the future.
