This place really knows how to mess up someone's day. I went through the drive thru and specifically asked for arby sauce and the man at the window said there was sauce in my bag and I got back to work and no sauce in the bag. I drove all the way from Houston tx and was looking forward to they're coming Friday and cheddar sandwich Arby's sauce I got to dry a sandwich and dry fries and no that one or number is DT390 never again will I look forward to their food again.

I hope this comment reaches the supervisor for the Arby's in Bastrop Texas. The only negative remark I can make is that I live in Houston & the ONLY Arby's near me closed. I will be stopping at this restaurant often, im in area all the time due to family, friends & work. Aug. 13th I was going through Bastrop when I noticed an Arby's, which is my fave, when I went to the door it was locked, the nicest manager let me in after apologing for the locked door that was due to previous suspicious activity. Not only did I get my food fast, it was hot and served by the friendliest people. I will come back just for that. The bathroom was absolutely spotless!! They were a good team. 👍

Fast and friendly had to look at menu for a bit . lot of new sandwiches to choose from our order was fast and correct they took our food to the table while we got drinks and condiments. That for the service and the food.

The roastbeef sandwiches were awesome. The meat was very fresh and I am so happy Bastrop now has an Arby's. I hope they get more business because they surely deserve it.

The owner of this establishment really needs to fix the AC. It’s extremely hot inside the restaurant. The employees were still very welcoming and the food was fantastic. Owner needs to do better for his employees and customers.

Oh my goodness the Greek gyro is absolutely great. Make sure you add a packet of the Arby's sauce and the horseradish sauce. I don't usually like horseradish, but this stuff is mainly mayo with a bit of horseradish for flavor. It's actually quite good. I'm not a big fast food fan, and that's why I love this gyro. IT'S REAL FOOD. Come to think of it, it's ideal if we were to ever have a pandemic.

This Arby's in Bastrop TX was the best Arby's I have been to in quite some time. The food was actually hot and the curly fries were fresh. May have been purely luck of the draw but it was a good experience for me this time.

Excellent food and service. Love the Loaded Italian and the Corned Beef Reuben signature sandwiches. Their curly fries are also delicious. Pricing is reasonable. Food is always fresh and hot.

Have not been to Arby's in years but their Reuben was really like a homemade sandwich. It was very tasty. Played good music. Very pleasant staff.

We haven't been here in a while because the food was just meh. They have really stepped up their game. We got the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddars and they were on point. Even the fries were hot and crispy. Arby's is back to having pride in their food!

I rarely go to Arby's unfortunately. So when the opportunity presented it self I jumped on it. It was as good as a I remember. As a bonus the curly fries were fresh and hot which is rare for some reason. The only negative was the AC wasn't cooling correctly so it was a little uncomfortable inside the seating area. I would still go back though as I'm sure it'll be fixed soon enough.

The pecan chicken salad sandwich is actually quite good, the Reuben is pretty tasty as well. The "roast beef" isn't roast beef. It's more like Carl Budding packaged meat slices, topped with yellow cheese sauce reminiscent of high school concession stand nachos. Top it with some horsey sauce and you've got tasty sammie with enough carbs and calories to cover 3 days of dietary requirements.

Arby's is a nice change of pace from cheese burgers or tacos. Plz wait a second or two before you slam the drive thru window closed and disappear forever, I wanted Arbys sauce with my sandwhich.🙁 We still love Arbys.

Love Arby sandwiches, but the last couple of trips the service seems rushed and the sandwich lacks enough sauce and meat. Feels literally thrown together. Too bad because I have had some really good ones there.

Good food. One dtaw back is most of the meat is piled in the middle of the sandwich. The first 2 bites are usually just bread. Spread it out to the edges. It might look thinner but every bite will have meat. Because you have the MEAT.

It was cool. Arby's sometimes underrated. Had the deep fried turkey sandwich. It wasn't dry!

I am so glad that they listened and finally brought an Arby's closer to my home the only time I could get our visas when I was in Austin clear across South Austin it is nice to have one closer to home I just wish they could learn how to cook their fries and onion rings and not make him so black and tub. Only my hubby ate this today so I'm reviewing this from his experience; which he said the beef and cheddar was pretty good with a smile lol. He also said that the reason he didn't give a 5 star rating is because the fries were either over cooked.

Food was good meat could have been a little hotter, but otherwise good. Prices have gone up since last visit (understandable). Lobby is open again (only eat in, reason for not visiting sooner.)

Great Arby's meats. Food was exactly what we ordered, served fast and hot. Everything was correct. Staff was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. AC was turned down, so it was pretty warm inside, and Mello Yello was out of syrup. But everything about the food was delicious.

Love a good Arby's roast beef sandwich, also love the Greek gyros, and their curly fries. Even the chicken sliders are good! Joining their "club" gets you offers all the time.

I recently ate at this location and was impressed by an individual who seemed to take charge and help get things going. When I asked their name they said it was Bella, and I want to say they definitely help improve my experience greatly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because when returning and noticing that Bella wasn't there, the sense of urgency didn't seem to be there and all the employees were moving slow without any motivation.

Your amazing employees deserve better for their hard work! Overall good. Place was clean and modern looking. Big roast beef sandwich was very good. A little stingy on the fries with a lot of tiny pieces. Overall one of the better Arby's I've been to.

It was just okay. Had the ham/cheese. Half had cheese. Also had the fish sandwich. The fried fish had hard ends and a thimble full of tarter sauce. I'll give them another shot.

Never get my order correct which is gone over &confirmed in drive through several times& leads to big disappointment when I get home and realize once again its not correct. Food is good though.Service is timely.

The food is great, but there were gnats everywhere. Speed of preparing orders seems to have improved some since they have been open for a bit longer than last time I went.

Went through the drive through and ordered food paid for it then received it. Then transported that food in a bag to my dwelling. Parked in driveway then went into dwelling and sat in front of television and ate food. ALL WENT WELL! Success story at ARBYS!

I ordered the Two for. $6:00 deal, cheddar /Beef sandwiches the sandwiches where good * but I did not care for the onion buns! But that was my fault! Over all I enjoyed the meal.

Same old Arby's the food always taste the same. I went through the drive-thru and got my food drove away but down in my bag and I had half of an order of fries they don't have dining service right now so I had to wait back through the drive-thru in order to get the rest of my fries I was a little disappointed.

Food was okay, half the restaurant was blocked off, kid at the register couldn't answer a question about any of the sandwiches and what comes on them..... worst part, all the drinks were flat, no carbonation, and there were little bugs, probably little ants all.over the counter where the ice, drinks and sauces were.... !!!!

The only complaint I have is that being in the restroom it sounded like I had suction cups on the bottom of my shoes because the floor was so sticky and nasty. Makes you wonder about the back where they make the food how clean is it back there

Ordered 2 for 7 beef and cheddar and it wasn't what I was expected. Very little beef on it. Compared to some of the other 2 for 7 in past that filled me up, this one left me hungry. It really was a disappointment

Food was good for a fast food place, but the wait was way too long. 34 minutes for a chicken sandwich and an Arby's original is absolutely ridiculous. The woman the was cooking was screaming at the other workers to where everyone could be here. To be fair, the other workers didn't seem to have a clue what to do. 3 people at the register, but they couldn't get the order right. I probably will not be returning, unless it's through the drive thru.

Food is decent, drive thru employee on mic clearly hates his job (pony tail). Will go somewhere that appreciates our business next time.

The sandwich was good, but I am not sure if I would order it again due to cost. I am here in Texas and the meal (fries and drink) was $14.09. I think if I would have paid the regular $7 or$8 price of a fast food meal I probably would have rated it higher

Stopped yesterday for a $1 lemonade. Stopped again today at 1:06pm and was told they're $2.16 even when the signs state otherwise. See picture.

Go here often and usually get pretty good service. Yesterday was pretty weak though. I got a beef and cheddar and the cheddar was pretty much not even on the sandwich it was all over the wrapper in a big mess. If that had been my only experience there I would not return but since I have had several other pleasant experiences and the staff has always been cool, I will give it another go. If it happens like that again though I won't return.

Love a good roast beef sandwich... but...service was too slow and forgetful. They also didn't have the ac on and it was 90 degrees in the joint and they had an ant infestation by the condiments. Come on Arby's. You can do better.

Person at the drive-through window was great and very professional, but the sandwich is another story. I’ve never seen such a sloppy mess and they expect you to eat this while going down the road. This is ridiculous. People should take more pride in their work.

Took a while to get my order. The fries were hard and cold and honestly, the worse fries I've ever received from anywhere. Tasted like they were from a day ago or longer.

They F... Um, SCREW you at the drive thru! My fries were cold and my sandwich was just a big blob of dry meat on a bun. No sauces on the sandwich nor in the bag. Bummer! Reinforces why I haven't been to an Arby's in probably 30 years or more. Will probably be that long before I go back too.

Couldn't wait to stop in & get one of their roast beef sandwiches, & ham & cheese, I like food.. I almost don't know what to say, (that's rare) walked into 2 customers waiting at an empty counter, manager trying to diffuse a heated argument between 2 employees behind the food dispatch area, & the other employees next to them. Instead of hot ham & cheese I got cold turkey club, she tried to correct my order, & to make up price difference they were going to give me a roast beef, I ended up with a ham & cheese, & bought the roast beef. If y'all get the ham & cheese order the double cheese. Going to say the turkey club was really good tho, their bread was soft, fresh whole grain wheat, very good, roast beef, very good, ham & cheese was dry, hence the double cheese. Hopefully employees will be more professional & take orders seriously. I'll give it another shot down the Rd. Maybe I should've ordered ham & cheese hold the drama 🤔

We had a very lackluster experience with this location. I am a huge fan of Arby's and eat it all the time, so as we were passing through Bastrop of course I wanted to stop. The food was ready immediately after we ordered, which in my experience is not the norm for Arby's who prepares food as ordered. We ordered large roast beef sandwiches, fries, and mozzarella sticks. All three were barely warm and we were overwhelmingly disappointed. The roast beef did not seem fresh as it usually does at Arby's, the fries were not crunchy with some being over cooked and the mozzarella sticks were like breaded sticks from my refrigerator. We will not be stopping again and had to provide this review because this location does such a disservice to the Arby's reputation. I only gave a second star because the young lady working the register addressed us pleasantly when we walked up.

We waited a while to get to the speaker, waited another 8 minutes to order, they weren't busy, for some reason just slow. And even after all that time they still forgot to give us the only sandwich we ordered. Awful service since no one can quality check orders.

Hey Arby's! The way to get my business is, "Welcome to Arby's! May I take your order?", not "Hey, wut you wan'?". Yes, i DID drive off and go next door to Chick-Fil-A instead. The girl at their drive thru happily took your business! Get your act together people!

I placed an online order through their app, when I get to Arby's they tell me they don't know why the app is not updated but they don't have any of that food on the menu. Tell me to call customer service to request a refund, it has been 3 weeks and no refund on their end. Never ordering from this place. Their customer service is a joke each time I call they tell me to wait another 7 business days for refund. 😡

30 minutes in the drive thru. I only endured it to see how long it would take. Left out one of my sandwiches. I'm giving this place one star as a participation trophy. You may have the meats but it wasn't in the bag I payed for. Fool me once.

Today was my second attempt to get something at this location, I will not be giving them a third strike, never coming back. First time right after they opened we were told it was going to take like 30 minutes to place an order in the dining room, nobody else was in there! They were too busy caring about the drive thru. Fast forward to today and once again nobody inside in line, employees walking back and forth, never once acknowledged us, then even started to walk up to us, looked us in the eye and turned around to do something else without saying a word to us. Walked out and we will never give them another chance. They'll be closed within a few months and they deserve to be. If the owners don't bother to get competent employees and to spend the needed time to train and supervise them then they shouldn't be in business.

Make sure you have a full tank of gas bc the drive thru wait is ridiculous! I've gone for one sandwich and ended up waiting 20 minutes. They are new so maybe they are still learning but it's been months and it's still the same.

Ordered through doordash. I put Arby's sauce in three different spots and guess what.... No Arby's sauce. Literally the main reason for going to Arby's. Their fries plus Arby's sauce. Also didn't have over the au ju sauce for a French dip.

Horrible service. They seem more concerned with getting orders to the drive thru than dine-in customers. I waited 20 minutes to get our order and only got it because I asked when I would. And even then, part of it was missing. I love Arby's, but this one needs serious help with service.

Someone needs to tell the heavyset male at the drive thru window not to offer the senior discount without actually knowing if a person is a senior. He said to me, “I gave you the young lady discount. You may not be there yet but you’re getting close.” First of all, I asked my senior mother how she felt about a young person calling the senior discount a “young person discount” and she thought it was very disrespectful. Second of all, I have BLONDE hair. Sigh. I’ll take your discount though lol

I became extremely ill after eating a buffalo chicken wrap. It didn't smell or taste bad and it was the only thing I ate that day. It's been two days and I'm still not over it. Never again

FOUND A HAIR!!! MY husband and I havent been to Arbys in 4yrs we go today and I find a black hair in my turkey bacon ranch sandwich! The manager refunded my money but I wont go back to another Arbys...thinking of it makes me wanna vomit! Did the cook not wear a hair net?? I can only imagine what else goes on in the kitchen....🤢🤢

The unsweetened ice tea was good. The curly fries looked like they gave me what had fallen behind the fryer onto the floor as only bits and pieces were in the container , apparently a large order is when the container is 1/2 full. My brisket sandwich so greasy you could have squeezed a pint of oil out of it. Apparently 5 paper thin slices 1/4 inch wide equals 1/2 pound. My wife liked her classic roast beef sandwich, I have yet to order a sandwich that I like at this location but I keep trying because other Arby's have actually served me the fries and sandwiches correctly made. Maybe it's only the tea and the classic that you have schooled the staff to make at this location correctly.

The staff was not friendly and the ENTIRE place was disgusting. We came in at a slow time and the staff stood around while the place was left unclean. There wasn't a clean table to sit at. When I was wiping of the dirty table, tha manager came and sat our food on the dirty table. The manager is a direct reflection of how the place was run.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Stopped here with a group of 10 on our road trip. It is 100° outside. NO a/c (they said it's been out for a week), broken soda machine, drink options are bottled water or pay the regular $3 for a lemonade. Outrageously expensive for fast food. Floor is disgusting. It took 5 people to take 1 order because no one knew how to work the computer. Only 1 stall in the woman's restroom worked.

I have never had a worse experience with customer service. I ordered 2 number 1' combos. They said it was my fault that I didn't say I didn't tell them I wanted fries and a drink. In America when you order a combo it comes with the drink and fries.

Not sure what's going on with Bastrops shake machines. I've gone to Arby's 3 times to get a shake and they tell me the shake machine is down. I went from Jack in the box to Arby's to get a shake and it was the same story. I am always on the go go and I like my shake treats, but guess I'm gonna just buy my own shake machine and make them myself because I'm tired of waiting in line just to be told sorry Our Shake Machine is down.

Food always comes fast. The service was great. While I was there for 20 minutes I heard them walk around and ask customers how their food was. Counter service was very friendly. This Arby's also has the 3 pepper sauce which is I love mixed with arby sauce. Diverse menu and best curly fries in the market. (Edited-lobby still closed. Too hard to eat in car. Doesn't hold with time)

Just left the drive-thru in Bastrop, ordered a classic roast beef with curly fries and got a roast beef with cheese and sauce added-- which I didn't order at all, as it makes me sick. My husband got a Ruben that they drowned in Thousand Island dressing, which HE can't eat, either. So tired of paying for food I didn't order and can't eat-- it makes more sense to just flush money down a toilet.

Wow. If I were the owner, I would cash out and run quickly. Second time in a row that we do an app order and don't receive what we paid for. The nice lady at the window assured me that the bag was completely correct. We live roughly 8 miles away, so turning around to retrieve what you actually paid for is not an option. We will not return. I can't wait to see what food chain takes over that building. Hopefully, they have an owner who gets involved.
