Tried the combo at Hitto Ramen and it was absolutely worth it! You get a hearty bowl of ramen packed with flavor, plus a side dish that really completes the meal. The ramen broth is rich and comforting, the noodles have a great bite, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I had the karaage chicken on the side—crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. Perfect portion, great value, and the service was friendly and fast. Definitely coming back for more!
Hitto Ramen’s Karaage Chicken is absolutely amazing! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. Every bite is packed with flavor, making it the ideal side dish to complement a bowl of delicious ramen. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A must-try for anyone who loves Japanese fried chicken!
The curry ramen at Hitto Ramen is absolutely delicious! The broth is rich, thick, and packed with deep, aromatic curry flavors. It has just the right amount of spice, making it warm and comforting without being overpowering. The noodles are perfectly cooked—chewy and satisfying—and they soak up the curry broth beautifully. The toppings, especially the tender meat and fresh vegetables, add great texture and balance to the dish. If you’re a fan of both ramen and curry, this is a must-try!
I absolutely loved the traditional beef ramen paired with the passion fruit iced tea! The atmosphere was relaxing and calm with good music. I highly recommend and I want to come back to try the other teas and dishes, especially some of the appetizers that looked so good on the menu.
Hitto Ramen’s combo is a fantastic deal! You get a satisfying mix of flavors and textures, making it a perfect choice for a well-rounded meal. The ramen is rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles and a deep, umami-packed broth. The side dishes complement the main dish beautifully, whether it’s crispy gyoza, flavorful rice bowls, or fresh salad. It’s a great option for those who want to enjoy a little bit of everything. Highly recommended for both first-timers and regulars!
“Hitto Ramen’s Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is simply unbeatable! The rich pork bone broth combined with just the right amount of spice creates a deep, flavorful experience that’s both bold and satisfying. The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the toppings are carefully crafted to enhance every bite. The service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Definitely the top choice for ramen lovers! Highly recommended, five stars!

My recent visit to Hitto Ramen in Staten Island left me utterly impressed and completely satisfied. The ramen experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The staff at Hitto Ramen were attentive, friendly, and passionate about their craft, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the ramen. The flavors in each bowl were absolutely divine. The broth was rich, aromatic, and packed with layers of umami goodness. The noodles were cooked to perfection, providing just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings and garnishes were thoughtfully selected, adding a delightful balance of textures and flavors to each mouthwatering bite. Prepare to be amazed by their exceptional ramen offerings and leave with a satisfied palate. It's an experience that will keep you coming back for more.
I just had to leave a 5 star review for the combo I tried at Hitto Ramen. This is, without a doubt, the best way to experience a little bit of everything they do well!
Fried chicken was good . The pork was a little fatty but I like that. The spicy miso ramen broth was very tasty and a little creamy. The kimchee broth is not creamy and my friend said it’s very good. They have many different broths. I will be back to find out what my favorite is.
My order is the veggie ramen, with the kaarage chicken and a side of curry. I mix the curry into the ramen and take bits of the chicken all together and it is absolutely delicious. Love this spot, Muslims can eat the chicken it’s halal but it’s not Zabhia. Paid 25$ all together.
Popped in on a rainy night and was not disappointed! Good/hearty ramen. Clean/ welcoming space. Fast/friendly service.
The ramen was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had the perfect texture, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. Every bite was satisfying, and I could really taste the quality of the ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This is the best ramen I’ve had in Staten Island. Highly recommend their Osaka Beef, Yuzu Ramen, and Mango Shrimp Salad. The service is great, and they also offer vegetarian options for vegans. It’s a fantastic place!
My new favorite place! The food was incredible, and I’ll definitely be returning.🥳🥳🥳
The appetizers were great. We ordered the fried gyoza & chicken kurrage. I had the osaka beef ramen, (light spice heat in the broth) & my gf had the miso pork ramen both excellent. The server was pleasant & on top of everything for serving us. When in the area definitely stop in for some ramen.
By far the best ramen spot on Staten Island. Food is made quickly and accurately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Oh and the best part— Appetizers are $1 with every entree!!
Finally found authentic Japanese ramen in Staten Island! The broth is rich and flavorful, noodles are perfectly chewy, and the staff are super friendly. You can tell they really care about quality. Highly recommend this place — 100% worth
First time trying sukiyaki rice bowl .it was so good. and I will definitely coming back here.Very friendly and good food decent prices!
In short, this place has great food at a great price. I thought they forgot to charge me for appetizers, but it turns out they have a $1 appetizer deal if you buy ramen. This made our meal for two only $40! We had a Groupon for $60, so we had to get more and bring it home. The best ramen spot on the island
This place is pretty consistently delicious and the guy who works there is really nice. They have gluten free ramen which is rare. It’s very delicious!

Best Ramen I had in a while. Service was quick. Parking might be an issue during rush hour but worth it.
The Traditional Beef Ramen tasted just like what you’d find in Japan. The broth had a perfect balance of umami and richness, and the beef was perfectly seasoned. Comforting, authentic, and delicious!

Tonight was the 1st time we went to Hutton Ramen on Staten Island. The restaurant is located at a busy part of victory blvd so it is hard to find parking. The restaurant is decent in size. Could seat about 20 pax max. Menu is simple and easy to find what we want. However the portion is on small side for the price we paid. We asked for extra veggie and it charged us $2. I won’t mind if the portion of veggie is enough but it was only a few strands of cabbages. I had eel w rice and it came with a soup. The eel was chewy, not crunchy. I finished it anyway but wouldn’t order that dish again. Overall, it is ok.
As a top reviewer who has tried countless ramen spots across NYC and beyond, I can say Hitto Ramen delivers a satisfying experience worth checking out if you’re on Staten Island. The ramen here is the star: the broth is deep and rich with layers of savory flavor that linger, the noodles are fresh with the right chew, and each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared. The gyoza were crisp with a light, flavorful filling, a solid start to the meal. The pork belly buns were decent , tender pork, soft buns, though not the standout of the night, they still hit the craving. The portions were fair, and prices are reasonable for the quality. The space is clean and welcoming with a relaxed, neighborhood vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without hovering, which I appreciate. It’s clear this is a spot that cares about its food and its customers. Would love to see more variety in appetizers to round out the menu, but overall, Hitto Ramen is a reliable, comforting choice when you want a warm, satisfying meal without the trek into the city. Definitely worth a visit, and I will be back.
today i had my dinner in this restaurant, place is clean, hospitality is good, i like the food, delicious japanese food, today is not that much busy, foods came so fast, i couldn’t find the parking nearby, that is the only issue otherwise everything is so good. I enjoyed the food and presentation, I wish you all the best guys keep it up.. #japanesefood
Nov Update: I was nearby and capitivated by the Hitto Combo. I ordered a tea, miso ramen and Chicken Karaage. This time the portion for the chicken decreased by a whole lot. The meat for the ramen was lukewarm and fatty but the service was nice. They have also refined their menus. I don't think I would come again, unless nearby but it was alright. July: The ramen was good, but the portion size was smaller than expected. After eating I was still hungry.
Small Ramen shop that offers rice dishes also. The best deal is $1 appetizer special. With any entree, you can order an appetizer for $1. Rounds out your meal. Will definitely be back!

I used to love this place, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The hibachi dinner I ordered last week was bland and poorly presented. The steak and shrimp lacked flavor, and the rice was subpar. Despite spending almost $30 for dinner and delivery fees, the food quality was significantly lacking. This isn't the first time I've noticed a decline, but this time I am fed up. I had to revise my 5-star review to 3 stars. Please improve your food quality or reconsider offering it.

The place JUST opened but everything seems a bit unorganized. There’s only three tables of four in the restaurant and nothing else. It’s very…awkwardly placed. They don’t have menus aside from the TV display and the one on their website (which I didn’t know about until I stood up, walked up to the TV, and had one of the staff tell me) The ramen that I ordered—traditional beef ramen— came with a lot of gyudon style beef that was below mid ngl but the ramen texture was good. The broth was so salty tho😩 I would have finished everything if I didn’t feel like I drank the whole ocean halfway through. Meanwhile my brother’s miso ramen was flavorless and the pork slices were super fatty and too thinly sliced. This place definitely has room for improvement…
2022.08 2nd visit because 1/2 price and I heard that they have bowl now. Egg and portion improved. The window issue is not fixed. I hv to downgrade this restaurant To 2 stars simply because 1) service is really average, 2) ramen is just normal, and 3) price is not attractive enough vs the quality of the food and 4) the window. You know I feel a little awkward either watching other or being watched. The can put some curtains or anything to block the line of sight 2022.05 grand open. Personally don’t think they are ready. Serving with take out paper bowl. A bit small portion. My egg is overcooked. Solid yolk. 3 thin slice of chashu. Basic ramen, not too much surprises at all. Front door mirror is a big issue, it is not privacy windows, they are next to a bus stop, so everyone just keep looking inside. Looking forward to see their full power with improvements. 2022.04 they are not open yet

I always order ramen from here via UberEats and have always had a great experience. Last week I ordered a miso ramen and a tako yaki for dinner. Hours later, i woke up vomiting every hour for the next 7 hours. The takoyaki had given me horrible food poisoning. I was super sick for three days after eating from here. It was the first time I’ve experienced this from this restaurant and can tell the tako yaki was not cooked properly or had gone bad. I highly doubt I will eat here again.
I thought Staten Island already has an authentic ramen place but I was wrong. Ramen is ok but nothing really different from nearby ramen places. Curry fried chicken don is a disappointment. They served popcorn chicken and poured curry sauce on top. To top it all, we were served glasses of cloudy water that obviously poured right from the faucet as they serve. Also, beware of the lunch combo special bec there’s no such thing. They will charge you the same price as whatever you ordered: Ramen price + Appetizer price. If you ask about how it becomes a lunch combo special if you’re being charged the same price, the lady server will offer you student discount.
I recently visited Hitto Ramen & Tasuoki and ordered the beef rice bowl. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The bowl was mostly filled with gristle and fatty pieces instead of actual meat, making it almost inedible. When I politely asked if I could switch to a different dish, the waiter refused. I ended up paying for a meal I couldn’t eat and left it untouched. Really disappointing experience. Would never go back!!!
